Sustainable development and the growth of green industries require the adoption of new solvents to replace traditional ones. Conventional solvents are known to be toxic and volatile and pose significant environmental challenges. In recent years, scientists around the world have extensively investigated deep eutectic solvents. This article aims to provide an overview of the history and use of deep eutectic solvents based on published literature in this field. Deep eutectic solvents consist of two or three inexpensive and safe components that are combined to form a eutectic solution with a lower melting temperature than each individual component. Consequently, these solvents typically remain liquid at temperatures below 100°C. Deep eutectic solvents exhibit similar behavior and physicochemical properties to ionic solutions but are more cost-effective and biocompatible. Due to their numerous advantages, extensive studies have been conducted on their preparation, synthesis, as well as their physical and chemical properties. Furthermore, deep eutectic solvents are being investigated for various applications, and their use in fields, such as nanoparticle synthesis, electropolishing, electrodeposition, and metal extraction, is rapidly increasing. Overall, the adoption of deep eutectic solvents offers significant potential for sustainable development and green industry applications due to their favorable properties compared to conventional solvents. Ongoing research continues to expand our understanding of these solvents and explore their diverse applications in various fields. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, in most developed countries, sustainability has been developed as a guiding principle in the framework of sustainability discourse in urban planning and policies. Urban livability and the right to the city are concepts related to sustainable development and social justice in cities and are effective in creating healthy, dynamic and just cities. While introducing livability and the right to the city as a dominant approach in urban planning in the contemporary world, this article has examined its theoretical origins, influential views and theoretical-experimental literature, its dimensions, and indicators. In terms of the fundamental-theoretical goal and its data, this research has been provided by the library- document method. Considering the wide range of topics and explanatory approaches available in this field, in this research, only those researches that have more relevance to the current research topic have been examined. Then, the theories of henri lefebvre and the theory of kevin lange, marcuse, tovey fenster, harvey, etc., as well as supporting concepts close to livability such as sustainable development, healthy city, neo-urbanism, smart growth and compact city have been examined. The findings of the article show that according to today's conditions, in most cities of the world there is a general agreement about the importance and necessity of recognizing, analyzing and explaining urban livability and the right to the city in various dimensions, but there is no consensus of opinion about the definition, standards and indicators. The most important reason for this can be seen in the direct dependence of this concept on the spatial and temporal conditions, and most importantly, the socio-economic and management background of the target community. The process of modernization enables the development of rural communities as the basis of popular beliefs when these communities are exposed to external forces. It is important to pay attention to beliefs as folk or superstitions. In this way, with a critical approach to classical modernization researches, the effect of popular beliefs in sustainable rural development is explained. In the ideas of the thinkers of the modernization school, a kind of consensus can be seen in the division of developed and underdeveloped societies. which originates from the viewpoints of "evolutionism" and "functionalism". In the theoretical framework of the current research, we benefit from Durkheim's theory of social division of labor - with a different view in contrast to the general principles of the modernization school in expressing the obstacles to development. The approach of this qualitative research, the method of gathering information in it, is documentary, as well as the technique used, content analysis. The studies conducted in the villages of South Khorasan province are about the meaningful relationship between popular beliefs and sustainable rural development. informs In general, it can be concluded that the division of societies in Durkheim's theory into mechanical and organic correlation shows the course of movement of societies and not necessarily the backwardness of primitive societies in the sense of an obstacle in the direction of reaching any type of development; As the approaches of the modernization version propose from the social point of view.          Today, corporate responsibility has become the most important pillar in sustainable development. Therefore, this study has been conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between the role of socialresponsibility of National Refining Company and the distribution of Iran's petroleum products with sustainabledevelopment. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included allmanagers, employees, and official and unofficial employees related to plans and projects, as well as engineers, supervisors, and agents related to the implementation of the Entfal Tarsh Sabz Ab-Ray crude oil pipelineconstruction project (official and organizational stakeholders). The sampling method was non-probabilitysampling. Therefore, 300 people from the organization were selected as available samples. The results of thepath analysis and the desired indicators of the fit of the structural model show the significance and explanationand proper justification of all the components for examining corporate social responsibility. The findings showthat there is a significant relationship between playing the role of corporate responsibility and sustainabledevelopment, and these coefficients are for economic responsibility (0.692), legal responsibility (0.668), moralresponsibility (0.608) and humanitarian responsibility (0.612). . The coefficient of determination is equal to0.326. The results of this study show that the petroleum product refining and distribution company mainlyfocuses on the economic dimension of its responsibilities and with rational and cost/benefit oriented thinkingleads to institutional and ecological disruption in the areas under the influence of the line construction plan.piped Therefore, it is necessary to use strategies that create a balance between the economic dimensions andother components of responsibility (legal, social, moral and humanitarian) so that sustainable regionaldevelopment does not face more risks.  Manuscript profile

Cultural heritage, as the authenticity and identity of people in the society, is a large part of public culture that has suffered from sectionalism and consumerism. Many symbols and examples of cultural heritage have been neglected or forgotten, and this process of forgetting and indifference - knowingly or unknowingly - continues at a very alarming rate. This research, using the library method and document analysis, has identified the types and examples of cultural heritage and investigated its place in the sixth development plan. The findings show that in the 6th development plan, emphasis is placed on determining the duties of tourism businesses as well as the income of museums and historical monuments, revitalizing villages with historical context, determining the duties of executive bodies in relation to tourism and cultural heritage, and handing over part of the executive affairs to the private sector. has been However, attention has often been paid to religious cultural heritage, as well as material and profitable, and considering the extent of tangible cultural heritage in Iran, the emphasis of this program on it is limited and insufficient. In addition, the performance of this program towards intangible cultural heritage has been selective, along with indifference, exclusivity, marginalization or rejection. To avoid this challenge; Identifying, maintaining and restoring cultural heritage; public and formal education; Expanding cultural diversity, multilateralism and cultural justice; creating a breathing space for indigenous, local and ethnic culture; And the human centrality in development is one of the points that should be emphasized in development plans in order to provide the quantitative and qualitative progress of sustainable, human and human development. One of the main goals of constant development is to establish spatial justice in order to provide the citizens with freedom, welfare, and security. This essay takes advantage of numerical taxonomy, AHP, and Topsis techniques to study challenges of Qazvin's constant development in terms of spatial justice, and it tries to answer the following question : Is it possible to distribute indices of constant development of Qazvin's urban regions spatially ? This research has been done by using an analytical – descriptive method, and all required information has been compiled based on library sources. The analysis of taxonomy shows that six districts of Qazvin have a lower rank of development and district 9 with Fi= 0/199 ranks first. It is 3.8 times more developed than district 3 with Fi =0/759. In the urban ranking of Qazvin' s districts, district 3 with Fi = 0/762 is in a better position in terms of development indices compared with districts 1 and 2. The above mentioned results show Qazvin's constant urban development's challenges from spatial justice's point of view. Manuscript profile

Appraisement and report of cities sustainable development have started in some counties especially in the expanded countries, for some years, that, their main goal is investigating the constancy or inconstancy of expansion and development of cities. Ilam city is located in the height 1319 m from the high see with the latitude about 33 and 38 and with the longitude about 46 and 26, in the west of Iran in the southwest of zagross sierra. According to the early statistics of general enumeration in 1385(2006), population of this city is 152000 persons. According to the investigation of varying parts of city, and in compare with country average, its be found that most of social economic and environmental indexes with the country average are in the low level. keeping the livestock, low percapita of green area, problems of drink water, weakness the garbage collection systems, incompetence in the system of sewage excretory, the way of building, air pollution, traffic,...are the problems of this city that follows the inconstancy in the enviromental, social and economic condition of Ilam city. As regards do not having calcifying angels of constant city and impossibility of offer the distinct ways to achive the constant city, there is some methods to get the constant expansion of Ilam city such as: To increase the city body’s compression, to reduce the atone to automobile in relocation (especially personal cars), to modify the system city management, regeneration and protection of natural systems about city, to reduce the using of sources to decline the pollutions. It seem that, the basic root of inconstancy in Ilam like most Iran cities is in the weakness of city management, and for finding a solution for it, a proposition is deriding in the city management ( which involve, distinct trustee: programs, goals(purposes) executive way,…). Background and Objective: The necessity of addressing the environment in the oil industry and related industries becomes clearer when we realize that it is impossible to move in the direction of continuous industrial improvement without paying attention to the environment. Environmental issues are a completely cross-sectoral issue and all members of the society, especially organizations and institutions, should take advantage of the power and efficiency of their organizations in preserving and maintaining the environment as a public duty from any activity that is related to pollution or prevent irreparable destruction of the environment. The aim of this research is to design an integrated management model for the country's energy sector with an emphasis on environmental policies. Material and Methodology: This article is a qualitative research. The statistical sample of the research (elite) has been selected as a cluster from among the members of the statistical community. In this way, the statistical population was first divided into different clusters (cluster of faculty members, cluster of oil sector managers, experts in the field of oil industry in 1400), then, according to reaching data saturation, a total of 25 experts were interviewed. To analyze the data in the interviews section, three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding have been used. Data analysis has been done according to the grounded theorizing method after conducting the interview, during three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding. To do this, Maxqda software was used. Findings: Based on the findings of this research, 18 components were extracted from the 101 primary concepts in the axial coding and finally, in the selective coding stage, 5 main categories were extracted under the headings of social dimension, technical dimension, economic dimension, environmental dimension and legal dimension. political and legal were selected as the dimensions of the integrated management model of the country's energy sector in the final model. Discussion and conclusion: Environmental and international policies can reduce the pollution of the energy sector, including oil, and the legal measures carried out at the international level can control and monitor the environment. Institutional and political factors play a key role in promoting the transition to renewable energy, and improving these factors can lead to decarbonization of the energy sector in the long term. Global financial development has no significant long-term impact on the transition process, which means that the entire financial system needs a fundamental structural change to accelerate the substitution between polluting and clean energies. However, in the short term, the impact appears to be negative and significant, highlighting the inadequacy of financial institutions and financial markets in promoting a sustainable path in the region. Backgeround and Objective: Greenhouse refers to a limited space that has the ability to control the appropriate environmental conditions for the growth of plants in different areas during different seasons of the year. Rapid economic and cultural growth, population growth, soil and water constraints, the community's need for food, the existence of large consumer markets and the interest in producing off-season crops in recent years have led to the development of greenhouse crops. But choosing the wrong place to build a greenhouse leads to a waste of capital and the failure of these goals. The purpose of this study is to find the optimal location of the greenhouse in Asadabad plain with a sustainable development approach. Material and Methodology: Due to the existence of numerous and effective parameters –for the performance of greenhouses, the technique of multi-criteria analysis has been used to find a suitable location. Also, due to the uncertainty in the behavior of natural parameters, fuzzy logic has been used to model the effect of the parameters. Findings: The results show that of the total area of Asadabad plain, 10% are in a very good condition, 39% are in a good condition (suitable with restrictions) and 51% are in a bad condition in terms of greenhouse construction. Discussion and Conclusion: Relying on spatial analysis can reduce the investment risk for greenhouses and lead to environmental sustainability. Manuscript profile

So far, many studies have been conducted to identify and detect land cover changes and land use changes. Optimizing land cover monitoring is an inevitable necessity in natural resource management. Given the evidence and effects of climate change in the region and the declining and increasing trend of some coverages and land uses can be effective in prioritizing conservation and zoning strategies. Factors such as land resources, environment, population, economy and society must be taken into account for sustainable development. Any type of development, regardless of quantity or quality, has specific environmental effects (1). Over time, dam construction has made some changes in the land cover - use of dams, in this study we aim to detect these changes. Therefore, for detecting cover changes - upstream and downstream of the Khordad 15 Khordad Dam during the period 201–990 1990, first visualize the changes using Googel Earth, then use Landsat 5 (1990 image) before. By applying the restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, it seems that changes in the concentrations of pollutants CO, O3, NO, NO2, SO2, PM2.5, PM10 and AQI can be seen in the periods before and after the epidemic. Therefore, the changes of air pollutants and traffic restrictions are investigated as one of the sub-categories of environmental indicators of sustainable urban development in the period of 2018/01/21 to 2022/03/20 in the stations under the supervision of Tehran city. First, the data is collected, processed and cleaned. Machine learning methods including decision tree, random forest, support vector machine, Bayesian network and perceptron neural network are applied to select the effective features using the particle swarm optimization method. Investigations showed that the prediction model using decision tree and random forest had the best performance for both precision and recall criteria. The results of the research showed that the concentration of pollutants in the period of Covid-19 compared to before, is increased in some stations and decreased in others, and also the application of traffic restrictions during the epidemic did not have a significant and noticeable effect in reducing the concentration of air pollutants. Also, by examining the trend of deaths during the epidemic period, it was found that the decrease or increase of pollutants has no significant relationship with the trend of deaths caused by Covid-19. Also, a very good area with 2420145 people with the highest physical range and 56278 the person has the most realistic wins. largest area of exercise ecotourism activity is located in the middle zone with an area of 3358/24 acres and it is indicative of the fact that the Southern Hemisphere is of medium power in terms of sport tourism. Out of the sports ecotourism activities, climbing activities have the highest capacity in a good area. This increase is due to the favorable environmental and ecological conditions and the greater area of these areas. Finally, studying the existing tourism situation and assessing the region indicates that the lack of attention to the threshold of environmental sustainability in the protected area of southern Khayzis can endanger the stability of the area in the short term. It seems useless to discuss about urban sustainable development and the approaches towards this end, like Child Friendly City (CFC) before understanding its intellectual foundations and internalizing it in the society and it looks like an 8-year-old child who has not yet learned writing and reading well but enters 4th or 5th grades of primary school which will results in his/her failure. Therefore, if one seeks realization of sustainable urban development focusing on realization of children’s rights in urban environments, he/she needs to establish a relationship between concept of right to the city by “Henri Lefebvre” and urban sustainable development in order to reach an applicable plan through this relation and true understanding of the problem for realization of child friendly city. In this article which has a qualitative nature in terms of methodology, the researcher has tried to present applicable principles for realization of child friendly city approach in Iranian cities focusing on theoretical framework and analysis of experiments of successful countries for creating child friendly city through inductive reasoning. According to this study, four basic principles may be proposed for realization of child friendly city, i.e. avoiding to have a one-dimensional approach to creation of a child friendly city and formulating applicable plans and strategies with interdisciplinary approach, recognizing education as the basis and foundation of development, prioritizing local culture in creating child friendly cities, considering city as an educational laboratory where a child can both learn and experience what he/she learns simultaneously (harmony of education and lived experience). Sustainable development, which has become a kind of "neo-Malthusian" view, involves an approach to the benefit of the environment that fully preserves the environment, cohesion and sustainability through the use of resources. The use of resource, environment and resource to produce the same level of harvest, both quantitatively and qualitatively, has been preserved in the future. "Time". Equilibrium can only be achieved in the form that all those who upset the balance are eliminated or the opponents work to neutralize it. Increasing sustainability requires a holistic approach. As you can consider the dreams, you can also pay attention to the whole. On the sustainable side, it implies "the maintenance of resources and wealth by every generation or every level of human development." In fact, the type of system governing the relationship between the government and the people on the extent and scope of sustainable development in that system plays an important role. Objective: The aim of this research was to design and validate a sustainable development model for sports purposes based on tourist behavior. Method: This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative study utilized grounded theory as the theoretical framework, while the quantitative study employed a descriptive-survey method. The qualitative sample consisted of stakeholders who were selected using snowball sampling technique, and 17 participants were chosen based on theoretical saturation. The quantitative sample included employees of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism, employees of travel and tourism companies, sports tour organizers, and guides, with a sample size of 270 individuals selected through simple random sampling. Interviews were used as the qualitative research tool, while a questionnaire was utilized for the quantitative research. To assess the quality and validity of the qualitative findings, the evaluation criteria of Lincoln and Guba (1985), including credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability, was employed. In the quantitative section, content validity, construct validity, and Cronbach's alpha were used. Findings: Based on the research findings, the behavioral correspondences of sports tourists with the goal of sustainable development for sports purposes were categorized into nine sub-dimensions and three main dimensions (core behaviors) under the titles of environmental behaviors, socio-cultural behaviors, and economic behaviors. All defining structures of these factors were confirmed and identified through factor analysis, indicating that the theoretical model possesses the necessary validity. Results: As observed, the behavioral objectives of sports tourists based on sustainable development for sports purposes emphasize the creation of balance in tourism development through environmental behaviors, socio-cultural behaviors, and economic behaviors. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of the environmental education program based on the lecture and film screening method and the combined method (speech and film screening) on the environmental skills of Iran's continental shelf oil company employees (case study: Siri Island employees). The statistical population included all 600 employees of the Iranian continental shelf oil company, Siri Island, of which 45 people were randomly selected and placed in three groups. This research is a semi-experimental method and a 20-item environmental skills questionnaire was used to collect the required data. The reliability of the questionnaire was also estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.85. Two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics of covariance analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the scores of environmental skills were normal and in line with the hypothesis of the research which was based on the comparison of lecture teaching methods, film showing and combined method (lecture and film showing method). There was a significant difference in the scores of the three training methods in the post-exam stage, that is, the training was able to increase the environmental skills scores of the employees of Iran's continental shelf oil company, Siri Island, in the post-exam stage.
