Abstract :
Introduction And Objectives: Today, the world seeks to preserve natural and sustainable resources so that people can live a healthy and peaceful life, which requires the use of principles and standards that guide the city in this direction. The existence of a road map and guide for the design of this route that fits the local conditions of Iran and its cities is a missing link. For this reason, updating the laws and regulations in the field of planning, management and urban design, in accordance with the global approaches centered on health, protection and environmental sustainability, is a prerequisite for effective and forward movement. this research has been carried out with the aim of measuring and evaluating the components of the Ecocity in the 22nd district of Tehran metropolis. Methodology: The research is applied in terms of targeting and descriptive-analytical in terms of methodology. The required data and information have been collected by two documentary (library) and field (questionnaire) methods. The statistical population of the research includes 384 residents of the neighborhoods of district 22 of Tehran metropolis. A total of 22 items have been used to analyze the studied components in the 22nd area of Tehran metropolis from 5 economic, social, managerial, physical and environmental criteria. To analyze the information obtained from one-sample T-tests, one-way analysis of variance (Anova) and from its post hoc test (Tuky HSD) in SPSS software and to recognize the spatial pattern from GIS software and program Its side effects have been used. Results and Discussion: The results of this research showed that the condition of the components of the ecological city in region 22 is average, and the localities are not in the same condition in this regard. Meanwhile, Sharif neighborhood is in the worst condition and Shahadai Lake neighborhood in the Persian Gulf is in the best condition compared to other neighborhoods in the region. Other results of the research show that there is a uniform distribution of average conditions and conditions in the region, and in other words, a wide pattern of average conditions covers the eastern, northern, eastern and southern regions of the region. The hot spot map of ecological city components in region 22 shows that a relatively large and wide accumulation spot of moderate ecological status is concentrated in the eastern and central part of the region. Hot spots with a smaller scale are scattered on the surface of the neighborhoods of Shohada of Persian Gulf, Sadra, Kohak, Golestan, Qaim, Tehran Cascade, Havaniroz and Saro Azad. This is despite the fact that in the northern and to some extent in the southern part of the region, there are favorable accumulation spots on a smaller scale. Despite this, the eastern half of the region is clearly covered with unfavorable accumulation spots. In general, it can be said that the components of the ecological city have favorable and unfavorable spots at a distance from each other. Conclusion: According to the results obtained from this research and according to the reports, the 22nd district of Tehran has the highest density selling violation. The problems of the region 22 have been raised many times, and one of these problems that has been constantly repeated by the councilors in the Tehran City Council is the illegal and illegal constructions in this region 22. In the previous years, District 22 of Tehran city was considered as a newly formed area, as a special zone on the bank of Tehran city with recreational and tourism use and services; Initially, the 22nd district was supposed to become the tourist hub of Tehran, and many projects such as Tehran Waterfall, Javanmardan Park, Persian Gulf Lake, and the Thousand and One Cities project were planned in this area, which caused many problems due to the indiscriminate constructions in the area. ; And since 2011, the Third Council of Tehran City repeatedly stressed about the incorrect implementation of the detailed plan of Region 22 and its violation and the need to return it to the Council. The towers that were built in the 22nd district of Tehran block the wind from west to east and with the progress of residential and commercial office towers in the 22nd district of Tehran, there were criticisms that with the construction of high towers in this 22nd district, which was previously considered to be the air purification plant of the city of Tehran. would be It creates a barrier against the wind from the west to the east of Tehran and causes an increase in the pollution of the city of Tehran. According to reports, due to the concentration of built and even under-construction towers and not taking into account the traffic infrastructure of the city at the time of issuing these permits, these criticisms have been received and the current conditions in District 22 will lead to an environmental disaster in the not-so-distant future. |
