The Journal of Innovation in Food Science and Technology (ISSN: 2423-4966) is a specialized quarterly journal of the Food Science and Technology Department of the Islamic Azad University, Sabzevar Branch. Based on the resolution of the 49th meeting of the Commission for Review and Approval of Scientific Journals of the Islamic Azad University on 27/6/1387 and the license number 229733/87 dated 15/7/1387 of the Director General of the Office for the Development of Scientific Production of the Islamic Azad University and the approval of the Press Supervisory Board of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the meeting dated 11/7/1390 (publication license number 21782/90, dated 28/8/1390), it is published in Persian by the Research and Technology Department of the Islamic Azad University, Sabzevar Branch, in cooperation with the Iranian Association of Food Science and Technology Specialists.
This journal has been published under the title “Food Science and Technology” (ISSN: 2251-6476) until the fall of 2012.
