Introduction: The safety management of dams and structures in the first step requires the evaluation of the actual conditions in the rivers. In Iran, due to being located in a dry and semi-arid climate, special attention has been paid to dam construction in economic development programs. Therefore, it is necessary to consider safety issues and points before building dams. The purpose of this research is to determine the flood trends caused by the dam failure and also the zoning of the flood caused by the failure in the downstream of the dam. Materials and Methods: This research is located in Tangab dam, 13 kilometers northwest of Firozabad city (Kwar-Firoozabad route), which is located on the Firozabad river. This river is the most important branch of Mond river.. In order to carry out this research, firstly, the studies related to the determination of the dam failure parameter, the determination of the failure shape and the time required to create the failure sections, and then the calculations of the flood discharge and the total discharge using 4 experimental methods including Crick-Patrick, America's water and soil protection, reclamation The lands of America, Singh and Storason were done and the results were modeled with HEC-RAS software. Results and Discussion: Based on the results obtained from the estimation of the flood discharge resulting from the dam failure based on the mentioned 4 experimental methods, it was found that the estimated discharge based on the two water and soil protection methods and the creek method was very close (30309 and 30270 cubic meters per second) to So that the difference in this amount is very small. This difference in flood trends and zoning is also very small. The amount of land under flood in both methods is 140 hectares of agricultural lands, 0.5 hectares of industrial lands and 90 hectares of lands in the river area. In the method of Singh and Storason, compared to the other three methods, it shows a lower discharge, according to this method, 133 hectares of agricultural lands are under flood and 84 hectares are in industrial areas. According to this method, industrial lands are not flooded. In the American land reclamation method, compared to the other three methods, it shows a larger discharge equal to 33914 cubic meters per second, as a result of which 161 hectares of agricultural lands, 1 hectare of industrial lands and 100 hectares in the river are flooded. Conclusion: The results of this research showed that the American land reclamation method is better than the other mentioned methods because it has estimated more flow in flood calculation. An important result of flood zoning resulting from the breaking of Tangab dam is that the urban area of Firozabad is safe from this flood and the villages are not flooded as far as the studied area is concerned. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that the result of the possible failure of the dam, based on this research, the flood caused by the failure of the dam, except for 1 hectare of the industrial sector, which is a very small area, will cause damage only to agricultural lands. Startups as a new model of business development, have been considered by governments and investors around the world. Also startups have played an important role in economic development of countries. The success rate of startups around the world is low, so in recent years efforts have been made to identify the factors behind their failure and success. The purpose of this article is to investigate these factors in the Iranian business ecosystem by conducting interviews with activists in this field. In this research, By conducting 25 interviews, 7 general categories, 32 categories and 87 concepts were extracted. General categories include having the suitable business model, fund-raising and support, Analyze and managing the market, the founder's managerial ability, product / service characteristics, team characteristics, and legal issues. The results show that a number of effective factors, are independent of the society hosting business and also have been mentioned in numerous global studies, but a number of others are depending on the culture and conditions of the society. So in order to improve the performance and success rate of startups, in addition to global efforts in this field, it is important to know the culture and community-related factors Manuscript profile

Financial market forecasting particularly stock market forecasting is a considerable debate that confront to forecast failure and model break down when structural breaks in trends occur. This paper discusses the modeling to predict stock return under structural breaks and investigate new approaches of forecasting in this condition. This study proposes a taxonomy for research area in forecasting under structural breaks to suggest further studies. We use literature survey as methodology of the research and categorizes the methods, models, and results of the recent researches in stock market forecasting. Consequently, it provides three categories of strategies to forecast stock return under structural breaks. First strategy, called economically motivated model restrictions, uses financial theories as signs to adjust the parameters of models in out-sample periods. Second strategy, known as regime shift, uses a Markov chain transition matrix to model structural breaks in time series. Third strategy applies mix of quantitative models and qualitative surveys to predict future of financial markets. The proposed strategies are applicable in Tehran stock exchange under uncertainty conditions. Manuscript profile

Reliability optimization problem has a wide application in engineering area. One of the most important problems in reliability is redundancy allocation problem (RAP). In this research, we worked on a RAP with repairable components and k-out-of-n sub-systems structure. The objective function was to maximize system reliability under cost and weight constraints. The aim was determining optimal components number of each subsystem, including the optimal number of repairmen allocated to each subsystem. Because this model belongs to Np. Hard problem, we used genetic algorithm (GA) for solving the presented model and response surface methodology (RSM) was used for tuning of algorithm parameters. Also for calculating the reliability of each subsystem (and system reliability) we used a simulation method. Finally, a numerical example was solved to test the algorithm performance. In this research, we assessed the extent to which stock market information can beused to predict leading indicators of the bank financial distress.Likewise, we specified and tested a logit early warning model of bank financialdistress, designed for Iranian banks, which tests if market-based indicators addpredictive value to models relying on accounting data obtained from stock market. On the other hand, we studied the robustness of the link between marketinformation and financial downgrading of a bank in the light of the safely net andasymmetric information hypotheses. In the end, we concluded that some of the resultsof accomplished studies, support the use of market-related indicators in order topredict the financial distress.Other results, however, show that the accuracy of the predictive power of thefinancial distress depends on the extent to which bank liabilities are market traded. Itmeans that if the bank undertakes to offer accurate data to the market, then a muchbetter prediction can be made based on the bank data. Manuscript profile

Introduction: The important role of risk and its challenges in organizations is one of the reasons for the importance of examining the risks of production. Considering the classification of the pharmaceutical industry as one of the most important industries, the investment risks in this industry have been analyzed using the Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) method. This method is one of the risk management techniques to identify, analyze, and ranking risk factors in order to increase the efficiency of the industry. Methods: This descriptive study suggests FMEA as a quantitative method for identifying production risks and, by computing risk priority numbers (RPNs), represents the probability of their risks and effects in the pharmaceutical industry. Results: In this research, after identifying the risks of drug production through literature review and interviewing experts, a questionnaire was designed that out of 66 identified risks, 19 risks were identified and ranked by experts as important risks. Conclusion: Good manufacturing practices (GMP), exchange rate fluctuation, no marketing strategy and lack of proper estimation of market trends, inventories of raw materials and inventory of supplies was identified as the most important risks of drug production. In addition the moderating effect of customers’ experience with internet banking and mobile applications was conducted. Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of data collection. Using a questioner, the sample was selected using convenience sampling, which includes 450 bank customers who don’t use mobile banking. Out of 450 questionnaires, 400 were usable that analyzed with SPSS and Smart PLS 3. Findings and Conclusion: The findings reveal that intention of adopting mobile banking is determined by attitude toward mobile banking, which in turn is determined by attitude toward learning to use mobile banking. In addition, respondents’ past experience with internet banking and mobile applications did not have moderating effect on the relationship of attitudes and adoption intention. The result also showed that customers are interested in learning how to use mobile banking, also they have a lot of experience in using Internet and mobile applications. Therefore, the reason for customers' weakness of attitude depends not on the individuals and customers but on the performance of the bank and its infrastructure. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to analyze the paradigmatic content of financial performance deficiencies of Abadan Oil Refining Company in 2019. For this purpose, the study was conducted in both qualitative and quantitative form. In the qualitative part, the factors and indicators affecting the financial performance deficiencies of the firm were estimated by the Grounded Theory method and in the quantitative part, the structural equation model was estimated. The results show that causal, consequences and intervening factors had the highest impact among the factors affecting the financial performance of the firm. Among the context factors, respectively, the existence of a monopoly market and government pricing, the lack of international communications, and the lack of revision of the bylaws have the most impact on the financial performance failure. Among the causal factors, copying plans and ideas, the lack of dynamic internal control mechanisms to produce clear financial data and the lack of transparent reporting in the financial statements have the greatest impact on financial performance failure. . Among the intervening factors, high inflation, severe exchange rate fluctuations, and the inability to supply equipment and components needed from overseas have the greatest impact on financial performance failure. Of the strategies, only lack of international communication has been significant; and of the consequences, the loss of credibility, the inability to compete in the industry, and the diminishing of customers have the greatest impact on the firm's financial performance failure. Studying the spillover between markets is an important and controversial topic in the financial field. The purpose of this study was to investigate the spillover between OPEC oil prices and the stock market of Iran and GCC countries considering trade cycles and structural failure. The data were collected monthly through the OPEC official web site and the archives of each of the countries listed on the stock exchange index from the beginning of 2012 until the end of the first half of 2018, using bivariate GARCH-BEKK, correlation models and Granger Causality test. The results show that the spillover of OPEC oil price volatility without affecting structural breakdown affects the stock markets of the target countries. But when it comes to structural failure, the results will be different. The results of Granger Causality test also show that there is no causal link between OPEC oil price and Tehran Stock Exchange index, but in some of GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, oil prices at different intervals is due to changes in the stock market index. The present study examines the resilience of financial technology businesses. Resilience is the determination of strategies that can prevent the occurrence of inefficiency and the collapse of businesses, or in the event of system inefficiency, return to the pre-failure state or more favorably with the shortest possible time. In addition, in this study, a comprehensive model of resilience of financial technology businesses and its introduction to the study community is presented. All failure modes that cause financial system inefficiencies for technology businesses include 12 failure modes that have been identified through the research literature and expert opinions. The statistical population of this research is managers and experts in the field of financial technology business and related groups in Tehran. In the analysis, FMEA technique has been used to determine resilience strategies in financial technology businesses before failure and new FAAO technique has been used to determine resilience strategies of financial technology businesses after failure. Through the FMEA technique, the experts selected the four failure modes with the highest score and risk priority (RPN) and introduced 25 strategies affecting financial technology businesses to deal with these failure modes. In addition, through the FAAO technique, 6 strategies were identified to make risk management resilient to failure. Manuscript profile

Redundancy allocation problem is one of the most important problems in reliability field. In this problem, the reliability and availability of the systems are maximized via allocating redundant components to subsystems. Many different assumptions are considered to draw this problem near to real conditions. In this paper, we work on a system with k-out-o-n subsystems as well as considering short circuit and common cause failures for the components in each subs in addition to ordinary components failures. Obviously, the components are repairable. We present a Markov model to show the effects of these two failures on system availability. For solving the presented model, we used Biographic Based Optimization (BBO) algorithm and minimize the system cost to achieve the predetermined system availability. We used the BBO algorithm for calculating the availability of the system, and response surface methodology for tuning the algorithm parameters. Manuscript profile

Physical, material, and moral damages incurred by a person following the occurrence of environmental damages make provisioning and implementing a proper civil liability system a necessity more than ever before. Although, there are lots of literature on the subject matter, it is essential to explore the relationship between the two subjects of “civil liability” and “environmental protection” to analyze the mechanisms of the former in determining the compensation of damages incurred by the latter. This is a descriptive-analytic research using library and note-taking and by referring to laws and regulations and literature. The findings showed that due to the failure of mechanisms of offense-based civil liabilities in compensating environmental damages, it can be beneficial to use strict civil liability based mechanisms, environmental responsibilities, insurance, and environmental damages fund. However, the approach of international environmental law in this field is to humanize the category of environment. Lack of mandatory environmental responsibilities for polluting businesses and lack of regulations on environmental damages fund are the most important challenges for a civil liability system in Iran to be effective in compensating for environmental damages. The procrastination discussions is an important issue in recent years for many researchers since it has been a bad habit and behavioral problem. The aim of this study was to examine the role of the positive and negative affect, fear of failure and goal achievement orientation in predicting procrastination among 120 male and female students at Payam Noor university of Delfan during The academic year 2013-2014. We selected this sample through randomized sampling method. The data were collected by questionnaires named Positive and Negative affect (Watson and et al, 1988), Goal achievement orientation (Elliot and McGregor, 2001), Fear of failure (Rajabi and Abbasi, 2011) and Academic procrastination. In addition positive affect (P<0.001, r= -0.302) and mastery goal achievement orientation (P<0.000, r= -0.360) was negatively and significantly related to academic procrastination. Finally, there was no meaningful relationship between performance goal achievement orientation and procrastination. Regression analysis showed that variables positive affect (P<0.002), mastery goal achievement orientation (P<0.004) and fear of failure (P<0.001) have involved in predicting factor of academic procrastination and fear of failure has the strongest value. Knowledge extraction is one of the most significant problems of data mining. The principles raised in if-then format can be turned into real numbers in each section- as values which could be included in dataset. The suggested method in the present dissertation is application of decision tree algorithms, clustering and forum rules for extraction of final rules. In the suggested method, extraction of rules is defined as an optimization problem and objective was obtaining a rule of high confidence, generalization and understandability. The suggested algorithm for extraction of rules was obtained from and tested based on a dataset of educational failure of 256 art school students living in Zanjan. The results suggested that the j48 algorithm in decision tree and accuracy of 0.95 is the choice for the dataset of educational failure. Data clustering was done by K-Main algorithm with confidence coefficient of 0.95. After all, obtaining rules of high confidence coefficient was done based on forum rules from Apriori algorithm for the whole datasets. The results of present study could be used for inhibition of educational failure of students, improved quality of relationship of parents and authorities with students and enhancing the education they receive. Present study considered deformation of a solid plate as result of external pressure wave. So, a detailed investigation of underwater explosions (UNDEX) and their effects on solid structures is the main objective of this paper. To accomplish this, numerical methods have been used to analyze the UNDEX structure qualitatively and quantitatively. Afterward, perpendicular blades are used to reinforce a marine structure. Governing equations in solid and fluid media were discretized using finite element and finite volume schemes, respectively. As for fluid-structure interaction (FSI), two-way coupling methods were used to map the results of fluid and solid media. The numerical method's validity can be confirmed by comparing numerical results with the analytical solution. Pressure-time diagrams follow the analytical solution reasonably well, indicating that the numerical method is valid. Additionally, results indicate that a pressure wave with amplitude of 20 MPa is generated by the detonation of explosive charge under water. Furthermore, reinforcement blades appear to reduce deformation in structures by increasing their resistance to explosive charges. These blades increase the strength of the plate where it could tolerate the Von-Mises stress up to 750 MPa. Manuscript profile

The financial crisis is a long-term process which affects many financial and operational aspects of companiesand the financial reporting system has played a major role in this process by employing different accounting methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial crisis by applying the method of smoothing the profit and considering the effects of the variables of the positive accounting theory. This research is a semi-experimental analytical researchWhich is applied in terms of purpose and is classified as descriptive research. Data were analyzed using a sample of 144 listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange, during the period of 10 years (2007 to 2016), the data were combined and the multivariate regression model was analyzed. The results of the first to third hypotheses indicate thatthere is no significant relationship between the lack of liquidity, the inability to fulfill obligations and the failure of the operation with the profit smoothingand the reason for this is that the companies did not pay much attention to the use of smoothing in the context of the financial crisis. There is also a significant and inverse relationship between bankruptcy and profit smoothingwhich shows that companies facing bankruptcy by smoothing the profits seek to improve the conditions of bankruptcy. This paper proposes an integrated approach of the earned value management and the risk management for predicting of project performance including cost and duration of estimate at completion. In spite of the abilities of earned value management technique in estimating the project future performance merely based on its past, it cannot consider the environmental change or other elements which effect on the future performance of the project. Unlike the earned value management, the risk management technique looks to the farther horizons and deals with the evaluation of the project performance by recognizing the failure modes. In this paper we intend to present the future performance index in combination with the earned value management current indices for better prediction of the projects’ future performance. These indices are determined under real-life and uncertain conditions using the fuzzy approach. In the end, the performance of the proposed method is evaluated by a numerical example. The results show that the consideration of the risk evaluation index improves the prediction of cost and time of projects' completion in the value management model. Manuscript profile

In paying attention to the recent years, domestic industries encounter severe slump and some of them has become insolvent, some are also at the beginning of bankruptcy. The existence of a research that would be able to applicability and simply show the causes of domestic industries bankruptcy, and make it flexible to the government`s honorable attendants, congress representatives, judicature, and other governmental and private organizations, has been less seen. Therefore, the writers of this article have tried at the first step to extract the main causes of bankruptcy and slump domestic industries from the writing and speeches of country`s attendants and experts and specialists. At the second step, the causes are presented to specialists and advisers of Ministry of Industry and Mining. Then by using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) more than 90 problems are extracted, classified and prioritized, and then the obtained results are used as input to draw cause and effect diagram (fishbone diagram). In this article to draw cause and effect diagram, the bankruptcy causes and slump domestic industries are categorized into 8 parts: 1. government, 2. domestic industries, 3. goods smuggling, 4. bank, 5. judicature, 6. Congress, 7. environment, and 8. people. On the one hand, this diagram can simply show the domestic industries problems based on their importance and on the other hand specify the related organizations to solve the problems. This current research from the viewpoint of purpose is an active research and from the aspect of approach and nature is a descriptive-applicable research in which the library approach is used to gather information, and also experts judgment are used for validity and reliability. Planning in organizations pays attention to safe operation for the purpose of moving the organization towards reducing occupational accidents and diseases and preventing the wastage of resources. Safety performance refers to the set of actions and behaviors that they perform to maintain and improve the safety and health level of themselves and their colleagues. In this research, identification and prioritization of the active factors of work safety (the case study of iron ore mines in Sirjan) were carried out. This research was applied and in terms of strategy, survey and statistical sample of the research were 12 safety managers and experts working in the mines of Sirjan city, who were selected through non-random and purposeful sampling. The tools of data collection were semi-structured interviews and letters, and to analyze the questions, the technique of analyzing disordered situations and its approach and the combined approach of hierarchical analysis and the methods of preference for similarity to the ideal solution are used. Based on the findings, the lack of allocation of the necessary budget for safety programs, the lack of specialist staff in the fields and direct treatments, training and equipment by direct safety specialists has taken the value in the relative index and has the greatest effect in reducing it. In our new world situation, independence of societies, more than ever lays on finding new ways toward development. Since information technology can’t any more be regarded as an advantage, the importance of human resources as a potential capital capable of facing with national and international problems, seems to be vital? For encouraging innovations, initial steps toward freedom of thought and the so-called "software movement" has been started. But what is necessary is a continuing and progressive movement. Paying special attention to this issue thus needs appropriate educational policy in higher education. Unfortunately, our present economical situation, the phenomenon of educational impurities in universities, and the problem of "brain drain", are not good symptoms when evaluating the status of science .Scientific and academic norms in society are potentially vulnerable at present time and universities, more than anything, look like agencies just for producing academic degrees. Because of vulnerability of status and value of science, the higher education system in our country has been damaged. Moreover, without motivated students for learning, adequate output for satisfying development demands is not achievable. Higher education is in crisis. Azad Rashid Azarpour[1] Akbar Bashiri[2] Abstract: The impact of the decline and the seizure of the main dispute over a cross-appeal is one of the issues discussed and the disagreement in the civil procedure. There may be a major dispute over the length of the trial due to seizure and detention, what is the point in this regard to what extent is the link that has been created between the main and the reciprocal of the dispute? Therefore, in this research, we will examine the effect of the deconstruction and seizure of the proceedings in the main dispute as to the mutual dispute raised during the main proceedings. Due to the fact that the seizure and the decay of the proceedings to protect the rights of the parties to the lawsuit and the observance of the rights of defense of the parties to the lawsuit are also part of the rules of procedure, the existence of this longing is necessary. The result is that the loss of the main claim may result in the recovery of the claim, the extradition of the petition, the decline of the right, the reconciliation between the parties and the change of court. These cases have been explicitly mentioned by the legislator in French law. Road construction machinery has considerable importance in construction projects. Among the issues related to machinery, maintenance and repair are very important because maintenance and repairs (machines) are directly related to their costs as well as the overall cost of the project. The repair method after the failure is replaced by other maintenance and repair methods that are currently used in many organizations. Reliable Maintenance and Maintenance (RCM) is a process that determines the maintenance and repair needs of equipment and machinery in working conditions so that each of this equipment performs its core tasks in the best possible manner. Instead of concentrating on cost reduction, this method focuses on increasing reliability, which means that costs have been reduced by improving reliability. Reducing maintenance costs is a good and timely maintenance. In this study, a case study of this method has been carried out during a one-year period at Jahad Nasr Sirjan Company and compared with a sample of Sarcheshme Copper Company, which would be acceptable. Consumers’ complaints are a crucial issue for the survival of any companies. This is why it has attracted much attention in services section. Knowing about the reasons and consequences of this issue helps companies to create a marketing philosophy that not only is aligned with consumers’ satisfaction, but also tries to manage and deal with dissatisfaction. This study aims at studying the students’ complaints from university’s services in both online and offline contexts. Therefore the effects of the following factors have been studied and compared: positive attitude toward complaints, the possibility of any deficiency in providing services in future, the amount of dissatisfaction from services. The importance of the context, the probability of success through complaints, personal norms and the value of complaint in complaints’ intention in both online and offline contexts .The data of the research were collected by distributing questionnaires among the students of accounting and management in Qazvin Islamic Azad University. The results showed that the effect of the above-mentioned variables on complains intention is significant except for the value of complaint in offline context. Note that for the value of complaint, there was no significant difference in both contexts. In other word, students are more willing to complain in face to face or through phone calls. In the end, some working recommendations have been offered that would help educational and service companies to satisfy their consumers through appropriate complaint management. Manuscript profile

In the present research, the relationship between family structure and academic failure is considered with mediator role of identity styles. The research method was correlation of path analysis. The statistical population consisted of all Secondary school students in the Khorramabad city. A sample of 365 students was selected using multi-stage random sampling and Purposive method. The research instrument consisted of Family structure Questionnaire (FAD) and Identity Styles (ISI), and the average less than 15 considered as a criterion for academic failure. For data analysis the path analysis method was used. Based on the results the research proposed model was approved. There was no direct relationship between family structure and academic failure, but there was an indirect relationship through all the components of identity styles, Also, there was a direct relationship between family structure and all components of identity styles. In addition, among the components of identity styles, two components of confused-avoidance identity styles and informational identity showed a direct relation with academic failure. In sum, the family structure through the identity styles as an influential mediator, can affect students' academic failure. Therefore, the central role of styles of identity and family structure should be at the center of attention of interventions and planning related to improving the academic performance of students. This study sought to probe and explain the causes and sources of failure or lack of success in intercultural communication. Thus, the researchers selected one hundred (100) participants to take part in this study. 20 participants out of 100 took part in the interview session willingly. The participants were all English language teachers from Golestan province, Iran. The researchers used the ICC questionnaire and structured interview to collect the required data. To analyze the data, the researchers used the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and inductive content analysis. The results revealed that miscellaneous factors could cause failure among which linguistic, cultural, and emotional factors are the most important agents in failing intercultural communications. In fact, linguistic, emotional, and cultural factors are the three macro-sources that cause failure in intercultural communications. Each of these macro-sources has its sub-sets and micro-sources such as language proficiency, sociocultural knowledge, motivation, etc. In the meantime, context and the interlocutor are other factors that affect these three macro-sources and they should be taken into account. This study is of high importance for intercultural experts, psychologists, and international students to be able to find the roots of intercultural hurdles easily and eradicate them. In today's competitive world, various organizations have been constantly concerned with improving production processes as a way to enhance product quality. Experiment design is a statistical quality control method leading to increased product quality, and thereby, enhanced manufacturing productivity. The present study set out to identify and prioritize the defects in industrial paints produced by Partofooldam industrial paint manufacturing company through failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and to determine optimal value levels for the identified effective factors using Taguchi Orthogonal Array Method. To serve the purpose, six trihedral factors and one dihedral factor were defined and the L18 array was selected for designing the required experiments. The findings indicated that the best paint quality was obtained in the experimental condition with over 10 micron granulation, peak metal temperature (PMT) of 232°C, high quality pigment, resin content of 55%, catalyst content of 4.1%, using medium quality plate and maximum content of additives. The effectiveness of the proposed method was determined by comparing the risk priority number (RPN) in FMEA before and after implementing Taguchi Method which showed a 19 point drop in the mean RPNs for all the identified problems. The results verified the impact of Taguchi’s method on reducing product failure risk and enhancing product quality. Manuscript profile

The failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a qualitative, Inductive and effective method for detecting errors, faults, and failures in a system and fuzzy logic can improve that technique with more logical outputs. Moreover, the fault tree analysis (FTA) as a probabilistic risk assessment method is among the effective technique for calculating the probability of errors, faults, failures, reliability and safety integrity level (SIL) verification resulting in certain events at higher levels. The FTA also detects the main causes of events in complicated systems. Although this technique appears to be time-consuming in systems with many diverse components, it is considered a powerful tool. In this paper, the fuzzy FMEA analyzes the failure modes in a hypothetical system. After that, the process with the highest risk is selected as the input of an FTA. According to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of FTAs, a series of corrective actions will be proposed to reduce the failure probability. Manuscript profile

Purpose: Investigating the causes of the failure of the Azerbaijan State Association in the constitutional era. Method and Research: This article tries to study the causes of failure of the Azerbaijan State Association in the constitutional era by descriptive-analytical method.Research Findings: One of the most important achievements of the Iranian constitutional movement is the formation of state and provincial associations. These associations played a significant role in the developments of the constitutional era, and as the main protectors of the constitutional movement and the National Assembly, they acted in a way that provoked the anger and hatred of the supporters of tyranny against them. In the same way, in the last months of the life of the first term parliament, a sharp reaction was formed in the associations and especially in the Tabriz association, which was called the Holy National Association; Which led to the extinction of all associations in the coming days of the assemblies. The present article intends to advance the discussion and provide a proper answer to the fundamental question of finding the causes of the failure of the Azerbaijan State Association in the developments of the constitutional era. Risk level evaluation of power systems and reduction of its related destructive effects costs have been transformed to one of the basic challenges in power industry’s operation and scheduling. In this paper a new method for mathematical modeling of failure correlation of parallel transformers using Poisson process and multi-Gaussian Copula function is presented. In this method, by using computation of selected reliability indices and related costs, a modeling method for estimation of expectation value of failure cost of parallel transformers with failure correlation and also cost of annual risk of power system has been proposed. According to the capability of production of stage-gate process of the system real mode and failure correlation and probability of parallel transformers, sequential Monte Carlo method for calculation of system’s reliability indices and related costs estimation has been employed. Simulation results of the proposed method show that annual increase of failure correlation probability of parallel transformers in power stations, will lead to increase of expectation value of their failure, level and cost of power system’s risk. This paper presents an adaptive state feedback control scheme for a class of nonlinear systems with unknown parameters, variable control gains and in the presence of unknown time varying actuator failures. The designed controller compensates unknown loss of effectiveness failures as well as unknown time varying stuck failures in actuators. The considered actuator failure can cover most failures that may occur in actuators of the practical systems. The proposed adaptive controller is constructed based on a backstepping design method. Appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals are introduced to design new adaptive laws to compensate the unknown actuator failures and unknown parameters. The offered method ensures the asymptotic output tracking and the boundedness of all the closed-loop signals. The proposed design approach is employed for a wing rock control of an aircraft in the presence of time varying actuator failures. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed adaptive control method. Manuscript profile

Distributed processing environments, such as grids, are one of the most important platforms for meeting the user's processing needs. These environments have the potential to meet the needs of users, but they also have their own problems, including the failure of the jobs. Several attempts have been made to overcome this problem, which in general can be divided into two categories of resource side methods and job side methods. All these methods need some kind of prediction of the resources or jobs status in order to pursue a proactive approach to failures. However, due to the dynamics of these environments, the developed models quickly lose their quality and thus can not effectively help with the methods mentioned. In this paper, first, by identifying the reasons for reducing the quality of predictors in the grid environment, a solution has been proposed to deal with it, and then the proposed solution has been applied in the context of job failures. The results of experiments on the two experimental environments of AuverGrid and Grid5000 showed that the proposed method would increase the quality by 0.02 and 0.06 respectively in these two environments. Concrete is one of the main materials used in the construction industry and there are disadvantages to the conventional method of using steel, which reduces the breakage and concrete failure. Today, the spread of the science of applying polymeric materials to overcome these disadvantages has quickly taken its place in concrete ingredients. These materials can produce stronger concrete with greater flexibility and a smoother surface and can increase concrete resistance to erosion, impact and corrosion. In this research, using Geogrid, which is a family of geosynthetics, the tensile strength of concrete increased by 15%. Because it is used as a solid with very low risk, the geogrid is placed at different distances from the neutral warp. Based on the results of the experiments and according to the diagrams obtained from the geogrid experiments, if utilized as a semi-solid in the tensile region, the geogrids will result in the equal distribution of stresses and will have a better effect on increasing tensile strength. Of course, using a combination of steel and geogrid in the tensile region and according to the geogrid characteristics, it is easier to achieve a soft failure (tensile failure), which is the best type of failure for concrete structures. The large bridges of the new Meyaneh - Tabriz Railroad are located in a region with a high risk of a large earthquake and a slope of sloping soils, which are susceptible to landslides. Depending on the user's specific circumstances, it is simply not possible to identify malicious factors and prevent progressive failures. Regarding the daily and seasonal temperature variation cycles, imposing irreparable damage due to the creation of thermal expansion barriers between the shell and the deck is likely to occur accidentally or deliberately in the structure. Therefore, in order to detect the thermal behavior of the bridge and prevent potential destructive factors, the bridge was investigated using the CSI Bridge software and the results of the heat changes were analyzed. The results show that with increasing temperature gradually, stress, axial, shear and anchor forces increase to 60 ° C uniformly. With temperature reaching 65 ° C, the stress caused by heat changes increased by 17.7%. Infill walls are one of the most important elements in the buildings that should be considered in design and construction stages. In architectural design masonry infills are used to separating spaces and areas, but these elements are effective in seismic behavior because of stiffness and strength of masonry infills adjacent to the structural frames. The interaction of masonry infill with concrete frame create short column. Shear failure is a critical kind of concrete column failure that occurs in short columns during earthquake because of low ductility and brittle behavior of these types of columns. It is important to investigate the behavior of short columns. In this paper interaction of masonry infill with concrete frame with 1 bay and 1 story is surveyed. SAP2000 and OpenSees are used for analysis and comparison. The results show that shear reinforcement of concrete columns in ordinary design is not sufficient so plastic hinges form and shear failure happen and increasing in the stiffness and strength of frame because of infill wall should be considered during both the design and construction stages. In this study, in order to provide a new analytical relationship for evaluating the bearing capacity of a two layered cohesive- frictional soil mass, 12 sets loading tests of physical model for three types of upper layers with different thicknesses and compactions. In continuation, a series of parametric studies were performed to evaluate the accuracy of the proposed relationship using PLAXIS 2D finite element software. In order to study the results of numerical modeling and control of the accuracy of the modeling, results of these analyzes were compared with the experimental results of corresponding physical models by considering the effect of different parameters)relative thickness, compaction ratio and different shear strength parameters of soil layers) on the failure mechanism and the ultimate bearing capacity of the soil. Considering the appropriate fit of the load-displacement curves, the failure pattern and the average difference of the bearing capacity about 3.3% between the physical and numerical models, show that finite element models have good accuracy in predicting the actual behavior of laboratory samples and the results of numerical simulations can be trusted. After the verifying of the numerical analysis results, the values of the bearing capacity obtained from both numerical and analytical methods for 88 different modes of the strip foundation with dimensions B = 1 and 2 meter and soil mass with different layering, depth and shear strength parameters were compared and a difference of about 7 and 12.5% were observed for foundations with dimensions of 1 and 2 meters, respectively. The results showed that there is a relatively good agreement between all three experimental, numerical and analytical methods in the evaluation of the ultimate bearing capacity and the analytical relationship can predict the process of limit pressure changes in terms of the relative thickness of the layers and the evaluation of the ultimate bearing capacity for various states of the strip footing resting on two layeres ground with relatively good accuracy. With the BREACH model and the failure of the overtopping type, the peak flow is equal to 15654.7 cubic meters per second and if the failure is of the piping type, the peak flow will be equal to 1722.3 cubic meters per second. Although the BREACH model is more accurate, However, considering that the peak flow obtained by Froehlich method is 0.9792 with the peak flow observed from the BREACH model, so it has acceptable accuracy. Failure of the overtopping dam compared to the leakage condition at the level of 2444 from the dam body has a higher peak flow and will lead to financial losses as well as more casualties in the downstream area of the dam. Although dams have the potential to achieve macro and national goals, they sometimes also provide the necessary ground for threats to occur. One of these threats is the risk of flooding due to the possible failure of dams for settlements located near them. In this study, the failure of Gheshlagh Dam, a dam located 12 km north of Sanandaj, the capital of Kurdistan Province, has been investigated. The failure of this dam has been analyzed using the HEC-RAS program and the results confirm that after the start of the failure of the dam, in the early stages of the river, the water level rises sharply and submerges the heights on both sides of the river. But the downstream topography of the dam is such that although much of the land around the river is submerged, urban areas are less vulnerable to flood risk. However, given the risk to life on the riverbank, the use of a flood warning system is suggested as an effective solution. Manuscript profile

Choosing the right suppliers is the basis of a successful supply chain and a key factor for improving competitiveness. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to investigate the quality and failure rate of the parts that provided by the suppliers. In doing so, the evaluation approach based on the failure rate was used and the reliability of the suppliers was determined and their ranking was done. As a result, the research method used is applied in nature and its method is contextual-case. Moreover, for the purpose of a case study, the suppliers of seven separate supply chains of an electrical appliance manufacturing company in Shiraz were examined that each of the chains included eight suppliers. Besides, in order to evaluate and establish the supplier's reliability model based on the failure rate, a parallel system was used. Finally, by calculating the reliability, the failure rate of the supplier's manufactured product was obtained. The results showed that this failure rate is a suitable criterion for comparing the output quality or the products of suppliers. Thus, it is possible to rate the suppliers based on this obtained model. Manuscript profile

Megaproject is a term used to distinguish strategic projects from normal projects. The super project requires the allocation of many resources and has transformative consequences. Much research has been done to identify the success and failure factors of megaprojects. This research aims to analyze the knowledge structure of the success and failure factors of megaprojects. Research is practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the indexed content research related to the success and failure factors of megaprojects in science websites, the judgmental sampling method, and the sample size are 3728. The method of research data analysis includes the analysis of the structure of the context and the analysis of the content structure. Contextual structure analysis includes the steps of cataloging, sorting, illustrating, and contextual data analysis, and content structure analysis includes two steps of data extraction and coding. The analysis of the texture structure confirms the upward trend of indexing, the dominant flow of introducing a country as a megaproject platform, and the greater contribution of indexing to the field of project management. Analysis of the content structure has identified 277 codes, 177 concepts, 101 subcategories, 69 categories, and 9 dimensions. These dimensions include the success and failure of megaprojects, context, domain, super project teams, super project life cycle, investment, environment, involved parties, and social factors. The theoretical dispersion in the selection of vocabulary indicates the need for convergence in the selection of vocabulary and the necessity of identifying theoretical frameworks from the indexed content related to the success and failure of megaprojects. One of the major problems in today's world is the inability to have children. This has affected social health and led researchers to preclinical studies. Over several decades, numerous animal models in the biology of reproduction have entered the field of research. Different mechanisms and approaches induce different types of reproductive diseases. Variety in conventional methods in inducing animal models has confused researchers. Since premature ovarian failure, azoospermia and polycystic ovary syndrome are important causes of inability of couples to have children, we decided to review the studies conducted in this field, appropriate laboratory methods and processes to create an animal model for premature failure. Introduce ovarian, azoospermia and polycystic ovary syndrome. The use of chemical drugs used in adults as chemotherapy drugs, especially cyclophosphamide, is known as the most appropriate method to create an animal model in premature ovarian failure. To create an animal model of azoospermia, busulfan injection is used as the most common method to induce azoospermia. Finally, to create an animal model of polycystic ovary syndrome, the most common method is to inject androgens into dihydroepiandestrone. In the present study, common methods along with the relevant protocols, along with the advantages and disadvantages of each model are presented. Manuscript profile

Premature ovarian failure (POF) is known as a heterogeneous disorder that leads to amenorrhea and ovarian failure before the age of 40 and causes infertility in young women. Herbal Medicines is traditionally used to treat hormonal problems in women. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Chaste tree fruit hydro alcoholic extract on ovarian function and body weight of mice after POF induction in mice. In this study, 50 mice were divided into five groups (n=10) including the vitex group, POF and three experimental groups (creating POF model and gavage of vitex extract). After the effect of the extract, the ovarian tissue was studied with hematoxylin-eosin staining, and follicular count and serum level were checked. The results showed that the number of follicles, corpus luteum, and body weight of mice in the POF group were significantly reduced. Also, the serum level of FSH hormones increased in the POF group and the E2 hormone decreased significantly compared to the control group (p<0.05), which indicates the correct creation of POF models. After gavage of extract in POF mouse models, the serum level of hormones was adjusted and the number of ovarian follicles increased. The results of the study showed that vitex extract in the highest tested dose has positive effects on the number of follicles, body weight and sex hormones of mice in premature ovarian failure syndrome. Perhaps in Persian literature Forough Farroukhzad is the first female poet who has spoken of her feminine emotions. Feelings have merged with her poetry, giving it a new and unprecedented potentiality. She, in her poetry, has made a great use of her feminine feelings and skills. In this way, she has acquired a new poetic understanding and a specific language use as well. Forough gets the themes of her poetry from both the realities and her own life experiences. She has skillfully blended her own life story as a woman with those of every single woman in her native land. Shortly after accomplishing her first three works namely ASEER (the Captive), Esian (the Rebellion), and DIVAR (the Wall), she did manage to broaden her views and deepen her emotions and hereby made herself a great poet with humanistic desires. She can also be regarded as a social critic. Human beings in her poetry have feminine nature in general. Her poetry is full of sensibility and emotions bearing specific courage, frankness and sincerity. This article, while presenting some of her poems, tries to review the realization of emotions and feminine features in Forough Farroukhzad poetry. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of stress induction on cognitive failure and working memory with regard to the role of cognitive flexibility. The study used a quasi-experimental design of pretest - posttest groups. The study population were female students who lived in dormitories of Imam Khomeini International University of Qazvin, which 100 of them selected by convenience sampling, and of these, 44 participants (22 participants with highly cognitive flexibility and 22 participants with lower cognitive flexibility) were entered into the final analysis. For data collection, Working Memory Test )Daneman & Carpenter, 1980), Cognitive Failures Questionnaire (Broadbent, Cooper, Fitzgeral & Parkes, 1982), and Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire (Dennis & VanderWal, 2010) was used. The findings showed that after stress induction, there was a significant difference between the two groups with high cognitive flexibility and low cognitive flexibility in terms of performance of the mental processing part of working memory and three dimensions of cognitive failure including distraction, memory problems and action slips. However, under conditions of stress experience, there was no difference between the two groups in terms of mental storage and not remembering names. Therefore, it can be concluded that stress experiences affect mental processing of working memory and most dimensions of cognitive failures, but this is dependent on the level of cognitive flexibility. This study was conducted with the goal of investigating the amount of Chrome heavy metal in Firouz Abad river of Tehran. For this purpose, sampling from water was conducted by determining 5 measurement stations in the river path in the spring, summer and autumn of 2007. Analysis of samples was performed using Atomic Absorption method. The results of this study show that the levels of chrome metal measured in the third, fourth and fifth stations with the averages of 0.503mg/l, 1.29mg/l and 2.62mg/l, respectively are above the allowed level of chrome in the run-off determined by Environment Preservation Organization (0.5mg/l). In order to estimate the level of environmental risks of chrome in the environment of the affected area, the Environmental Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and its effects on environment was used. For this purpose, a table was first designed based on each station in which chrome concentration was graded within the scores span of 1 to 50 from the respects of risks severity and possible consequences. Then, Risk Priority Number (RPN) was calculated for each station from the product of risks severity in possible consequence. In the stations in which the level of chrome heavy metal was above the standard level, some measures were suggested for minimizing RPN. In this study, the level of environmental risks of this metal was estimated in 5 stations based on RPN as follows: RPN of first station = 2 < RPN of second station = 10 < RPN of thied station = 30 < RPN of forth station = 200 < RPN of fifth station = 450 Due to irrigation of agricultural lands by this river especially vegetable farming and growing summer crops in south of Tehran, the excess concentration of chrome has increased significant absorption of the aforesaid heavy metal in plants which its consequence is the entrance of this metal to food chain and its bad effects on human. ABSTRACT One of the most challenging issues that can happen to people in their lifetime today is the experience of love failure, which is mainly associated with various negative consequences. The aim of the current research was to identify the factors that affect love failure. For this purpose, the systematic review method was used. In this section, the community included all domestic and international written sources (printed/electronic) on the experience of love failure, which could be retrieved and accessed through domestic and foreign databases. After determining the inclusion criteria (published from 2000 to now; studies that were published in a reputable journal and had full text; experimental and review studies) and screening and evaluation of articles, 37 studies were selected. With the systematic review of the background of the research and based on the systematic review, personality characteristics, attachment style and maladaptive schemas as three important individual factors, parenting patterns as an important family factor and perceived social support as an important factor. social influence on the experience of love failure were identified. Based on the results of this research, it is necessary to pay attention to the identified individual, family and social variables in the design of interventions and programs that are designed for the prevention or treatment of emotional failure. The effect and role of each of these variables on emotional failure was discussed. Manuscript profile

At present, Continuous casting is the most important method of producing ingot in the world. The controlling parts of melts are shroud, stopper and submerged entry nozzle (SEN), which are special refractories. Among the special refractory components, SEN is very important. The duty of SEN is pouring the liquid steel from tundish to crystallizator. The aim of this study was to investigate the causes of corrosion and failure of the soundless SEN that used in continuous casting of Saba Steel Company. At the beginning, different sections of a sound and soundless SEN were prepared. Bulk density, apparent porosity, XRD, XRF and scanning electron microscopy was performed in this research. The results showed that unsuitable coating applied on the surface of SEN and less graphite content of zirconia graphite body of SEN are the major causes of failure so that the soundless and sound nozzle has 8 and 10 graphite percent, which leading to decreased resistance to thermal shock and corrosion. With the increasing growth and development of Nano science and nanotechnology, applications of the Nano-sensors, Nano-electro-mechanical systems, Nano-electric systems and Nano-photonic devices is rising day-by-day. Nanowires, as one of the key components of these systems, play a significant role in their proper function. Therefore, recognition of the thermo-mechanical behavior of nanowires has a particular importance. Due to the inevitable problems in conducting empirical experiments on nanowires, including the need for highly precise and advanced equipment, as well as the high cost and time needed to carry out these experiments, a number of researchers have simulated the behavior of nanowires. Molecular dynamics simulation is one of the best methods for recognizing the properties of nanowires, which is used in most nano-scale simulations. By using simulation and modeling methods, nanowires properties can be studied at a very low cost and short time, in comparison with experimental methods. In this paper, the effect of temperature (300, 450, 600 and 700 ◦K) and strain rate (2×108, 2×109 and 2×1010 1/s) on the mechanical properties of a gold nanowire (with diameter and length of 3 and 6 nanometers, respectively) such as stress-strain curve, yield stress, stress at failure moment, and the magnitude of nanowire elongation by molecular dynamics method have been investigated to determine the thermo-mechanical behavior of the gold nanowire. The present study was carried out as the study of social factors on the educational decline of first, second and third grade high school students in Garmsar. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of social factors on the academic drop of female students in the first, second and third grades of high school in Garmsar, conducted by field research. The statistical population of this study is 768 female students of first, second and third grade high school students of mathematics, experimental, human and technical sciences who have been studying in the schools of Garmsar in the academic year of 1396-1393. The sample size of this study was determined by using the codlar formula among the statistical population of 256 people. The hypotheses were evaluated through Kramerzian test and multivariate regression, and the result was as follows. To measure the severity of the relationship between the two variables of trained and qualified educational personnel, and the academic failure of students, the Kramerzoo coefficient was used which the coefficient of 0.77 and the significance level of 0.01 were indicative of a positive and strong correlation between the two variables of academic failure Students and trained and trained human resources. Also, the significance level of 0.01, between the two variables of academic failure and the social status of the students, indicates that there is a positive and strong correlation. Considering the value of F = 0.86, with a significant level of 0.30, the rejection of the zero hypothesis means that there is a significant relationship between the two variables of social factors and academic failure. On the other hand, Kramerzoo coefficient was used to measure the severity of the relationship between the two variables of family cohesion and academic failure. The value of this coefficient is 0.66 and the significance level of 0.05 indicates that there is a positive and strong correlation between the two variables of family cohesion and There is a student drop in school. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, as one of the most common lung diseases, has a progressive and debilitating nature and affects patients' psychological performance. It is often accompanied by decline in cognitive abilities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of ego depletion in the relationship between negative meta-emotion and fatigue with cognitive failure in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. For this purpose, in a descriptive-correlational study, 204 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Kerman were selected by convenience sampling and were evaluated for cognitive failure, ego depletion, negative meta-emotion, and fatigue. The results of data analysis showed that negative meta-emotion, fatigue and ego depletion have significant positive relationship with cognitive failure. Also, the results of path analysis also suggested that ego depletion plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between negative meta-emotion and fatigue with cognitive failure. That is, part of the relationship between negative meta-emotion and fatigue with cognitive failure occurs through ego depletion. It means, part of the relationship between negative meta-emotion and fatigue with cognitive failure occurs through ego depletion. Therefore, according to the results of the present study, we can reduce the ego depletion in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by providing therapeutic interventions based on reduction in negative meta-emotion and fatigue, thus preventing or controlling cognitive failure in these patients Manuscript profile

The phenomenon of failure in objects is one of the major issues that human beings have been facing for a long time, and because of advances in technology in the present age, this issue is more important than in the past. All engineering materials, on the other hand, have tiny cracks from which failure begins. Therefore, estimating the residual life of thin plates made from these materials and used in space and offshore structures requires knowledge of the stress distribution due to cracking in these components. Because of the singularity of the crack tip due to large stresses, the presence of a relatively small crack can lead to a hazardous situation. Therefore, this area should be given more attention. In this research, using the Inglis formula and considering the correction coefficient of the compensatory free surface, the value of the stress coefficient for edge crack is obtained. Then, by replacing the new stress coefficient in Westergaard formula, we calculate the stress field of Mode I (Opening mode) and Mode II (sliding mode) in the perforated plane containing the edge crack. Finally, we examine the effects of various parameters such as loading angle, crack length and hole radius on the values obtained for stress in both modes by plotting. Manuscript profile
