The pattern of relationships between conflict coping strategies and social capital with knowledge sharing intention and behavior among primary school teachers in Isfahan city.

Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the relationship between strategies for dealing with conflict and social capital with knowledge sharing among primary school teachers. In terms of practical purpose and in terms of correlation method, it is structural equation model type. The statistical population of the research was made up of 2234 teachers of the districts of Isfahan city. Using the table of Karjesi and Morgan (1970), 327 people were selected by cluster random method. The tools used in the research are 6 Putnam and Wilson conflict strategies questionnaire (1994) with 30 items, Lee et al.'s social capital questionnaire (2014) with 12 items and Chennamanni's (2006) knowledge sharing behavior with 7 items, knowledge sharing intention with 5 items, norms Mindfulness about knowledge sharing with 6 items and attitudes towards knowledge sharing Bok et al. (2005) with 5 items, whose formal and content validity and construct validity were confirmed and the reliability of questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.78 and 83. 0, 0.92, 0.90, 0.81 and 0.87 were estimated. Data analysis was done using Kalmogorov Smironov test, Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis using spss and Amos software. The results showed that there was a direct relationship between social capital and its dimensions (cognitive, structural, relational) with the intention to share knowledge (p<0.01). There was a direct relationship between the strategy of solution orientation and the intention to share knowledge, and there was an inverse relationship between the strategy of non-confrontation and the intention to share knowledge (p<0.01). No significant relationship was observed between control strategy and intention to share knowledge. The path analysis model showed that conflict coping strategies, dimensions of social capital, attitudes towards knowledge sharing and subjective norms were effective on knowledge sharing intention and knowledge sharing intention on knowledge sharing behavior.
