In the realm of architectural design for hotels, it is not only imperative to consider the aesthetics and layout, but also to carefully choose the most fitting location for its intended purpose. In metropolitan areas, hotels are typically constructed in affluent districts or the heart of the city, yet have received minimal scrutiny from researchers regarding their placement. Various factors come into play when determining the optimal site for a hotel, including but not limited to transportation, geographical features, legal and socio-cultural aspects, psychology, building density, regional expansion, cost, and population. These factors are collectively known as location criteria, with each criterion having one or more subsets that are subjected to ANP analysis. The ANP approach is an invaluable tool in identifying the most suitable location for a hotel. Within this piece, one location is selected from three options based on displacement, transportation, and accessibility criteria. The potential of each site is initially evaluated, and images of the areas are created via Photoshop software. Subsequently, the SuperDecision program is leveraged, using the ANP methodology for scoring, selection, and presenting outcomes in various tables and super matrices. Ultimately, the optimal site for a hotel is identified in Shiraz, which ranks among the most populous cities in Iran. This chosen site is situated on Modares Blvd. and boasts several key advantages, which include proximity to the city center, post office, major shopping malls, airport, metro and city bus stations, banks, natural history museum, passenger terminals, Shiraz University of Technology, and various health and treatment centers. As a suggestion, it would be worthwhile to delve further into other location criteria, such as geographical features and operational management, among other key factors. Manuscript profile

When cities grow rapidly due to various factors such as changing economic, political, or social roles, they undergo many changes in their spatial structure. This phenomenon, especially in recent decades because of the uncontrolled growth of urban population and increasing migration to cities, is more visible in the cities of Iran compared with the past. In this process, cities are affected by multifaceted factors of urban growth, and in a short time, natural areas become urban lands. Meanwhile, some factors have a greater impact on the shape and extent of these changesincluding, population growth rate, urban road network, land usage change, government policies, and market trends. The occurrence of urban growth and its consequences have wide dimensions. The increase of medium and large cities and the spatial impact of urban growth on the surrounding lands are some of the important issues in the analysis of current urban issues. There is not any attention to the unplanned growth of these cities on the near horizon, which will lead to the transformation of medium-sized cities into large cities. Therefore, studying urban growth and explaining the factors, affecting help to identify and understand the process of urban development and test existing urban theories. The purpose of this article is to identify these factors and assessing the amount of impact of each of them in the process of urban growth by consideringBojnoord samples that had significant growth in recent years. In this regard, by reviewing the theoretical concepts related to urban growth, the factors affecting urban developmentwere codified, so asto be used as a framework for the analysis of the factors influencing the growth of Bojnoord. Then quantitatively is ratedwith the help of GIS and measurable relevant functions layers. Some of the most important factors are; population density, road density, number of amenities, distance from the town center, the development of single-family homes, faults, slope, etc. Then, from among the various methods of measurement, and quantitative assessment F’ANP keeps all the capabilities of factor analysis because F’ANPmanages to use the capability of factor analysis in converting subjects to specified dimensions and determining the relationship between indicators. Since the relationship between these extracted dimensions is objective, no problems arising from subjective judgments, and there is no effect on the results of research. The results showed that the most important factors in the growth of Bojnoord City were; tendency to single-family homes and large-scale land, the distance from the city center, the net density of the population, accordance with the desire of the city, commercial density, number of amenities, roads and population density respectively. Therefore, "density factor" indicators can be considered as the most important factors in the growth of Bojnourd city. On the other hand, the spatial study of these factors in the map of Bojnourd shows that the greatest concentration of these factors has been in the northwest (towards Golestan) and northeast of the city (towards Mashhad) in Bojnourd, which ultimately leads to the spatial form of the continuous expansion of Bojnourd. Vendor performance plays a key role in price, quality, timely delivery and service in achieving the goals of the supply chain. Given this, today's supplier performance has become a critical element in the success or failure of a company. In this study, an idealized planning model with multi-criteria decision-making approach with network analysis tool based on the expansion of fuzzy quality function has been developed. Also, a new way of ranking, selecting, and assigning orders to suppliers is provided. To this end, the concept of expanding fuzzy quality function and network analysis are used to evaluate and rank suppliers and the math planning model for assigning orders to suppliers. The method presented in this paper is a feasible, practical, and useful method for identifying and ranking suppliers as well as assigning orders to them. The advantage of this model compared to similar methods in using QFD and ANP tools is to measure the priorities and needs of the company to rank suppliers, which can listen to the voice of the customer and take their demands, as well as integrate the two tools with planning Ideal for ordering a new approach. Based on the results of this research, technology and timely delivery are the most important features in order to evaluate contractor selection. Selection of contractors in such a way that at the same time returns from the supplier, delays and costs of supply are the least possible, are the most important results of this research. In the last two decades, contract farming has turn-into a method for maximum resources utilization. However, this method has been neglected in Iran; and only developed for a limited number of agricultural commodities in small regions. Because of considerable advantages of contract farming,, this study focused on analysis the success factors of tomato contract farming in Kermanshah province. For this purpose, a desk review alongside a structural interview was designed. The questionaries' was completed by company experts and 246 farmers who work with the company. Finally, the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method was applied for data analysis. The main results indicated that tomato contract farming in Kermanshah leads to a 65% increase in tomato yield and an 11% decrease in water consumption. Moreover, it causes a higher income for farmers due to the higher tomato price relative to market prices. Based on the ANP analysis, an increase in farmers' income per hectare with a weight of 0.097 is the main success factor from the farmers' point of view. On the other hand, from the company's point of view, access to high-quality raw materials with the weight of 0.117 is the most vital success factor of tomato's contract farming. Based on these results, supporting contract farming should be considered as a priority of the country's development plan for selected agricultural products in different regions. For instance, export facilities for the final goods of contract farming are a strong incentive for the development of contract farming. Manuscript profile

In this research, in order to allocate land for development of ecotourism, a multi criteria evaluation method based on analytical network process and fuzzy logic was used. The ecological criteria such as soil, climate, water resources, geology and physiographic, as well as socioeconomic criteria, such as land use, distance from road, distance from built-up areas, distance from sightseeing attractions, and distance from tourism facilities were identified and then quantified using fuzzy method. In order to generate a land use map, remotely sensed data of OLI land sat 8 dated was used. Field data were collected in 2015. Thereafter, the factors influencing the allocation of lands to ecotourism were ranked using analytical network process method. Finally, using a weighted linear combination (WLC) operator, all information layers were combined in a ArcGIS®10.1 environment, followed by preparation of the final map of the ecotourism development power. In order to carry out the accuracy assessment, 20% of homogeneous land units which were suitable for ecotourism were randomly selected. The result of field check proved that 94% of the identified land units were completely compatible with natural condition. The obtained results indicate that the ecological criteria account for 0.64 of the final weight in total, suggesting the greater involvement of ecological criteria in developing functionality for ecotourism. The results from the quantitative method (WLC) showed that 75.2% of the study area are capable for ecotourism purposes, although the degree of culpability is varied. The rest (24.8%) has no suitability for ecotourism. From the capable areas, about 30.32% are highly capable for different ecotourism purposes. Concomitant use of fuzzy logic and ANP method for prioritization of criteria provides a more logical and flexible condition for land evaluation based on WLC method. Manuscript profile

In this study, ecological conditions were investigated in five criteria; climatic, topography, geomorphology, soil and land use, with the defined sub-criteria in order to determine the most important factors in locating the capable dry farming lands and determining the priority areas for planting. Then a questionnaire was designed and completed by 10 experts to give score the criteria and sub-criteria. The results showed that among the main effective factors, the topography and the climate had the highest effects, respectively, with a weight of 0.43 and 0.26, and soil and land use factors are the next priorities. The geomorphologic factor has the lowest effect of 0.60 weights. After preparing the base maps, these layers and weights of the network analysis process model were combined together with GIS and the restore potential map was obtained in five classes. The results showed that 19165 hectares of low-yielding and abandoned dry-farming lands (35.32%) have the highest potential for restoration. The lowland area is 3445 hectares and 5.81 percent has very low potential. In general, according to the results, 75.54 percent of these lands have a medium to the high potential for restoration. This percentage represents higher capacity and efficiency of the region to range planting and rehabilitation of low yielding and abandoned dry-farming lands. Therefore, this method can be used in determining the most suitable dry-farming lands for restoration and forage planting and returning these lands to rangelands so that the success of the development projects of the dry-farming lands is further enhanced. The aim of this study was to investigate the canopy cover and seed production of medicinal-economic Sumac (Rhus coriaria) seeds and locating susceptible areas of Sumac in rangelands of Khakriz village, Bilesavar County, Ardabil province. For this purpose, three sites (a total of 60 hectares) with Sumac cover and in each site three transects were parallel and perpendicular to the direction of the slope with intervals of 100 meters, were established. Along each transect used 10 plots of five square meters with 20-meter intervals using a random-systematic sampling (a total of 90 plots) and the position of each plot was recorded using GPS. Sumac seeds in each plot were harvested by clipping and weighted method. Maps of environmental factors (elevation, slope, aspect, annual precipitation, and temperature) created using digital elevation models (DEM) in ArcGIS and then values of each environmental factor extracted for each Sumac site and the questionnaire of ratings were completed in this regard. Then, to determine the areas susceptible to cultivating Sumac in the Khakriz rangelands, the analytic network process (ANP) method, was used. The results showed that the areas with Sumac cover had 657.88 kg/ha seed production and 263.12 kg/ha of powdered seed production. The results of ANP indicated that 157.12 hectares of the area were very suitable, 138.10 hectares were suitable, 110.60 hectares were medium, 46.01 hectares were poor and 46.17 hectares were unsuitable for Sumac cultivating. The results can be used to exploit, cultivate and increase the cover of Sumac in specified areas. Manuscript profile

Management and planning, distributing the economic and social activities as well as clearing hidden capacities in terms of the land’s potential and needs are the main goals of Land use planning. MOLA was used in order to zoning and planning Gorgan and Aliabad cities in eight major Land-uses. The method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and analytic network process (ANP) and the experts’ experiences were used for weighting the three main factors including ecological, economic and social factors. Compare zoning based on two ways AHP and ANP weighting also was evaluated. The results showed that the integration of applications based on AHP and ANP different weighting methods. According to the results of the integration of applications based on ANP method compared to the AHP with respect to slope, height, density of vegetation, rainfall and erosion ability in general is more appropriate. The results showed that according to total Kappa values (0.9151), spatial Kappa (0.9524), standard Kappa (0.9323), and chance agreement (0.1111), MOLA based zoning based on AHP and ANP weights had a similarity A lot. But the difference in the use of the AHP and ANP was 88663 pixels (7979 ha). For this purpose, statistical data on slope, height, vegetation density, precipitation and erodibility were extracted based on the weight of the two methods of AHP and ANP. According to the results, the placement of land use based on the ANP method in comparison with AHP is more appropriate in general. This means that the method has better performance in the ANP have been weighted to land-uses. The rapid advancement of technology in the present competitive environment has encouraged many organizations to expand their NPD activities across organizational boundaries. In recent years, the joint creation method has been used as one of the most successful and effective approaches to the development of competitive advantages, especially in large organizations. Suppliers and some of the leading international organizations are expanding their activities towards each other and in accordance with the literature of creation and value extraction for both sides jointly and simultaneously. Joint creation means the active participation of the supplier in some activities of the organization, one of the most fundamental principles of this emerging view.Contrary to previous research in this paper, in addition to a integrated look at the factors affecting the performance of the process of joint creation with suppliers, the relative value of each factor, taking into account their impact on each other, has been examined.for this purpose, firstly, main factors effecting of joint invention performance are identified. Then these factors classified and organized in a decision model. Because of hierarchical and mutual affects between the factors, analytical network process (ANP) model is proposed. Using the model, ranking of the factors achieved. The Delphi technique is used to identify the most important performance metrics and the ANP has been used to assess the priority of the criteria. In a proper and efficient supply chain, organizations must first identify appropriate and high quality suppliers, then by establishing long-term relationships and partnerships with selected suppliers, seek to acquire and increase the competitive capabilities of the organization. The selection of suppliers is based on the characteristics that make the supply chain resilient. If suppliers do not have the right resilience, in today's competitive market, businesses will not only be doomed, but the whole system will be in trouble. Therefore, in this paper, supplier selection in the resilient supply chain is discussed. First, the resilience indicators of the pharmaceutical supply chain are identified through a questionnaire from several experts in the pharmaceutical industry, then the relationships between the indicators will be identified using the fuzzy dematel method, and using fuzzy ANP method, the weight of the factors is calculated and its importance is determined. According to the results, Chinese, Korean and Turkish suppliers have higher weight than other suppliers and in terms of the criteria desired by the company, they are in the top priority. Abstract: In today's competitive environment, production productivity is a very important and key issue. However, all department of the production unit are interdependent. Rapid response to customer needs, diversity, reliability and cost of equipment and machinery due to the widespread limitations in production resources to be competitive and gain market share in conditions of uncertainty, is needed to make management decisions from Use an integrated format that incorporates important elements. Accordingly, in this study, the integration of three important areas in manufacturing companies has been addressed. These areas include production planning, maintenance, and manpower planning. In this way, a mathematical model with the aim of optimal use of labor and increasing production volume is presented. In this model of workers' experience, machine utilization rate and machine failure rate are expressed uncertainly and with fuzzy numbers. To solveing this model, the ants meta-innovation algorithm has been used. Numerical results obtained from the implementation in an industrial company show that the algorithm used can provide answers with the least possible error in a reasonable time. Sensitivity analysis also shows that the failure rate of the machine before and after repairs and maintenance has a great impact on the value of the objective function of the mathematical model. Due to the importance of ranking bank branches and the lack of a comprehensive ranking model, which can lead to improved performance of the bank and the country economic growth, offering a hybrid multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) model for ranking among bank branches is necessary. However, with the passing of time, MCDM methods have helped a lot in the rankings. But the choice of which methods is accepted as the best solution is always an ambiguity. Since the comprehensive hybrid algorithm that can identify the top branches not provided, yet. This research is trying to achieve the final ranking of the branches. Thus the optimal solution is to introduce a hybrid algorithm that determines the optimal weights of the MADM methods by a linear model. This approach is especially applicable when we cannot prefer any ranking method to others. Thus, in this paper, the criteria weights are obtained using DEMATEL and ANP methods. Afterward, the bank branches are ranked using TOPSIS, VIKOR, PROMETHEE II, SAW, WPM and DEA methods, each of which is important and significant. Finally, using proposed hybrid algorithm the optimal weights of different methods and the ranks are calculated. Manuscript profile

Health area in any country is one of the most important areas and supply chain in this area is of a strategic importance; because of directly the impact of supply chain costs into pharmaceutics costs. On the other hand, the area should be able to respond the society’s pharmaceutical needs with the greatest speed and efficiency and hence pharmaceutical supply chain tracking is quite necessary. So, the criteria such as logistics and manufacturing management, financial ability, technology and knowledge management, marketing ability and organizational competitiveness are attended. In addition, since there are many unpredictable factors in above criteria, there must be a complicate decision-making method that takes into account all criteria and factors along with transactions between them. In this research, after reviewing the pharmaceutical supply chain and with attention to the importance of drug tracking the best tracking system among the three well-known systems (traditional system, barcode, RFID) was selected. To do this, an innovative method was developed by the combination of two well-known decision-making methods, Choquet Integral and ANP. Background: Decision making is inseparable from management and it is considered as base for decision making. Decision making has an important role in the strategic level. Thus, strategies, models and variety methods are established to help managers which decision making is one of them. Objective: There are different kinds of relations among the elements of decision making, particularly among criteria, for this purpose ANP method has proposed for involving all relations between elements of the problem. Method: ANP method is somehow sophisticated and time consuming that makes us to use softwares to solve the problems even a simple problem that often is concerned to strategist that needs a rapid reaction and less patience. The reason that strategies in most cases prefer AHP more than ANP in strategic situation is simplicity of the ANP posses in achieving to result but AHP doesn’t consider the dependency of the criteria's which results to wasting opportunities and capital because of choosing inappropriate strategy. Results: The meta-heuristic proposed method in this paper is named SIMANP that with it's simple mechanism, high accuracy, fast giving result, less time consuming and satiety to software solves the network problems accurate and easily. Conclusion: The SIMANP method will endow strategists and strategy managers who need accuracy, simple and fast giving result with the advantages of ANP Compared with AHP.       Manuscript profile

One of the sustainable development strategies is the development of tourism activities. Determining the tourism values and natural talents of the region along with proper planning can lead to the development of economic revenues through tourism. One of the most important solutions for utilizing natural and human resources and scientific exploitation, without harming the environment, is the optimal location of recreational and residential areas. Rudsar county due to its tourism location, natural and historical attractions are known as one of the most important places of tourism to satisfy these tourists to suit every class and class at any time of the year. Be sure to return to the city and reside in the hotel if the customers are satisfied. This research is a descriptive-analytical one and the method of data collection is library and field study. In this research, we try to locate tourist accommodation centers in Rudsar city using ANP-VIKOR model. The state-of-the-art ANP-VIKOR model is a hierarchical analysis process and a set of criteria used to compare interactions that may exist in the network. In the locating process, using hierarchical analysis, after determining hierarchical levels including purpose, criteria, sub-criteria and options, pairwise comparisons between sets are made for weighting. As well as weighting the collections, the compatibility analysis of the judgments is also performed. The proposed method deals with identifying variables, matrix formation, layer normalization, weighting of criteria and weighting of layers, determination of positive and negative ideal and calculation of hotel accommodation value. The results showed that the most important criterion of hotel location is the altitude and the least weight belongs to the power transfer criterion. Manuscript profile

In this paper, a new hybrid approach in supplier selection and order allocation is proposed. At the first step, the supplier evaluating criteria and sub-criteria are determined and their relationships and degrees of importance are specified via the fuzzy ANP-DEMATEL method. Afterwards, regarding the high variety of purchasing items, they are categorized into four groups by the Fuzzy Inference system (Kraljik model) and suppliers in each group are ranked using the Fuzzy WASPAS method. The next step is to determine the order allocation of items in a multi-product, multi-period, multi-supplier mixed integer programming model with three objectives of minimizing the cost, maximizing total utility of the purchasing process and minimizing changes of selected suppliers as a new objective function. Finally, the LP metric method is applied to solve the proposed multi-objective model, and Pareto solutions of the problem are determined by changing the coefficients of the objectives in this method. The proposed approach is used for suppliers evaluation and order allocation in a chemical company with a high number of purchasing items and suppliers. The accuracy of results is confirmed by experts. Regarding the comprehensiveness of the proposed approach, its application increases the accuracy of suppliers evaluation and order allocation, and therefore its utilization in organizations is recommended. Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) is secreted by cardiac myocytes and its plasma concentration often increases in patients with cardiovascular disease in response to blood volume expansion and stretching of cardiac chambers. Increase in plasma concentration of ANP (Cp ANp ) has been observed in humans with cardiac diseases and horses with left-sided valvular disease. This study aimed to investigate plasma ANP level in horses with pulmonic valve regurgitationand its association with echocardiographic parameters. Clinical and echocardiographic examinations were performed on several jumping horses in the equestrian clubs of Tehran, Iran. Eleven horses with pulmonic valve regurgitation were identified by echocardiographic examination and were included in the case group (Group A), and 14 healthy horses were taken as the control group (Group B). Then, B-Mode, M-Mode and doppler echocardiographic parameters were measured and compared between the two groups. Blood samples from the jugular vein were collected in tubes and were transferred to laboratory. Cp ANp was measured by Sandwich ELISA method using an equine specific kit.MeanCp ANp of horses in group1 and group2 were 6.39±2.87 pg/ml and 4.78±2.45 pg/ml respectively, but no significant differences were observed. Except for right ventricular internal diameter, other echocardiographic parameters were not significantly different between the two groups. Cp ANp was significantly correlated to systolic right ventricle length and left ventricular width. In conclusionno significant differences were observed between Cp ANp of healthy horses and horses with pulmonic regurgitation. Based on the Correlation between CpANP and right ventricle length, an elevation in Cp ANp might be expected in severe pulmonic regurgitation with change in ventricle`s dimensions.    Manuscript profile

The present study sought to provide a pattern of the relationships among the challenges of implementing a circular economy in polluting industries. In terms of purpose, this research is considered as a component of applied developmental research and regarding research type, it is considered as a mix method (exploratory mix) one. Yazd glass industry was selected as one of the polluting industries in the country and ten experts in this industry who were purposefully selected, were polled. In the qualitative part of the research, the Meta-synthesis approach was used to identify the challenges and categorize them, and in the quantitative part, the Fuzzy DEMATEL-ANP method was used to present the pattern of relationships among these challenges and prioritize them. The qualitative findings included identifying 27 challenges in six dimensions: economic, cultural and social, managerial, organizational, infrastructure and technology, market and design. In quantitative terms, the findings showed that economic challenges are the most effective and market and design challenges are the most affected challenges in implementing a circular economy. Also, the organizational challenges were found to interact more with other challenges. In a more complete analysis, the challenges of market uncertainty (e.g., recession), the existence of a linear mindset in the managers, the lack of systematic and circular thinking, and the challenge of low customer demand for recycled products are the most important challenges in implementing a circular economy in polluting industries such as the glass industry. In addition, the impact and effectiveness of each of the challenges were identified in their relationship to each other, which can be a roadmap for the use of managers and experts of different organizations to implement a circular economy. Urban development process has always been paid attention by different scholars and solving city problems has led to providing some views considering cities development. Urban sprawl is one of the city growth phases that have entered to urbanism literature from the second half of the twentieth century and nowadays it is one of the most important debates in the world. This study deals with urban sprawl measurement in Mashhad city. To measure this phenomenon based on F’ANP model, sprawl indicators have measured for 43 districts in Mashhad. The model results show that the five factors centering, density, mix use, acting space and accessibility influence the rate of sprawl in different districts of the city. The results show that the districts near to CBD have the least rate of sprawl. As the distance from the CBD increase, the sprawl intensifies, so that sprawl has occurred the most in the East, North East, North West and in the South. As one of the main reason, we can point to formation of big city blocks with industrial and military land uses and informal settlements. Manuscript profile

In recent decades, the lack of planning and preparation to deal with the consequences of the earthquakes in urban areas with high population density and lack of physical and social infrastructures have resulted in high volume of Casualties and financial losses. The basic need of earthquake's victims is shelter. Creating suitable places for temporary accommodation of victims is not possible after the earthquake. It is necessary to provide appropriate places for victims before the earthquakes. Determining the vulnerability of the urban fabrics before the earthquakes is one of the requirements that must be evaluated to predict optimal spaces for temporary accommodation after the earthquake. Main question (or main goal): Assessing the level of educational poverty in different blocks of Ardabil city and clustering educational poverty in this city (very poor, poor, average, prosperous, very prosperous). In the 21st century, one of the indicators of urban development is the issue of low urban poverty. One of the components of urban poverty is educational poverty. This study showed that educational poverty has a cluster distribution and spatial autocorrelation in the Ardabil. However, the imbalance of spatial space between neighborhoods in this component has caused the disruption of spatial order and the growth of urban spiral in some parts of Ardabil and the marginalization of many other areas of the city. Relatively the southern and southwestern part of the city It includes very prosperous and prosperous blocks and poor and very poor blocks in terms of educational poverty are seen in the northwest and southeast. Hot spots include new settlements that were built after 1370 in Ardabil. In contrast, cold spots are more common on the outskirts of Ardabil and in informal settlements resulting from migration from other cities. The boundary between these two areas i.e., the central areas and in the whole basic texture of the city; includes: moderate spots and the border of educational poverty. Raw data of blocks were obtained based on the 1395 census, the rate of educational poverty was weighed using R software and ANP method and Arc GIS software was used to analyze hot spots in the spatial range of urban poverty according to their educational poverty Manuscript profile

Prioritizing issues of public spaces in cities surveyed, must be  based on modern theories of public participation, urban professionals concerned with the scientific method.Because of the different perspectives on the issues and priorities of the city, decisions must be convergent and enjoy a comprehensive coverage in order to be a priority.  The purpose of this paper is first surveying Zabol development strategies especially determining public spaces. Descriptive research – analysis, evidence-based studies and surveys library are the methods adopted in this research. The study area includes the physical development before and after 2001 as a hub of Zabol in Sistan region's population  which stands out as the first major public issue in the use of resources out of the  analysis of interviews and questionnaires, Then according to the features and characteristics of »Analytic Network Process» (ANP) Zabol issues, data classification and consequently the initial conceptual model of ANP was prepared. ANP model consists of six clusters based on common areas of Zabol (criteria / group) and 22 options (node / subgroup) which were generated using the Super Decisions software and the results were analyzed in the software field. The results show the highest preference for the public spaces of Zabol issues related to the nodes' neighborhoods bordering the city after 2001which  "has been formed and developed” (with a score of 0.795 in normalized cluster location and time). Second,  “physical access normalized”  with a score of 0.496 in the cluster: having access to the public sphere, the "alleys and streets" with a score of 0.377 normalized (with very little difference in the central market of more than ninety 0.375) in the cluster interior public spaces of the city was located. Thirdly,  " The overall vision of the natural environment "with a score of 0.837 normalized cluster utility in the natural environment,  followed by the nodes' perspectives and input symbols of the city" with a score of 0.642 normalized in public spaces around the city. Immediately followed by the node clusters "belonging to a space " by a  normal rating of 0.485 in utility cluster of natural space in clusters of six or more points, However,  the other options were located out in each cluster. Based on comparing the results of clusters and nodes (nodes) in a clustered environment favorable natural "overall vision of the natural environment" in the area and temporal location "marginal neighborhoods of the city after 2001" has been formed and developed and in public spaces around the city "perspectives landscape and input symbols of the city "for the city of Zabol in priority areas of development strategies were located and explained in this research report. The aim of this study was to design a model for customers to choose hotel using the expert system. This study was an analytical, explorative and an applied research. The statistical population of the research consists of 72 managers and experts in big hotels of Iran. Using Cochran sampling formula and access sampling method 60 participants were selected. The questionnaires of the study were distributed among the experts to discover customers’ effective factors to choose their suitable hotel and five components of cost of stay, facilities, security, perceptions and customers’ awareness about the brand were identified. The mentioned factors were prioritized by ANP method and the obtained results showed that the customer had considered quality, cost of stay, brand awareness, professional facilities and security as the most important factors to choose their favorite hotel respectively. The expert system of research was designed using these factors and the findings of the system design showed that the high cost of stay was the most stable factor in identifying improper choice of a hotel. Next, high risk of security was shown to be the most stable one in identifying improper choice of a hotel. The factors of facilities, perceptions and brand awareness had such interaction with each other that indicated the expert system sensitivity to these components. Manuscript profile

Due to the deep changes in Contemporary societies and the transition from the traditional to the modern and postmodern societies, the old and pre-constructed identity has become a constructed thing that is constantly being restored; it has been influenced by a complex network of causal relationships in various physical, functional, social, semantic, and natural aspects. This is important in the place identity, especially in historical areas, due to drastic economic and physical changes, as these areas are in fact the most important identity element of cities. Thus, the historical district of Tehran is examined due to the double importance of the components of political economy that marginalize identity factors. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to determine the causal relationship and prioritize the components of spatial identity. In order to achieve this goal, first, 19 questionnaires were given to experts using purposeful and consecutive sampling method based on the logic of DAMATEL model in the form of a 32 * 32 matrix, the relationships between variables are determined and then The importance of each is determined by using the combined model of the DEMATEL and the Analytical Network process. The results show that the "social" criterion is the most important criterion, followed by the "semantic" and "physical" criteria. the indicators of "the degree of adaptation of space to climate", "the level of memorization of space", "the degree of visual appeal”, “the rate of occurrence of specific and unique events in space" are the most important indicators in the network. One of the important points in the discussion of urban land use planning is the consideration of the location and spatial distribution of land uses, especially land uses of emergency services, with the aim of improving the efficiency of urban centers and critical facilities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the spatial distribution of the major hospitals in Urmia with the passive defense approach using Analytical Network Process (ANP) in GIS. Therefore, 14 hospitals in Urmia were studied according to their service radius and geographical distribution, and considering 17 effective indicators in the form of five criteria including environmental criteria, sensitive use, physical, cultural and communication criteria. The method of this study is descriptive-analytic and its nature is theoretical-practical. The results of spatial pattern analysis and zoning of criteria show that Urmia hospitals are not well dispersed and their risks is high during the crisis. Among the hospitals in Urmia, Seyed-alshohada and Milad Hospitals are in good condition, and two are razi and Omid hospitals are in a completely inappropriate condition. The remaining hospitals are also in nearly inappropriate condition. Manuscript profile

Introduction   Student camping is a type of touring activity done in group and controlled by trainers outside school environment. Camping if done with a suitable management and purpose can be an appropriate activity to fill parts of students' leisure time in addition to being effective activity regarding different educational approaches. It requires study and survey to recognize the type and degree of this effect. The present article tends to study the role of camps in enriching high school students' leisure time with an emphasis on the role of human experts to increase the efficiency of camps from different facets. Research Methodology   The methodology used is of descriptive-analytic type. The information on the condition of holding camps for boys and girls, in state and private schools, consequences, and different roles of camps in students' opinions are investigated. To collect data documentary and field studies have been carried out. Documentary study is used to collect data to show number, time, period, camps destination, and company of people in them. Field study is conducted to gain information on the students' views about the process of holding camps and their consequences in schools. In field study, a questionnaire in Liker Scale has been used. The area of study encompasses high schools in district 2 of education office in Rasht city. *      Responsible Author:                                                               Ghoreshi@iaurasht.ac.ir     The subject population includes all the high school students totaled 15909, in the educational year of 2007-8. Based on Morgan Table, the sample population consists of 375. Due to likely defects of questionnaire and the probability that some of them Are left unanswered, 400 questionnaires were finally distributed using random sampling. Tools used to collect data are a researcher-made questionnaire. To analyze findings, t test and correlation coefficient are utilized. Results   Findings reveal that few numbers of students are taken to camping. The highest rate is 15 percent of private school girl students, and no camp was held for boys in private schools. Thus, camps have small role in filling students' leisure time. As expected, most students are willing to participate in these camps, and girl students are somehow more willing than boys are in this regard. Around 80 percent of students believe that camps are not effective in enriching their leisure time unless it is held at an appropriate time. At present, camps are mostly held in April that is not, in fact, an appropriate time for students' leisure time activity regarding educational calendar, whereas this season is high time for students to study and review their lessons for final examination. That is why students are highly willing for the camp to be held in their leisure time that is school off time or season. The mind-triggering issue here is that teachers and trainers as human experts have very small role is students' academic efficiency and learning. Around 60 percent of respondents certified this issue referring to the management of camping that is being heeded inadequately. Conclusion   The results of research present that camps have influence to enrich the times of leisure of students and the students think that role of teachers as expert manpower rated in moderate science efficiency but in opinion of that students who participate in these camps, the role of teachers is less than lower bound. Results of regression testing confirm that camping is effective in enrich the times of leisure. Also gathering   expert manpower is effective in science efficiency of students and this effect is %27 so there are the other effective factors in science efficiency of students. Manuscript profile

In this article, silver nanoparticles capped with 4- benzenesulfonamideaminothiophenol (BSATP-AgNP) were synthesized. The formation of synthesized nanoparticles was characterized by UV–Vis spectroscopy, FTIR, TEM, and NMR. The interactions between the silver nanoparticles with calf-thymus DNA, human serum albumin (HAS) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) were investigated by UV-Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dicroism (CD) spectroscopy, viscosity measurements, and molecular docking studies. Circular dicroism data showed that binding of BSATP-AgNPs to DNA resulted in changes in the structure and conformation of DNA. This indicates a minor groove mode of binding. Fluorimeteric studies showed a decrease in fluorescence intensity of the BSATP-AgNPs in the presence of increasing amounts of DNA solution. The results of CD data indicate that the conformation of HSA and BSA molecules is changed significantly in the presence of BSATP-AgNPs. The negative ΔH and ΔS values indicate that the main interactions between BSATP-AgNPs and HSA were hydrogen bonding and weak van der Waals forces. The results of the site marker competitive experiment confirmed that the BSATP AgNPs can bind to HSA located within site I (subdomain IIA) and BSA within site II. The experimental results were in agreement with the results obtained via a molecular docking study. This study provided important insight into the interaction of BSATP-AgNPs with DNA and serum albumin, facilitating further investigation on the pharmacological behavior of BSATP-AgNPs. Nowadays, streets are predominantly dominated by vehicles, which has led to disruptions in the cycle of sustainability in urban transportation. Excessive use of private cars has increased the likelihood of accidents. This article addresses these issues by employing approaches such as traffic calming and neighborhood planning. Therefore, assessing and evaluating the factors that influence traffic calming in urban neighborhoods, with an emphasis on creating a home zone, is crucial for achieving sustainable transportation. The present article falls into the descriptive-analytical category, which also aligns with applied-qualitative studies. Initially, the Analytic Network Process (ANP) using the Super Decision software is employed to prioritize options for achieving sustainable transportation based on the evaluations of two prominent experts. Then, suitable criteria for traffic calming are determined using the Delphi method. Finally, a comparative study (new neighborhood vs. old neighborhood) is conducted using statistical analysis to evaluate the more suitable options.According to the findings of the article, the options of eliminating through traffic, reducing air pollution through land use integration, decreasing private vehicle congestion, and enhancing functional compatibility received the highest scores for achieving sustainable transportation. These align with the criteria of form, function, aesthetics, content, and behavior, which are the primary criteria for achieving traffic calming. Additionally, based on the results, the residents of Sheikh Abad neighborhood were more inclined towards actions related to function and content compared to Mollasadra neighborhood. The ANP is a cardiac neutrodiortic peptide which is secreted from the granules in atrial muscle cells during atrial expansion which helps balance the body's fluids by affecting the kidney. Studies have linked this hormone to cardiovascular disease. This study aimed to compare the effect of one session of endurance and speed training on the ANP in male athlete men. For this purpose, 90 male athletes were randomly selected and divided into three groups of endurance, speed, and control. Third, the heart rate was reduced, and they ran. Blood samples were taken 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after the exercise to measure plasma ANP. The results showed that one session of endurance and speed activity significantly increased the plasma ANP levels compared to the pre-test (p < 0.05). There was training (p < 0.05). However, the difference between the endurance and speed groups was not significant (p < 0.05). Consequently, it can be stated that a session of endurance and speed activity increases the plasma ANP of athletic students, and there is no difference between the effect of endurance and speed on ANP increase. Survival and life of an organization depend on correct decisions when facing opportunities and threats in the external environment of the organization. Since no organization can have infinite resources, strategists must decide on which strategy among various ones can lead to maximum profit. SWOT analysis enables managers to discover and identify internal and external factors affecting strategies of the organization. Therefore, the above-mentioned analysis is an appropriate tool to formulate strategies; however, it does not have the capability to evaluate the dependency of identified factors. In this study, a Fuzzy-ANP model is used to support SWOT process. This model considers not only the internal dependency of factors but also the ambiguity that appears in the opinions of decision makers by the application of the model in the fuzzy environment; although that the current techniques such as AHP consider factors independently. The network model presented here to analyze SWOT consists of four levels: the goal (best strategy) is in the first level; SWOT criteria, 4 main criteria and 24 sub-criteria are in the second and third level respectively; and finally alternatives (4 strategy). To calculate weights of SWOT factors, based on ANP method, a questionnaire in the form of paired comparison is designed and then given to the experts of the company studied. Afterwards, the geometric mean is applied, and finally based on ANP model, SO strategy with maximum weight is selected for the company. Manuscript profile

The present study was carried out as the study of social factors on the educational decline of first, second and third grade high school students in Garmsar. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of social factors on the academic drop of female students in the first, second and third grades of high school in Garmsar, conducted by field research. The statistical population of this study is 768 female students of first, second and third grade high school students of mathematics, experimental, human and technical sciences who have been studying in the schools of Garmsar in the academic year of 1396-1393. The sample size of this study was determined by using the codlar formula among the statistical population of 256 people. The hypotheses were evaluated through Kramerzian test and multivariate regression, and the result was as follows. To measure the severity of the relationship between the two variables of trained and qualified educational personnel, and the academic failure of students, the Kramerzoo coefficient was used which the coefficient of 0.77 and the significance level of 0.01 were indicative of a positive and strong correlation between the two variables of academic failure Students and trained and trained human resources. Also, the significance level of 0.01, between the two variables of academic failure and the social status of the students, indicates that there is a positive and strong correlation. Considering the value of F = 0.86, with a significant level of 0.30, the rejection of the zero hypothesis means that there is a significant relationship between the two variables of social factors and academic failure. On the other hand, Kramerzoo coefficient was used to measure the severity of the relationship between the two variables of family cohesion and academic failure. The value of this coefficient is 0.66 and the significance level of 0.05 indicates that there is a positive and strong correlation between the two variables of family cohesion and There is a student drop in school.
