Abstract :
The purpose of resilience is to create the capacity to improve a system for survival, from a shock and facing change and instability, to resist the effects of shock by creating the capacity to adapt and grow. Resilience is determining strategies that can prevent business inefficiency and collapse, or in case of system inefficiency, return to the pre-failure state or better than that in the shortest possible time. In addition, in this research, a comprehensive model of fintech business resilience and its introduction to the studied society is presented. The current research is survey and applied. The statistical population of this research is the experts who are familiar with fintech businesses in Tehran, and 10 of them were identified and considered as the statistical population of the research. The data collection tool is the use of expert questionnaires and paired comparisons. According to the investigations, the results in the order and prioritization of relevant criteria in influencing the resilience of fintech businesses were shown as follows (in order from the highest priority to the lowest): 1) learning 2) culture 3) assets and resources 4) competitiveness and 5) sustainability and resilience; From the discussion that was raised, it can be concluded that resilience in fintech businesses is an efficient and effective concept, but in order to achieve it, strict principles and rules must be properly implemented in this way.
