The present research aimed to design a model for the resistance of managers in governmental organizations to implementing administrative reform programs. The research method was based on mixed exploratory research (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of managers of executive agencies, consultants of executive agencies, university professors in the field of public management, higher education centers, experts and specialists in the subject of research, and in the quantitative section, employees of management levels, consultants and experts of nine selected organizations in the provinces of Mazandaran, Golestan, Tehran, and Ilam in the summer of 2022, with a total of 1126 participants. In the qualitative section, using the snowball sampling method to reach theoretical saturation with 16 experts, in-depth interviews were conducted, and in the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire with 127 items was distributed among 286 participants using relative stratified sampling. To determine the validity and reliability in the qualitative stage, necessary examinations were carried out, including acceptability (expert review) and confirmability (expert review again). In the quantitative stage, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by three methods: formal, content (CVR and CVI range for items between 0.6 to 1 and 0.85 to 1), and structure (convergent validity range between 0.552 to 0.751 and discriminant validity greater than the correlation of the structure with other structures). Reliability was estimated and confirmed by three methods: factor loading coefficient of items (greater than 0.4), Cronbach's alpha of components (between 0.760 to 0.888), Manuscript profile

In this paper, we approximate the solution of two-dimensional Rayleigh-Stokes problem ‎for a heated generalized second grade fluid with fractional derivatives. This approximation is ‎based on the space-time radial basis functions (RBFs) and the Sinc quadrature rule. In this ‎method, we use Gaussian radial basis function and don't distinguish between time and place ‎variables and the collocation points have both the coordinates of time and space. We use the ‎Sinc quadrature rule with single exponential transformation to approximate the integral part of ‎fractional derivatives. The chosen fractional derivatives is Riemann – Liouville.‎This method is implemented on two examples with different values of the fractional ‎derivative order. Obtained results illustrate the effectiveness of our method and sh ow that ‎one can obtain accurate results with a small number of the collocation points for the radial ‎basis function. It should be noted that all calculations in this paper have been done using ‎Mathematica software.‎ Manuscript profile

Streamflow Drought Index (SDI) is based on the assumption that the flow data series follows from Gamma distribution. In this study, the efficiency of 65 statistical distributions was evaluated through the use of monthly and annual flow data series of 49 hydrometric stations. The results show that on the annual scale, Gamma distribution is not the superior distribution. On a monthly scale, this distribution was found only in 1% of all cases examined as the superior distribution. This is while the Wakeby distribution was introduced on an annual basis in about 35 percent of the cases, and on a monthly scale, up to 43 percent of the scenarios were introduced as a top-ranked distribution. Based on the SDI index calculated based on Gamma distribution and Wakeby distribution, in the case of the P-Value of the Gamma distribution is less than 0.3, it is possible to move the drought classes using Wakeby distribution. These conditions were observed in 30% of the examined cases. The highest and the lowest displacements of the hydrological drought classes due to the use of superior distribution were in December and May, respectively. It was found that the highest frequency of displacement of the drought classes resulted from the use of superior distribution occurs in the normal class. Accordingly, it is recommended that the Wakeby distribution be replaced by the gamma distribution in the SDI calculations. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to design and explain the pattern of factors affecting the narcissism of managers with emphasis on regulatory mode (case study of managers of Payame Noor University). In terms of the applicability of the subject, the researcher, in order to answer the problem of managers' narcissism, should examine the issue at the level of the directors of Payame Noor universities. To further explain the problem, first narcissism was introduced; its definitions and dimensions from the point of view of thinkers, and by expressing various approaches and theories, the examples and consequences of narcissism were examined. The research method in this research is descriptive-survey type, from the field branch and in terms of applied nature. The statistical population and sample size in the qualitative part is 8 experts and management specialists and in the quantitative part includes all managers of Payame Noor university centers and units in region 5 (Isfahan, Yazd, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province), the total number of which is 168 people. Due to the limited statistical population, the sample size is considered equal to the statistical population. Data collection tools are semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaires. Qualitative information analysis was performed based on data theory approach (three stages of open, axial and selective coding) and a quantitative part of inferential statistical methods (confirmatory factor analysis) and paradigmatic models. According to the main purpose of the study, using AMOS software, the effect of these factors on managers' narcissism was investigated. The first-order factor validation model was presented to measure the narcissistic component of managers. Then the significance of the difference between factor loads (regression weights) with zero value was presented. Because the calculated P value showed that among the 16 factors affecting the narcissism of managers, 3 factors are greater than 0.05, so with 95% confidence we can say that the calculated factor load for these 3 components is not significant and on the narcissism of the managers of Payam Noor universities. Light has no effect. By removing the three factors, the model was tested again and finally the model of factors affecting the narcissism of managers was designed. Manuscript profile

In this research, the capability of Landsat-8 OLI data for generating a soil organic carbon (SOC) map is investigated in a semi-steppe rangeland of Chaharmahal-va- Bakhtiari province. To do so, in the June 2013 ground sampling was performed based on a systematic-random scheme in 24 sampling sites within each site 3 transects was established and along each transect 5 soil samples were chosen and collected from 0 to 20 cm depth and SOC content of the samples was measured. In order to compare, on ground sampled values of SOC with the corresponding and Landsat-8 OLI data (June 2013), vegetation indices and tasseled cap transformation bands were calculated and extracted from the study area. The values of vegetation indices and tasseled cap transformation bands (dependent variable) were regressed against organic carbon values (independent variable) at site level in SPSS software. Finally, the SOC map was drawn based on the best-fitted model between the independent and dependent variable. The results showed that amongst vegetation indices, PVI and Brightness band have the most significant correlation with SOC. Finally, the SOC maps of the study area were drawn by the quadratic linear regression after finding the best regression fit between SOC and vegetation index as well as the tasseled cap. The results of the validation test show that between vegetation indices the PVI index (R=0.53) and tasseled cap transformation bands (R=0.63) showed the highest correlation with soil organic carbon (SOC). Finally, by calculating the fitting of binary linear regression, organic carbon maps were prepared. The validation results of the model indicate that there is no significant difference between ground sampled SOC and extracted values of vegetation indices and tasseled cap. Therefore, the spectral data of the Landsat-8 satellite images (OLI) are a valuable source for determining the soil organic carbon changes in such areas. Manuscript profile

The concept of urban form encounters numerous uncertainties. It finds applications in various discussions within architecture, urbanism, and environmental design. However, its meaning is often assumed rather than clearly defined. Urban studies are typically divided into two main categories: architectural and urban historians, and geographers. Yet, these groups often fail to explain the reasons for changes in urban form. Understanding the factors that shape urban form requires a new theoretical framework. The philosophy of science can assess and categorize existing studies while offering a fresh definition. This article aims to classify urban studies through content analysis and library research. The paper demonstrates that previous studies have predominantly embraced a "positivistic" and "critical rationalism" approach, which tends to reduce the ontological nature of urban form to its epistemology. Critical realism can illuminate the hidden mechanisms underlying the urban form, leading to the introduction of the term "influential forces" to represent these concealed mechanisms. In other words, focusing solely on the dimensions of form presents a limited perspective; attention should be given to causal factors in urban form studies. These influential forces can provide insights into causality. Manuscript profile

In this paper, a sequentially coupled 3-D thermal-metallurgical-mechanical analysis is developed to predict welding residual stresses and distortion during single-pass tungsten inert gas arc welding (TIG) of low and medium carbon steel pipes (S45C and S15C). The axial and hoop residual stresses and welding deformation by allowing volumetric change due to solid-state phase transformation are determined. In ABAQUS finite element simulation, the moving heat source is modeled by a user subroutine [DFLUX], and a user subroutine [UEXPAN] is applied for computing the fraction of martensite and volume change during heating and cooling. The simulation results show that for the S15C pipe, solid-state phase transformation has an insignificant effect on welding residual stress and distortion but for the S45C pipe the solid-state phase transformation reduces the axial residual stress in the fusion (FZ) and heat-affected zones (HAZ). Also, the sign of hoop residual stress changes in FZ, and its value of it decreases in HAZ. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to design a model for predicting the evolution of the administrative system in the field of human resources. The existing research is applied and developmental in terms of purpose and a mixed exploratory research in terms of method. The statistical population of the study included all employees of the executive bodies of Kerman in the number of 23,270 people who were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling method of 450 people. To collect data, two researcher-made questionnaires were used to prevent the implementation of administrative system transformation in the field of human resources and administrative system transformation. The results showed that the conceptual model of the research has an acceptable fit and the factors hindering the evolution of the administrative system in the field of human resources are: Inadequacy, inadequate education, lack of welfare, inadequate retirement benefits, inadequate evaluation, high degree of politicization, bureaucratic domination, institutional, technical and administrative incompetence, Lack of attention to the simultaneous implementation of public interests and administrative rights, weakness of information and communication technologies, lack of effective causal conditions, cultural, political, managerial, judicial, value and structural factors, ambiguity of goals and lack of dominance of continuous improvement thinking, These factors explain 0.35 of the variance of the administrative transformation system in the field of human resources. Background: Drawing upon the resource-based view, the ability-motivation-opportunity theory and social exchange theory I examined how green human resource management interplays on to the linkages amongst green transformational leadership, green innovation, and environmental performance. Using a survey questionnaire, I collected data from 170 employees in the Zobahan factory. Methodology: So. We used covariance-based structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine hypotheses in this study. Results of the study suggest that green HRM practices mediate the influence of green transformational leadership on green innovation. Results: Result also found that green HRM indirectly through green innovation influences a firm's environmental performance. Overall, the findings of this study support all hypotheses of direct and indirect effects and have several theoretical and practical implications. Finally, this study significantly advances theory and suggests that the HRM-performance relationship neither depends upon the additive effect of green transformational leadership and green innovation as antecedent and mediator, respectively nor on their interactive effect but a mix of both combinational forms (i.e., additive and interactive) to affect firm environmental performance. Conclusion: Managers can achieve sustainable development by empowering their human resources through implementing green human resource management. Developing environmental protection policies, hiring people based on environmental values have an influential role in the organization.Key words: Green Transformational Leadership, Green Human Resource Management, Green Innovation, Environmental performance Manuscript profile

Gathas is ancient scriptures from Zoroaster which is a priceless treasure left behind by ancient Iranians. In this paper, the words of the first seven chapters (Chapters 28-34) of the seventeen chapters of Gathas were studied in terms of phonological transformation process, and in some cases in terms of etymology, phonology, and grammar. It is a descriptive, analytical, documentary and comparative study. Regarding the consonants, the study showed the main and stable form of ancient consonants and their transformations over time. Meanwhile, grammatical points, real forms of ancient consonants, and the subsequent transformations in the course of history were examined in three periods: Old Persian, Middle Persian, and contemporary Persian. In some cases, the study mentioned and compared the persistence and transformation of ancient consonants in the dialect of Muslims and Zoroastrians in Yazd. Consequently, the transformation of consonants from old period to the middle and contemporary period tended to reduction process. The results showed that the consonants have transformed more in Yazdi Muslim dialect and standard dialect rather than Yazdi Zoroastrian dialect. In Gathas and ancient scriptures, phonological transformation of phonemes /t/ to /d/, /p/ to /f/, /v/ to /b/ had higher frequency in Old Persian and Middle Persian compared to contemporary Persian. The purpose of this research is to compare the calibration of options pricing models based on Stochastic Volatility and the Generalized Integral Transformation Technique. For this purpose, the Generalized Integral Transformation Technique based on fixed Volatility and Heston model based on Stochastic Volatility were used for pricing call options. In order to implement the proposed models, This research has used the call option data offered in the Tehran Stock Exchange. The results showed that in the state of In-the-Money and At-the-Money, the Heston-based calibration works better than the Generalized Integral Transformation Technique in all maturity scenarios. In the case of Out-of-the-Money, although the calibration of the Heston model performs poorly in the short-term scenario, but as the time to maturity increases, the calibration of the Heston model has responded better than the Integral Transformation Technique in the mid-term and long-term scenario. Therefore, it is suggested that in order to develop the educational infrastructure and culturalization of options, the Department of New Financial Instruments of Tehran Stock Exchange Company can consider the model presented in this manuscript to calculate the key parameters of option contracts in different scenarios, And in this way, a more accurate valuation of option contracts can be obtained. This study investigates the impact of social-cultural barriers on industry development in small and medium cities of Lorestan province (with emphasis on small and conversion industries). The method of this survey research is the data collection tool of the questionnaire, the statistical population is 12022 people, the sample size is 483 people, the sampling method is available first as a class, then as a quota and finally as a random sample. The theoretical framework is based on the theories of Rosenstein, Ortsley, McClelland, Bourdieu, Coleman, Michael Hashter, Nathan Glaser, David Meyer and Guenon, and the total reliability is 0.7. Findings Based on the results of regression statistical test for each hypothesis, respectively, the variable of migration (-0.537), the existence of ethnic differences (-0.329), the existence of inefficient traditions (-0.151) Lack of incentive to progress (-0.087) have a negative effect on industrial development. Therefore, migration has the greatest effect and lack of motivation for progress has the least effect on industrial development. Also, the reduction of social capital is ineffective in regression weights. So, while confirming the research hypotheses, it is clear that socio-cultural barriers have a negative effect on the development of industry in small and medium cities of Lorestan province (with emphasis on small and conversion industries). Linguistic aspects of translation Jacobsen (1896-1982), is one of the influential linguists and writers in the field of literary criticism and theories. One of his influential articles, which was written in line with the analysis of "poetic character" and poetic language of poetry, and examines the general rules of transforming linguistic signs into poetry; Linguistic aspects of translation (1959). In this article, while distinguishing three types of translation according to the philosophy of linguistics, he also emphasizes the presence of implicit meanings and semantic transformations in the language of poetry. The main design of his article tries to distinguish between two practical and linguistic functions; Poetic language is linguistic, and language that focuses on the ultimate meaning of the message will be practical. Our review shows that interpretation, re-creation and semantic transformations are two important components that have pushed the poetic language of al-Tayir to the direction of "intra-lingual" and "inter-lingual" translations. Organizing and creating a suitable space with different functions for optimal access of citizens is the common goal of most urban development projects. However, improper implementation of development plans has caused structural and functional turmoil in the physical fabric, and in particular, the use of a large part of the land within the area, and the negative impact of the horizontal expansion of cities. This article seeks to analyze the effects of urban development plans on the structural-functional transformations of urban space in Region 3 of Zanjan with a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection was done by field and library studies. The statistical population 384 people were selected by Cochran method. Probit test, one-sample t-test, multiple linear regression test and Todim model were used to analyze the data using SPSS, Excel and GIS software.Findings showed that some land uses were less than expected and some more than the capacity of the city was distributed and the desired limit was not observed. According to the regression test, the correlation between structural-functional changes and urban development plans is 0.908. And the implementation of urban development plans according to R2 statistics explains about 82% of the structural-functional changes in Zanjan. Finally, the combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators with the Todim model showed that the implementation of urban development projects in the area of "Ghods Town, Black Alley, Safa Street" with the highest coefficient (1) is desirable and satisfactory and in the "lower square With a coefficient of (0.001) was weak and undesirable. Introduction :One of the main problems of spatial development, especially in less developed complaints, is the rupture of the space organization due to the relationship between the interactions between settlements. The space organization of Zebarkhan district of Neyshabour is no exception to this rule. Efforts to address the space police force of settlements can pave the way for the development of development programs at various levels. In this regard, recognizing your relationships and your abilities in rural schools and setting up the correct way to use these abilities is one of the first and basic steps that must be taken firmly.Goal of the research: The present study analyzes and evaluates the space organization of Zebrakhan village and the changes that occurred in it during a period of 23 years (1375-98).Research Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of methodology. The method of data collection was library and field. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, with a spatial approach and with a scientific method to explain the changes and developments that have occurred during the past 23 years in the space organization of the rural area of Zebarkhan, Neyshabour city. The statistical population of the study includes 29 urban and rural settlements located in Zebarkhan sub-district of Neyshabour city.Geographical area of research:The geographical area of the research is Zebarkhan village of Neyshabour city. Zebarkhan section consists of three villages that Zebarkhan village is known as the most populous village. Results and discussion: The findings showed that the lack of proper distribution of services and lack of spatial balance has led to increased mobility and movement between human settlements in the countryside. Therefore, the three settlements of Ghadamagah, Baghshan and Darroud with the first to third ranks have become the main places of intra-district traffic. Conclusion:The results of flow analysis indicate that the flow pattern is one-way relationships and no complementary, two-way and synergistic bonds are formed. This model is in line with the theory of the growth pole with the sovereignty of cities and is still far from the regional network model. In general, it can be said that the space organization of Zebarkhan village lacks a spatial balance that by creating a balance in the distribution of facilities and services, balanced and sustainable development and optimal space organization can be achieved. The Well of Babel, a novel written by Reza Ghāssemi, has a mythological theme. Inspired by a Semitic story, it narrates the descent of two male angels named Harut and Marut who fall in love with a woman named Zohreh (Nahid). The purpose of the present article is to examine the metamorphosis of these three characters and their functions. In addition, by using descriptive-analytical method, it also tries to show the history of the fall of the angels and their connection to ancient Indian and Iranian goddesses. In this regard, it's important to investigate the metamorphosis of Anahita, Haurvatat and Ameretat and their relationship with Indian goddess of Saraswati and Ashvins twins. The results show that time, place, and personality in the novel have triple features. In trichotomy of personality, the mythological transformation of Harut and Marut into the body of two men and transformation of Zohreh into the body of a woman happen. Mandoo, Kamal and Filisa play central role in the transformation. Recurrence, reincarnation and transformation happen in three different eras (the Qajar dynasty, the age of Islamic revolution and the contemporary era) and in three different locations (Russia, Iran and French). Understanding the mythological background of epic characters helps us to analyze their functions in literary texts. Studying the functions of Vayu and the existence of some similarities between this lord and Kai Kāvus provides a comparative investigation of these two mythological characters. Kai Kāvus, as described in Shāhnāmeh, is one of Iran's greatest epic kings and has a mythological background. Vayu is the god of wind and air that rules the empty space between heaven and earth. The present study, by using descriptive-analytical method, has found the similarities between the two characters. They are as follows: having ambitious personality, having divine light, having magic-medicine power, being warlike, being messenger of death, having a windy nature and being the father of first man. Although there are slight differences, the similarities between the two mythological characters make us think that the Kai Kāvus is a transformed and human form of Vayu. The purpose of this research is to present Kai Kāvus' godly background, his epic behavior and his multi-dimensional character in Shāhnāmeh. Manuscript profile

Many domestic and international causes and factors have been proposed to explain and analyze the formation of the Iranian Islamic Revolution, but the basis and development of the Iranian (religious) identity has not been addressed. Therefore, with the aim of finding the main basis of identity in the formation of the Islamic Revolution, this research seeks to find the main axis of the formation of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in the framework of the historical identity of Iranians. This article proposes the hypothesis that "Identity development in Iran by using modern elements and concepts and injecting Islamic content into it was able to prepare the mentality of the formation of the Islamic Revolution. It tries to explain the mentioned hypothesis by descriptive-analytical method and using Paul Ricoeur's "narrative identity" theory. The obtained findings show that Behsan religion is a historical current and with occasional ups and downs, it is the center of identity development in Iran, and it has shown positive and negative reactions against the external and internal elements of identity, according to their religious or anti-religious content, that the acceptance of Islam and The formation of the Islamic revolution is one of the positive points and confronting the attack of Alexander, the Mongols and the failure of constitutionalism are the results of the negative reactions of religious identity in Iran. As a result of digesting the elements of modernity, the Islamic revolution was manifested in the concept of "returning to oneself" which was interpreted and supported by concepts such as reason, self-awareness, freedom, equality, liberation, revolution and change. With this description, the final result of the research is that the religious identity digested the modern elements and used them to shape the Islamic revolution. Manuscript profile

The discussion is about the fetus' right to life, and since the right to life in Islam is considered a special right for all human beings, regardless of development stage, age and other conditions, as a primary and fundamental human right, it is preferred over other rights. The fetus' right to life does not have any place, and as a general ruling, and abortion is not allowed except in rare cases that require conflict, urgency or hardship. The findings of the research show that although it is difficult to determine a specific criterion about it, but the results and achievements of study of the works of experts and the collected information and their criticism indicate that in the cases of the permission of abortion from the point of view of the five religions, two criteria can be introduced. The first criterion is the definition of the fetus in relation to the stages of its development, which is a matter of dispute between the jurists of different religions and is effective in the primary ruling; the second criterion is based on the foundations of the secondary rulings, which itself is divided into two types of conflict between the fetus' rights and the mother's rights, which is mostly agreed upon by the jurists, and the second type is titles such as distress and constriction, which, based on the differences of opinion of the jurists on the issue of the jurisdiction of the rule, lead to more differences of opinion. In order to investigation of dynamic and static restoration of SP-700 alloy, in this study continuous and interrupted hot torsion tests carried out at 850 and 1000ºC at different pass-strains and inter-pass times. The dominant mechanism in hot deformation at 1000°C is dynamic recrystallization (DRX) and consequently the entire microstructure comprises equiaxed grains, whereas at 850°C serration and tanglement of the grain boundaries were observed. Nevertheless, the microstructure of sample twisted at 850°C, indicates the occurrence of DRX and the formation of very fine grains. The mechanism of the formation of recrystallized grains in the vicinity of grain boundaries and triple points is bulging. With an increase in pass-strain (ε=0.5) at 1000°C, due to the increase in driving force for nucleation and growth of new grains, the kinetics of static restoration increases. In fact, at 850°C, in addition to static restoration there is another factor contributing in fractional softening which is β to α phase transformation. Manuscript profile

In this research, X70 (API 5L grade X70)microalloyed steel of oil and gas transmission pipeline was used. In order to draw the temperature-time-transformation diagram, the classical heating and cooling thermal cycle was used. Analysis of the thermal cycles of the heat-affected zone was done based on practical conditions and a dilatometry device was used for simulation. By applying thermal cycles with peak temperatures of 950, 1150 and 1350 °C, the transformation behavior and microscopic structure of different heat-affected areas were studied. Analyzing the results of dilatometry, the kinetics of austenite formation (at different heating rates from 5 to 350 °C/s) and the kinetics of austenite decomposition (in two cases of constant austenite grain size with variable cooling and variable austenite grain size and constant cooling) were investigated. Modeling of austenite transformation was done using modified JMAK equation. It was observed that the “n” parameter does not have much dependence on temperature and is considered constant. The “k” parameter strongly depends on temperature, transformation amount and austenite grain size. Using the modified JMAK, a relationship was created that includes all these variables. This article offers a comparative analysis of the societal implications stemming from postmodern urbanization. It employs Asghar Farhadi's The salesman and Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman as dual narrative prisms, grounded in Paul Virilio's theoretical paradigm. The study intricately examines the interplay of technology, culture, and societal dynamics within evolving urban landscapes. Meticulously exploring this terrain, it uncovers the nuanced tension between tradition and modernity, shedding light on the erosion of traditional values in rapidly modernizing cities like Tehran and New York. Characters' responses lay bare the dissolution of familial bonds and shifting social roles, reflecting broader urban trends. Through the lens of Virilio's "critical space" concept, the investigation reveals the transformation of urban environments into "cities of the beyond," marked by a swift influx of information and communication technologies. Additionally, the research underscores the pivotal role of cultural production, spanning literature, art, and film, in revealing societal perspectives on postmodern urbanization. By dissecting the reverberations of these shifts, the study offers invaluable insights into potential policy interventions that promote sustainable, equitable, and innovative urban progress. This article provides a comprehensive perspective on the multifaceted repercussions of postmodern urbanization, adeptly bridging literary works, theoretical constructs, and real-world societal dynamics. The urgency of comprehending the consequences of technology-driven urbanization resonates within Iran's post-war context and extends globally. The findings illuminate the intricate process of reconciling tradition with modernity, serving as a foundational basis for interdisciplinary research aimed at forging more inclusive and sustainable urban landscapes.
