The process of accepting an article in the journal is as follows
Receiving the submitted article in two files (the main article file and the names of the authors)
Initial review of the article by the journal expert and the specialized editor and determining the suitability of the article with the themes of the journal.
Review of the article by the journal expert in order to determine compliance with the rules and conditions of writing the article and similarity detection using similarity detection software (identical search) to control the non-repetition of the article or the extent of overlap and possible similarity with previous articles
If approved at the initial stage, returning the article to the author for correction and resubmission and completing the commitment letter and conflict of interest form and sending a deposit slip (5,000,000 rials). (If the article is rejected by the respected referees, the initial amount is not refundable to the author)
After complying with the terms and conditions, the article is sent to at least two specialized referees based on the opinion of the editorial board.
Completion of evaluation forms by the respected referees and sending the evaluation result (undergraduate) to the corresponding author.
If revision is required, the revised version is received by the author. - Send the revised article to the referees for review and re-evaluation.
Receive the comments of the comparative referee and send to the author
Receive the author's revised version (if revision is required in the comparative refereeing stage)
If accepted in the comparative refereeing stage, the author sends the pre-publication file
Receive the pre-publication file and if approved by the journal editor, send a letter to deposit the amount (10,000,000 rials for purchasing DOI and printing costs)
Receive a deposit slip and issue a letter of acceptance of the article
Final decision by the editor and members of the editorial board to schedule the publication.
Note
At each stage, the article may be rejected based on the comments of the referees or the specialized editor.
If necessary, the refereeing process and the need for further revisions may continue in several stages.
