Imamiyyah and Ziydiyah's political and religious leadership, as two influential Shiite sects, is apparent. Hence, it is necessary to find out from the studies of the two leading Shiite sects, especially the Imamiyyah's intellectual history, to the points of divergence in their theology and hadith exchanges. This article seeks to show that in what ways these two important Shiite sects, had their intellectual relationship in the short occultation (ghiybah al-sughra) until the end of the sixth century. Who were working in this field? Relations between the two sects in these centuries have been driven by a series of core practices, but, because of some disagreements in religious principles, they have also been pursuing their distinction from each other. In order to answer to the questions and proving the hypotheses, the intellectual relationships between Imamiyyah and Ziydiyah in Iran, especially Rey, are examined, using historical methods and a descriptive-analytic method based on the primitive sources. Media convergence has created new conditions for the interaction of news agencies and social networks to address the problem of reducing audience. The purpose of this research is to identify the components of media convergence in the news agencies. In this research, which was done by the Mixed method, quantitative content analysis and Delphi method in May 2017, the analysis of the content of the output of the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) and the agency france presse indicated that in IRNA, first, the main content is published, And has only moved to other internal networks in the recent months due to filtering its business area. While Frans Press publishes them on the Twitter social network before publishing its original content, the two news agencies How to produce content such as news source, story style, orientation, subject matter Event- oriented and process-oriented issues also differ in the contexts for media convergence. The results of the research, based on the opinions of the elite and experts, indicate that the media interaction and convergence between news agencies and social networks in five components: innovation, social networks, media overlapping,m News values for social networks and news writing for social networks. The research showed that elites and experts agree on prioritizing social networks, media overlap between news agencies and social networks, and the need to pay attention to news values in social networks And authorize specific editions for social networks. In today's world, advertising is considered a prerequisite for provision of goods and services. Due to the multiplicity of the tools in this kind of products presentation, it can be investigated singly. It can be evaluated in terms of structure in order to classify the advertising theoretical topics for advertisers to achieve the best possible choice in accordance with the elements. One of the advertising tools is the designs engraved on the body of products packaging. This text specifically explains about these designs. The common convergence and alignment in conveying the message is essential in integration of elements. In this particular case, the cultural convergence is concerned. This has been studied in elements such as color, images, text and form of packaging. According to findings, selecting a color which is of paramount importance in the field of packaging requires many assessments. The use of visual signs along with the color elements has a great impact on acceptability of the packaging design. The convergence of the entire elements is of great importance. The elements congestion must be avoided. In other words, the negative and breathable spaces must be valued in this communication and advertising tool in order to display the concept of integration and convergence in this media. In this regard, by using descriptive-survey method and collecting the material through library method, the required elements in this tool were analyzed under common convergence. Manuscript profile

Nonlinear programming problems belong to the realm of commonly used optimization problems. In most cases, the objective function of such problems is non-convex. However, to guarantee global convergence in the algorithms proposed based on Newton's method to solve these problems, a convexity condition is generally required. Meanwhile, the quasi-Newton techniques are more popular because they use an approximation of the Hessian matrix or its inverse. However, in these algorithms, only gradient information is used to approximate this matrix. One of the most applicable quasi-Newton algorithms in solving nonlinear programming problems is the BFGS method. This paper presents a new idea for a linear search in the BFGS method. It proves that using this technique will lead to global convergence for general problems without the need for any additional conditions. Finally, the performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated numerically. Manuscript profile

In this paper, we obtain the solution of linear and nonlinear delay differential equations in reproducing kernel space. For this purpose, regarding the equation and conditions governing it, a linear operator is defined and subsequently an orthonormal complete system for reproducing kernel space is obtained by using the adjoint operator and reproducing kernel function. Then, the solution of these equations is obtained in the form of a series of the basic functions. Indeed, the analytical solution is represented by infinite series, and the approximate solution is obtained by using an iterative method. As one of the main aims, the convergence analysis and error behavior are discussed for the proposed method. Finally, some numerical examples are studied to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the proposed method. The obtained results of the proposed method are compared with the exact solutions and the earlier works. The outcomes from numerical examples illustrate that the proposed method is very effective and convenient. Manuscript profile

Nowadays, options are common financial derivatives. For this reason, by increase of applications for these financial derivatives, the problem of options pricing is one of the most important economic issues. With the development of stochastic models, the need for randomly computational methods caused the generation of a new field called financial engineering. In the financial engineering the presentation of Black-Scholes model in 1973, attracted the attention of economists to the partial differential equations more than past. Therefore, we need a simple and precise solution for this kind of partial differential equations to determine the pricing option contracts. In this article the cubic B-spline collocation method has been used in the form of a difference method to solving Black-Scholes partial differential equation. Using this method as simplicity as finite difference method and does not have complex computation of traditional B-spline collocation method. The use of this method leads to a system of tridiagonal algebraic equations which is suitable for computer programming. The stability and convergence of this method is discussed and numerical results are presented for European and American options. Manuscript profile

Ordinary differential equations(ODEs) with stochastic processes in their vector field, have lots of applications in science and engineering. The main purpose of this article is to investigate the numerical methods for ODEs with Wiener and Compound Poisson processes in more than one dimension. Ordinary differential equations with Ito diffusion which is a solution of an Ito stochastic differential equation will be considered. Because for the numerical solution of these equations we need the simulation of stochastic double integrals, we explain the simulation of these integrals in more details. Also one-step and multi steps methods for the solution of affine random ordinary equations (RODEs) which are an important class of RODEs will be considered. The numerical solution of these equations with Wiener and Compound Poisson processes will be established. Two methods for simulation of the double integrals will be explained, and some numerical examples are provided to confirm the theoretical results numerically. Manuscript profile

In this paper‎, ‎we will present a new method for solving a class of two-dimensional linear Volterra integral equation of the second kind with weakly singular kernel from Abel type in the reproducing kernel space‎. The reproducing kernel function is discussed in detail. Weak singularity of problem is removed by applying integration by parts. Further, improper integral belongs to L_2 (Ω). ‎In our method the exact solution ϕ(x,t) is represented in the form of series in the reproducing kernel space W(ω), and the approximate solution ϕ_n (x,t) is constructed via truncating the series to n terms. ‎Convergence analysis of the method is proved in detail‎. ‎Some numerical examples are also studied to demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of the presented method‎. ‎The obtained results show that the error of the approximate solution is monotone decreasing in the sense of the norm of W(ω), when increasing the number of the nodes. Also, that indicate the method is simple and effective. It turns out that this method is valid. Manuscript profile

Delay differential equations have a wide range of applications in science and engineering. When these equations are nonlinear and complex the exact solution can usually not be calculated. So finding a numerical solution with high precision for these equations is essential. In this paper we present a numerical method based on the transferred Legendre polynomials to solve multiple pantograph delay differential equations. In this method we use the Legendre-Gauss-Lobato collocation points to discretize the problem and turn the problem into a nonlinear programming problem. From solving this nonlinear programming problem we get an approximate solution for the the main multiple pantograph delay differential equation. We analyse the feasibility of the nonlinear programming problem and the convergence of the obtained approximate solution to the exact solution. In addition by solving several numerical examples and comparing the method with other methodsWe show the efficiency and the capability of the proposed method. Manuscript profile

Introduction: Economic growth in rich countries tends to slow down naturally, so the growth process will ultimately lead to convergence. The aim of this study is to investigate the convergence of per capita health expenditures and health outcomes in countries of the Economic Cooperation Organization. Methods: This is a descriptive-analytical Study that was done with the economic data of the countries of the Economic Cooperation Organization in 1995 -2014 and using EViews software version 10. Stochastic convergence using Panel Unit-Root test, and also the standard deviation of log per capita health expenditures and health outcomes have been used to evaluate sigma convergence, and beta convergence with estimating the panel data convergence model. Results: Absolute and conditional stochastic convergence in per capita health expenditures were not approved in ECO countries. The coefficient of the absolute beta convergence of per capita health expenditure in ECO countries was 0.29. The conditional beta convergence coefficient was 0.30 in countries with high human development and that was 0.01 in countries with medium human development. The life expectancy Beta convergence coefficient was 0.28 in ECO-countries and 1.16 for the under-five mortality rate. There is no sigma convergence. Conclusion: Based on the results, the non - convergence of per capita health expenditure and health outcomes divergence show an increase in disparity and revealthat poorer countries have improved their health at a much slower rate than their wealthier member in ECO. Therefore, it is necessary that ECO policies be planned and implemented with the aim of reducing regional differences. Manuscript profile

18 - Health Expenditure Convergence in Iranian Provinces: A Panel Generalized Moment Model

Introduction: The development of the social sector is one of the key goals of the government of any country, especially less developed or developing countries. The importance of health as one of the key aspects of development and economic well-being of individuals and nations is increasingly recognized in the world. This can be seen from a series of reforms carried out by countries to increase investment in health in order to achieve the health Millennium Development Goals. The lack of investment in health and measures to address environmental and social determinants of health is a serious limitation to improve health outcomes in these countries. Considering that the convergence of governments in per capita health costs leads to a decrease in inequality or an increase in equality across regions, which will be a major development goal of a nation or governments, this research examines the process of convergence in terms of health costs. It evaluates per capita. Methods: In this research, the convergence of health expenditures per capita in the provinces of Iran is studied using the dynamic panel method. Therefore, for this purpose, the data related to 30 provinces of the country during the years 2007 to 2019 have been used. Due to the separation of Alborz province since 2010, the data related to this province has been calculated with Tehran province. In order to analyze the convergence process of per capita health costs of the provinces, the beta and sigma convergence method and the dynamic panel generalized moment model (Panel GMM) will be used. Results: The results showed that there is absolute and conditional beta convergence in health expenditure per capita in the provinces of Iran. The speed of convergence in government per capita expenditures on health is higher than private per capita expenditures, and this has been effective in the general convergence process of per capita health expenditures in each province. Also, the examination of the distribution of per capita health costs in each province indicates the existence of sigma convergence in the provinces of Iran. Conclusion: Although there is a path for convergence, this analysis has revealed the need to invest more resources in the field of healthcare. In fact, the current levels of investments that have been made in the health of the country are not enough to expand the huge project of the health sector. As the convergence of sigma in relation to private and public spending on each person's health showed, the dispersion of the mentioned components has decreased. This means that the variable that has a lower standard deviation (state health expenditures per capita) has created uniform and homogeneous expenditures in the health sector. Government expenses alone are not responsible for healthcare expenses, and the private sector needs to invest in this matter. In general, the health sector requires more expenses than public revenues. As a result, a problem is observed in the healthcare systems of most countries, and that is the pressure on government revenues. As a result, in terms of recommendations for health policies, diversification of financial resources for this level of health, treatment and health is one of the strategies that should be considered. In this article we investigate and conceptualize the recent convergence of management accounting (MA) and financial accounting (FA) with the advancements in information technology (IT), and illustrate that how this convergence is manifested in the technical and technological domain, and how it is reflected in behavioral and organizational domain.Designing the analytical model by Hemmer and Labro (2008) with forward-looking of financial accounting leads to forward-looking managerial accounting, and lead to build a conceptual framing to analyze this convergence. According to this framing, information technology serves as a facilitator, catalyst, motivator or even as an enabler for the convergence of MA and FA. We further argue that convergence is a much broader than claimed by Hemmer and Labro. This convergence in technical and technological domain, including the intentional integration of information systems and software, intentional combinations of methods or standards, and in behavioral and organizational domain including (un)intentional alignment regarding both work and functions.Based on observations, it is concluded that the forward-looking FA elements are often intertwined with MA, and vice versa, and that convergence in technical and technological domain appears to precede convergence in the behavioral and organizational domain. In most of observations, IT plays an important or even crucial role in this convergence process. Also, suggested several avenues for further research. Manuscript profile

Iran is a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural country where different ethnic groups live with different cultures and languages. Multi-ethnicity and multiculturalism, while providing an opportunity for Iran, have always posed a risk of territorial fragmentation and divergence for the regime. The issue in the ethnic divide has always been abused by foreign powers. The present article tries to focus on the question "What is the main cause of ethnic divergence in Iran today and what is the strategy to overcome it?" To study the issue of ethnicity in Iran. The findings of the article show that the main cause of ethnic divergence in Iran is the relative deprivation of ethnic areas located on the outskirts of Iran and the strategy for transitioning from ethnic divergence is to expand social welfare in all regions of Iran. Also, national awareness should be considered as one of the indicators to eliminate the feeling of deprivation. The best basis for overcoming ethnic discrimination is national authority with development. Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: The investigation of CO2 dynamics, using β and σ convergence approaches, is one of the crucial issues in environment economics. Also, design of the coherent policies aiming at fulfilling international protocol targets such as Kyoto protocol and Copenhagen summit depends on both the levels and the distribution of per capita CO2 emissions among countries. For this purpose, the main goal of this paper is to investigate the dynamics of per capita CO2 in OPEC countries during 1970-2013. Method: In this study, to test the convergence hypothesis of per capita CO2 emissions, two measures of convergence, σ-convergence and β-convergence, are adopted. The empirical absolute β-convergence model has been stipulated within cross-sectional data and fitted by ordinary least squares (OLS) estimator. In order to test σ-convergence, the standard deviation of per capita CO2 emissions was calculated during the study period (1970-2013), and its trend was drawn. Findings: The major findings indicate that both convergences (β and σ) have occurred in these countries and the speed of β convergence is high (0.97 %). Also, the emission level that all countries' per capital emissions converge to and the time periods required for catching-up process were estimated to be 4.18(ton) and 5.31(year), respectively. Conclusion: In this study, the occurrence of caching-up process for per capita CO2 emissions among OPEC members was confirmed. Moreover, the dispersion of per capita CO2 emissions among OPEC countries has a downward trend and has declined. According to the results, adoption of fair and similar environmental policies for reduction of CO2 emissions among OPEC countries is the applicably implied policy in this paper. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of financial development on corporate finance as the convergence determinant. To do so, first we examine convergence between corporate capital structure of firms listed in TSE using the Philips and Sul methodology (2007). The finding shows there are four converging clubs, with a big club consisting of 67% of the firms in sample. Then, we investigate industry-specific and country-specific factors to find the reason of big club convergence. The results indicate that the industry-specific factor is not the cause of convergence. So using unbalanced panel data and the EGLS method, we test the impact of financial development on capital structure in two models. The results show that corporate capital structure is influenced by financial development and this effect does not differ in the two models. Credit market development has a negative significant relationship and stock market development has a positive significant relationship with debt ratio. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to review the role of leadership in the convergence of people and officials in the Islamic republic. The method of research is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that bringing unity between people and officials relies on some factors such as the existence of religious authority basement and political leadership, people’s satisfaction and participation in affairs as well as the officials’ law-abiding attitude. The supreme leader of the Islamic revolution has assisted in the realization of convergence in society by some measures such as using people’s participation in the administration of the country, giving centrality to the principle of commitment, law and social justice, creating the discourse of simple living, bringing unity among people, acknowledgement of supervision right for people, and with respect to the position of his honor in the Islamic system as well as his responsibilities and authority based on the outright principles of the constitution and the holy legislation of Islam. Although homotopy-based methods, namely homotopy analysis method andhomotopy perturbation method, have largely been used to solve functionalequations, there are still serious questions on the convergence issue of thesemethods. Some authors have tried to prove convergence of these methods, butthe researchers in this article indicate that some of those discussions are faulty. Here, after criticizing previous works, a sucient condition for convergence ofhomotopy methods is presented. Finally, examples are given to show that evenif the homotopy method leads to a convergent series, it may not converge tothe exact solution of the equation under consideration. Manuscript profile

Abstract:One of the most important factors in determining the price of oil products is the price of crude oil and the exchange rate. Crude oil is the main source of refiners in the production of petroleum products, and exchange rate changes are expected to be expected by producers and demanders, and ultimately oil products. In this paper, taking advantage of influential factors, using The convergence approach (FMOLS, CCR, DOLS) and for the period 1969-1999, the oil price model is evaluated. The estimated results showed that in three models (except for the model of furnace as dependent variable), the price of crude oil has a positive and significant effect on the price of long-term oil products, and in all four models, the exchange rate has positive effects of meaning You have the price of oil products in Iran. Short-term results also indicate that the process of moving the variables toward satisfactory long-term equilibrium is satisfactory. Among the other points examined in the paper is the comparison of the relative effect of these two variables on the price of oil products, which indicate that the exchange rate coefficient in the models is larger than the crude oil price coefficient, ie any increase in the price of crude oil, the price of the products to the exchange rate, will further increase. Therefore, for the Iranian economy, stabilizing the exchange rate and reducing its fluctuations will create a more stable trend in the price of oil products. Manuscript profile

One of the most important and complex inner human senses is common sense. The common sense perceives information such as image, taste, sound and the like in objects through the five senses and combines this information with each other. The definition of this feeling in Islamic philosophy and neuroscience is a common definition. However, neuroscience refers to this sense as convergence zones. The specialization of convergence areas is that it establishes a link between the information obtained through the five senses about an object. Therefore, although there is a different name for combining the information of the senses in neuroscience and Islamic philosophy, but its definition and function are common. Of course, the direction of sharing is not limited to a mere definition, because the arguments of Islamic philosophers to prove the existence of common sense are still valid and neuroscience also confirms it despite the progress made in these sciences. Also, from the point of view of Islamic philosophy, the explanations of neuroscience about the areas of convergence are acceptable, but according to this philosophy, the findings of neuroscience only explain the material dimension of common sense perceptions. Because according to this philosophy, perception is not only a material phenomenon, but also an immaterial matter. Therefore, from the point of view of Islamic philosophy, especially Mullah Sadra's philosophy, although these explanations are acceptable, but perception happens after these stages, by the soul. on of the efficacious parameters in sketching elements is evaluating the geology dangers of underground excavations including squeezing and rock  explosions in tunnels. the water transmission system  was constructed from azad dam to degolan- ghorveh plain in order to supply water to dehgolan - ghorveh plains. The squeezing and rock e xplosion phenomena were predicted considering the weekness of rock mass of the tunnel track, the overburden thickness and its settlement in the active zone. in the present research, the tunnel was initialy divided in to 5 zones by using the results of geological and borehole drillings. The squeezing and rock explosion in these 5 zones will be discussed later. The tunnel was situated in non squeezing and extreme squeezing zone. The nature of the militarism of the Ziaran and the opposition they had with the Abbasid caliphate, what kind of relationship they had with the Abbasid caliphate and the central governments of Iran. In order to understand the political and religious behaviors of ziyāri in the field of domestic politics and their relations with the Abbasid caliph, they have to analyze the geopolitical space they have come from that point in history. The Ziyaran was in fact the Deylmi fighters who, as a result of long co-operation with the local governments of northern Iran, were able to overcome their defenses, and in the short run overwhelmed large parts of the north and center of Iran. Although they had grown up in the service of the Alawites and other Shiite rulers of northern Iran, their leaders had pre-Islamic Iranian revival tendencies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the causes of divergence and convergence of ziarias with the Abbasid and central governments, and the results of these relations will be evaluated on the weakness and power of this dynasty. Ethnic identity and its intensification and prominence is one of the important social issues of multiethnic countries. This is especially important in underdeveloped countries. The integration of ethnic groups, considering its profound impact on the realization of national and social security and confronting any destructive social effects, is necessary and essential in order to be able to cooperate with each other while establishing unity in order to preserve collective interests. This, along with the existence of political and social will, requires the creation of a culture and unity of procedure in this direction. The main role in this field is played by social media so that they can use their unparalleled power in this direction. This can only be achieved through the optimal use of social media. Accordingly, this study aims to determine the relationship between the use of social media and the degree of ethnic convergence in Urmia, which is a survey using the research method and the statistical population includes all citizens over 20 years of age in Urmia, which according to the latest census is equal to 512166 people, 970 of whom have been selected for the study by simple random sampling according to Cochran's formula. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS and Lisrel software, which showed the hypothesis of a significant relationship between ethnic convergence and the role of social media.. Ever since the Prophet's mission and the presentation of Islam to humanity, the Qur'an and the infallibles have always emphasized the necessity of achieving convergence between Muslims, and reformers emphasized on its realization from the very beginning of Islam. The necessity of convergence is due to the fact that, unfortunately, harm has been caused to convergence and that is; According to the reasons that have a much lower strength and jurisprudential identity compared to the reasons for convergence, people beat the barrel of divergence. The main question of the current research is what are the jurisprudential foundations of Muslim convergence. The present article tries to comprehensively explain the issue of convergence and its necessity by using the descriptive-analytical method and by collecting information in a library and by referring to the books and articles written in this field. The results of the research show that in the discussion of convergence, reference to the book (Qur'an), Sunnah and the use of the consensus of the discoverer of the Sunnah and finally, reference to reason and the use of independent and non-independent intellectuals are pervasive and inevitable. The sample size based on Cochran's formula was 384 people, and the subjects were studied in the form of cluster sampling in the form of available samples. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity was based on the agreement of the judges and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was done by spss26. The results of using the T-Test showed that the average score of the total convergence of the respondents based on the 6 historical, geographical, economic, social, cultural and political dimensions is 13.12 which is lower than the assumed average of 15, and this indicates that the policies of the Islamic Republic did not play an effective role in strengthening the convergence of ethnic groups in Golestan province, the ANOVA test results showed that there is no significant difference between the ethnic groups of Golestan province in terms of the degree of convergence.Key words: ethnic policies, convergence, Golestan province Manuscript profile

Ethnic convergence guarantees strengthened social capital, high social resilience as well as economic, social and political participation and high social integration and solidarity in the territorial area of countries like Iran that have ethnic diversity. This study has been carried out with practical goals and with a descriptive-analytical method in order to prioritize the components that explain ethnic convergence in the Islamic Republic of Iran, focusing on the role of the national media. The main question of the research is how the main priority of the national media in the direction of realizing ethnic integration is explained according to its explanatory components in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The data of the research has been conducted using a targeted Delphi method and a survey of 50 experts. For data analysis, FTOPSIS (similarity to ideal fuzzy option) model has been used. The obtained results show that the first priority of the national media in order to achieve ethnic integration in the territory of Iran should be focused on the development and promotion of the economic and social resilience of the ethnic groups in Iran. In the meantime, in the second place, the priority of national media policies in line with ethnic convergence is the development of security foundations; In the third place is the development of native-cultural values, and finally in the fourth priority is the development of social capital, which outline the perspective of national media policy towards the realization of ethnic integration in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Various factors, such as energy resources, regional competition and the interest of super powers in the region have been the causes of convergence and/or divergence in the foreign policy of Persian Gulf Countries. Recently, however, a new dimension, Iran’s nuclear activities, has been added to the above referred factors creating a further confliction ground to already existing turbulent region. The purpose of this study is to show how the believe of the United States that Iran hides its real intention of opting for atomic weaponry under the pretext of atomic activity for merely energy production and peaceful use of it  has pushed the region into a new security phase. According to the written legacy of Islamic jurisprudence many jurisprudential rulings are subject to justice. This fact highlights the importance and necessity of the definition and concept of jurisprudential justice. Hence, the jurists of Islamic religions (shiye, Maleki, Hanafi, Shafeyi and Hanbali) have commented on many different terms of justice in jurisprudence. As aresult, the Islamic jurisprudence literature has many definitions of jurisprudential justice. The following text seeks to define justice in Islamic jurisprudence. And the difference between these definitions is the actual and the real one, and it is also apparent and complex. And this sets the bench mark with a pragmatic approach of this speculation. That the seemingly different definitions of justice in Islamic jurisprudence literature is the product of a manner of expression and harmony with literature prevalent in any jurisprudential religion and is based on the explanations of the jurisprudents of each Islamic religion (Shiye, Maleki, Hanafi, Shafeyi and Hanbali). It has been written in the most important definitions of jurisprudential justice that are analyzed in the jurisprudential books. And at the end of the study, that all the definitions are stated for jurisprudential justice in Islamic religions have convergent and coherent in a single sense are pulling the result. Therefore justice in Islamic jurisprudence literature has only one meaning. Avoidance of obligations, avoidance of cabaret and insistence on the perpetrators. The disagreement about whether justice is the attribute of the soul or the attribute of the verb is complicated with a posterior. It is out of the essence of jurisprudential justice.  But it can be said that in some cases such as dealings and transactions, minimum of carnal justice of witnesses is considered and in others such as judgment, limit punishments and retaliation, maximum of carnal justice is considered. The changes of expenditure pattern have caused change of land application (from the traditional form to the modern form) and many problems. Consequently this study has been conducted in Sa'aadat Abaad quarter in district 2 of Tehran city hall in order to investigate effective factors in the changes of expenditure pattern. The volume of statistical community is 30 thousand people among whom 380 improbable sample have been chosen by Cochran formula. The study is conducted by descriptive-analytic research method and has a practical-applicable goal. The data and information have been gathered in both ways of desk study and field study. Data analyses have been done by inferential test, Pearson and Regression inferential, in addition to quantitative and descriptive subjects. The research results indicate that the first prior application ( retailers, bakeries, supermarkets, and ...) have owned the least share of 9.16 % in 1393 while the fourth prior application and unnecessary applications ( pizza places, coffee shops,...) have enhanced their share by 48% from 1385 and the previous years. The globalization variables have affected the expenditure pattern as the highest correlation index of traveling abroad and using new applications of 0,527 can be observed. It means that as much as the globalization penetrates the society's culture, their expenditure pattern will change. In addition to the globalization variables, aging, education, economical condition of the residents and the income enhancement of these applications are also effective which will pave the way for using modern applications. Flooding is a phenomenon that most climatic regions experience. Floods often cause problems such as; Soil erosion, sediment accumulation and loss of life and property. Therefore, flood climatology plays an important role in reducing and preventing possible environmental damage. For study the synoptic climatology of floods in Aras river basin, daily data of 9 hydrometric stations and 6 synoptic stations during 1979-2014 have been used. Data on geopotential elevation, sea level pressure, specific humidity, omega index and Zonal (Meridional) wind components were also obtained from the US National Centers for Environmental Prediction/ Atmospheric Research. After reviewing the monthly and seasonal regime of the river and identifying the flood days, severe floods with discharge more than 700 m3/s in Khodaafarin hydrometer station were determined. In order to analyze the synoptic patterns of severe floods in Aras basin from the indicators; Moisture flux convergence function, fronting function and divergence function have been used. The results showed that during 4 severe floods in the region some atmospheric phenomena such as; a deep trough on the Black Sea, the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf and a cut off low on the west of the Caspian Sea at 500 hPa level in the region has been formed. At sea level, the formation of high pressure on the Caspian Sea and low pressure on Iraq and western Iran has caused the pattern of pressure changes in the region to increase and provide conditions for climbing. Applying the moisture flux convergence function showed that the source of moisture for these floods was mainly the Caspian Sea. Manuscript profile

The end of the fifth century AH in the history of Khorasan with The end of the fifth century, throughout the sixth and seventh centuries AH is one of the most important periods in the history of Sufism. The emergence of many great Sufi elders, the establishment of the oldest organized methods, the formation of some rituals, the growth and development of monasteries as formal social institutions, are prominent features of this period. While the religions of the society were facing each other among the Sunnis and Shiites, the Sufi currents tried to reduce these sectarian differences by presenting unifying concepts. Among these issues were the differences between the Islamic sects, the issue of the caliphate, the Imamate, and the position of my Rashidun caliphs in terms of political legitimacy and ideological superiority, but the Sufi currents tried to define the issue differently by offering a different definition of the issue. Rashidun caliphs should be considered Sufis in Islamic thought and culture. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of crime deterrence (Internal Security) on the convergence of development between the provinces of Iran (during the period 1375 to 1390, respectively). Estimation of convergence equation inspired by Solo- Swan neoclassical growth theory and using spatial econometrics indicates that while there is no a significant deterrent effect of crime index on the speed of development, convergence of development between the provinces of Iran occur. The existence of convergence among provinces, indicates the success of regional development policy in reducing regional inequality. Non-significant impact of crime in the development process could be due to the huge role of government in the development process and also the lack of enough threshold of crime density for the provinces of Iran. It is recommended that as in the past, regional development policies regardless of the crime density in the provinces continue and this insignificance, lack of seriousness in controlling crime and the causes of crime politicians not to follow. Lower level of trade and non-trade barriers between different regions of a country raises the possibility of purchasing power parity theory and the law of one price within an intra-national context. Of course, it is possible due to economic and geographical conditions, the prices also be affected by local shocks. Therefore, it leads to the question "whether there is price convergence between different provinces and if any local shocks, what will be the half-life of convergence of provincial price indices? In this paper, we examine the convergence of the consumer price index across Iran provinces using panel unit root test and monthly data during 2002-2011. The results indicate that the convergence of provinces price indices depends on the choice of the numéraire province and by deviations from the law of one price based on a local shock, the convergence of half-life would be about 1.5 years. The aim of present study is to identify the convergence of productivity in the provinces of Iran from 2007 and 2010. In order to evaluate, the researcher used the absolute and conditional beta convergence. With respect to the importance of the neighborhood effect in the study, the spatial economy method is used. The result shows that the absolute beta convergence has been approved and this coefficient has the numerical value 0.12.Thiscoefficientisstatistically significant. The conditional convergence coefficient is equal to 0.24, and the coefficient is statistically significant at the 1% level. The control variables in the conditional convergence included industrial diversification, industrial evenness, access to interstate road infrastructure, human capital. Industrial diversification and level of education have negative effect, and industrial evenness positive and access to the road infrastructure have positive effect on productivity convergence. Based on the results of the study it can be suggested that policy- makers and economic planners take more attention to the evenness industry based on the potential of each region Manuscript profile

Abstract The present study is done to consider convergence in income distribution in Iranian provinces from 1996 to 2014 using convergence methods of Nahar and Inder and checking convergence of each province compared to the country's average Gini coefficient. The results show that convergence or divergence for Gini coefficient  vary from province to province and in more than half of provinces there is no Gini coefficient convergence towards the average. Among the provinces that converge to average, Bushehr has the highest rate of convergence and Golestan province also has the lowest rate of convergence to the average Gini coefficient. In order to achieve the convergence of income distribution among the provinces of the country, politicians are recommended to put in place price adjustment and efficient use of capital on the agenda for divergent provinces. In this study, the data of companies listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange were used to compare the effects of macroeconomic risks, corporate risks in similar industries, and specific risks of companies on the capital structure adjustment speed between convergent and non-convergent companies in terms of financial leverage. This study aims to determine whether the corporate debt convergence affects the roles of macroeconomic, industrial, and corporate risks in the capital structure adjustment speed. For this purpose, the data of the TSE-listed companies were collected concerning the 2015–2021 period. Firstly, convergent and non-convergent companies were differentiated using the method proposed by Philips and Soul (2007). The generalized method of moments (GMM) regression was then employed to estimate the results. According to the research results, macroeconomic risks and peers risks and specific risks of companies increases the capital structure adjustment speed, Furthermore, the effects of macroeconomic risks, peers risks, and specific risks of companies on adjustment speed of capital structure differentiated between converging and nonconverging firms. The "Golden Chain" is the most important and famous speech of the eighth Shiite Imam; The sentence was issued in 200 AH in Neishabour, at the request of a large number of non-Shiites, especially the companions of hadith. Due to the reflection of the narration in Shiite and Sunni sources, the Golden Dynasty has been much debated. A review of the many researches that have been organized on this hadith shows that ideological concepts such as monotheism and Imamate have been the most emphasized. The present article tries to explain the purpose and intention of Imam Reza (as) from the selection and retelling of this hadith by the method of historical analysis and considering the discourse conditions and emphasizing the author-oriented hermeneutics. The results of the research show that this choice was completely purposeful in order to invite Muslims and beyond the monotheistic religions to converge and ask them to stop excommunicating each other. In order to prove this hypothesis, we showed that the completion of the hadith in Shiite narrations that rely on the condition of Imamate is different from the first part in terms of narrator and purpose. This study aimed to investigate the enterprise architecture (EA) of the status quo at the Sports and Youth General Directorate (SYGD), Mazandaran Province, in order to present a model of desirable situation. Today, enterprise architecture is one of the most practical enterprise solutions for aligning strategic of the information technology with enterprise business and also is powerful tool for organizing complex information systems. This research applied a descriptive-survey method based on quantitative and qualitative analysis using documentary and Delphi methods. The statistical population (n =148) of this study consisted of all managers, deputies and employees of Mazandaran SYGD, who were on occupation during 2018. After distributing 148 questionnaires, 140 available questionnaires were obtained, so the sample size was 140 people. Data were collected with a researcher-made questionnaire, Includes 7 questions. The reliability coefficient was 0.88 by Cronbach's alpha. The Delphi documentation and methodology has been done with an adaptive approach by using spss software for data analysis. The results show that the status quo is moderate in most of qualitative features of alignment and convergence and requires improvements. Therefore, a new service-based model was designed to draw the future status, which was evaluated using the Delphi method. Manuscript profile

Second to China, Iran has the most number of neighboring countries in the world; despite the fact, in the recent years, having the lowest levels of economic interaction with its neighboring countries, Iran has lost this advantage under the heavy shadow and legacy of using a discourse of divergence in its relationships with most of them. The single-dimensional nature of the post-revolution foreign policy of Iran in its neighborhood policy is criticized as resulting in more failures and hopelessness in its cross-border relationships, and, more importantly, making the development of the country out of reach. The main question of the present research is that, “in the sensitive circumstances of today, what a universal approach to Iran´s neighborhood policy can be developed. By assuming that on the geographical levels of foreign policy, it is of necessity to reconstruct foreign policy by choosing from four geographical levels (neighborhood, regional, cross-regional, and international), the present research attempted to recreate the concepts of neighborhood policy. After the military presence in Turkish politics ended, the AKP gained the opportunity to gain public trust in Turkey for nearly two decades. The history of Iran-Turkey relations as two effective neighbors in the Middle East shows that the relations between the two countries have always been up and down. So the question is, what are the main obstacles to the integration of Iran and Turkey in the AKP era? This descriptive-analytical study seeks to answer this question by pointing out that Turkey's relations with Israel, the difference between the attitude of Iran and Turkey to the Syrian crisis, and the regional rivalry of the two countries in the Middle East are leading the way in the integration of the two countries. To explain this research, a theoretical framework of pragmatism with adherence to modernism in Turkish foreign policy is considered. The AKP's pragmatism in foreign policy has played a decisive role in Turkey's strategies and goals. Manuscript profile

The issue of convergence or divergence of productivity has important policy for regional poverty reduction and increasing standards of living. If productivity converges to a common level without intervention, there is little need for explicit policies in lagging regions to promote catch up. On the other hand, productivity has divergence trend, then explicit policies would be needed to prevent further lagging of TFP and standard of living. Therefore, with regard to importance subject, this paper in finding out whether Iran and Eastern African countries in agriculture have managed to narrow their productivity gap? The results show that the range changes of average TFP growth lies between -4.9 percent in Rwanda countries and 1.1 percent in Iran and Somalia. The results of convergence test indicate that, from among 9 countries under consideration only five countries, be converging to the mean. Therefore, these countries managed to make better use of new available technologies, thus reaching far greater productivity levels than others. In the contemporary era, regionalism as aligned or Alternative to globalization, is one of the selective approaches of States. Iran, which is an international country and a regional power by geographical and historical circumstances, was able to improve its regional position from the beginning of the last decade of the twentieth century, with the end of the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan and the independence of the Central Asian and South Caucasus republics; But despite Iran's privileged geographical location, Iran's cultural and civilizational affinities with these countries and the formulation of six five-year development plans, during the past three decades, I.R. of Iran could not act as regional pole country and benefit from its regional capacities in relation to those countries. In the present study, the main question is "What is the position of the transnational region in Iran's five-year development plans?" and with using the method of document review and content analysis, the materials and clauses of the six development plans were reviewed. Findings of the article show that, in development plans, the meaning of the region is not clear; the amount of attention to the region in the programs varies widely and the main component of the region, its territory and its constituent countries, differs from one to another. As a practical result, suggested that "Iranian Civilization Area" as the geographical-cultural region surrounded Iran, be defined as the target region of Iran and a specific example of the transnational region in the country's macro-planning and policies. The overall economic framework for building Greater Eurasia, including Russia, China, and Central Asia, is more closely linked to the Chinese One Belt One Road Initiative and the Cooperation Agreement between the project and the Eurasian Economic Union. Along with traditional Russian influence, China's growing growth is strongly felt in Central Asia and is a major factor in shaping the new structure of the Greater Eurasian regions. The geopolitical situation in the convergence of Central Asian countries makes Russia and China the only options available to them. Political and military convergence with Russia in the Collective Security Treaty Organization, as well as economic convergence with Russia in the Eurasian Economic Union, are key elements. The present article uses a descriptive-analytical method and within the framework of the concept of multidimensional foreign policy with the aim of providing a systematic analysis of the interests of Central Asian countries involved in the current approach of Russia and China. How do Russia and China play a role? The research hypothesis is that the countries of Central Asia seek to balance the growing influence of Russia and China in the Greater Eurasia Plan by adopting a " Multi -vector foreign policy". The findings show that Central Asian countries are forced to converge with China and Russia due to geopolitical determinism, but on the other hand, in order to be dominated in this process, they have developed relations with the West and the Islamic world. Shanghai Cooperation Organization with membership of China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, India and Pakistan, on September 17, 2021, agreed to Iran's membership in the organization. After a year passed since the conditional approval of Iran's membership in the Shanghai Organization, on 17 September 2022, Iran officially became a full member of this organization. The structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, with the predominance of security and political propositions, also has economic dimensions, which, if properly understood, will create opportunities for Iran in the economic and trade fields. Accordingly, an attempt has been made to examine the possibility of convergence under this organization in the form of a theoretical framework of regionalism; In this study, in response to the question "Is it possible for regional integration between the SCO countries and provide opportunities for Iran under this cooperation?", Using descriptive-analytical method and data collection, with the help of library and Internet resources and under the theoretical framework of new regionalism, it is hypothesized that "the SCO, due to the priority of security-political goals, disagreement of key members in pursuing economic goals and the weakness of structures and institutions to pursue economic programs, has minimal potential for economic integration among its members, but in case of lifting the sanctions obstacles facing Iran, it will provide opportunities for political unity and economic opportunities for the country." Neo-nationalism and new criteria for regionalization (West Asia Regional or Formal? Based on the new literature, new-regionalism should be distinguished from the geographic or geographical division of science. Here we define the region as follows: A group of countries whose joint political project is more or less explicit and active in integrating into globalization. That is, both of these trends are tied to the flux of the transformation of the global structure. In the new-regionalism literature, geographic or even economic dimensions are undermined, and their functions are important? The main question of the article is that considering conceptual developments in the dimension of neo-nationalism as a way of understanding in understanding the global structure of the present, is the use of the term "region" to Western Asia to be a scientific criterion. The hypothesis of the paper, based on the analysis and explanation methods, considers the transition of the neo-nationalist literature to the use of geographic or even economic criteria in the establishment of the regions, the primary and basic presuppositions of the formation of the region depends on the realization of the factors of the movement towards polarization. Abstract: After the breakup of the Soviet Union and the emergence of the five new countries in Central Asia, a new chapter in Iran's relations with these countries arose. The issue of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Tajikistan has always been of great importance, first of all due to the historical, cultural and linguistic ties between the two countries, and the fact that Tajikistan is the only Persian language in Central Asia, which has a distinct status with other countries in the area. Central Asia is one of the areas that has a growing place in regional and international relations and is now considered one of the most important regional sub-systems. The foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tajikistan, on the one hand, is based on the convergence factors in the political, economic and cultural spheres of the opportunities and areas of influence and cooperation, and on the other hand, due to divergent factors, faces challenges and threats that faced about it. This has always been influential in the direction of Iran's foreign policy in Tajikistan. This paper identifies the most important factors of the convergence and divergence of the advancement of Iran's foreign policy to a general assessment of the policy adopted in Tajikistan. Abstract Globalization is the major difference between today and previous era. Having an international economy which is sign of globalization could have a significant impact in expanding technology and transferring it to other developing countries which in turn resulting in asset and financial exchanges. An indication of globalized economy is perceived in efforts of international companies to elaborate and expand their transactions in order to connect their economy and countries where removing legal barriers lead to free economy. The geo-economical position of Iran in south west Asia as an energy distributor and its role could be regarded as a ring in international economy for effective investment in the region. Therefore, by establishing economic fundamentals, improving the production and enhancing oil industry and its connected enterprises growth of economy takes place. Without no doubt parameters such as contribution in distribution, developing technology, transferring resources, improving GDP and growth of other factors of development will move Iran’s economy toward a dynamic one. In this article, the effect of economy globalization in south west Asia with respect to Iran’s Geo-economical position was studied where converging approach was applied.     Manuscript profile

Abstract Science the normalization of ties up to now, the United States behavioral patterns about china has been a combination of political interaction, economic convergence as the alternative policy, and strategic in folding pattern as the prior policy. For a visionary analysis of the United States behavior about china, different types of these behaviors must be segregated. In the frame of political-strategic ties, the potential exist for the behaviors of the tow countries to converge or result in conflict. For example, the united state-china ties regarding to the Taiwan issue, is an irremissibly issue which can be analyzed in a zero sum game frame, but about the economic ties between the tow countries, must of the economic critics in the world, consider the non-zero sum game more preferable and rational. Because both countries can benefit from the relative economics advantages  to  develop economically. In this article, initially, I describe the three United States’ behavioral patterns regarding to china, and analyses and probe this patterns in the frame of the national patterns of experts. The conflict in Syria, which first started with popular protests and then led to a civil war and the confrontation of armed opposition and terrorist groups with Bashar al-Assad's government, involved many actors in this conflict. Some countries supported the opposition of Bashar al-Assad and made every effort to overthrow the ruling system. There were actors who took a step towards the support and survival of Bashar al-Assad's government. The Islamic Republic of Iran was one of the leading actors of this front, which, upon entering the conflict scene, played a key and undeniable role in changing the conditions of the war. This research is based on the basis of why the Islamic Republic of Iran had a direct participation in the Syrian war and what theory can explain and analyze this participation? To answer these questions, Iran's approach after the Islamic Revolution should be examined. An approach that is based on resistance, negation of the domination system, deterrence, fighting against the Zionist regime, supporting liberation movements and increasing regional influence and power. Therefore, with the escalation of the conflict and war in Syria, the Islamic Republic of Iran, which considered the destruction of the Syrian regime to mean the weakening and disintegration of the axis of resistance, the reduction of its deterrent power and regional power, by calculating the ideological, geopolitical and strategic commonalities between itself and the regime Syria had an active and decisive participation in the crisis and provided the basis for the survival of the Assad regime and its strategic alliance with Syria. Arab countries have tried to deal with the formation of the Zionist regime through four wars, and in this regard, several resolutions and peace plans have been issued by the United Nations and some governments to end this conflict, but In the end, the failure of the Arabs in front of Israel to the extent that even a part of the land of the Arab countries was occupied by the Zionist regime caused the Arab countries to give up their confrontational position with Israel and one after the other try to normalize their relations with Israel. Based on this, the main question of the current research has been raised as follows: What effect have the new developments in Arab-Israeli relations had on the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran from an ontological point of view? This hypothesis has been proposed that the new developments in Arab-Israeli relations by reducing the conditions of uncertainty, due to the reproduction of the previous self-understanding and the deepening of the constant and continuous understanding of the Islamic Republic of Iran's identity, priorities, goals and interests, will lead to the improvement of security. It has been systematized. The findings show that after the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic Republic of Iran saw the relations between Arabs and Israel in conflict with its identity and has always tried to create divergence in the relations between Arabs and Israel. In this study, using the regression coefficient model to investigate the changes in the spot price and the future price, from time to maturity of the futurt contract and to evaluate the point of convergence of price, from the approach of accumulation and paired sample mean comparisons are used, also from the Granger causality test, the existence or nonexistence of causal relation between spot and future price was investigated. The results showed that there is a convergence of price in the coin, but in the case of saffron contracts, prices don 't go to convergence. also in the point convergence , by using of the integrated approach and paired average tests show that convergence in both cargo has been studied. Also, the results of causality tests, The assumption of the cause - effect relationship in saffron has not been confirmed. Manuscript profile

Any factor that reduces the positive effects of rising stock prices creates a kind of financial friction for stocks. The role of financial friction in justifying the slowdown in stock price convergence is significant because it interferes with financial transactions and stock pricing, and investors are unable to completely reduce firm-specific risk through diversification if there is financial friction. The above issue is one of the new issues in the capital market that due to the novelty of the areas of financial friction and the speed of stock price convergence, little research has been done nationally and internationally; Less attention has been paid to this dimension of research variables. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of financial friction on the speed of stock price convergence. The data of this study consisting of 89 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2010 to 2019 were reviewed. To test the research hypotheses, the generalized least squares regression model has been used. The results of the study indicate that there is a negative and significant relationship between financial friction and the speed of stock price convergence. Manuscript profile

Barrier options are considered the most widely used financial derivatives, which are massively traded in the financial markets due to its cheaper price in comparison with other standard options. Also, these options are family-path-dependent options, because their value depends directly on the movement of the underlying asset value during the option contract. Because the accurate order differential equation is unable the effect of trend memory in financial market, in this paper, we consider the fractional order differential equation. In order that our problem is closer to the real market model, we assume that interest rate, dividend yield and volatility are as function. The main purpose of this paper is to determine the price of European double-knock-out barrier option under the time-fractional Black-Scholes model with a fractional order . In here, the underlying asset follows the constant elasticity of variance (CEV) model. Such problems do not have exact solution in closed form, so using a finite difference method we find a suitable numerical solution by introducing implicit difference scheme. In the continuation, we investigate unconditional stability and convergence the proposed scheme by using Fourier analysis. We finally show the efficiency of the proposed difference scheme and its numerical convergence order by mentioning some numerical examples. In addition, we study the effect of the important model parameters (,  and ) on long memory in form table and figure. Manuscript profile

The paradigm of globalization of culture and its components such as the informatics revolution and the advent and development of commination-information communities are among the most important features in the human life in beginning of the third millennium which has provided necessary grounds for facilitating the convergence flow in terms of culture. Culture on the one hand is considered as the coherent totality of values, rituals, sensations, and elements constructing ethics and actions of each ethnic group and nation, and on the other hand, it is taken as the riches resource, symbol of giving identity, development, creativity, and dynamics which as basic roles in giving senses, making coherent of social relations among individuals and different groups in societies. The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method and is based on library-documentary research to answer this main question that which strategies governments and ethnic groups adopt for the main paradigm dominating the current world in the form of globalization. Findings of the present study inspired by James Rosenau’s ideas who believe that chaos in the world of politics indicates that globalization is based on the compression of time and place.
