Abstract :
This research was done with the aim of identifying and analyzing the internal risks of outsourcing with a combined (qualitative-quantitative) approach. Qualitative data was collected using semi-structured interviews with 21 managers and experts of Lorestan Gas Company who were selected purposefully and analyzed using thematic analysis method. The validity and reliability of the research in this section was confirmed using Lincoln and Goba's (1985) evaluation method, and the 132 identified codes were placed in 13 subcategories and two main categories. Quantitative data was collected by using a questionnaire tool and through the census of the members of the statistical population (83 people), whose validity and reliability were checked and confirmed by using the Lauche coefficient and the degree of similarity. The data of this stage were analyzed in two stages. In the first step, using the failure factor analysis method (FMEA), the priority number of each risk (RPN) was calculated, and by removing safe risks from the analysis process, in the second step, using the fuzzy interpretive structural method (FISM), the risks model Outsourcing was designed within the organization, and as a result of leveling, risks related to management capabilities and organizational infrastructure were identified as the most important and effective risks within the outsourcing organization.
