The concept of justice and the system based on it has always been one of the important topics of political thought and philosophy. John Rawls, one of the greatest contemporary political philosophers of the West, in his book Justice as Fairness, tries to explain in a political understanding of justice, the necessities of realizing the greatest possible freedom and equality for the citizens of a democratic society. The theoretical framework of the article is the theory of justice as fairness and the research method is discourse analysis. The main question is to what extent is it possible to infer the justice system as fairness according to Rawls from the discourses of the Islamic Republic? In this connection, one of the main topics is the discussion about the ratio of public interests and individual and group interests, because according to Rawls, the justice system is the institutionalized area of public interests, which is due to the institutions of the basic structure of society, which is also associated with the existence of the country or The existence of the nation-state is ongoing. In this regard, the opinions of Morteza Motahari and Abdullah Javadi Amoli, two well-known clerics, have been examined as the main conceptualizers of the analysis of the discourse of justice, from which the possibility of extracting a theory of justice close to justice as fairness can be calculated. The result is that Motahari's point of view is more capable of interpreting the justice system as fairness in the discourse of political Islam than Javadi Amoli's point of view. Manuscript profile

The concern about the spread of violence and the emergence of social fluidity has turned the need for future research into a social need. The Islamic revolution has the capacity to transform the levels of studies related to social transformations. In this revolution, compared to other revolution and social movements, various dimensions of violence were at their lowest level. In this research, while examining the causes of the hegemonic discourse of the Islamic revolution and explaining the semantic capacities in it, it is attempted to identify and analyze the factors that reduce or increase violence in the most radical movement of recent decades in Iran. In this research, the discourse analysis method has been used to establish a meaningful relationship between independent and dependent variables and an effort has been made to present within the framework of Ayatollah Khamenei’s theory of cultural engineering, while recognizing the factors affecting the reduction or increase of violence, the causes of the hegemonic discourse of the Islamic Revolution, and the development of a coherent program in a safe environment to carry out social changes. The conclusion of the research is that clinging to the native culture influenced by religious and national patterns can reduce the possibility of violence to a minimum while providing the necessary platform for the necessary changes and reforms in the structures of the political system and social Manuscript profile

Almsgiving to Muhammad and his family is not permissible”. The order to pay alms zakat was issued in the Ninth year AH and The Prophet sent his agents to the “newly converted” Arabs to receive zakat and at the same time forbade almsgiving to the Bani-Hashim.  This report, with a historical credibility, has had a wide and long reflection in the jurisprudence and theology of Muslims so far.  There are three reasons given for issuing this prohibition: firstly, for the virtue of Bani-Hashem, then due to receiving khoms by Bani Hashim and finally because of the impurity of alms. But all those views are ambiguous and not compatible with The Prophet syrah. This paper shows that why The Prophet issued such an order. It seems that some cultural and historical factors such as the unpleasant and reluctancy of paying alms was the reason for the issuance of such a ban by The Prophet.   Manuscript profile

In the twenty-first century, cinema, as the seventh art, continues to play an important role in transmitting the message. The combination of scientific and art paradigms has contributed to their participation in the process of content creation and the transfer of concepts that have a multi-faceted relationship with both fields. In the meantime, cinematic linkage with dominant paradigms at any time as a source of productive content with special capabilities in the production and presentation of concepts has become popular and has attracted many audiences. In this research, the author seeks to represent the metaphysical signs of the new Trans-modernism paradigm in Zack Snyder's "Man of the Paladin". In this regard, the search for metaphysical elements and the discovery of hidden semantic and ideological layers in the film, based on the theory of critical discourse analysis of Freclough, has been carried out with the approach of PADM. The methodology used to collect the metaphysical concepts of the modern trans-modern paradigm is descriptive-analytic. By analyzing the discourse of the film, the author concluded that the metaphysical discourse featured in Steel Man film represents the discourse of the new modern Trance paradigm. Of course, discursive practices such as mythology, savior, future represent a part of the ruling discourse that can not be regarded as ruling discourse. The findings of the research reveal the most important factors affecting the emergence of a new field in the third millennium for human beings with the Trans-modernism Paradigm approach and its impact on Hollywood cinema Manuscript profile

Critical discourse analysis basically is the way of representation of social and political events in language. It makes visible the common – sense social and cultural assumptions which below the level of conscious awareness, are embedded in all forms of language that people use. In this regard and based on critical discourse analysis, Van Leeuwen (1996) has presented a theoretical framework with socio – semantic features, as representation of social actors, which is for analyzing text. Based on the theory, this study will try to analyze the using of four features of the theory, personalization, impersonalization, association, differentiation, in a selection of national and international newspapers' headlines about Iran's nuclear program during 2001-2012. The study will answer this question that whether national and international newspapers use these features to represent social actors and is there any difference between them in using these features? To do this, 242 headlines of two national newspaper, Keyhan and Iran, and two international newspaper, The Washington post and The Guardian were selected and analyzed by using an analytical- descriptive method. The findings showed both national and international newspapers the features in representation of social actors about Iran's nuclear program but each group uses them differently. Manuscript profile

This article is conducted by leveraging Fairclough’s framework for Critical Discourse Analysis to analyze the representation of Iran’s political context from 1991 to 2001 in the movie, The Dead Wave (2001) written and directed by Ebrahim Hatamikia. The criteria for choosing this particular movie was its wealth in representing Iran’s political, social and ideological conditions. After reviewing the present wings and political groups at the years leading to the time of production of this text, this research will attempt to determine the movie’s position towards their competing discourses. Disregarding some aspects of the movie in the analysis process (such as images, music and tones of dialogues) due to practical limitations, after extracting discourse types (and their interpretation of situational and intertextual contexts) from the dialogues of the characters of the Dead Wave and their actions in the story and then explanations of these discourse types in respect of power relations in the time of production of the text, It has been claimed that this movie by reminding the history of involvement of the US government in Iran-Iraq war and especially shooting down the Iranian passenger aircraft of flight 655, with criticizing the performance of the then-current administration in foreign affairs and the alteration of position toward that country and the subculture and actions of the Iranian young generation, defends the dominant idealism from 1981 to 1991 in Iran and the traditional values of this country. This study is about to comparatively investigate how identity is represented in the campaign films of the 11th and 12th presidential elections in June 2013 and May 2017. This study is based on a question that “in the process of the 11th and 12th presidential elections, how identity is articulated in the campaign films of the hegemon candidate and it has been produced and reproduced with what kind of signifiers, elements and processes?” In order to answer this question this claim is proposed that in the process of the two periods of the presidential elections, the elected discourse has articulated his campaigns on the base of presenting a special formulation of its ideology in the context of which self and other are presented in a special way in the shade of the nodal signifier and reflect their borderlines with other discourses positively or negatively. The theoretical base and the methodological framework of this research are planned on defining three levels. The micro-level is based on linguistic mechanisms like explicit and implicit implication and intertextuality. In the middle level, concepts are gained through linguistic investigations and in order to reach the macro concepts, the approaches of Laclau and Mouffe and Norman Fairclough have been used. According to the findings, the Moderationist discourse in both of its presidential campaigns, being based on negative and other-making approach drew its identity borders and through backgrounding, positively represents itself. Adaptation is one of the old methods of narration in the field of cinema. In text adaptation, one form of language is transformed into text in another form of language. The second text has its own narrative tool that can change the expressive spectra of the first work. One way of recognizing this form of narrative is Gerard Genette narrative discourse. Genet divides texts into five parts in terms of narrative: order, temporal continuity, frequency, aspect, and sound. This view illuminates the backbone of the text, showing the similarities and differences, and helps the researcher to see the change in linguistic relations in the text as well. With the aim of researching the structure of the adaptation, this article intends to examine the film and the novel Bright Nights, relying on the narrative analysis model of Genet. Farzad Motman makes the film White Nights (2002), which is adapted from the novel White Nights by Fyodor Dostoevsky. This research, which is based on the collection of library and documentary information and comparative nature from the perspective of its basic purpose, raises the question of how the film discussed in this article, based on Genette views, has been able to organize its visual narrative based on written text. The conclusion is that due to the application of the model of narrative analysis proposed by Genet in the book of narrative discourse, there is a 47% similarity and a 53% difference between the novel and the film White Nights. The theoretical framework of this article is taken from Teun A. Van Dijk; News as Discourse, where analysis discourse is not seen as simply a method for news analysis but rather news texts are studied as a specific type of communicative and discursive act, in a wider social and ideological contexts. Van Dijk believes that while news texts use the conventional news style and language, they follow certain persuasive intentions by employing specific rhetorical devices. In social interactions also conventional and appropriate style is used along rhetorical devices to gain specific persuasive intentions. Journalists also have to comply with conventional news style and language to gain legitimacy and persuade their readers about their professional integrity and "news objectivity". But at the same time according to major dominant social and political perceptions journalists use certain rhetorical devices to gain specific persuasive intentions. Therefore some kind of balanced presentation and the usual news language is employed while persuasive intentions are also fulfilled by using implicit textual devices. This article argues that if social agreement in a given society or social situation is very high, the perception of journalist coincides that of all social actors involved in such interactions or news events. But if the situation, as it is the case, most of the time, involve certain conflicting interests and perceptions, journalist are forced to in code specific persuasive intentions that are of ideological origin, while maintaining their journalistic codes of language use and news reporting style. Article by studying a situation of political conflict (just before before it was raised to such antagonistic level of war situations), shows that while France Press used conventional news style, not demonizing Sadam at that time or portraying any kind of image of enemy, delegitimized him and discursively "overthought" him by repeatedly and intentionally avoiding to mention his official credential as the "president of Iraq". Architecture criticism is a multidiscipline topic which usually related to level of success in meeting a prosperous architecture, or at least meeting the designers’ aims and objectives. The criticism procedures should satisfy the needs of all the stakeholders who participate in architectural design process. Criticism has a lot to do with a wide range of tangible and intangible issues such as environmental, social, technical, economic, aesthetic and fictional issues. Therefore performance-based criticism is an approach to evaluate architect's success in meeting aims and objectives of all the stakeholders who might be interested in the project. It is essential to explain that the level of architectural performance is effected by “context”. Moreover high-performance architecture might be crystalized through the relationship of form and content. This paper is to make a framework for discourse of high-performance architecture in order to shape a Method to understand contemporary architecture. As well as make a substantive model to criticize strength and weakness on contemporary architecture, especially contemporary architecture of developing countries such as Iran. Contrary to much of conventional approaches, architecture criticism not only study building beyond the way it performed but also prefer to analyze hidden dimensions of architectural design process. Theoretical framework of the paper is based on understanding architecture as a comprehensive discourse. Assumption of the research indicates that architecture is a matter of discourse and comprehensive meaning of high-performance architecture might be understood by adopting the relationship between architecture and architect as a critical discourse. It is essential to describe performance-based design as way to meet demands and expectation of all the stakeholders in architectural design process, especially in programing and planning phase. The research methodology of the paper is based on discourse analysis theory in order to explain the relationship between architecture and context as matter of understanding the level of performance. Moreover the research methodology aims at revealing socio-cultural, ultramundane, intangible and psychological characteristics of “architecture” rather than tangible and physical issues. The results of the paper show that a comprehensive approach toward architecture criticism includes five categories of all-inclusive and interdisciplinary strategies such as: 1- Relation to Context: high-performance architecture has to crystalize a meaningful learning from nature. The interrelationship of performative characteristics of architecture, recombinant materials and socio-cultural aspects of design. 2- Process-Based Approach: Understanding the level of performance is to concentrate on process in order to meet stakeholders’ demands and objectives. 3- General Welcoming: Performance-based design has a lot to do with collective mind. 4- Recriticizing Critics of Critics: Architecture might be read in contemporary discourses. Architects sometimes have their own approach toward architecture criticism which might be called designerly way of knowing and doing which works as a new style of architectural criticism. 5- Redevelopment of Future Discourse: New architectural technologies such as digitalism, mathematical architecture etc. are about to shape a new paradigm for future architecture. Based on theoretical developments future legacy in architecture is in need of a kind of futuristic discourse. It is essential to redevelop future discourse in programming architecture. City as a live and dynamic creature can have important function at meeting mental and psychological needs of people but due to improper growth of population with urban development of cities and many problems, urban managers have paid attention to the physical aspects of cities and to some extent have neglected psychological and mental effects of cities’ skeleton on citizens. This paper is based on a qualitative research considering the relationship between visual factors of urban spaces and behavioral patterns of consumers from these spaces aimed at identifying favorable and unfavorable visual factors of urban spaces and also regarding visual perception and behavioral pattern of citizens at urban spaces. In this relation it was tried to answer the question that whether the existence of visual factors of urban space affects citizens’ behavior and encourages especial behavior or prevent appearance of some behaviors? For achieving this goal after reviewing basic concepts and hypothesis related to the project and writing analytic model of the research and also collecting data through two methods of direct observation (behavioral mapping) and indirect observation (questionnaire); data extracted by considering a case sample in Rasht city and its skeletal analysis through pathology of wall, floor, furniture and green space. For analyzing data, the correlation statistic method has been used and the relationship between variables and hypothesis of the research has been tested by chi-square test and by using SPSS software. Finally regarding the importance of the research, some suggestion for strengthening social interaction at studying site and procedures have been presented for favorability of visual factors to prepare conditions for changing some behavioral patterns of citizens and on the one side it has been tried to consider visual aspects of mentioned urban space a lot so that by outstanding some visual factors of these spaces, create the condition for appearance of new behavioral space at studying space. The significant point is that in studying area due to the significance of placement function, behavioral patterns are more resulted from this function that in suggestions the urban space have ben emphasized. Finding shows that urban space that is far from its main function is a functional problem and by paying attention to the point that we know city as a live creature the existence of this problem means that there is a kind of skeletal disorder in city and in this state with the existence of skeletal disorder we cannot merely rely on the manifestation of beauty. Therefore regarding the point that firstly visual factors of urban space affects behavioral pattern of citizens and secondly the type of function of; urban space can affect the degree of citizens’ attention to surrounding visual factors and the existence of social life at urban cities is emphasized. The important point that is observed at the research was that citizens use a space properly while there is factors for their attraction to the considered space that regarding visual factors of the space and the degree of citizens’ satisfaction of these characteristics is important.               In description of the concept of identity and communications and their feed back toward city, what required an independent and comprehensive debate, is a following questionnaire of the physical aspect of city and identity, however, a question evokes that whether this is physical aspect of city following identity or identity following physical aspect? This paper pointing some definitions and concepts related to the concept of identity, probes into this fundamental question. In current study, analytic-descriptive research method is applied so as to find an answer for the question regarding "logical reasoning". Forwards and in a logical and deductive reasoning approach, it studies the presentational issue.       Results of the current study indicate that identity of city is somewhat innate and internal affecting the physical aspect of city, and as a result, physical façade of those cities dependent on a specific culture and ideology become different from those of other cultures and structures. In fact it lies in a mutual relation that the physical aspect of city is shaped and then existing physical aspect causes continually and alterations and consequently sustainable changes in identity concepts and components of a state.    Manuscript profile

By representing disability in the written works of post-Islamic Iranian thinkers, the present study seeks to understand the situation of ignoring the disabled, and analyzes these changes by confronting the old and new discourses and exiting the dominant space in the field of texts related to disability.which has been done with a qualitative approach or the focus group method among the physically disabled people of Isfahan urban society, in terms of methodology. It has beenalso by the help of Foucault's archeology and genealogy, and given the historical nature of the subject, the method of data collection is documentary and library analysis, and a text-based historical methodin particular. The works were divided into three categories: moral, educational, folk or folk works. The findings show that the negative attitude of the society towards the disabled, the incompatibility of physical facilities, supportive institutions, intra-group support, lack of social trust and the feeling of social deprivationisolates a large part of the disabled, and the discourse must change in the urban society. There have been two discussions in this regard: Some believe that independence of people with disabilities should be recognized, and this requires elimination of negative associations with the title of disabled.Another group believes that changing the name does not actually affect people's real lives. The right approach is to change people's thoughts and opinions about a social group - as the disabled here - and social change will not happen with changein names. Because of their importance in the economic and social development of societies, science and technology policies have become one of the most important arenas of discourse conflict. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the discourse of the sixth program based on Laclau and Mouffe's approach. The studied society was all the legal articles and notes related to science and technology in the law of the sixth development plan, which were studied in full. The findings show that the central signifier of this document is "purposeful scientific innovation". It has built its symbols based on three signs: "Efficiency and modernity, privatization/popularization and knowledge-based economy". The floating sign has shown itself in the form of "collaboration and scientific participation" and "competitive performance". The null signs are "Employment", "Scientific modernization and improvement" and "Scientific productivity" which are associated with interruptions and moments of "People building", "Educational modernization and improvement" and "Islamic culture and values". The discourse area of this program is "state-centered, external dependence, reduction of deprivation and scientific neutrality" which "culture-centered/landscape-centered" discourse with its hegemonic position has marginalized conflicts and consolidated the space for its own discourse maneuver. The results of this study show that this program is moving towards quantitative goals with an emphasis on positivist and supply-oriented processes, which has made it possible to popularize science and use social capital with a serious vacuum. Abstract: The purpose of this article was to analyze the discourse of social development during the periods of the Islamic parliament. For this purpose, the text of the negotiations related to social development in the first to ninth periods of the Islamic parliament with emphasis on the negotiations related to the first to fifth development programs and using the"theoretical" sampling method as the target community, has been the basis of analysis. The findings of the research indicate that in the first and second periods of the parliament, due to the war conditions in the country, the focus was on the distribution and meeting the essential needs of the members of the society, and everything that was connected with development in the sense of economic-social growth, they were considered abnormal and were removed from the verbal and practical literature of development. In the third parliament, due to the dominance of the "economic adjustment"discourse, we witnessed a"one-dimensional approach to development" with the priority of economic development and marginalization of other aspects of development, including social development. In the fourth parliament, the discourse of "sustainable growth and development" became the ruler in the 5th and 6th parliaments, the discourse of "sustainable development" and in the 6th and 7th parliaments, the discourse of "local social development" And finally, in the 8th and 9th parliaments, the discourse of "progress and justice" has dominated the discourse. This approach has indicated a kind of break and non-continuity of the comprehensive discourse of social development in different periods of the Islamic parliament. Controversy over Hafez's religiosity or apostasy has a long background. The problem in the present article is to identify the discourse order in Hafez's lyric poetry, and to determine which discourses are insider and highlighted in this discourse order and which discourses are outsiders. Thus, a better understanding of Hafez's approach to religion can be gained through a fundamental and objective data method. The theoretical basis of the research is Laclau and Moffe theory of discourse and the research method is based on Soltani discourse semiotics model (2014). Accordingly, it was determined that the discourse order in Diwan of Hafez includes governmental, religious and Sufism. The alignment of Hafez's wisdom discourse with his love to Qur'an shows that this discourse does not contradict real religious values. The central signifier in wisdom’s discourse is the prescriptive signifier which is opposed and hypocritical to religious discourses. Manuscript profile

The adventures of Hajji Baba of Ispahan by James Morier is a representation of the colonized Orient. The researchers have endeavored to trace the Orientalist intentions which lie beneath the text. It reveals how the representation of the Orient and Oriental culture goes hand in hand with Imperialism in the novel. In Morier, particularly, two factors of diplomacy and writing have been integrated in one activity aiming at colonialism, which leads to the emergence of the colonial discourse concerning the inferiority and marginalization of the Orient. The present article is also an attempt to study the Occidentals’ views about the Orient as well as analyze the question of Islam. Furthermore, the following questions are explored: Through what images and discourse are the Orient and the Orientals represented? Are the Orientals and Muslims represented as the “Other”? What is the possible relationship between Hajji Baba and Imperialism? As a result, Westerners through a kind of Binary Opposition define themselves as the superior center in the world. Finally, it unveils how a nineteenth- century novel serves the discrimination in the twentieth century. Moreover, the reasons and foundations of Orientalism are highlighted and a number of cultural-social solutions are dedicated. Manuscript profile

Narrative discourse is an important way to represent the actions, words, and thoughts of a story that arises from studying the distance between the narrator and the characters of the story. Leech and Short are among the most important theorists who have divided the methods of representation into five methods: direct, indirect, free direct, free indirect, and the narration of words and ideas. The present article analyzes these methods in a descriptive – analytical method by enumerating the ideas of the novel " Passage to the Plaza " (1990). The research findings show that the narrator has applied direct thought, thought reporting and free indirect thought to construct her fictional world; Because direct thinking allows the characters to express their concerns in various political, social, economic, social and cultural fields to the reader without intermediaries. In the indirect free method, the voice of the narrator and the character are mixed and the story is transmitted to the reader through two voices, enjoying various representations. In this approach, discourse is examined in the context of the social situation contained in the text. One of its pioneers is Norman Fairclough, whose interest in critical discourse analysis is related to language and society. This approach is based on three levels: description, Interpretation and explanation. Chicago novel is one of the most famous modern Egyptian ones by Alaa al-Aswani, which discusses Egyptian issues in a premodern context. On the other hand, as a result of otherness of this discourse, a resistance approach against the oppressors and dominators is formed. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the transformation of national security discourses in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Using descriptive analysis, this research study aims to critically explore the existing theories in this regard and come up with a new model to analyze the course of change in national security discourses in the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this regard, this perspective is emphasized that we have always witnessed the presence of two rival discourses in the realm of politics and among the elites such that the course of discourse change cannot be analyzed in a single developmental path. The two rival discourses have been classified by some into either traditional-modern or revolutionary-national. However, the analysis of them indicates that they can be regarded as either identity-oriented or development-oriented. In reality and practical form, development in the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been categorized within the arguments and measures of the two security discourses mentioned above so that it has led to opposite ideas and incongruous policy making to achieve long term security and developmental objectives in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Because of this, one of the main features of national security issues in the Islamic Republic of Iran is lack of common consensus among the elites on the concept of national security, security policies, threats, and vulnerabilities causing crisis at the time of two aforementioned discourses’ domination. The purpose of the present study is to analyze the concept of revolution in the ideas of Iranian Marxists. The hypothesis of this research is that Iranian Marxist forces have interpreted revolution based on Marxist instructions. The method of study is descriptive analysis and the results indicate that the concept of revolution is perceived as the transformation of political order and power acquisition such that the foundation of the former establishment falls down to be replaced with a new system instead of the old one. From the perspective of Iranian Marxists, the notion of revolution is comprehended based on the ideas of Heraclitus, Marx, and Lenin. The perception of Marxist movement from the concept of revolution is so different from the interpretation of other political activists in Iran due to their intellectual discrepancies. The distinction between Marxist ideas and revolutionary Islamists in 1340s and 1350s can be interpreted in terms of their perception of the notion of revolution and their different tenets of thinking. the semantic sign analysis of the Paris school examines the relationship between linguistic signs in discursive system and the study of two narrative and semantic structures in two levels of structured and profound construction. This analysis shows that a sign in relation to other discriminant signs goes through a process that has a special meaning. In the study of surface structure of elements such as the external and internal forms of discourse, the dynamic dimension of the word, the role of effective verbs, actors, action, the relationship of elements in the axis of substitution and association, features and isotopes, and the like, and in the deep study of the semantic square and its relationship with the narrative structure and the semantic role of effective verbs in theology and in the interactive level of discourse, the study of the dimensions of cognitive, action, and emotional, are effective tools in semantic analysis. In this descriptive – analytical study, we tried to examine the structure of narrative syntax in the story of “entekhab” by Simin Daneshvar by studing the elements of narrative syntax, we show discursive signs in many stories of such a process to lead to the formation of the meaning of the story. Post-colonialism is an Interdisciplinary approach that has been developed extensively during recent decades. These studies search and criticize manifestations of discourse of post-colonialism in the era of post-independence specifically in literary as well as cultural products. In this field of study, post-colonial concepts such as Euro-centrism, gender, inferior, the other, racism and Orientalist discourse, are analyzed in two general categories of colonizer and colonized. Based on the post-colonial theories, this article examines the representation of “the other” in the poems of two important poets of the Constitutional period (Mirzadeh Eshqi and Aref Qazvini) and in the light of the post-colonialism discourse,  the research shows how these poets deal with the duality of the discourse of postcolonialism and regain the identity of “self” against western making of “the other”. It is also investigated that in their struggle with colonizers, theses poets are at times influenced by radical nationalistic medievalism which misled them in the modern colonialist goals and has ultimately resulted in the double strengthening of the colonizers, the oppressors and the hegemonic power. The fiction literature is an appropriate range for discursive research in the composition of narrative and narrative, Narratives are the understanding of the relationships and the inner composition of literary work in order to achieve the ultimate structure of a narrative, and the narrative based on aesthetics is a new step in the field of fiction literature. In order to understand and understand a narrative, it is necessary to identify the specifics of the storytelling language, and because, in the process of discourse analysis, the discovery of the structures of implications, the semantic system can be discovered, can be a suitable area for extraction of actions and souls that create a new meaning. On the other hand, the conditions governing the flow of the mind can transcend the objective signs that have come about in the course of time in a new chapter of semantic separation, and by introducing the new meaning of existential discourse of Greimas by creating the plots and implications of the narrative's course of action existential positions are shaped. In this essay, existential discourse is a product of the flow of the narrator's mind through semantic holes. The discourse's rhetoric, when it comes out of an unlucky situation in order to reach meaningless transcendence, creates the existential discourse and, in a sense-perceptual direction, draws on the fragmentation of the desire to create new and different signs. 'commitment problem' is one of the most important problems for the contemporary literary critics and poets of Arab world. Surprisingly, literary researcher by deep study finds that the commitment has different senses for Arab literary critics and Arab poets. literary critics see it as an obligation to social affairs, whereas Arab poets put it in the vital sphere of the freedom of speech. The study of this problem of criticism is important because it shows the difference between literary criticism and poem and that the contemporary literary critic tries to criticize poems in terms of his/her critical desires not in terms of the poetic demands and needs of the poet. Why such a deep difference emerged between critical discourse and poetic one in Arab world? This article by use of a descriptive and analytic method and by reference to critics and poets ideas tries to answer the question. The results of the research shows that the contemporary Arab critic who relies on the ideas of western critics and their literary schools, specially literary socialism, proposes principles to evaluate Arabic poems, instead of speculating specifically Arabic poems and exploitimg critical rules from them. Thus, from his/her view point poet must be committed to social problems, specially social justice, whereas the Arab poet who is influenced from Sartrian ontological thought believes that he/she must be committed to freedom of speech and nothing more. This difference in the interpretation of a critical and literary notion as 'commitment' is speculative and deserves study to be clear why literary criticism is imitative and is not derived from the poems of Arab world, and why Arab critic imposes thoughts outside the literary text on the Arabic poems.   Manuscript profile

Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) plays an important part in finding insights into a discourse. CDA runs a contentious examination of texts and plays a significant part in expression of textual implications and connotations. It helps going over the formalistic gloss of the text which poses barriers to capturing its true sense. It helps discover underlying discourse and latent layers of meanings. CDA differs from discourse analysis in terms of its methodology of examination. It is not pure examination of text or discourse within the textual framework. Boshra albostani, a renowned contemporary Iraqi poetess with a prominent poetic status. The distinctive linguistic structures of her poems have captured the attention of researchers. Employing Laclau and Mouffe approach, this research attempts to examine Al Bostani’s Ode of “Andalusian wounds of Iraq”. As one of her notable works, this ode signals a civilizational attitude as it was composed during years of Iraq’s occupation. The theme of resistance is the centralsignifier of this work while betrayal and handing the keys to the country to outsiders form other signifiers around which other secondary signifiers are articulated. Chain of Equivalence takes shape to breaks the discourse of others. In an ideological foray, it attempts to unveil the actual, consistence identity of the other party. Here, the poet relies on an inspiring, dynamic poetic language to enchantingly portray the exposition of the actual identity of the other party. Manuscript profile

One of the eldest and at the same time, the most effective literary device, is expressing a subject through allegorical exemplum. In this method by using a simile structure, the poet tries to present an inner meaning in his mind, while it is actually the tenor, throughout a story, which is actually the vehicle of the simile structure. In the present survey which is an essential one, the data is obtained through library studies and then they are analyzed throughout a descriptive method, based on discourse analysis, specially, the critical discourse analysis theory by Norman Fairclough, the reasons and the manner of Mehdi Akhavan Sales, a contemporary Persian poet, allegorical exemplum usage in his poetry is discussed. Akhavan, whose contents of his poems are mostly based on the social affairs of his time, uses allegorical exemplum for different reasons, such as: increasing the effects on his readers, as well as saving himself from the political- social dangerous impacts of such poems. In so many of his poems which consist of allegorical exemplum, the vehicles of vast detailed simile structures are affairs such as: poverty, loneliness, honour, oppression, and the valuable culture of Iran, while the tenors are allegorical exemplum, with different subjects, settings, and characters. Finding the tenor out of the vehicle through a systematic targeted method based on the Fairclough’s theory which has three phases, is completely possible and the processes can be offered to interpret other allegorical exemplum in other poet’s works, Manuscript profile

During the Ilkhanid period, after Ghazan Khan converted to Islam, the construction of mosques and paying attention to the decoration of mosques became very important, and it was considered along with other political efforts to legitimize the Mongols. Establishing legitimacy and popularity among the people does not always happen with the sword and military power and can be achieved with ideological mechanisms. Foucault believes that power has influence in a network of complex relationships, determines the structure of society, and makes it legitimate. He believes that where there is power, there is also resistance. During the Ilkhanid period, Iranian identity was contrasted with Mongolian and non-Iranian identities, and the religion of Islam became important as the main source of legitimizing the identity of the Mongols. In the continuation of building mosques, paying attention to special altars with specific verses was on the agenda of the government, artists, and founders. The purpose of this research is to examine the discourse of power in the Ilkhanate period and to reveal the motives of the Ilkhan rulers to build special altars with specific verses. This research is in search of an answer to the question: How did the motivations of power among the Ilkhan rulers help to create special altars with specific verses? The research method in the current research is descriptive-analytical, and with the philosophical approach of discourse analysis, it examines the verses of the inscriptions on the altars of the Ilkhanid period. The results show that in the construction of patriarchal altars, certain verses with political meanings and themes favored by the patriarchs were involved, and the patriarchs pursued specific political goals through the construction of these altars. Among the works of mystical literature, Tazkerat al-Owliya, as one of the valuable works of Attar Neyshabouri to deal with the situations, thoughts and speeches of mystics and Sufi elders allocates a wide range of social relations. Attar's emphasis on this issue causes social agents to display their work in different ways. These representations are purposeful and in order to instill Attar's mystical ideology on the audience. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the discourse of Fazil bin Ayyaz based on Van Leeuwen's model and to examine the representation of social agents in it. Since Attar in this story seeks to transcend knowledge and show the spiritual status of Fazil by fading the discourse system of the thief and the ruler and also highlighting the discourse system of the mystic; Therefore, the analysis of Fazil's discourse as a discourse arising from the social strata of mystics at that time reveals new results. Therefore, in the present study, we decided to express the relationship between activations and passivations of social agents, to find out how Attar, in a stylistic creativity, familiarize the audience with the names of individuals, groups, places and times that social agents have an active role in it and what measures have been taken to determine the role and activation of social agents regarding the action of Fazil ibn Ayyaz and to make passive about the action of his followers, especially Harun al-Rasheed. Grams, who is one of the founders of structuralist semantics, has developed a structured method called "generative semiotics" from semiotics. Grams claimed that "meaning" can only be understood in the form of narrative. In Grams' method, all aspects of "discourse" are structured, analyzed and categorized so that "sign" is extracted and the method of reaching "meaning" is understood through it. Discursive semiotics provides grounds to attribute linguistic structures to emotional types. Studying the emotional flow of discourse means examining the formation and production of the emotional system and how to create meaning through it. This research was carried out with the method of library-documentary studies with the aim of investigating the semantic sign of the emotional system of the discourse in Hadiqeh al-Haqiqah Sanai. From the results of the research, we found that the semantic sign of the emotional system of the narrative discourse in Hadiqah al-Haqiqah; It is based on two types of meaning formation: tense-sense system and event-sense system. So the controversy between discourses is the driving force of history and political life of human societies and the rivalry between ancient, traditional, constitutional, Pahlavi, and Imam Khomeini's discourse about women signifiers is not exception of this law. This article, by adopting the theory and method of analyzing of discourse seeks to answer this question: what is the difference between the identity and position of the woman signifier in the discourse of Imam Khomeini with previous discourses in Iranian history? It is assumed that the discourse of Imam Khomeini, in contrast to previous discourses that have neglected either attention to religion or human beings mean and express women based on a universal identity consistent with Islamic-Iranian culture. The results of the analysis show that Imam Khomeini, while rejecting the schematic view of women in the Constitutional and Pahlavi discourses that influenced by the thought of modernity, directly and indirectly criticized the theoretical principle of traditional discourse about inequality between men and women and attempts to explain the humanity position of woman and equality of her right based on time- compatible understanding from the religion. The aim of present study was the critical analysis of dominant discourse in Jalal Al-Ahmad’s Zan-e-Ziadi story by using Norman Fairclough’s approach. The studied universe was Zan-e-Ziadi stories collection with the same title by Jalal Al-Ahmad. The research sample included power signs and socio-historical issues of Zan-e-Ziadi story. The design of the research was qualitative and studied by descriptive-analytic method on three levels namely, description, explanation, and analysis. The results of the study in this work of Al-Ahmad indicated that the powerful presence of authoritative and patriarchal discourse in the story and simultaneously in the society of the writer own time and even in the thoughts of the writer himself. As a result, the presence of men gender superiority culture and the persistence of domination and submissiveness had led to women marginalization and passiveness. The important point revealed by the story critical discourse analysis was that the tyrannical mentality was more responsible for the institutionalization of that culture more than tyrannical power. Hence in such a system the story main character (protagonist) was the victim of her own undeveloped thought, passiveness, accepting domination discourse, and institutionalizing it in her more than being defeated by the power and decision of men of her family. Abstract : The main topic of this research is a combination between stylistic of letters of Jami and Ghazzali with the approach of critical discourse analysis. The letters of mystics and great scientists are major historical sources which, in addition to enclosing a lot of political, social and cultural information of the past, they show the relationships between the writers and authorities and different social classes. In this research we are trying to investigate the stylistic features of Jami and Ghazzali in three levels of description, annotation and explanation based on 3_dimentional model of Norman Fairclough in order to answer this questions that each one used which discourse and language strategy to communicate with others in political subjects? Which common and different points are exist in stylistic and language features of their letters? What role does discourse play in letters? The metod of this study is analytical-descriptive and our results showed that the ruling discourse on the letters of Jami is gnostic which, centered on divine love and ruling discourse on the letters of Ghazzali are ascetic which, centered on futurism. Each of them manipulate a discriminate discourse in letters to save authority against government ; but in fact the relationship of Jami's authority is via alignment with power of governors, on the other hand Ghazzalis's authority is via standing against the government apparatus and by this method could control the authority and invited them to adminstrative of justice and supporting people. Discourse is a term used for examples of language usage and how it affects the audience, including the language of communication, or larger linguistic units such as interviews, conversations, texts, etc. Therefore, discourse manifests in a variety of forms. Sometimes it manifests as a lecture, sometimes a novel, and sometimes as a play or script, and the like. With this mission of discourse, it appears that in some of the texts, especially novels, two or more types of discourse can be distinguished due to the circumstances and the type of sentence structure. The present descriptive-analytical study tried to first define the discourse and then to examine dramatic discourse with respect to the stylistic characteristics of the novel of Hiccup Moments by Ahmad Akbarpour. The findings indicate that the obvious style of the novel is satyre and is structurally close to a play or screenplay, so that if the author has chosen the play and screenplay forms instead of the novel to express his ideology, he would have been still successful. The present study is an attempt to investigate Persian men-women discourse in cross-gender interactions by focusing on the type, frequency of occurrence and function(s) of discourse markers in oral discourse. The qualitative and quantitative methods are employed to identify DMs and to specify their functions as they occur in Persian language. The particular dialect spoken by people living in Tehran, the capital of Iran, is the focus of investigation. Brinton’s (1996) binary classification is adopted as a theoretical framework in defining the functions Persian DMs have at the interpersonal and textual levels. Altogether 34 types of Persian DMs are identified and their functions are specified in this study among which na/na  baba  (no)  occupies  the  top  rank  in  the  frequency  list.  Another reading  of  the  data  pertains  to  the  number  and  proportion  of  DMs employed by Persian male-female speakers. As it is inferred, the ratio of discourse markers in the women’s discourse is higher than the men’s (138 vs. 116) which accounts for the female speakers’ inclination to employ discourse markers  as  helpful  devices  in  fulfilling their  communicative needs. Although the disharmony is observed in the number of discourse markers  in  two  gender  groups,  the  results  of  the  Chi-square  test (p=0.157>0.5) indicates that it is not statistically significant. In terms of discourse markers usage for the textual/interpersonal purposes, the qualitative and quantitative analyses yield significant gender differences. The results of the Chi-square test shows P=0.02 Manuscript profile

Seyyed Ahmad Mostafavi Khomeini (1946-1995) is the son of Imam Khomeini, as one of the important political activists before and after the Islamic Revolution. Although he is well known as one of the first-hand sources of contemporary political historiography due his presence and activity during the struggle and exile and Imam's leadership, in research,, his opinions and political life are rarely mentioned. Administration Imam's Beit (house) during the exile, struggles, and establishment of the Islamic revolution, developments related to the imposed war, issues related to the dismissal of the deputy leadership and the writing of the Ranjnameh are among the turning points of his life. The issue of this research is why Ahmad Khomeini wrote the Ranjnameh. In the present study, an attempt is made to explain the text of Ranjnameh as one of the most important political letters in the history of contemporary Iran, using the approach of analyzing the critical discourse of Norman Fairclough and the role of Ahmad in the developments of the first decade of the Islamic Revolution. Using this approach, the base is processed and checked in the index. The findings of the research show Ahmad Khomeini, considering the political and social situation of Iran in the 1980s and variables such as Imam Khomeini's illness and the changes in power relations in the 1960s, tried to create a new political and religious meaning in the field by compiling the manifesto. In line with political identification, the reproduction of the ideological beliefs of the Islamic Revolution, the consolidation and organization of the public consent for the selection of the new successor of the leadership and the persuasion of the public opinion.          The initiator, as the point of departure of the message, provides the possibility of processing the text message for the speaker as well as determining the action and intellectual direction of the message for the audience. In this research, in order to analyze the structural and discursive text of Najmuddin Zarkoub's fotovvat-name and discover the mechanisms between the author's mind and language and the cultural-social context of the text, the analysis of primers has been used. From the analysis of the types of primers in this text, which was done using a combined method (descriptive, analytical and statistical), the following results were obtained: the significant frequency of experimental primers in this text indicates the predominance of explanatory and explanatory action in the author's discourse. The significant reduction of interpersonal initiators indicates the low level of communicative and interactive actions in the text and confirms the strengthening of monophonic and authoritative discourse meanings in the experimental structures. Among the text starters, structural elements are more prominent than the other two types (continuity and link addition) due to the role they play in the continuity and development of the text. In this text, the frequency of simple and unmarked starters is more than that of compound and marked starters, whose impact in the text can be seen in the form of ease and regularity of language and grammar, as well as textual coherence in the context of the text's ideological discourse.          Ain al-Qudat Hamedani with the full name of Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ali Mianji Hamedani (525-492 AH) is one of the most famous mystics who has left various works in the fields of mysticism, philosophy and religion in Persian and Arabic. Preparations is one of his most important Persian works, which, in addition to its importance in mysticism, is noteworthy in terms of poetic prose. Hamedani has written this work with the aim of preventing the followers and seekers from going astray from the right path of mysticism and Sufism. Disciples and seekers are not written, but are a continuation of a discourse that was formed a century ago with the initiative of mystics such as Bayazid Bastami and Hossein Mansour Hallaj in opposition to the ruling discourse; A point that seems to have not been viewed from this perspective so far. Therefore, in this research, the author has tried to reveal the intellectual system of the same Ain al-Qudat in opposition to the prevailing politics in a descriptive-analytical manner, relying on the theoretical framework of critical discourse analysis and Norman Colafe's theory, and with library tools. The result of the research indicates that the preparations are a purely religious and ideological work to legitimize mystical ideas, which seeks to strengthen the counter-discourse of militant mysticism against the ideas of the ruling power with quasi-ideological and ideological centrality. From the second century AH, with the rise of Iranian dynasties in the political arena, Iranian and archaic tendencies gradually entered the political structure from the cultural sphere, including the efforts of the Samanids and the Buyids to attribute their dynasty to the families of ancient kings, nobles and heroes. The choice of such a relative dynasty provided national acceptance in the social context, proving the merit and legitimacy of the regime, and consequently fulfilling many of their goals in the field of cultural, political, and territorial conflicts. The most important manifestation of these tendencies and the means of propagating and introducing the lineage of the ruling system were historical books. In this article, in order to reveal the opposition between the Samanid and Al- Al-Buyid genealogical thought and discourse in the context of political and territorial conflicts, with emphasis on the Ray region, the data related to the genealogical discourse of these dynasties were described and analyzed with a semantic approach. As a result, it became clear that the Samanids and the Buyids dynasty, in their territorial disputes, especially the conflict over the strategic Ray region, used genealogical claims to assert the legitimacy of their sovereignty by proclaiming it in historical texts. Many scholars claim that an analytical look at the history of Islam clearly shows that the post-prophet Islamic society underwent epistemological and behavioral transformations in many important areas that were of particular interest to the Prophet, and in a gradual movement distanced itself from the concerns of the Prophet. But it seems that if such a long and fragile claim cannot be accepted; But according to the abundant historical evidence, there can be no doubt that the Prophet's view of women's personality and rights was different or inconsistent with what was later formed in the religious community. In this article, while briefly explaining the personality and position of women in the prophetic age and the capacities created by the Islamic epistemology system to realize their potential, an attempt is made to answer the question of when and how the change in the personality and rights of post-apocalyptic women it fell? The brief answer to these questions, which is followed by historical reports based on analytical historiography, is that the first fundamental steps for this deviation in the Umayyad caliphate seem to have been taken, for example: Return of sexual discourse to the relationship. The one hundred and thirty-year history of the Qajar Dynasty (from 1794 to 1925) was associated with significant cultural changes in which internal and external factors played a key role. During this era, Iran established a relationship with a modern Western world that did not exist before. This relationship, which began in Dar al-Saltanah of Tabriz and was influenced by the modernist movements of Abbas Mirza (1789-1833), reached its peak in the Nasseri era. Numerous presence of European men and women in Iran, traveling and sending of a number of Iranians (mostly of the aristocratic families) abroad to study, and the three important trips of Naser al-Din Shah can be considered the fields in which Iran had cultural relations with the West. This connection between Iran and Europe and the acquaintance and comparison of common Iranian and European cultures gradually led to the creation of a critical discourse on some common mores in Iran and the common relations between Iranian men and women are in the category of such cultures. The relationships between men and women at the beginning of the Qajar era were based on the same ancient method. Moreover, based on the relationship between the same genders with each other and due to its influence, some activity and spatial systems were also organized with strong boundaries between men and women. Inside, women spent time together without a man. In the late nineteenth century, with the arrival of the modernity discourse in Iran, which considered the interaction between men and women to be normal, Iranians realized that some sexual acts and the love of an adult man for a man, which was common in Iran, were considered baseness in morality by the Europeans. This revision of the new cultural relations between men and women has also entered into the field of houses and transformed the activity and spatial systems influenced by this culture. In addition, at the root of these activity and spatial systems and the changes that have taken place in them, there is also flexibility, that seems to meet some of the needs of residents at different times. In fact, it is these needs that the ability of potential changes at the root of the activity and spatial systems of houses emerges and becomes actual, in order to meet them; In the present study, this reason for the occurrence of flexibility is called the creator of flexibility. The present research aims to study the transformation of flexibility generators based on the evolution of gender discourse (cultural relations between men and women) in Qajar aristocratic houses. Therefore, the main question of the study is : How were the flexibility creators of aristocratic houses formed based on the evolutions of gender discourse in the middle of the Qajar era? This study is qualitative, descriptive-analytical research which was carried out using historical analysis and a phenomenological research method. In the first step, the reflection of gender discourse evolutions in the aristocratic houses of the Qajar era is discussed and then, the flexibility creators based on the characteristics of the aristocratic houses are identified and analyzed using reliable historical books and sources. Next,  using a phenomenological research method, the evolutions of flexibility creators are investigated in six aristocratic houses in Qazvin, as case studies, using the results of in-depth interviews with the residents of these houses and reliable historical sources. The results show that those activity and spatial systems which had flexibility creators (potential for change) before the evolution of gender discourse have maintained their function after this era as well. In other words, the needs of the residents of the Qajar aristocratic houses remained unsatisfied even with the changes in the relations between men and women in the middle of that era, and these changes, at least in the Qajar era, could not make a clear change in the residents' needs. It also seems that gender discourse evolutions have made the activity and spatial systems of houses more limited, but such a limitation has not undermined their flexibility creators. In other words, it can be concluded that the evolution of gender discourse has covered the flexibility creators in pre- and post-Nasseri's houses. Manuscript profile

Iran's constitutional revolution was the beginning of a meaningful system and an important intellectual, conceptual, political and social transformation in the contemporary history of Iran, which over time led to transformations and the creation of various discourses. Ayatollah Seyed Abdul Hossein Lari from the Sharia-oriented discourse and Sheikh Hadi Najmabadi from the religious modernism discourse both belong to the constitutionalist discourse. The question of the current research is the analytical analysis of the thoughts of Ayatollah Seyyed Abdul Hossein Lari and Sheikh Hadi Najmabadi about the constitution. The method used in this article is the conflict-centered discursive method of Michel Peshu, and by adopting a historical-analytical approach, it examines the opinions and thoughts of two great Shia clerics in the constitutional revolution. The findings of the article indicate that the confrontation of Ayatollah Seyyed Abdul Hossein Lari and Sheikh Hadi Najmabadi with the requirements of the new world and its issues, although it was done by relying on the element of rationality and using logical and reasonable reasoning, but their perception of this category of constitutionalism was different and of course had different consequences. Abstract: The political orientation of states determines the quality of their relationship. Foreign policy is basically an outcome of the identity theories and their actors cannot act efficiently and in a sustained manner unless they achieve a unified theory and ideology. Imam Khomeini considered “Islam” as a different entity so that “others” can be identified in his political identity and perception. Language and ideology emphasizes on justification, production and reproduction of hegemony and unequal power relationship and consider the aim of criticism paying attention to most profound aspect of power in society through exposing the hypocrisy of language. Critical discourse analysis from philosophical point of view is based on social constructivism which by emphasis on human factor reduces the reality to human structure. The aim of critical analysis is to show ideological belief and values which has reflected itself as common sense. Everyone knows that the United States has the role of “hostile” and “other” in Imam Khomeini’s discourse and this role remains until America does not change her behavioral pattern. In response to this question “What are the conditions for normalization of relations between the two countries in Imam Khomeini’s discourse?” factors like “mutual respect” and “change of confrontationist and hostile policy” are recognized. The article by a descriptive method based on library material examines Islamic ideas of Imam Khomeini, his critical discourse analysis in foreign policy and then tests the article’s hypothesis, to prove the general principles.   Manuscript profile

Based on this, what has been given of a poet work makes clear to the researcher that the didactic literature has two origins. Firstly, the characteristics of poet him or herself. If a poet reaches to a high developmental position she or he gives advice about positive discourse and reject negative discourse. Secondly, the dominant discourse of the society affects directly both poet and his or her poetry. Therefore, didactic literature prior to Islam is the deflection cruel government because the artist has not tried to reach to a high developmental ego. In fact, the artist has confirmed the dominant discourse of the society. Turning the audience approach from the state effect into the trait effect, dealing with a didactic context is certainly depended on the contemplation and perseverance in the themes .Based on this necessity, this research has investigated the fifth chapter of Golestan in the terms of emotional discourse. The present research is theorically based on Shaver’s fundamental emotions, and Goleman’s emotional intelligence in addition to theoretical fundaments corresponding to quadruplet competences and emotional D.A. in signosemiotics and modern linguistics. According to Sa’di, the mutual coordination of companions would lead to a "pleasant life" as the main emotional action. Also from the perspective of discourse, claiming the presence of the enunciator, as the limited narrator, would have increased the realism and believability of the text. Manuscript profile

The present study seeks to confirm the assumption that Sa’di is trying to implement the ideology of warning instruction. In the meantime, he sees audience so passive that ethics could be taught by warnings about the negative consequences of behaviors. To justify this, he uses some artistry and to offer a blend of his poem sand Quranic verses and Hadiths to increase the impact of his words. Considering the cultural space of the Iran, as well as historical and social issues of that day, he offers his trainings and advices by means of warning to the audiences; and against the passive mood of the people of his time, he preaches from an authority position with the support of religion and Cultural popularity. To prove this, by an approach of critical discourse analysis of Fairclough, we review the odes of Sa’di in Bustan. Discourse analysis is done in three levels of description, interpretation and explanation and a scrutiny of verbal choices of Sa’di and an explanation of the social conditions of that period is given Manuscript profile

The main purpose of the present article is to study the discursive transformation between political forces after the Islamic Revolution in Iran. To realize this goal, the discourse of political forces as discourse activists was studied, and the type and extent of the development of this discourse in the first revolution (revolutionary fever period) until 1363, the government of war until 1989, the lifetime of the Imam, the government of construction and reform, and The beginning of the ninth administration has been determined. From the theory of discourse of Laklau and Mouffe as a conceptual framework, the method of analyzing the discourse of critical thinking was used as a research method. The data from this analysis were derived from the letters and some of the statements and some of the official organs. Findings of the research indicate that in the articulation of these discourses, until 1363, when unity was seen among the Islamist forces, the Islamic Republic and Imam (central) are the central slab, and their discursive agent is secular political forces (socialists And liberals). But with the split in the Islamist political activists (the Islamic Republic Party), the discourse of the right political forces (fundamentalists) and the left (reformists) has been subject to change since 1988. The most important discourse developments are from the traditional left to the modern left and from the traditional right to modern from 68 to 84. Modern right discourse evolved into two mainstream, radical, fundamentalists. The center-right central slope is centered on the divine rule of the jurisprudent, and is therefore classified as an elite-dominant religious proponent (such as the clergy society). But radicals emphasize the role of people alongside religion, emphasize economic justice, fight corruption, and clean hands. Manuscript profile

Holding a novel and different approach, this study aims to investigate the nature of both social identity construction and social system development as two subjective and challenging issues in a dialectic process and based on an integrative sociological and socio-psychological approach in the light of three theoretical perspectives at macro, micro and medium scales (vis-a- vis mainly the suggested subjective orientations).. The main question addressed is whether individuals’ sense of social identity construction subject to Facilitating Factors of youths' Social Identity Construction in Social System. To this end, facilitating factors of social system-based construction among youths was addressed with a sample of 445 probability stratified sampling selected students from Tehran University. Attending this field study, they attempted a researcher-made tablet-rendered valid and reliable questionnaire. Content and construct validity measures of the instrument were measured through expert judgment and factor analysis, respectively and its reliability was estimated through Cronbach alpha correlational analysis. One sample parametric t-test and Binomial test-based analyses of the data supported the main hypothesis predicting that social system through precipitating factors has no effective role (T=21/45) on identity construction of youth. This study mainly suggests a scientific, different and comprehensive applied model for social identity construction on the basis of facilitating factors of social system. Manuscript profile

Mankind is the only being who endeavors to uphold his place in the world by recalling and preserving his historical records. Thus, studying the process of formation of museums as the means to sustain such records could elucidate the viewpoints and reactions of different communities and societies throughout history. This study aims to further probe the historical evolution of museums from two aspects. To achieve this goal, a qualitative research approach has been used to study the process of the evolution of museums. Data has been gathered through library resources and the type of this data is based on historical, interpretive, and formal grounds. This evolution has been focused on from different aspects. Furthermore, the relation between the demands of the communities in each era and the circumstances of the formation of the museums is studied. Subsequently, a comparative study has been attempted between the different selected museums as representatives of each era. The study concludes that the structural and formal alterations of museums since the formation of ancient temples to the present day are deeply influenced by the rhythm of changes in structure, purpose, and audience. With an increase in the pace of alterations, mankind has been more eager to record these changes. What is more, as a reminiscent of history, museums, implementing the means and methods at their disposal, could enrich the process of education and upgrade their role more influential means reaching a wider range of society. Political poetry underwent considerable changes in both the format and the theme after the onset of the constitutionalism movement. While poetry and being a poet were commodities belonging to the educated persons until before constitutionalism. They made a lot of efforts in this period to get close to the language of the alleys and streets. In this era, political poetry seeks to express the people’s concerns and it becomes sublime with poets becoming the people’s tongue against superstition and despotism. Both prose and poetry experience subtle changes in this period. To be more exact, the constitutionalism’s literature is formed and enlivened in the course of the battle with the old literature and, due to the same reason, it is novel and it violates the tradition in terms of both form and content. The constitutionalist thinkers insist on pulling words out of the magnificent aristocratic palaces and making them serve the people of alleys and bazars. The goals of the poems in this period are awakening the people and inciting the national and patriotic feelings and promoting the individual and social freedoms and denial of the superstitions and loose and improper thoughts, fighting with the foreigners and westernism, harshly and mercilessly criticizing the disorders and familiarizing the people with their human limits and rights. It was with the constitutionalism’s revolution that the newspapers along with the preaching, discussion and lecture sessions became the primary medium for the conversations and expressing of the revolutionary notions and opinions, and a “public arena” that had been never seen before came about. More importantly, insolence, insult, and frivolity lost their private, fanciful, and exceptional aspects and became completely political and one of the most important and most effective means of the political fight. Such a thing was unprecedented in the political and literary history of the country. Two essential dimensions are seen in the constitutionalism’s literature: one is the criticizing of the past literature and the other is the positing of a novel literature. Zain Al-Abedin Maraghe’ei has the following words in this regard: “these days are not the time in which the masters of pen and thoughts spend their time on simple things, chimerical myths and senseless nonsense like their antecedents for nothing but fiction would result thereof. Masnavi Manavi has benefited from the previous mystical and literary works. Based on Norman Fairclough's method of critical discourse analysis, in the present article, the story "how a certain Sheikh showed no grief at the death of his sons" from Masnavi Manavi, Persian translation of Risāla Qushayriyya and Attār's Tazkirat-al-Auliyā are examined. In the three works, mystical status has been described. In the story of Masnavi Manavi, the dominant discourse is "the mystic who has united with God", in Risāla Qushayriyya, it is "the station of satisfaction" and in Tazkirat-al-Auliyā, it is "submission". In these anecdotes, the mystical concerns are prominent. So, these topics have been considered: certitude, spiritual power of holy man, real sympathy, attention to the Real (God), power and authority. By synthesizing the dominant discourses of mysticism, in the form of a pre-existing genre, Jalāl al-Din Rūmi, Attār Neishapouri, Abul-Ghāsem Qushairi have re-created a spiritual narrative. The three above mentioned works, as communicative events, are not just a reflection of their authors' thoughts, but they create a special discourse by criticizing materialistic practices and temporary and affluent affections. These works have succeeded in challenging mystical features and strengthening mystical discourse.  Manuscript profile

Critical discourse analysis is an approach that focuses on social, cultural and religious representations to interpret discourses and actions. Based on Norman Fairclough's theory, in the present article, the story of "How Hamza, may God be well-pleased with him, came to battle without a coat of mail" form book 3 of Masnavi Manavi is described in three stages of description, interpretation and explanation. The purpose of the paper is to clarify the formal and semantic structure of the narrator's speech and the generator of discourse by using descriptive-analytical method. It is through this way that the dominance of the narrator over the audience as well as his discursive interaction in the form of preaching are known. The results show that Jalal al-Din Muhammad Rumi, relying on Qur'an and the religious and moral teachings and using firm and emphasizing sentences, forms a special discourse that its deep-structure is "voluntary death and the worthlessness of worldly life". Discourse is a type of language application in a specific field and the study of social and cultural developments affecting the language structure. According to Fairclough, discourse analysis is the integration of text and society with the structure of language. Discourses are different representations of social life that place social actors in different situations and represent social life in different ways to creatively create a regular world through everyday methods. The analysis of each discourse has three perspectives;Analyzing the forms and structures of syntax that represent the author's point of view, the use of literary arts that is a big step in the personalization of language, and the analysis of the nature of literary speech that is a great way of communication in the service of society. Hosseini connects the melodious words to the symbol of zeal and the anti-tyranny nation and removes the objective veils from this great event. In his Ashura poem "Safarnameh Khaizran", he depicts the oppressed martyrdom of Alamdar of Karbala with an epic and strong tone in the form of Nimai's poetry. Critical Discourse Analysis emphasizes the principle that the language of literary texts, like other texts, serves communication and can be analyzed critically. In this article, Roger Fowler's theory in critical discourse analysis is selected and based on that, by looking at the context of the situation, the necessary knowledge has been obtained about the interaction in the text as well as the influence of the actors of the discourse. Also, the functions of the text have been studied from thought, interpersonal and textual perspectives.Theorists in the field of critical discourse analysis, including Norman Fairclough, Theon E. VanDyke, and Roger Fowler, have used Halliday's role theory as a tool for text analysis. This theory provides a tool for the researcher to find the ideology that governs the text and the ways that the speaker chooses to convey his thoughts, and it happens with the help of intellectual, interpersonal and textual roles at the level of language. The 21st letter of Monshath Qaim Maqam Farahani is a political letter written by Fath Ali-Shah Qajar to the Russian Tsar. Considering the cultural and political situation of the Qajar era and the social classifications regarding the position of the writer and the receiver, this letter is arranged from the lower position to the higher position, and among the communicative roles of language, the persuasive role of language prevails in its textual structure. According to the world view that governs the letter, the religious point of view is the most prominent manifestation and the main participant of the discourse in this letter of the king, whose way of naming shows the dominance of his power and ideology in this work. So the question that the authors of this study is trying to answer is why is the impact of the (Shiite) discourse on the West Asian security order in the face of the Salafist and Brotherhood discourses evaluated? The hypothesis raised by this question is that in recent years, the discourse of Shiite resistance to Salafist and Brotherhood discourse has succeeded in bringing the Islamic and revolutionary countries present in the West Asian strategic field in form, method, slogan and in The goal is to influence. The choice of revolutionary Islam as the ideology of struggle and resistance, the attempt to achieve Islamic rule, and the role of intellectual currents in different layers of Islamic societies are examples of the profound effects of (Shiite) discourse on this area. To this end, in order to maintain the political structure of the countries of the region and subsequently to prevent the maximization of the growing power of the discourse, the Salafist and Brotherhood discourses have sought to maximize the discourse of the (Shiite) resistance. This, in turn, has led to the proxy war and sometimes to the hidden discourse between the two mentioned discourses and, of course, to the detriment of the Salafist and Brotherhood discourses. The research explains how nuclear discourse of Ahmadinejad government is articulated and hegemonized then the research compares it with discourse of the Islamic revolution based on speeches of Ayatollah Khamenei the leader of the Islamic revolution in Iran. The research finds that articulation of nuclear discourse of president Ahmadinejad is accommodated discourse of the Islamic revolution in signifiers such as definite right of the Iranian nation, independence, justice, prestige, resistance, development, national technology and peaceful purposes. Death can be considered the most important common issue among humans in all times, places and the only rival of life. Expressing the nature of death is a kind of representation of different people's attitude towards the nature of life. None of the poets have removed this concern. Therefore, addressing the thoughts of writers and poets, in this regard, will be effective in better understanding and getting to know the intellectual and epistemological views of these poets. To achieve this goal, one should analyze the texts and poems of these poets. One of the methods of text analysis is critical discourse analysis. in which they discover the author's and poet's attitude towards his works. Since literature and society have a two-way relationship and the influence of contemporary poetry on society and the influence of contemporary literature in the formation of many socio-political developments has been proven. In this research, we aim to examine the influence of society on the poet's thought about death and its reflection in his works. Among the contemporary poets, Aminpour has expressed the important social and political issues of each period in his poetry explicitly and with appropriate tone, and this issue brings us into the realm of discourse analysis of his works. Accordingly, in this essay, by applying the level of explanation in the analysis of critical discourse, we seek to prove the ups and downs of the poet's death thoughts in his different poetic periods. It seems that his attitude towards death, which includes the outlook on life, has changed in different periods of his life. Manuscript profile

Time and space have been central issues in legal-philosophical discourses, with each philosophical system offering different views on these concepts. The components of space and time in architecture and urban planning throughout history play a significant role in the embodiment and meaning of the human environment. This research aims to identify the temporal context in the production of space by focusing on the components that form the structure of thinking in philosophical-judicial discourses and the rationality governing contemporary architecture and urban planning in Iran. By limiting factors to thinkers and planning processes at the global level, the signs of the context of time in the construction of space are identified. The qualitative and interpretive method of this research uses inductive analysis, focusing on the ideas and works of contemporary thinkers, as well as social trends and movements. Tale of Rostam and Esfandyar is an indicator of the inner conflict within the formal power structure and represents the manner in which resistance takes shape against the dominant power discourse.  This conflict and involvement in the tale are posed by narrative, dialogue, conversational schemes and sometimes is presented in terms of certain rhetorical structures.  This article deals with the study and analysis of conversation and dialogue as part of critical discourse analysis and further makes use of certain applied linguistic parameters in order to analyze the dialogue between two main characters of the tale that is Rostam and Esfandyar.  This study shows that power relations in Iran’s court and political institutions enriches the language and the structure of the tale of Rostam and Esfandyar with ideological sense and rhetorical power discourse is seen to cast a shadow over the tale.  Esfandyar is the representative of religious and political power and Rostam is the representative of national and heroic power who against his inmost wishes gets involved with an involuntary duel with Esfandyar.  Power discourse causes language to function in a particular context and to create a specific rhetorical approach in a way that when this passes through the filter of Ferdowsi’s mind, new discourse system with a new identity is formed. AbstractThe story of Bahram Chubineh’s revolt against two great Sasanid kings that is Hormoz, and his son Khosrow Parviz is only an example of many instances where Ferdowsi speaks about the insatiable nature of man to satisfy his instinct to acquire power and his continuous struggle to gain ultimate power.  The relationship of Bahram with Sasanid kings is among the longest interactions between the king and warrior, an example being the heated discussions between Bahram and Khosrow which covers a good part in Shahnameh.  Delving into this discussion is an eligible manner in order to analyze the power struggle in the political court in Iran.  The necessity to be connected with the kings’, nobles’, and warriors’ lineage on the one hand, and the need for national fame and popularity to gain the legitimate sovereignty, on the other hand, made the discourse between the two unique in Shahnameh especially that history confirms its correspondence.  Apart from benefitting from certain pragmatic language elements, this article is concerned with the close interconnection of two special kinds of language that is power and ideology. Shahnameh enjoys significant scientific capacities in the domain of narratology and the grammar of narration.  This article is concerned with the study of a genre of narration namely narrative discourse in Shahnameh in which the narrator upon narrating, all of a sudden exits from the world of the story and addresses the reader in order to have a dialogue with him.  Adopting this narrative genre usually at the end of every story is based on rhetorical and exact discourse purposes and is quite influential in inducing the sense of believability of the story and it accentuates the presence of the reader.  In such depicted atmosphere one can observe the communicative and emotional function of narrative discourse especially with the time change from the past to present.  Also, the narratological approach of this point of view, brings about transmission of emotions, ideology, and mental states which in turn evokes direct emotional involvement with the reader. Author’s mental states and his ideological perspectives has direct logical connection with the outcome of actions and events.  In a way the author criticizes and judges the actions and behavior of the characters, reveals his own beliefs so that the reader unconsciously perceives the same notion understood by the author and hence accepts his judgment.  The purpose of this article is not only to put emphasis on the significance of this genre of narration but also to fully explain the objectives of the narrator in direct dialogue with the audience.  This has been done on the basis of narrative criticism and structuralist narratologists’ views such as Lintvel’s.
