Investigating the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and team creativity through the role of knowledge sharing mediator

Abstract :
Objective: The aim of the research was to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and team creativity through the mediating role of knowledge sharing. Materials and methods: The research method was quantitative, descriptive and correlational. The research community consisted of 620 teachers of vocational technical schools in Shiraz, and a sample of 237 people was selected from this community by simple random sampling based on Cochran's formula. In order to collect research data from the entrepreneurial leadership questionnaires of Dabić et al. (2021); Knowledge sharing by Huy et al. (2010) and team creativity by Jia et al. (2014) were used. To determine the reliability and validity of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha techniques and confirmatory factor analysis were used, the results indicated the desired reliability and validity of the instrument. Data analysis was done using the structural equation model and with the help of Spss and Lisrel software. Findings: The results of the analysis showed that: the variables of entrepreneurial leadership and knowledge sharing had a direct, positive and significant effect at the 0.05 level on team creativity; Also, entrepreneurial leadership has an indirect, positive and meaningful effect on team creativity due to the mediating role of knowledge sharing. Conclusion: Finally, based on the results of this research, it can be said that the use of entrepreneurial leadership style by managers of vocational schools leads to team creativity of teachers.
