Abstract :
Abstract
The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between structural model of relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitmen with knowledge sharing behavior: The mediation of organizational culture and organizational Health among Second High school Teachers in Isfahan. The method was a correlation and sample all of the city's second high school teachers in the school year 3016 93-1392 which they were formed. Sample size based on the sampling table krejcie & Morgan(1970) 340 patients with multi-stage random sampling method were determined. The research instruments included a questionnaire with 48 questions of organizational trust Alvnn et al (2008), a 24-item Organizational Commitment Questionnaire Allen and Meyer (1990), 38-item questionnaire Denison Organizational Culture (2000), Organizational Health Questionnaire 35-item Golparvar (1388) and 7-item questionnaire knowledge sharing, Wong (2008) has been. Data by (Pearson correlation, the structural equation model) analysis was. The findings of this study showed that organizational trust and organizational culture have a significant relationship with knowledge sharing behavior (p<0.01), while no significant relationship was found between organizational commitment and organizational health and knowledge sharing behavior. Therefore, organizational culture and organizational health play a mediating role between organizational trust and knowledge sharing. So that organizational culture and organizational health variables, organizational commitment and knowledge sharing between the two variables do not mediate.
