Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to design a model to promote the motivation of knowledge sharing among faculty members. The method of conducting research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). In order to conduct this research, in addition to the documentary study, the content analysis technique with MAXQDA12 software was used to identify the dimensions and components. The statistical population in this study were all experts in the field of knowledge management and management of higher and educational education, which was conducted after 11 theoretical saturation interviews. Confirmation of components and indicators was used by 15 experts, who finally approved 9 components out of 10 components and attitude component, and also 47 indicators were approved out of 62 indicators. The structural equation method of smartpls3 software was used to draw the pattern. The results showed that the components of knowledge sharing culture (0.998), trust (0.995), emotional commitment (0.993), reputation (0.991), and knowledge self-efficacy (0.940), and reward system (0.922), management support (0.842), information and communication technology (0.776) and job independence (0.413) were the most important in the pattern of promoting knowledge sharing motivation, respectively. The validity of the model was evaluated with 5 dimensions (philosophy and goals, implementation steps, executive mechanism, theoretical foundations and feedback, correction and re-engineering) which showed high validity of the model.
