Abstract :
In the technology-oriented competitive environment, managing organizational changes is an undeniable necessity for human resources in virtual organizations. The present applied research was conducted to investigate the requirements of these changes in the context of transformational leadership and organizational culture. The virtual groups of Torfehnegar Company are among the most famous virtual companies that produce organizational software, making them the focus of this research. In 2024, 198 out of 408 experts and specialists from this organization were selected through simple random sampling based on Cochran's formula. A researcher-made questionnaire, based on standard questionnaires by Ian Smith, Scotbo, Bass and Olive, Al-Howaymi, and Denison, was used for data collection. Statistical hypothesis testing was done using SPSS and Lisrer software.Based on the research findings, after presenting the structural equation model of the research and estimating the indices, the theoretical narrative of the study was presented. The results show that in the virtual groups of Torfehnegar Company, effective change management can be achieved through establishing communication with human resources to engage them in organizational goals. This is possible when the organizational culture emphasizes the organization's mission, creative participation, adaptability, and flexibility. By utilizing idealism, inspiration, mental persuasion, and individual considerations, management can create a transformational leadership style to drive .organizational changes. Human resources play a crucial role in this process
