Purpose: The present research aims to investigate and assess the effect of cultural differences with customers on the service providers’ adaptability. This research also investigates the moderating role of metacognitive cultural intelligence.Method: The research was conducted with an experimental method and a 2×2 factorial design, which used a scenario-based questionnaire (N = 160) among Qazvin Islamic Azad University students to test the hypotheses.Findings: The results confirmed all three hypotheses, i.e. based on the findings, cultural differences and metacognitive cultural intelligence positively affects the willingness of service employees to adapt in service interactions, and also the metacognitive cultural intelligence of service employees moderates the relationship between cultural differences and adaptability of service provider. Conclusion: Cultural difference is one of the important dimensions in customer service, which should be considered by service managers in service environments that face customers from different ethnicities and cultural groups because it leads to many obvious misunderstandings among different cultures. When the service provider works with people from unfamiliar cultures, adapting and closing to the customer's culture can lead to positive feelings in the customer. Therefore, in the place of multicultural services, there is a need for employees from different cultures with high metacognitive cultural intelligence, and in-service training can be effective in this field. Abstract: In our country, where the young generation of athletes constitutes a high percentage of the population, environmental education can have a significant effect on strengthening environmental culture and achieving sustainable development goals. The purpose of the present study is to provide a model of the effectiveness of environmental and health teachings on the citizenship behavior of athletes in Semnan province. This research is of applied type in terms of outputs and descriptive-analytical in terms of data review method. The statistical research community of athletes in Semnan Province is the pilot of the research. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity and reliability have been accepted. Structural equation modeling was used to design the model. The results showed that the teachings of environmental and health teachings on the citizenship behavior of athletes is effective and the model has sufficient and favorable fit. Therefore, despite the existence of awareness and a relatively appropriate attitude towards the environment, the majority of people have performed poorly in terms of environmental behavior. Therefore, having environmental awareness cannot be a guarantee for environmental behavior, but in the meantime, there is a need for conditions and social structure that encourage and facilitate environmental behavior. Manuscript profile

The present study was carried out in order to evaluate the psychometrics properties of the Persian version of Organizational Virtuousness Scale and prediction of organizational virtuousness by considering organizational citizenship behavior. 141 persons who were selected from Tele Communication Company of Isfahan employees by simple random sampling, completed the Organizationa l Virtuousness Scale (Cameron, Bright & Caza, 2004) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman & Fetter, 1990). The results of exploratory factor analysis defined two factors: 1) optimism- trust- compassion and 2) integrity- forgiveness . The reliability coefficients were found to be satisfactory for the total scale (α= 0.93) and its factors (organizational citizenship behavior: α= 0.90 integrity-forgiveness: α=0.87). Also, the Pearson’s correlation coefficients showed that t here is positive significant relation between organizational virtuousness and organizational citizenship behavior (P < 0.01) as well as its three dimensions e.g. civic virtue (P < 0.05), altruism (P < 0.01) and courtesy (P < 0.05). Analysis of regression showed that organizational citizenship behavior dimensions could predict organizational virtuousness and its first factor (optimism- trust- compassion). Thus, Organizational Virtuousness Scale can be used as a reliable and valid tool in organizational researches. Also, the organizational citizenship behavior is useful in the prediction of organizational virtuousness. Manuscript profile

This study aimed to explain and validate the poultry industry's small and medium enterprises (SMEs) model in two consecutive qualitative-quantitative phases. In the former, the relevant studies were reviewed and evaluated, and then the necessary data was acquired through in-depth interviews conducted with CEOs and board members of Iranian poultry unions; finally, using grounded theory, data was coded and categorized, and a conceptual model was presented. In the latter, by structural equation modeling (SEM), the data collected from the researcher-made questionnaire was evaluated using Smart PLS. After reviewing and evaluating studies using exploratory and semi-structured interview tools, qualitative questions were asked from the statistical community of experts. After 12 interviews, theoretical saturation was obtained. The results of grounded theory showed that the model of SMEs in the poultry industry includes 47 open codes, 19 axial codes, and six optional codes. Then, in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 47 items was given to 217 managers of poultry unions and companies. The results of SEM showed that the t-significance coefficient correlates to the relationship between the main variables of causal conditions and the axial phenomenon; underlying conditions, interventional conditions, and axial phenomena with strategies; strategies with consequences at the confidence level of 95% are more significant than 1.96. This indicates the significance of the effect of causal variables with the axial phenomenon; underlying conditions, interventional conditions, axial phenomena with strategies; and strategies with consequences. Organizations whose performance is being rapidly improved are considered one of the most prominent features of today's societies. The most important asset in any organization is attention to human resources which is considered to be a competitive advantage in successful organizations since it can impact the success of the organizational performance, promote psychic capital and reduce organization-family conflicts. This field study set out to investigate the impact of psychic capital on work-family conflict and organizational performance. The research data were collected by administering a standardized questionnaire to a stratified random sample of 138 managers and employees at Real Estate Registration Office in Mashhad. The sample size was determined based on Morgans’ Table. The collected data were analyzed via Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Squares techniques and Smart-PLS software. The findings indicated significant impacts from most of variables. Hypotheses 1, 2, 4, 6 & 8 verified negative impacts and hypotheses 5 & 7 verified positive impacts. That is to say, the employees’ psychic capital was found to improve organizational citizenship behavior. The same variable, however, negatively impacted work-family conflict; that is, employees’ rich psychic capital and the support they received from the organization could reduce work-family conflict. Moreover, the intention to quit one’s job was also found to have a negative impact on organizational performance. In other words, the higher the intention to quit, the lower the organizational performance which is directly influenced by the employees.
