Also, openness had a significant moderating role in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in of the Iranian premier volleyball league players, while the moderating role of extroversion was not significant in the relationship between the coach's humility and the knowledge sharing in the Iranian premier volleyball league players. Therefore, it is suggested that the coaches committee of the volleyball federation organize training courses to familiarize coaches with coaching styles. Manuscript profile

The present research aims to identify and prioritize the motivational factors influencing knowledge sharing among an organization’s knowledge workers, to provide managers with a framework for personnel’s knowledge sharing, and to increase personnel’s willingness to share knowledge in order to overcome organization’s current problems. In knowledge economy, knowledge-based organizations specifically count on their personnel. Knowledge sharing is important for organizations because it enables them to improve their skills and provides them with value, credibility, and competitive advantage. When an organization’s personnel share their knowledge and personal experience, innovation occurs. In order to answer the research questions, credible techniques of Fuzzy-multiple Criteria Decision Making (F-MCDM) were used. Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) technique was used to rank the criteria and to determine their relative importance. Finally, Fuzzy-Technique for Order-Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS) was used to prioritize the options of hierarchical model (four stages of knowledge sharing process). According to the ranking results, “trust in management” is ranked first. Moreover, after reviewing the effect of every 21 indicator on four stages of knowledge sharing process in the studied context, “internalization” was found to be of more importance compared to other stages of knowledge sharing process. Knowledge sharing is an important step in knowledge management whereby knowledge is exchanged among individuals. During this process explicit or tacit knowledge can be passed from one to another with the possibility of creating new knowledge.  Excellent knowledge sharing leads to development and improved service quality in organizations. However, to obtain the competitive advantages in public organizations, providing quality services to the society members must be strongly considered. Many effective factors contributing to knowledge sharing have been already identified in previous studies. However they focused on technological and organizational aspects rather than individual aspects of knowledge sharing. Therefore, we studied the individual aspects involved in the quality of knowledge sharing. The correlation between awareness, motivation, personality and trust in knowledge sharing was studied. Our results showed a direct and significant correlation between each of above -mentioned individual factor with quality of knowledge sharing (Correlation coefficient: 0.826, 0.796, 0.722 and 0.245 respectively, P<0.01) confirming our hypothesis. This qualitative study aims to investigate the knowledge sharing in Iranian schools. It is based on phenomenological approach. A total of 20 high school principals in Tehran were purposefully interviewed to the point of theoretical saturation. The data were analyzed without subjective manipulation. The data were analyzed through coding the content of the interviews via three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Finally, 10 open codes and axial codes including four categories (facilitating the use of knowledge organized by employees, submitting scheduled reports to stakeholders, having data warehouses and various forms for publication of knowledge, having numerous conferences, lectures and meetings in the field of publishing) were extracted. Each of these codes is an indicator and is thoroughly discussed in detail in the present study. The findings suggest that in order to achieve knowledge sharing, individuals who share their knowledge should be classified in different units in the organization and use changing techniques to achieve the desired goals. Strategic Knowledge is a tern used by some to refer to what might be termed know-when and know-why. Although Management of Strategic Knowledge seems reasonable to conceive of these as aspects of doing, it is difficult to envision them as being separate from that doing. In other words, we can separate out strategic knowledge only in the describing, not the doing. Consequently, strategic knowledge and Information Technology is probably best thought of as a subset of declarative knowledge instead of its own category. Most administrative and procurement officials have been less exposed to the benefits, and hence, are less open to the use of the Value Method on their programs. Many of these managers have not heard of the process. Others are unaware of its potential benefits and are unfamiliar with the costs of a value study. Traditionally, the project or process benefiting from the value study pays the cost of conducting it. For administrative or procurement processes, a proposed study may complete directly with salaries for funds. Therefore, Intelligent Knowledge administrative and procurement mangers do not perceive that immediate benefits are obtainable through a value study by Knowledge Sharing. An additional consideration affecting acceptance is that an administrative or procurement related activity may have an associated legislated by Knowledge Sharing. The Intelligent Knowledge intent of these agendas may have good motives behind them. However, in such situations the responsible individuals or organizations may prefer that the agenda be less open to scrutiny. These definitions allow reviewers of a study to quickly understand its scope and limits. To ensure the opportunity to achieve the highest value, Management of Strategic Knowledge staff attempt to keep management or administration directed mission charges flexible enough to allow innovation. Further, Intelligent Knowledge studies, by definition, remain totally independent.   Manuscript profile
