Abstract :
The aim of investigation often refer to theoretical model as formulating instructional program in the teacher training as well as inquiry findings and related theories, 12 components of instructional programs are indicated and on the framework inventory is arranged distance scale , and validity and saturative agents may estimated more relevant investigations is descriptive principles, It is to say that rules research is measured a kind of applied statistical univers Thus, is recorded 230 trainers of teacher training centers are as statically sample.
