In this research, it has been tried to find the correlation between the management accounting information and the continuous operational improvement of industrial corporations with applying the multiple linear regression. The first main hypothesis (H1) indicates that Internal performance is positively related to the implementation programs, and the second main hypothesis (H2) indicates that Improvements in internal performance are positively related to the uses of management accounting information. The results for H1 hypothesis show that between sales and operating value added, the correlation is very high. The results of testing by X2 and K-S, show that only three following dependent variableshave normal distributions: ROS1 with X2 = 14.97, P=0.06 (in X2 test), A.S.L2 =0.648 (in K-S Test), ROA3 with X2=22.238, P=0.01 (in X2 test), A.S.L = 0.147 (in K-S Test) CGSR1 with X2 = 10.14, P=0.25 (in X2 test), A.S.L= 0.705 (in K-S Test) Between return on sales and operating efficiency, the correlation is high (covariance 0.886, Spearman correlation coefficient 0.927 and correlation ratio 0.780) So on the basis of obtained results, H1 hypothesis can be acceptable, but the results of research for H2 hypothesis indicates that between dependent and independent variables, none correlation is obtained so the H2 hypothesis is rejected. The obtained results from nonparametric testing, indicates that high correlation between ROA and the four following independent variables (fiscal periods, classified percent return, production technology and management accounting information),can be acceptable, but the correlation between ROS and the four independent variables can not be acceptable. The present research aims at the study of the social factors effective on the improvement of the organizational role of the employed women. By integrating theories of Giddens' structuration, social exchange, feministic theories and role conflict, the theoretical framework of the research offered a model to explain the transformations in an organization, motivations to role improvement, and women´s position on pyramid of organizational role.Explanation method was used for the research. Statistical community includes employed women at Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch, Tehran. Sample size was 150 as calculated by random sampling based on Cochran's formula. Researcher-made questionnaire was used to gather data, and data processing was done using software. Results show that women are not present at higher levels of the organization and, despite the opportunities for their presence at the middle levels, the related role improvement during the employment period is less than %5. Pearson's correlation coefficient test showed that from different variables, including the number of successful exemplary women, support by the organization, and role transition, respectively had the most powerful correlation with the dependent variable. In multivariate regression analysis, job satisfaction, support by the organization, the number of successful exemplary women, role transition, and conditions of employment are the significant variables. And, net effect of job satisfaction variable on position improvement of the employed women is more than that of the independent variables. Multivariate regression could express %41 of the variable of job improvement of women. Thus, the results confirm the theoretical framework and Manuscript profile

Development and modernization have a history as long as the human history;  however,  the  relevant  theoretical  discussions  and theorizations  formed  mostly  after  world  war  the  second.  Just  the same,  the  relationship  and  association  of  these  issues  with  the religious  instructions,  particularly  the  Shiite  ones,  have  remained ambiguous. Of course, some suggestions have been presented after the Islamic revolution in this regard; however, they are not enough. Therefore, the questionswhich still remain to be answered are whether there  are  any  views  concerning  the  issue  of  the  theoretical development; and how they differ from the western views. It seems that  the  development  model  based  on  the  previous  modernization theories, which believed in the principle of the contrast between the traditionalism and modernism, are based on accumulation of wealth, and the first principle to be considered for them is negligence toward justice. However, the Shiite Islamic approach relies on distribution of the wealth and it emphasizes on the flow of the wealth, growth and development. The present article is the report of a comparative study of two development approaches, i.e. distributional and accumulative. The  distributional  model  is  based  on  the  divine‐Islamic  values; however, the western development model is based on discovering the nature in order to manipulate it, and it is a materialist approach. Inductively and deductively teaching methods are compared in this paper to study how they effect on English learning of third grade of junior high school students in two cities of Shiraz. The research method was of quasi-experimental type, using pre and post tests for two experimental groups. Amongst the junior high schools, in Shiraz, one boy school and one girl school were selected by randomizing. Then, in each school, two classes were selected randomly, too: one as an inductive experimental group and the next class as a deductive group. Measurement test was of the thirty -questions test about comprehension and grammar. Since this test was standardized, its validity and reliability had been confirmed the first by some teacher, professors, and head teachers in Shiraz educational organization and the second by Coronbach’s Alpha as %76. The experimental groups, then, have been taught both inductively and deductively. In the end, post-test was given to these four groups. By Using co-variance analysis and an independent group t-test, data, then, have been analyzed. The findings showed that experimental groups were significantly different in that, the scores of students, being inductively taught, were better than those of deductive one. Regardless of the last hypothesis saying that there is a significant relationship between boys and girls in comprehension, in deductive method, most hypothesis of this research have been verified. It is, therefore, concluded that inductive method is much more effective than the deductive one. Considering the coming hypothesis, it is to say that this very method has been more effective on the girls however, in the last hypothesis, this relationship is not significantly meaningful. What being resulted, therefore, is that, generally, inductive teaching method is so beneficial in English learning. Manuscript profile

Abstract: Due to the spread of breast cancer, its early detection from mammogram images using computerized methods have been considered an effective method to reduce the death rate of patients. In this research, a method based on image processing techniques is presented to improve the quality of mammography images. Therefore, in this research, we try to improve the quality of mammography images with image processing techniques to create a medical system. The research has two stages of pre-processing, including equalizing the dimensions and adjusting the histogram of the images, and a stage of feature extraction using Contourlet and Curlet transforms from mammography images, which provides three categories of morphological and histological, statistical, and frequency features to improve diagnosis. And it increases the accuracy of diagnosis. The proposed improvement method was implemented on the MIAS dataset and a subset of the extracted features was selected for the input of the classifier. Comparing the performance of the proposed method on different classifications, this method shows an accuracy rate of 86.3, which is a better result than other methods.MethodThis research is looking for a method that can improve the accuracy of the final diagnosis. Therefore, after the pre-processing stage, which includes rescaling and adjusting the texture of the image, highlighter transforms in the frequency domain such as Curvelet and Contourlet are used to highlight and increase the differentiation of areas with masses in the image for decision-making.Local features based on image zoning are used for image segmentation, and these methods are also used to increase the contrast of mammogram images concerning their surroundings. The improvement methods used in this research use features based on the wavelet domain.ResultsThe input image to the system is subjected to the feature extraction process and three main categories of frequency, morphology, and histology features are extracted from it. This process is done through the cycle, size equalization, histogram adjustment, contourlet transform, and curvelet transform. Due to the sensitivity of the systems, it has been tried to extract the features with various levels and known matrices such as the matrix of events and gray groups. The classification results evaluated the said method. The best results on the data set were the proposed method, which reached an accuracy rate of 86.3 and showed a good improvement on the displayed data set. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different levels of prebiotic Pleurotus ostreatus on hematological indices of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) exposed to silver nanoparticles. Materials and Methods: 120 fish were distributed for 42 days in 4 treatments (3 replicates): control (1), no prebiotic fungi, treatment (2) food containing 0.05, treatment (3) food containing 0.1 and treatment (4) food contained 0.2% prebiotic. Then, 0.5 ppm of silver nanoparticles was exposed to each group for 16 days and blood parameters were examined. Results: Prebiotic alone had no significant effect on erythrocyte count, mean cell volume (MCV), mean cell hemoglobin (MCH), mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), hematocrit, hemoglobin, white blood cell (P <0.05) but exposure to silver nanoparticles and prebiotic in combination increased the mentioned factors compared to the control and prebiotic treatments alone. However, the levels of white blood cells and erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and MCH were higher than the other treatments in the combination of 0.2 prebiotic and silver nanoparticles. Conclusion: Oral probiotics stimulate non-specific immunity in tilapia, the combined use of nano-silver and prebiotic mushrooms increase the amount of blood indices and reduce the destructive effects of nano-silver on blood indices. It is concluded that the 0.2% prebiotic level could have the best effect on the blood indices of tilapia. Manuscript profile

In this paper, we designed and simulated a new TFET. Due to the band-to-band tunneling current mechanism, the TFETs show a low current and subthreshold slope of less than 60mV/dec. As a result, they can be a suitable alternative to MOSFET for use in low-power switching circuits. But its main disadvantage is its low on-state current compared to MOSFET. In this article, an optimized two-gate-two-material tunnel transistor structure is proposed in which the tunneling rate of carriers increased by adding two regions with inherent impurity compared to the common two-gate TFET structures. We simulated the proposed TFET in two dimensions using Silvaco-Atlas software and analyzed its results. The results are as follows: the on-state current (Ion=5.49×10-6A/µm), off current (Ioff=2×10-18A/µm), Subthreshold slope (SS=15.02mV/dec), and the Ion/Ioff =2.74×1012. The calculated results show the improvement of the DC parameters of the device. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to explain the appropriate practical model for performance evaluation, and improve the efficiency of the new cities of Hashtgerd, Andisheh, Pardis, Parand. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose (type of use). In terms of the method of conducting research in general, this research is a descriptive-analytical research. The statistical population of the study includes all residents of Pardis, Parand, Andisheh and Hashtgerd cities. The sample size based on Cochran's formula was 383 people for all 4 cities were selected by simple random sampling. Research tools include a 17-item questionnaire (transportation, telecommunications, water, sewage, electricity, housing, social, city general equipment, educational, economic, managerial, river and canal, green space, health, waste management, energy and facilities Gas). To evaluate the validity of the questionnaire from the point of view of 5 experts in the field of urban planning, its validity was examined several times, and also the validity of the structure based on confirmatory factor analysis was used. Cronbach's alpha was used for reliability, which is 0.83 and in good condition. In the data analysis section, with the help of spss22 and Amos software, the research questions were examined using structural equation modeling. The results show that the performance of different cities in different fields and services has been such that Hashtgerd city is in the first rank, Andisheh is in the second rank, Pardis is in the third rank, and Parand is in the last rank, based on the performance of the surrounding cities. The city of Tehran was neither higher than 0.65, and the two cities of Parand and Pardis were even below 0.50, which is a sign of weakness in this regard.Introduction:      The creation of new cities, according to the purposes of their creation and the specific functions they had, has sometimes become a population hub, and sometimes they have acted so poorly that man has no desire to live in them. In different historical periods, cities with "different purposes" have been built in all parts of the world, which can be called new cities. In this context, Greek philosophers over the years have criticized the condition of human life and proposed their ideal cities. Aristotle and Plato spoke about self-reliance and optimal population size about new cities. The creation of new cities, according to the purposes of their creation and the specific functions they had, has sometimes become a population hub, and sometimes they have acted so poorly that man has no desire to live in them. Today, after more than two decades have passed since the beginning of this policy and the passing of forecasting periods, it is a good opportunity to evaluate the performance of these cities. After three decades have passed since the approval and implementation of this idea in Iran; The studies and evaluations done about the performance of new cities indicate the lack of success or low success of these cities. The expansion of urbanization and the concentration of facilities in big cities have forced people to live in these cities. However, this increase in population has caused insecurity, unemployment, air pollution and environment. New cities have been established in order to solve these problems and organize the population overflow. Examining the urban infrastructure of new cities will help to extract their strengths and weaknesses.Methodology:The statistical population of the study includes all residents of Pardis, Parand, Andisheh and Hashtgerd cities. The sample size based on Cochran's formula was 383 people for all 4 cities were selected by simple random sampling. Cronbach's alpha was used for reliability, which is 0.83 and in good condition. In the data analysis section, with the help of spss22 and Amos software, the research questions were examined using structural equation modeling. By using the inferential analysis of structural equations, the performance of each city has been evaluated in the field of measures, services and the provision of various infrastructures, and the model of the final path of each city has been presented, and finally, each city has been compared based on the status of the path coefficient of each index. And the overall coefficient of each city is also presented, which shows its final status. Results and discussion:       The purpose of this study is to explain the appropriate practical model for performance evaluation, and improve the efficiency of the new cities of Hashtgerd, Andisheh, Pardis, Parand. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose (type of use). Introduction: Perceived organizational ethics and justice of teachers is always dependent on the use of conflict management styles by principals. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between school principals' conflict management styles and perceived organizational ethics and justice. research methodology: A descriptive-correlational research method was used to study the variables. The statistical population consisted of all secondary school teachers in Isfahan city with 3537 people in the academic year 2017-2018. The sampling method was multi-stage cluster sampling based on the Cochran's sample size formula and 347 people were randomly selected for the study. The research tool consisted of four categories of questionnaires: Conflict Management Styles Questionnaire (Robbins, 2010), Niehoff and Moorman Organizational Justice Questionnaire (2003), School Principals Ethics Questionnaire (Haj Khazime, 2016) and Standard Organizational Belonging Questionnaire (Andre, 2010). Two levels of descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean) and inferential statistics (Kalmogorov-Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation, stepwise multiple regression and structural equation modeling) were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between conflict management styles in five dimensions (dominance or competition, collaboration, avoidance, tolerance, compromise) with professional ethics and perceived organizational justice at the level of P <0.05. Sense of organizational belonging mediates the relationship between five-dimensional conflict management styles with perceived professional ethics and organizational justice at the P <0.05 level. The proposed experimental model has a suitable fit. Conclusion: it can be concluded that in order to improve organizational ethics and justice perceived by teachers, principals should use the conflict management style of cooperation and compromise and should avoid resisting or confronting teachers' opinions. Making a high-quality space requires an integrated logical organizing approach. Here, fruitful use of the capacities of digital technology and data becomes so significant. Moreover, communication between urban patterns and architecture is another significant feature of integrated urban policy making. Considering the issue, this mixed applied study was done to identify effective pattern processes using digital technology and to introduce a model of them. At the first stage, using thematic analysis method, different researches were explored to identify the components, criteria, and indicators of the patterns. Moreover, a questionnaire was designed by using the mutual effects of the indicators. Then, the questionnaire was answered by five available experts. At the second stage of thematic analysis, AHP method and expert choice were used. The prioritized results and sub-criteria of all indices were analyzed by the experts based on Likert scale. Then, to implement these components through the criteria and indices, by applying logical conclusions and Salingaros’ new presented complementary patterns for the solution of urban challenges, we identified effective patterns processes and tested the proposed structure for District 1 of Mashhad as a case. The major innovation of this study is using a specific method that resulted in the realization of complementary patterns and the explanation of pattern processes of space organization regarding socio-cultural components and space creativity using digital technology, 10 criteria, and 16 indices. Moreover, it depicted clearly the usability of effective patterns by the use of 21 palpable pattern relationships. The result is the expansion, adaptation, and strengthening of the language of patterns that are used in urban architecture. It also makes high quality link structures that would help the integration and improvement of urban architecture and structure. Legal linguistics is a new and interdisciplinary branch of applied linguistics and law, which uses linguistic tools and linguistic evidence to analyze spoken and written texts by experts, and in today's era, semantics and discourse analysis are more effective in improving judicial testimony. For this reason, the author has discussed and examined it using Grice's principles in a library method and with a descriptive-analytical approach, and the results of the article indicate that: the analysis of witness testimony with the help of various tools and principles, including "Grice's principles of cooperation" It is possible because the witness in the interrogation seeks to advance the testimony in favor of himself and the petitioner, and by violating the principle of Grice, he suffers contradictions in his testimony, but judicial courts, using linguistic principles, especially the principle of Grice, allow They don't allow the witness to continuously change or advance the subject according to his wish, or to advance the cases according to his wish and in his own interest. Examining the cases related to judicial testimony shows that when lying, witnesses make the most use of appearance and presumption, and the least they use is reference, inference, and subjective meanings. Urban population growth and widespread environmental changes and concrete landscapes have driven many elements of the metropolis closer to exhaustion. This changed the appearance and body of the city, causing the erosion of urban space and urban activities. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the improvement and renovation projects in Yazd city with tourism approach. This study uses observations and literature research of Yazd city, collection of information and statistics, review and evaluation of improvement and modernization plans, and interviews and questions from relevant experts and residents living in Yazd. The area investigated in this study is the city of Yazd, where there are over 4,000 hectares of used textiles in Yazd province, of which about 2,600 hectares are located in the historical city of Yazd, and the rest in the historical Neighboring city of Yazd. The main problem of the quality of life in these areas is the lack of social dignity in other urban areas, although the extent of benefiting these areas from urban services is comparable to other city centers. Also, in urban services, the worn-out fabric is the wear and tear of facilities, especially the accesses, because in the network of connecting roads, the worn-out fabric of the roads must communicate with other urban areas and is important for tourism in this city. These axes are well-suited in a dynamic environment, catering to the needs of tourists visiting the city. Yazd city's strong points, such as the abundance of historical and tourism elements, its central and accessible location, the promotion of culture through its historic neighborhoods, and its potential for development, contribute to its appeal for tourists.   Consequently, these factors generate a wide range of uses that cater to the preferences and requirements of incoming tourists to the city.  Manuscript profile

The need to evaluate the performance of organizations is so important that the hypothesis of this paper based on this fact that the performance of social organizations can be evaluated and improved by determining the performance evaluation criteria and designing its related model. This paper has tried to design a model that can calculate the final value of it based on necessary calculations and determine its distance from the desired value and provide useful recommendations. In this way, based on the results of the analysis of the performance, the ultimate value of any organization is determined and also the amount of change of performance is greater than ever before with a higher percentage of adaptation. If implementation percentage is less than 50%, implementation of the model not only does improve relative rate of performance but also will decrease it comparing to past. And if the model can be implemented more than 57%, the performance of organization will be improved. The results indicate that there is a relationship between percentage of adaptation and percentage of the change of performance after implementing the model in the second period.           Manuscript profile

Abstract This study was conducted on 40 calves under the age of one mouth with 30 calves affected by diarrhea allocated to 3 treatment groups of 10 calves each and the control group consisting of 10 calves. The control group received neither treatment nor any injections. In the first treatment group, only antibiotics were administered without any fluid therapy. In the second treatment group, apart from antibiotic therapy of diarrhea, hypertonic saline solution (7.5%) was administered at a dose of 5 ml/kg as slow intravenous infusion alongside oral ORS solution whereas in the third treatment group isotonic saline solution (0.9%) was given intravenously according to the formula (Body weight × %Dehydration) alongside oral ORS solution. In all groups, clinical examination and blood sampling was undertaken at times 0, 1, 2, 8 and 24 hours following treatment. At time 0, the diarrhea had resulted in clinical and laboratory signs such as a fever, the dehydration, tachycardia, oligopnea, increased packed sell volume, hypernatremia, hyperchloremia, hyperkalemia, hyperphosphatemia, hypercalcemia, increased serum creatinine and BUN values. Following treatment, fever subsided and the dehydration was corrected and this correction occurred faster in calves which had received hypertonic saline solution. Correction of sodium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus and calsium imbalance occurred faster in patients which were treated by hypertonic solution. Fluid therapy with saline solutions prevented the increase in serum creatinine and BUN values. In conclusion, the administration of hypertonic saline solutions leads to much faster and more reliable clinical improvement and electrolyte imbalance correction in calves affected by diarrhea.         Manuscript profile

After the privatization and acceptance of Iran Telecommunication Company in the stock exchange, it is inevitable for the shareholders to know the efficiency status of telecommunication exchanges. The present study seeks to answer the fundamental question of how inefficient telephone exchanges can be brought to the brink of efficiency. To this end, by collecting the opinions of experts through a pairwise comparison questionnaire and analyzing the data using the ANP method, the effective variables in the efficiency of the exchanges have been identified. The raw data have been prepared from the statistics and evaluation scores obtained from the "Planning" and "Inspection and Evaluation" departments and the financial statements up to 1396, which have been legally audited. Then, using data envelopment analysis (DEA) method and in the conditions of "returns to fixed and variable scale", the efficiency score of the calculation exchanges, ranking and finally the strategies to improve the efficiency of inefficient exchanges have been extracted. The difference in the number of inefficient exchanges in the two scales indicates the proof of the theory of "scale inefficiency", the non-functioning of the exchanges at the optimal scale and the waste of resources by the exchanges. The weak position of the counties in the ranking table necessitates the selection of "heads of telecommunications of the counties" according to individual and professional competencies. Also, it was found that the lack of "competitive-motivational environment", "decision-making power" and "risk-taking" and the existence of "various organizational and legal restrictions" are important factors in the inefficiency of the exchanges. Life quality is a historical outcome of cultural, social, economic, and political systems and it cannot be explained in exclusion of these structures. So the concept of life quality level is a compound variable that depends on the developmental status of societies and the formulation and representation of life quality indices can be  operationalization of  life quality concept. Level evaluation of life quality either reflects the current condition of a certain community or a group of citizens, or mirrors the conditions of citizens and communities in the social base of city. This article, in order to recognize the life condition of the people of Vardavard locality of Tehran city, studies the level of life quality that finally leads to determine their life satisfaction level on the basis of effective indices. Since life quality indices are numerous, a set of features – such as liveliness and the identity of the locality, education, environmental condition, habitation, transportation, services accessibility, security, and economy– with their own subsets- have been determined as the proper indices for this certain locality, and a questionnaire has been developed according to these features. The sample size was determined as 200 persons by Kukran formula. The life quality in Vardavard locality has been analyzed by using software such as Minitab, Excel, SPSS (for tests such as simple weighted average, T-test, and correlation). Satisfaction from the general index of urban life quality and all of its 9 indices ranges from low to middle levels. And finally, the correlation coefficient indicates that there is a correlation between the life quality indices so as to the improvement of habitation conditions and services accessibility can help upgrade life quality level in Vardavard locality of Tehran city.   Manuscript profile

Today, the need to design and implement structures with less vulnerability and damage, and easier repair after an earthquake is essential. Traditional seismically resistant lateral systems can cause serious damage to the structural system and the relative displacements remaining in the structure make it very difficult and uneconomical to repair the structure after an earthquake. The utilize of rocking motion in the structure causes the destruction of destructive seismic effects including energy dissipation and improves the seismic behaviour. In this research, in order to investigate the effects of the rocking motion system on the seismic response of short and tall regular steel buildings, a five- and ten-story steel frames with special moment frame lateral bearing system according to the fourth edition of Standard 2800 and the latest editions of the sixth and tenth national building regulations are designed by Perform3D software. Seven earthquake records were selected and then these records were based on ASCE regulations scaled according to the spectrum of the 2800. By using nonlinear time history analysis, the seismic response of the studied building has been investigated in conditions with and without using a rocking motion system. The results of studies such as base shear, Relative displacement of floors, energy dissipation and lateral and vertical accelerations of the roof indicate that the use of rocking motion system in short and tall steel buildings can significantly improve the seismic response of the structure. We are living in the information age.  In this age, one of the important criteria for determination of the development of societies is Information and Science Production. It means the rate of the works and scientific articles that are indexed in ISI (Institution for Scientific Information) by the researchers of the country. Base on this meaning,   each year ISI determines Countries' Scientific ranking; regarding their Science Productions. Recently, the scientific rating of researchers and authors were determined by their scientific rating on ISI in universities and research centers around the world, so researchers and authors struggle with improving their scientific rating for obtaining job opportunities and getting applied to authoritative universities in the world. This matter has been regarded strongly among Iranian researchers (especially, students and young researchers), so that to get acceptance from journals with high ranking in ISI. This article decides to help these researchers with introducing ISI main criteria of article writing. This article has been written for authors who (from all fields) know writing basically but want to write in a level that it would be indexed by ISI and help them to get a high position by citing to their articles. So this article is arranged by the article components ( such as; title , abstract , …) and the writing important points with  ISI criteria for each component of article that has been explained in detailed  with regarding Iranian authors weak points in writing articles scientifically. Thus among introducing and referring to the criteria of ISI for determining the authors and journals scientific ranking, this criteria for providing each component of article has survived; and was defined by discussion direct relation between them . ISI criteria has been based on powerful and logical reasons and so there are direct and logical relation between the ISI criteria for writing of the article components and Information Literacy. Thus authors notified that one of the important weak points of Iranian researchers in getting acceptance from the high ranking ISI journals for publishing their articles is lack of Information Literacy. so this article suggests that schools, colleges, research centers, and institutions must improve their students or researchers Information Literacy by starting the education courses of Information Literacy and essay writing scientifically based on ISI criteria.      Manuscript profile

Renovation and remodeling of worn-out textures in metropolises is a policy that has become a major priority or one of the most important metropolitan municipal programs. The issuance of municipal bonds to finance the renovation and refurbishment of wornout textiles has been declining first due to the failure of some municipalities to repay debt that led to default, and secondly due to the complex administrative structure surrounding the issuance process, state budget alignment, approval process by city council, municipality, municipal agencies, ministry of interior, central bank, council of economy, parliament, etc., so we face financial instruments that has not been fully successful in recent years. On the other hand, the lack of a suitable mechanism for designing new financial instruments that can reduce the complex administrative bureaucracies and provide reliable resources to finance these projects is a necessity that is reviewed in this article. In the present article, while presenting the general patterns of financing urban renewal textures, a brief description is provided for the depository and lending system and then a review of the process of establishing a municipal investment fund, and finally, a model of securitization as a design mechanism for financing improvement are made with regard to legal and tax restrictions. This experiment was carried out as split plot factorial based on complete block design with three replications during 2018-2019 cropping season in two regions including Qazvin and Karaj, Iran. Irrigation regimes including three levels of full irrigation, irrigation interruption from flowering stage and irrigation interruption from silique stage and four levels of micronutrients including zero (control), foliar application of Zn, Fe and Zn + Fe as factorial in main plot and two cultivars of rapeseed namely Sarygol and RGS300 in sub plot comprised experimental treatments. The greatest number of secondary branch per plant (7.72), number of silique per secondary branch (125.80), 1000-seed weight (5.46 g), biological yield (23760 kg/ha), seed yield (5668 kh/ha) and oil yield (5668 kg/ha) obtained in RGS300 cultivar under full irrigation and foliar application of Zn + Fe conditions that showed no significant difference with Sarigol cultivar under similar condition. In this experiment, irrigation interruption from flowering stage showed the greatest loss of seed yield in rapeseed and under water deficiency from flowering stage, foliar spraying of Zn + Fe enhanced seed and oil yield of RGS300 and Sarigol cultivars equal 107 and 153 percent in comparison with control, respectively.Integrated application of Zn + Fe as foliar application increased seed yield through improving of vegetative and reproductive growth of rapeseed plants in different irrigation regimes. Hence, combined foliar application of Zn + Fe micronutrients both with four per thousand concentrations could be recommended to enhance quantitative and qualitative yield of rapeseed under similar climatic condition Manuscript profile

Wheat grain yield had increased considerably during past year. The reports showed that this increase was about 1% per year in most of the cases. For example, the results of experiments conducted in Mexico, England, France, Argentina, China and Iran showed such trends. There is considerable interest for scientist to understanding the role of traits that involved in yield increasing, since grain improvement in wheat is an important problem. Increasing harvest index, reduced plant height, increasing grain number per ear, increasing ear number and to some extent increasing biomass, specially in the recent year that harvest index reached to maximum predict value, had the highest role in wheat yield improvement in past year. It seems that some traits had little changes during yield improvement in breeding programs and more efforts must be done to improving these traits. Some of these traits that in future breeding programs must be considered are, improving biomass production, improving rooting traits, increasing stem elongation period, improving RUE, improving efficiency of use of stem reserves to grain filling and improving ear morphology.  Manuscript profile
