Abstract :
Purpose: The main purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the dimensions of organizational learning and knowledge sharing among the employees of provincial government of Tehran. Method: Research is applied in terms of purpose and is correlated in terms of method of implementation. The statistical community included all the provincial government staff of Tehran with 703 people, of which 250 were selected as samples (58 women and 192 men) by stratified random sampling method and using the Krejcie & Morgan table. Data was gathering by organizational learning capability questionnaire and knowledge sharing. In order to analyze the data, the Pearson correlation test was used, based on the spss statistical software edition 22. Findings: Based on the findings, there is a relationship between organizational learning and knowledge sharing, and as organizational learning increases, knowledge sharing also increases; also, organizational learning dimensions include experimentation, risk-taking, interaction with the external environment, dialogue, and decision-making are related to knowledge sharing, and as each of them increases, knowledge sharing also increases. Conclusion: The efficiency and performance of provincial government, as the high representative of the government and responsible for implementing the public policies of the government, depends on the collective learning process of all its members as well as the sharing of knowledge, the government and the Ministry of interior can take the initiative by investing in the field of organizational learning and knowledge sharing, efficiency and better management of society, with the help of human resources based in the provincial government.
