Evaluating the impact of knowledge management on organizational innovation in Construction companies and building mass

Abstract :
Nowadays, due to rapidly changing technology and rapidly growing creation and development of and changing nature of organization activities to knowledge activities, application of knowledge management in organizations has become increasingly important. In addition to knowledge, innovation as the most important factor for survival of organizations and is an important source of competitiveness for many organization. For this reason, This study assesses the relationship between knowledge management process and organizational innovation, and analyzes the effect of each component of knowledge management process and organizational innovation. The aim of this present study is functionality and in terms of the method is descriptive survey. The population of this research consisted of top and middle managers of patented construction companies in Association of Construction Companies and mass in Tehran. Data were collected by using questionnaire with a sample of over 250 persons of population. computing indexes validity by CVR test and for computing indexes reliability Cronbach's alpha index were used. The results confirm that there is a significant relationship between Knowledge management process and its components to organizational innovation and also knowledge Applying More than two-component knowledge sharing, and knowledge acquisition has a direct and positive impact on organizational innovation.
