Digital transformation and factors affecting business innovation

Abstract :
The process of digital transformation and the factors affecting innovation in businesses, with the aim of creating competitive advantages and adapting to technological changes, have been highly considered in recent decades, especially during the time of Corona. Due to the widespread attention to this issue, most of the studies have been scattered or done on a case-by-case basis, which doubles the necessity of reviewing, summarizing, integrating and classifying it.In this research, using the method of meta-analysis, open coding and content analysis. The identification of effective factors, coding and the main theme during a recursive process led to the identification of 4 main branches (organizational culture, management style, competition and environmental changes, business resources and capital) and 21 sub-branches, which are considered as factors. The main and secondary effects on business innovation and digital transformation are known and a conceptual framework was presented for it.The emergence of the crisis of the spread of Covid-19 and its epidemic in the world showed the importance of using digital business models even more.
