Abstract :
The employee suggestion system program is a program designed to encourage ideas and suggestions provided by employees. Therefore, this article is the result of the implementation of the suggestions system in one of the new and satellite faculties of Bu-Ali Sina University. The method of doing the work is as follows: the call for holding was informed by different ways to the stakeholders and channels to receive Suggestions are defined. A total of 102 usable suggestions from students and professors were collected and categorized into four categories that can be effective for other faculties as well. Finally, a conclusion was made about the quality and quantity of the received proposals, and suggestions for the continuation of the project in the organization of the place of implementation, as well as useful approaches for other fledgling faculties under the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Science, which have similar intentions, were presented.
