Abstract :
The aim of the present study is to provide knowledge sharing model based on individual and organizational factors related to faculty members of Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province. The research method of the study was the mixture of qualitative and quantitative (Structural Equation Modeling correlation) method. The research population was all of faculty members (1/719 members) in the Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province in region 3. Samples of qualitative research were 25 faculty members with experience in teaching and research, and 326 faculty members who were selected through a multistage cluster sampling as the quantitative samples. To measure the quantitative variables, we used a questionnaire with 72 questions. The reliability of the questionnaire is 0.93. Content and face validity of the questionnaire determined by helping of assistant, advisor and other expert professors. We used quantitative data obtained from the structural model and regression SPSS and Lisrel software for the analysis. The results showed that the status of knowledge sharing in university is moderate. Also Individual factors influencing knowledge sharing were teaching materials, perception, knowledge self-efficacy and Individual factors were structural social capital, relation social capital, cognitive social capital, organizational communication, organizational structure, organizational culture, and IT infrastructure and reward system. Finally, we found that the contribution of individual factors on knowledge sharing is more than organizational factors. With respect to these factors and the contribution of each of them the final model was presented.
