Tarikh -i Islam of late Dr. Ali Akbar Fayyāz (dead 1350 Š/ AD1971-2) is one of the earliest works on reviewing the history of Islamin modern times. It covers in a thin volume a long stretch of Islamichistory since initiation up to the end of Abbasids. The book despite itsuseful positive points mentioned in publisher’s foreword raisescriticism on the chapters dealing with the time of the Prophet (PBUH)and the first four caliphs, which some of them are dealt with in thispaper from a historical and ideological point of view and each one isclassified according to its subject matter. The main incentive to this work was that the author has presentedan unjustifiable strict picture of the prophet, along quoting manyshaky accounts which present biased image of the life and deeds ofhim. So the present work opens with quoting one of these accounts(which in present author’s view) is “one of the harshest accountsquoted about the Prophet and his desciples. Manuscript profile

Soil microorganisms have important role at production and consumption of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxide (N2O), and nitric oxide (NO). On theother hand, there are valid reasons that climate changes can directly or indirectly alter the compositionand abundance of soil microbial communities. So that, the results of the systematic review showed thatthe main direct effects of climate changes on soil microbial communities are likely to be caused bychanges in temperature and moisture content. Howevr, the effects of increased CO2 levels onmicrobial communities are often indirect, as they are mediated by positive effects of the gas on plantphotosynthesis, which in turn changes in quantity and quality of soil C inputs. Any way, depending onthe taxonomy, body size, feeding habits, ecosystem type, local climate, treatment magnitude andduration, the patterns respons of the soil organisms in against of climate change parameters are differ. So that, the results of meta-analysis has show that the response of soil biota to elevated CO2, is dependon the trophic group, body size, and experimental approaches (field or greenhouse). Whereas, theresponse of soil biota to warming and altered precipitation are depend on local climate and ecosystemtype. Furthermore, the effects of increase CO2 on soil organism abundance diminished with time, however the effects of warming and altered precipitation intensified with time Manuscript profile

The existence of a large volume of studies on the participation of students in sports activities, with somewhat ambiguous and contradictory results, has posed challenges in planning and policymaking in this field. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate and consolidate the findings of previous research. This present study aims to go meta-synthesis of factors and barriers influencing the participation of students in sports activities. The research methodology employed is a systematic review that aims to synthesize qualitative studies. The statistical population of this study consists of qualitative studies (articles and theses) published between the years 2006 and 2021, which were accessible as full-text in the databases and university libraries. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 12 studies were reviewed. In this study, a designed checklist was used for data collection. To ensure quality control, the validity and reliability of the extraction codes were assessed, and the validity of the codes was evaluated using the Glynn’s agreement coefficient. For the analysis of the research findings, the topic synthesis method and the MAXQDA software were utilized. The findings indicate that in explaining the factors and barriers influencing student participation in sports, three general environmental factors and barriers can be identified: general environmental factors and barriers, operational environmental factors and barriers, and internal environmental factors and barriers. Among these, the environmental factors and barriers are considered the most significant variables in predicting student participation in sports activities. Based on these results, it is necessary to focus on environmental factors and barriers when explaining student sports participation. Manuscript profile

Jean-François Lyotard discusses postmodernism and its conditions and characteristics, and lists features for postmodern culture, works and ideas. One of the features that distinguishes postmodernism from other literary and cultural periods and schools is the failure and collapse of macro – narrations. Thus, it can be claimed that literary works, downplay macro – narrations, weaken their foundations, move towards postmodernism and place themselves to a greater or lesser degree among postmodern works. The present study aims to survey the three selected works of Martin Amis from cstructure and reviewing hyper stories and show how literature and philosophy, side by side, depict the disintegration of rigid discourses and, in the exhaustion of despair, they consider the possibility of the emergence of a new discourse or narrative. intertextuality is one of the important topics in literary criticism, a theory in order to read the literary text more deeply and achieve its unspoken. According to this theory, any text, consciously or unconsciously, is the birth and re-reading of pre- or contemporary texts. The Holy Quran is one of the texts with which the poems of many poets have been linked; One of these poets is the famous poet of the Umayyad era, who has used Qur'anic interpretations and concepts in his poems in a very artistic and creative way and has made his poems extremely attractive and effective. The present study aims to explain the types of Quranic intertextual examples by Akhtal by analytical – descriptive method to analyze the types of intertextual relationships in the poems extracted from him with the Quran. Review of Akhtal poems prove that sometimes he uses the content or meaning of a verse or verses from the Holy Quran as his source of inspiration, and sometimes he uses Quranic verses in the structure of sentences and music of verses, and sometimes he refers to Quranic stories to his literary work as an attribute of holiness and permanence. The Arab poetry has adorned different types of intertextuality which include: mythical, historical, and religious ones. Abundant use of this phenomenon, especially what is called koranic intertextuality, led to the review of this phenomenon. For this means one must identify the strengths and weaknesses imposing a framework for it. Considering the interaction of poet with the holy Koran intertextuality is divided in to several types such as : total and partial intertextuality , referential intertextuality and conceptual intertextuality. Some of these give abeautiful forms to the poetry and some are ugly and unacceptable, because they do not preserve dignity of Koran. It should be noted that the overall shape and detailed koranic intertextuality is more susceptible to error, while the conceptual and referential formsare less affected by slips. This research criticizes and studies koranic intertextuality in modern poetry of Iraq. Manuscript profile

In an expansive test of nations over distinctive geographic districts and over a long period of time, we discover restricted nation and variable-specific impacts of central bank straightforwardness on figure exactness and their scattering among an expansive set of proficient figures of monetary and macroeconomic factors. More communication indeed increments estimate mistakes and scattering. So the aim at this study is a systematic review of central bank transparency and capital market reaction. This study was conducted using a systematic review. At first all papers (n=165) related to keywords (capital market reaction and central bank transparency) searched for Persian and English databases; Google, Google scholar, PubMed covering the period from 2012 through 2022 was performed. Then all qualitative and quantitative papers related to central bank transparency selected and analyzed (n=28). As a result to inclusion and exclusion criteria, papers related to central bank transparency were found and analyzed (n=28). Predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria were: papers related to central bank transparency, papers were Persian and English, types of papers were original and all the papers were free full text. In the initial search, 165 papers were found that after reviewing the titles and abstract articles and removing repetitive and non-related, 54 possible related articles were investigated. Of these, 31 papers were omitted from the abstract because of lack of access to the original article and lack of sufficient information. Finally, 28 papers were included in the study. There are very few studies that have examined the effect of central bank transparency on capital market turmoil. The effect of central bank transpar-ency on the domestic capital market has not been studied. There is no agreement in the literature on theoretical discussions on whether increasing central bank transparency affects capital market turmoil. In foreign research, we can also refer to the study of Dinser and Eichngreen (2007) who have studied this effect empirically using the main transparency index. The pre-sent systematic review shows that almost whole of papers on central bank transparency and capital market reaction highlighted similar findings con-cerning monetary policy decisions. Data analysis was based on repetition and theme analysis. Results show; Research in the field of governance in sports has become a concern of sports management researchers since 2016. Most of these researches include survey and quantitative studies and have paid attention to the public sector. The findings also showed; Of the three forms of governance (organizational, systemic, and political), most research was devoted to organizational governance. It seems that due to the challenges facing sports organizations in the country, such as the discussion of sanctions and suspension of federations, research in the two areas of political governance and systematic governance is needed. The art of glassmaking in Iran, with a glorious historical background, visual richness and unparalleled beauty reached its peak of prosperity in different historical periods. Safavid and the Qajar era are among the brilliant periods of Iranian art, which in many fields, was the continuation of the Timurid golden age. These works include the most outstanding examples of court objects, they include the most mundane objects and household utensils produced in workshops, which in each of these two groups, depending on the social class of their patrons and creators, have unique features. One of the unique glassmaking in that era was the production of scent-bottle. The root of the word "perfume" is derived from the Latin word "perfume" and means "passing smell". Scent-Bottles were containers that kept all kinds of perfumes (oily liquid, perfumes, and even pharmaceuticals) in it. Iran is one of the most important centers for the production of glass perfume bottles; however, no research has been done in this field. In this research, while taking a brief look at the historical background of glass production and its manufacturing technique, the form and motifs of Iran's glass perfume bottles have been examined and their manufacturing technique, shape, size and decorative motifs have been studied. The research method is historical-analytical and the purpose is to examine the differences and similarities of perfume bottles in different historical periods, and finally the results proved that there are fundamental differences between perfume bottles through different historical periods in Iran. Soheila Yousefi[1] Mahdi Momeni[2] Abstract: Reviewing international documents is a manifestation of dynamics of rights. The most common way is to achieve maximum consensus of the Members. The statute of International Criminal Court states how to revise it. At the Kampala Conference 2010, important points about review were introduced. The 2017 New York Conference largely complemented the efforts of ICC member states at the Kampala Conference. The main question is based on how effective is the proposed solution in the statute and to what extent have all the capacities been used? It seems that all the capacities of the statute, including the capacity of the Security Council, have not been used by the Contracting States in the solutions presented. Therefore, the assessment of the court's performance is faced with serious criticism. Based on the legal doctrine and the international documents (UN, ICJ, ICC) the present study examines and criticizes the principles of revision, practical procedures and documents of international organizations. Administrative corruption as an old injury to the organs of public organizations in developmental societies has become a national crisis today, and the continual evolution of this phenomenon leads to a risk of people's trust. Therefore, the present study aimed to answer the question "What are the roots of corruption in government organizations in developing countries?". Despite the prevalence of corruption, a comprehensive study has not been carried out in this area. Using the content analysis method, the researcher analyzed the results and findings of previous researchers and, by performing 7 steps, classified the roots into 29 concepts and 8 categories. The CASP checklist was used to control the qualitative researches and the Holsty reliability coefficient was used to confirm the findings. The results of the research showed that all factors in the levels of reason (individual motives and organizational conditions), middle (state) and macro (society and sovereignty) as the causes of corruption seem probable. However, in different societies in the developing world, agreement on the causes of corruption is more than expected. In all these poor or rich societies, corruption is associated with several factors: at macro level, threats and weaknesses of governance, unfamiliar civil society, middle level, weak rule of law, government capacity reduction, lack of economic development, weakness and Micro level, organizational behavior management and weak organizational behavior management. Finally, based on research findings, suggestions for future research are presented. Manuscript profile

Abstract: The scientific references of the Holy Quran have long been of interest to Muslim and non-Muslim Quran scholars, especially Orientalists. It seems that their extensive studies are based on scientific assumptions that have not yet been fully confirmed. In the article "Stars and Planets" by Paulo Konitch, he mentioned several verses about stars and planets and the seven heavens, but on the other hand, alienation from Scientific issues and lack of proper understanding of the appearance of the verses and ignoring linguistics and words in the interpretation and explanation of the verses have led to wrong conclusions. With the use of interpretive knowledge and the evolution of the precise tools of experimental and definitive science, the secrets of the divine verses and their wonders are revealed, and a correct insight and understanding of the verses of the Holy Qur'an emerges. In this article, an attempt has been made to criticize this orientalist's point of view. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to investigate researches relatedto the blended teaching-learning approach in Iranian universities. The research method is applied, and data collection was conducted using a qualitative approach through a systematic review method. For this purpose, resources were searched from databases(sid, noormags, magiran, civilica, ganj.irandoc) by using related keywords. Then the found documens were analyzed based on Sandlowski and Barroso seven-step model.Based on a comprehensive and systematic view, the research results indicate that the previous researches on the subject of the blended teaching-learning system in Iranian universities have examined the three dimensions of the input(competencies related to students with 5 subdimensions, competencies related to instructors with 2subdimensions), the process(teaching-learning process with 3subdimensions) and the ouput(student-related output with 3subdimensions, instructor-related output with 2subdimensions) as the main dimensions of this approach.Based on the findings, the role of university management and leadership has been neglecte in the studied researches, while it is one of the main dimentions of the teaching-learning system. The results of the present research can be a model for university managers and instructors to effectively implement a blended approach in the teaching-learning system, and a guide for researchers to conduct further research in order to eliminate research deficiencies in this field. Anisakiasis is a zoonotic disease caused by the nematode Anisakis caused by eating infected and uncooked fish. Due to the fact that this disease is zoonotic, the necessary health advice should be given to people who tend to eat raw and especially raw foods of different types of seafood. Based on the search results with the keywords, Iran and Anisakis in information sources and search engines, 24 studies conducted in Iran on Anisakiasis disease were found. This parasite has been reported in Iran to a greater extent than the shores of the Caspian Sea, Persian Gulf and Oman since 1349, which according to the results obtained in regular reviews, this amount has been higher in the southern regions of the country (Persian Gulf and Oman). Due to the high percentage of contamination in some of the fish studied, up to 97% of the need to pay attention to this parasite for food preparation is more evident. Manuscript profile

This paper presents a comprehensive review of 50 studies conducted between 2014 and 2023, delving into the world of mobile-assisted task-based language learning (M-TBLL). Our investigation sought to illuminate the educational and learning contexts, methodologies, data collection techniques, learning outcomes, and challenges associated with M-TBLL. To this end, we meticulously combed through the ISI Web of Science database, ultimately analyzing 50 carefully selected papers from a pool of 398 identified publications. The review yielded several key findings. First, all included studies focused on language learning, demonstrating the versatility of M-TBLL across various linguistic domains. Second, a clear trend emerged toward higher education settings as the primary research ground for M-TBLL, highlighting its potential for advanced language acquisition. Moreover, the review revealed a growing emphasis on informal learning contexts, suggesting a shift towards mobile technology facilitating language learning beyond the traditional classroom walls. In-depth empirical studies on mobile seamless learning could shed light on the integration of mobile devices into existing learning environments. Additionally, research into tasks specifically designed based on learners' needs analyses could personalize and optimize the M-TBLL experience. Finally, investigations into cognitive load and learning anxiety in M-TBLL contexts could offer valuable insights into mitigating student stress and maximizing learning potential. By addressing these gaps and embracing emerging trends, future research can continue to shape and refine the landscape of M-TBLL, unlocking its full potential for enhancing language acquisition in diverse educational settings. Shahnameh has long been welcomed as an epic masterpiece by many poets and writers, and the most unique, selected, and translated works of this work are remembered. In contemporary times, Professor Seyyed Hassan Amin, by recreating the Shahnameh in seven volumes that has lasted for thirty years, has depicted one of the lasting examples of contemporary history. The purpose of this article is to study the features of imitation in Amin’s Shahnameh based on Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh. Because this analogy, in addition to the similarities with Ferdowsi's Shahnameh, the author has written articles to complete the historical sections of Ferdowsi's Shahnameh. This research has introduced and how to tell an analogy in three historical, heroic and religious foundations with an analytical-descriptive method. Findings show that Amin’s Shahnameh is an adaptation of Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh to the modern version that both authors have spent thirty years for that time. With the difference that in Amin;s Shahnameh has continued the history after Islam until the history of the contemporary period in the style of Ferdowsi. Also, Professor Amin in this Shahnameh believes that Ferdowsi did not deal with the documentary history of ancient Iran in the Shahnameh. According to the studies, what Ferdowsi did from the point of view of the story was the same date. Manuscript profile

Both preventive and therapeutic interventions are necessary for good diabetes management and the prevention of complications. There are serious therapeutic and financial repercussions when patients don't follow their doctors' orders about medicine, nutrition, and healthcare procedures. The current comprehensive review aims to determine factors that have been observed in patients with type 2 diabetes and low health literacy, contribute to poor treatment adherence in 2022. Five steps were taken to complete this review: creating a research question, looking for and extracting relevant papers, choosing relevant studies, tabulating data, and reporting findings. Using the terms "Type 2 diabetes", "obstacles", "determinants", "factors", "barriers", "treatment", "medication", "therapy" "adherence", "non-adherence", "poor adherence", and "low health literacy" was gathered from six electronic databases (Scopus, Web of Science, Embase, Science Direct, PubMed and Google Scholar) from January 2018 to January 2022. Twelve were able to be reviewed from the initial 140 articles. In this review, ten studies have been selected involving 1497 patients with type 2 diabetes. The range of nonadherence prevalence was from 42% to 74.3%. Economic difficulties, inadequate communication with the medical staff, an absence of family support, ignorance, misinterpretation, and low health literacy were major barriers to treatment adherence in the publications. The findings of this study identified both modifiable and non-modifiable factors influencing medication adherence in type 2 diabetes patients. Modifiable factors must be addressed by suitable interventions carried out with the target population and healthcare experts. Manuscript profile

Objective: The current research aims to systematically examine bankruptcy prediction models with the goal of developing a model that serves as a guide for selecting the most suitable tools. These tools should ideally align with the existing data and quality criteria of bankruptcy prediction models.Research Methodology: To conduct this research, a systematic search was performed on the Web of Science database using keywords such as Bankruptcy, Default, Distress, Failure, Forecasting, Predicting, Prediction, and Insolvency, spanning the years 2015 to 2023. Based on defined inclusion and exclusion criteria, this search yielded 1000 articles, out of which 49 were ultimately selected and analyzed. The findings from these articles were then summarized in tables. Subsequently, major bankruptcy prediction models were compared based on nine key criteria, and final conclusions were drawn.Findings: Artificial neural networks and support vector machines were found to have the highest accuracy, while multiple personality analysis showed the lowest accuracy. Additionally, artificial neural networks, multiple personality analysis, decision trees, and logistic regression require a large training sample to logically identify and precisely classify patterns. However, case-based reasoning, rough sets, and support vector machines can work with smaller sample sizes.Originality/ Value: The outcomes of this research contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of tools used in developing bankruptcy prediction models and the shortcomings associated with them. The Supreme Court of Iran is the highest judicial authority in Iran, which was formed in order to monitor the correct implementation of laws in the courts and to establish the unity of the judicial procedure assigned to it according to the law, based on the criteria determined by the head of the judiciary. According to Article 3 of the Law on Determining the Appeals of Court Judgments and the Procedure for Handling them, approved in October 1367, the Supreme Court is the authority for reviewing, violating or upholding the judgments of the First Criminal Court, the First Legal Court, and the Special Civil Court and the Revolutionary Court. Proceedings in the branches of the Supreme Court of Iran are formal, and after examining the case and the court verdict and comparing the cases with the law, if the Supreme Court judges the verdict to be correct and in accordance with the law and Shariah standards, it approves it and the judicial proceedings are terminated. Finds. The findings of this article in the review of the court's supervisory performance show that according to Article 392 of the Civil Procedure Law, this court, while examining the judicial case, if it observes a violation by the judges of the case, it must apply the law and this issue requires judicial and disciplinary supervision. Because separate disciplinary and judicial supervision does not make sense because it leads to the delay of proceedings and abuse of persons. On the other hand, the court does not have the unity of supervision due to the multiplicity of supervisory authorities; Therefore, the Supreme Court should exercise its supervision comprehensively and centrally.
