Undoubtedly, more attention is being made in the word service and industries that can be learnt from manufacturing for improving its production out puts and their associated quality and cost. These include such lean production, JIT, TQM, and the relationship between buyer, supplier and finally the customer satisfaction. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between three main components of production management in today’s industries namely supplier, buyer and engineer partnership in Iran Industries. An attempt also has been made to create closer collaboration in car manufacturing – and contemporary trends in production theory such as lean production, agile manufacturing and high performance production system. The model of Supply Network Leadership (SNL) has been developed in this paper for assessing the interrelationships between the supply chains with respect to the national objectives based on the national motivation of Iranian economics and industries. The SNL has a marco view on the interrelationships between the above mentioned objectives such as, imports substitution, export promotion, entrepreneurial activities, technology acquisition, quality of life improvement, etc. The leadership capabilities for any hierarchy determine the degree of size, complexity, executive penetration and power of network. The SNL acts like a cell, any resource absorption from the environment is the special task of BUYER, and all internal supporting and Human resource effectively and any associated processing is the special task of SUPPLIER and finally any duties related to growths, evolution and generation can be viewed as the special task of ENGINEER. We have argued that the SNL may hold lessons for the Iranian automobile manufacturing. The emphasis on flexibility and more customization may be especially appropriate. Manuscript profile

Fuzzy regression is a generalized regression model that shows the relationship between independent and dependent variables in the fuzzy environment. Fuzzy linear regression analysis is the generalization of regression models that is appropriate using all data based on a specific criterion. This paper uses an adaptive neural fuzzy inference system to analyze and predict a non-parametric fuzzy regression function with non-fuzzy inputs and symmetrical trapezoidal fuzzy outputs. To this end, a new hybrid algorithm is proposed in which fuzzy minimum squares and linear programming are used to optimize secondary weights. Algorithms are applied by multi layer validation to validate models. More precisely, the accuracy of the algorithms with simulations is fully confirmed. Finally, two simulation examples were used to examine the efficiency of the model, in which the data were defined as trapezoidal numbers and by teaching them and specifying the number of rules used, the unknown parameters were estimated. Lean production and enterprise resource planning systems are often quoted as being the two most important strategies for achieving competitive advantage in today’s globalmanufacturing environments. Though IT has traditionally been viewed as a contributor to waste within lean production, we suggest that modern developments in IT and the onset of hybrid ‘‘push-pull’’ production control mechanisms have allowed ERP and lean approaches to converge towards a state where ERP systems can in fact be used to support the deployment of lean practices. This paper analyses typical lean and ERP implementation processes contained within the scientific literature, and by further examining a concurrent implementation process in real-time, we develop and propose a process for ERP-based leanimplementations. Our findings suggest that the implementation of a contemporary ERP system can act as a catalyst for the application of lean production practices. Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Energy consumption in food industries is high and increasing due to the growing population, inadequacy of cultivating farms, and life condition improvement. This growing consumption is a threat to the environment and human’s health. Sugarcane industries are considered as high consuming industries which have a tangible impact on the environment and emission of greenhouse gases. Sugarcane industrial energy consumption share among other industries is 4.3% and more than 70% in total energy of food industry consumption. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of CMD application on the reduction of fossil fuel energy consumption and GHGs emission reduction in Haft Tappeh Sugarcane Factory.  Method: The results of the factory energy auditing indicated that one of the proper methods to benefit from CMD is to replace the old boiler which has low efficiency with a new boiler. Pre-feasibility assessment of the environmental and economical aspects of implementing the project has been calculated using “Proform” software. It ran through three scenarios assuming the investment, installation, and maintenance costs; the new boiler consumption rate with higher efficiency and cost-effectiveness of replacing the new system with the old one having lower efficiency. Calculation was based on carbon credit value in global market. Results: As results show in case if scenario C is applied, the Net Present Value (NPV) will equal 21,000,000 dollars and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) will become 39.18%. Carbon credit was considered 20 dollars based on the reduction of CO2 equivalent which was calculated by carbon supply and demand market for CERs of CDM projects that are sold and purchased in carbon exchange market. IRR is higher than 16% discount rate; consequently, it proves that implementing such a project is cost-effective. Provided that the new high efficient boiler is used, the emission of CO2 equivalent during implementing the project-25 years- will reduce to 763,353 ton equal to CO2 equivalent; furthermore, 13,607,000 GJ is saved on consumption of natural gas. Conclusion: Considering the boilers with high energy consumption and low efficiency in this factory, the replacement of old boiler with the new one through CDM project is cost effective Manuscript profile

Abstract Background and Objective: Nowadays, landfill method is used as the last strategy in the integrated solid waste management hierarchy. It is more common and has lower costs than other sanitary disposal methods. Selecting the suitable landfill site can prevent the inappropriate ecological and socio-economical effects. Landfill site selection requires the analysis of spatial data, regulations and accepted criteria. The main objective of this study is to determine the suitable common municipal solid waste landfill site for Khomeynishahr and its 6 adjacent cities. For this purpose, the multi criteria evaluation method, GIS and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used to evaluate the suitability of appropriate landfill site by emphasizing on regional vision. Method: Different information layers related to the maps of the study area were provided and superposed using both the Boolean and fuzzy methods (classification of suitable areas in the valued range of 0 to 255) in the GIS environment. The AHP was used for weighing the information layers. Findings: After the necessary analysis, the proposed suitable landfill sites with an area of less than 1% were defined in 5 regions and in central parts of the study area. Conclusion: The results obtained from this study can be used as the first priority to help the decision makers in suitable landfill site selection.   Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Arasbaran protected area is located in East Azerbayjan in the northwest of Iran. This area is one of the nine reserves in Iran, and 66.5% of it is covered by forests. In this study, land capability evaluation of this area for forestry was carried out in Geographic Information System (GIS) surrounding. Method: Both Boolean and weighted Linear Combination (WLC) methods along with analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used. First, the ecological characteristics of the study area including elevation, slope, soil texture, climate, value of vegetation type, soil depth and vegetation density were studied and then the calibrated model for forestry in Arasbaran area was created. Findings: In the first step, land capability assessment was done using Boolean method and results showed the presence of class capabilities of third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh, and lack of class capability of first and second for forestry. In the next step, the importance of criteria and sub-criteria was calculated using expert’s comments and AHP technique in Expert Choice 11. Then, land capability assessment was done using weighted linear combination. The results showed that all of the seven suitability classes for forestry were proper in the area. Discussion and Conclusion: Mc-Harg systemic model has been used to evaluate the ecologic capability evaluation for many years. The new process in ecologic capability evaluation is to use the mathematical models and to use the analytical hierarchy process for determining the weights and relative importance of the alternatives and for ecologic capability assessment by geographic information systems (GIS). In this study, to evaluate the forestry ecologic capability, both Boolean and WLC methods were used and the advantages and disadvantages of them were investigated. Manuscript profile

Abstract Background and Objective: Rangelands are very important in country economy in terms of grazing livestock, soil and water conservation and other services to the community. Therefore, systematical and careful management of these lands is necessary. Rangelands of Golestan province were one of the best rangelands of Iran in the past. However, high rate of population growth and sever dependence of the population to natural resources and rangelands caused plant coverage degradation. Floodwater spreading is one of the corrective practices that can be performed with certain goal in the rangelands. Site selection and prioritization of the areas suitable for floodwater spreading and infiltration of flood into the groundwater table are among the most important stages of these projects. Method: GIS and AHP model have been introduced as a suitable method for site selection of the areas appropriate for floodwater spreading system in the Gorgan Rud watershed. In this the Boolean scouring method with two values was used and compared with AHP method. Findings: Initially, the unsuitable areas were determined by AHP method. Then the remaining options derived from model results based on the comments. By site selection, the suitable areas were identified and the obtained inconsistency factor (0.08) proved that criteria weighing for locating the suitable areas for floodwater spreading is correct. Discussion and Conclusion: The results of this study also showed that the areas suggested for floodwater spreading are near the wells and springs, especially in the north and north-west of the watershed. Results showed that investigation of natural factors and constraints based on the Boolean method was not suitable for locating the appropriate areas for floodwater spreading in Gorganrud watershed. Today, companies in the competitive market are required to produce products that respect environmental factors. And they must comply with the relevant standards (such as ISO14001). The purpose of this study was to identify and rank the green and green production factors through the AHP hierarchical process analysis method. The sampling method was purposeful and carried out in 2017. The research is a descriptive and applied research. With the comprehensive study of research background and deep interview with experts, seven major criteria of pure-green production have been identified and prioritized. Human capital management in the production process with the weight of 0.310 is the most important factor. The results also show that the three factors for developing employee participation and participation, the continuous improvement of the service delivery process, and the establishment of an environmental management system are the most important factors in reducing all aspects of assessment or types of waste in the pure green production system. These results in the form of non-monetary or sustainability reporting provide a comprehensive picture of the organization's activities and a balanced view of its effects and benefits in terms of economic, social and environmental dimensions, and as the financial measurement of the sustainability of companies is increasing , The risk assessment and expected returns of corporate governance performance will be possible with a sustainability approach, and investing in sustainability dimensions is considered to be a relative advantage for investors and is considered as one of the underlying factors of a trading position. There are a number of issues that complicate adopting appropriate policies in relation to industrial development. These issues include an uneven distribution of the population across the country, an accelerated rate of urbanization, and environmental degradation as a result of poor site location. An appropriate site location in accordance with industrial principles is a significant step towards improving the environment, nation-wide industrial development and also principled and logical rural and urban growth. This research uses the high capabilities of GIS systems in collecting, analyzing, and managing data. Digital maps and environmental criteria were obtained from executive departments and field trips. Using the Boolean Method at the scale of 1:250,000, the researchers combined the maps that provide limitations to evaluate the environmental implication of industrial estates in Qom Province. In Stage Two, overlaying the maps of the current industrial estates with those maps of the limitations indicated that Shokohiyeh Industrial Estate has no limitation (except the southern part of it). The second phase of 325 hectare was fully covered with the limitation map and the 1000-hectare development plan was located to be in the permissible zone. The current developmental phases of Mahmoodabad Industrial estate are located in the permissible area. Also, the current location of Salafchegan Industrial Estate is sporadically located in the prohibited areas. Given the above research the location of Shokohiyeh and Salafchegan industrial estates is not appropriate. This requires the industrial units to firmly adhere to environmental principles particularly those related to pollutant units in Salafchegan. Although the location of Mahmoodabad Industrial estate appears to be appropriate, it is still very important to supervise the environmental impact of these units in reducing the pollution. The sample size was 77, in which 24 were in the experimental group, 26 in control group 1 and 27 in control group 2. In the experimental group cooperative teaching method was used and in control groups the traditional teaching method .The tools were Evans and Jarvis’ group tendency questionnaire (1986) and researcher-made academic achievement tests. All the tests were consistent in terms of validity and reliability coefficient (0.86). To analyse data, both descriptive and inferential statistics (MANCOVA) were used.MANCOVA test showed significant differences among the tendencies of the three groups (P=0.001). Benfroni’s post hoc test results showed that the experimental group was affected more by cooperative teaching method compared with the other two groups (control group 1 with (P= 0.004) and control group 2 with (P=0.005)). But there wasn’t any significant diffenrence among the three groups considering academic achievement (P=0.646). Although this difference is not statistically significant, comparison of the averages of academic achievement in three groups showed better performance of experimental group. Teachers should learn active teaching methods and apply them in their classes. Also they should take measures to change students’ attitudes toward group work. Manuscript profile

Flawless product production is one of the strategic goals of any organization. However, achieving this goal is not possible without eliminating waste. Lean production method is used as a way to reduce waste. The main philosophy of lean production in one sentence can be "the elimination of any activity and process that does not create value." Such activities are called wastage. This is achieved by techniques called lean manufacturing tools. The lean literature offers a variety of methods for identifying and disposing of waste, but many organizations still face several difficulties in implementing lean manufacturing systems. This study tries to use Triz as a powerful, efficient and structured tool that has opened a different perspective in the field of defining and solving problems facing human beings, to reduce waste in the driving force industrial company and use its problem-solving tools as solutions. Introduce effective in order to achieve pure principles in this organization. For this purpose, Topsis technique was used as one of the most efficient MADM methods and more efficient Triz tools in achieving pure principles were identified and prioritized based on effectiveness. According to the ranking results of Triz tools, the splicing tool is in the first priority, which is an analytical tool that plays a key role in structuring the problem and analyzing the situation, and directly eliminates the loss and creation of value. Determining the leanness of different organizations is one of the key factors of progress into establishing a system without wastes and maximizing productivity in whole supply chain management. Lean manufacturing as a management philosophy concentrates on eradicating wastes in the whole value chain of a product. Using the improved dimensional analysis and its conversion to the standard form, this paper aims at identifying and analyzing 6 main factors and 35 sub-factors. Also, we used multi-criteria decision-making techniques according to the direct role of experts and differentiation of their votes to the specified alternatives. Analytic hierarchical process and Fuzzy-Topsis were used to define the linguistic weights of experts in our model. Additionally, linguistic values were parameterized by triangular fuzzy numbers to optimizing the decision making methods and avoid vagueness. The results show that the degree of adaptability of Rose Fire Place Company with lean manufacturing factors and characteristics is 0.52. Also, the results indicate the distance of various parts of the production management with respect to lean manufacturing. According to article 50 of the constitution, environmental protection is a public duty, and all people and agencies are obligated to do so. One of the factors that threatens the environment is the phenomenon of haze that has affected many provinces of Iran in the past decade and today threatens the right to life of citizens and even many animal species. On the other hand, considering that many countries face this environmental risk, in addition to domestic actions, joint actions of countries should not be ignored. For this reason, in recent years, laws and agreements have been introduced at national, regional and international levels, but they have not been able to affect the management of haze phenomenon. In addition, measures must be taken within the country that prevent or minimize the penetration of haze phenomenon, These measures have been mentioned in laws such as the Clean Air Act, the Environmental Protection and Improvement Act, and the Executive Regulations on Combating the haze phenomenon, but unfortunately they have always faced challenges; Therefore, in this study, while emphasizing international actions, these challenges and limitations have been addressed and solutions have been proposed to eliminate them in order to manage haze phenomenon. The Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) is a candidate process for converting the world’s coal resources intoenergy, liquid fuels, and chemicals. In the UCG, the process involves the injection of steam and air or oxygeninto an underground coal seam and igniting and burning of coal in-situ to produce the combustible gas. Previousstudies showed that many parameters affect site selection of UCG design. These characteristics including coalseam properties (thicknesses, depth, dip, resources, rank), faulting, discontinuity, properties of hangingwall andfootwall of coal seam and hydrogeological regime. In this paper, by studying Tabas Mazino coal basin andconsidering proper UCG site selection criteria, potential coal layer was selected for the UCG based on theControlled Retraction Injection Point (CRIP) method. The result of this investigation showed that the M2 coalseam has the highest rank (considering the seam thickness and reservoir) for the UCG operation in Mazino coalbasin in relation to other coal seams namely, M1,M5,‌M4‌and‌M2-1. Understanding the nature of religious juridical subjects is one of the effective necessities of religious jurisprudence in making clear the religious precepts criteria. Both cleanliness and uncleanness are very important issues in the religious jurisprudence that understanding their nature from real and not real points of view may cause some basic changes in the field of cleanness and uncleanness. Now the question is whether cleanness and uncleanness are considered as real issues or nominal issues, what are the necessities and consequences of both views? Researching of the received religious percepts in the field of cleanness and uncleanness indicated that despite of lack of vividness in the nature of cleanliness and uncleanness from the viewpoint of real or nominal because of explicit reference of religious percepts criteria in the cases these proofs considered from high potential in proving and extracting of reality of cleanliness and uncleanness. The researcher not only considered the religious percepts in the field of cleanliness and uncleanness but also studied the criteria for religious percepts and concluded that cleanliness and uncleanness are a real affair which can be a matter of nominal religious percepts, and in that religious speeches they did consider cleanness and uncleanness for all things with attention to the real presence of both. Deoxynivalenol (DON) is one of the mycotoxins produced by Fusarium species. The current study was aimed to compare the efficiency of three cleanup columns (immunoaffinity, MycoSep < sup>TM #225, MycoSep < sup>TM #227), applied for the determination of DON in cereal products, using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). At first, wheat flour samples were spiked with DON at three concentrations (200, 700, 1200 ng/g), then recovery values were measured after cleanup with the columns. The amount of DON was also measured in 60 samples of cereal products (wheat flour, rice, barley flour, noodles and bread). The results showed that the highest recovery value (between 87.4±2.5 to 95.2±2.2%) was obtained from the immunoaffinity column. However, there was no significant difference between the immunoaffinity column and MycoSep 225. The lowest recovery value was obtained using MycoSep 227 column (P <0.05). The results also showed that 30 samples out of 60 (50%) were contaminated with DON. However, none of the samples exceeded the Iranian Standard limit (1000 ng/g). The highest contamination level (724.3 ng/g) was observed in a rice sample. The study showed that although the immunoaffinity column was more reliable in DON determination, MycoSep 225 showed promising recovery values. In addition, more precaution and measuring controls should be practiced by regulatory agencies to prevent mycotoxin contamination. Manuscript profile

To this end, the existing literature on lean service was extensively reviewed in the initial phase of the study and 32 faculty members in the field and experts in in Iranian service were interviewed.  Having encoded the research data obtained based on Strauss and Corbin Grounded Theory, 30 concepts and 7 categories were extracted which identified the dimensions of lean service with supporting factors for the first time. The findings indicated workforce, customer, management, information system, continuous improvement, technology, and operation management as lean service dimensions. Applying this model to service organizations is assumed to assist the managers to manage their services more adequately by diminishing the waste and costs, and thereby, promoting productivity. Lean production is a system that challenges mass production system, and in a short time it has trailed great benefits. This study by examining this production system in one of the big production company in the country i.e.soufian cement co. tries to evaluate the extent of different production indices being lean in this industry. Regarding this , the rapid plant assessment process of Eugene Goodson, the professor and researcher at Michigan university, was chosen as a core pattern. it was studied and criticized, weak points were deleted, the necessary expansion and development were implemented. The essential factors and related indices were identified. Through the proportional assessment questionnaire their proportion with cement industry was measured. After eliminating the less proportional indices and the use of analytical hierarchy process (AHP), the coefficient importance of variables and related indices with the help of experts, were calculated. Finally this coefficient importance and the points that were given to the conditions of indices by experts the extent of essential variables being lean and the soufian cement company with the use of DOA method were identified. The priority attention to the improvement of variables and creating the improvement cycle have been suggested, to the cowpanys management.   Manuscript profile

Orthomodular lattices generalize the Boolean algebras; they have arisen in the study of quantum logic. Quantum-MV algebras were introduced as non-lattice theoretic generalizations of MV algebras and as non-idempotent generalizations of orthomodular lattices. In this paper, we continue the research in the “world” of involutive algebras of the form (A, ⊙, , 1), with 1 = 0, 1 being the last element. We clarify now some aspects concerning the quantum-MV (QMV) algebras as non-idempotent generalizations of orthomodular lattices. We study in some detail the orthomodular lattices (OMLs) and we introduce and study two generalizations of them, the orthomodular softlattices (OMSLs) and the orthomodular widelattices (OMWLs). We establish systematically connections between OMLs and OMSLs/OMWLs and QMV, pre-MV, metha-MV, orthomodular algebras and ortholattices, orthosoftlattices/orthowidelattices - connections illustrated in 22 Figures. We prove, among others, that the transitive OMLs coincide with the Boolean algebras, that the OMSLs coincide with the OMLs, that the OMLs are included in OMWLs and that the OMWLs are a proper subclass of QMV algebras. The transitive and/or the antisymmetric case is also studied. Manuscript profile

This paper develops the notion of fuzzy ideal and generalized fuzzy ideal on double Boolean algebra (dBa). According to Rudolf Wille, a double Boolean algebra D := (D, ⊓, ⊔, :, ⌟, ?, ⊤) is an algebra of type (2, 2, 1, 1, 0, 0), which satisfies a set of properties. This algebraic structure aimed to capture the equational theory of the algebra of protoconcepts. We show that collections of fuzzy ideals and generalized fuzzy ideals are endowed with lattice structures. We further prove that (by isomorphism) lattice structures obtained from fuzzy ideals and generalized fuzzy ideals of a double Boolean algebra D can entirely be determined by sets of fuzzy ideals and generalized fuzzy ideals of the Boolean algebra D⊔. Introduction: Studies show that body composition depends on the nature of sports and athletes of different fields probably have different body composition. Considering the need to know this physiological characteristic in different fields of cycling and introducing them to athletes interested in this field; The aim of present study was investigating and comparing the body composition of mountain range and non-elite road cyclists in Shiraz city. Methods: In this practical and semi-experimental study, 20 road cyclists and 20 mountain cyclists (age 18-24) were selected as a statistical sample. Protein mass, mineral mass, soft lean mass and body fat percentage of the subjects were evaluated using the BOCA X1 Body Composition device made in South Korea. Kalmogorov-Smirnov and Independent sample t tests were used to analyze the data. Findings: There was no significant difference in protein mass (P=0.21), mineral mass (P=0.23) and soft lean mass (P=0.96) in road and mountain cyclists; However, the percentage of body fat of road cyclists was significantly lower than road cyclists (P=0.013).Conclusion: It seems that the two types of cycling have the same effect on body composition, but road cyclists had a lower body fat percentage than mountain cyclists; Due to the limitations such as lack of assessment of diet, aerobic capacity and heart function, more studies are needed in this field. Recently, Mazandaran Province has needed more energy. Considering the capabilities of this province in generating renewable energy, recognizing the potentials of clean energy generation and consumption, especially wind energy, should be a priority in the plans of managers and researchers. A descriptive, analytical and field approach is used in this study. The spatial capability of wind power plants in Mazandaran Province was evaluated using spatial and quantitative data. In order to initially estimate the energy that can be obtained from wind flow in the province, the necessary calculations were performed on wind direction and velocity information over a period of 12 years. Then, based on the group of experts, documentary and library studies, scientific resources in this field and available data, four climatic, economic, environmental-social and topographical factors, have been selected as the most important indicators to determine suitable areas for the establishment of wind power plants in Mazandaran Province. These four criteria include 18 sub-criteria and after weighting and overlapping, the final zoning map was prepared using the Boolean model. According to the final map, the central strip of the province within the boundaries of Noor, Amol and Babol counties, the northern parts of Noor and Sari counties, the south of Savadkooh and Qaemshahr counties, as well as the central and southern parts of Behshahr county, are more suitable areas than other parts of Mazandaran Province for establishing wind power plants. The effects of air pollutants in Tehran city on leaf area, proline concentration, soluble carbohydrates and photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoids) in acacia and persimmon were the subject of this research. At first, using the information of Environmental Protection Organization and Air Quality Control Department, Sorkheh Hesarbeh Park was selected as a clean environment and Azadi area as a polluted environment, and the desired plants were taken from these two areas. Leaf area in November (84) and June (85) and concentration of proline, soluble carbohydrates and amount of photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoids) in July (85) were determined and compared by spectrophotometric method. The results of this research showed that air pollution caused a significant decrease in the leaf area in acacia and persimmon. Also, air pollution increased the concentration of proline in two plants, Acacia and Persimmon. Due to air pollution, the concentration of soluble carbohydrates decreased in acacia and increased in persimmon, and these changes were statistically significant. The results of this research showed that as a result of air pollution, the amount of photosynthetic pigments including (chlorophyll a and b and total chlorophyll and carotenoids) increased significantly in date palm, and in acacia chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll and carotenoids decreased, this decrease is significant in the case of carotenoids. and the amount of chlorophyll b did not change much. Triterpenic acids, specifically Betulinic, Oleanolic, and Ursolic acids, are essential bioactive compounds found in jujube Ziziphus jujuba mill. fruit, possessing therapeutic properties for various diseases, including cancer. However, the amount of these triterpenic acids can vary depending on geographical and cultivation conditions. For this purpose, jujubes grown in orchards of 29 different habitats from east, northeast, south, center, and west in different provinces of Iran were sampled at the end of the summer season. The triterpenic acids present in the dried jujube powder were extracted using 96% ethanol as a solvent, with a liquid-to-solid ratio of 15 mL/g, under ultrasonic waves at a temperature of 40 ℃ for 35 minutes. The extracted acids were quantified using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a UV detector. The obtained data were subjected to subsequent nested analysis and the Tukey test. The results revealed that only the average amount of betulinic acid significantly varied among the ecotypes. Furthermore, a hierarchical cluster analysis based on the diversity of these three triterpenic acids divided the studied ecotypes into four clusters. Cluster 1, representing Iran's eastern and northeastern regions, exhibited the highest amount of these triterpenic acids. However, analysis of variance between the clusters showed no significant difference among them. The results of the statistics show that the Climatic conditions, soil quality, seed and agricultural methods can be effective in changing or not changing the amount of triterpenic acids in jujube. Today, with the depletion of fossil fuels, the trend towards using renewable energies has increased. Among the various types of renewable energy resources, solar systems received more attention due to technical, environmental and economic reasons. However, the efficiency of solar panels is not high due to several reasons. In addition to using high-efficiency control equipment such as maximum power point tracking (MPPT) methods, cleaning the surface of solar panels is one of the best and easiest ways to improve their efficiency and performance. In this paper, to increase the efficiency of solar panels, a robot for cleaning solar panels with the ability to adjust the height with the help of tank wheel technology has been developed. Moreover, due to water shortages in the country, the design of this robot has been done without the use of water. Considering that the designed robot has a telecommunication system with remote control capability, the speed of cleaning is very high and there is no need for the operator. The used software in the robot provides proper scheduling for the cleaning of solar panels. In addition to the aforementioned advantages, the proposed robot has a much lower price than foreign products. The performance of this robot on the five kW solar power plant of Tafresh University has been evaluated. Increasing the efficiency of the power plant, more revenue from the sale of energy to the grid and significant savings in water consumption are the main advantages of this intelligent robot. One of the preliminary objections of the United States of America in the case of the Certain iranian assets of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, raised in the International Court of Justice following the ruling of the Supreme Court (2016) was the citation of the doctrine of clean hands. The main point of this descriptive-analytical study is to examine the US preliminary objection based on the Doctrine of the Clean Hands. The United States had claimed that the Iranian government had revoked the right to sue by supporting terrorism and the special face of Lebanese Hezbollah Has done. The International Court of Justice, while accepting the defenses of the Iranian legal team, rejected the US objections to the jurisdiction and hearing of the petition. The Doctrine of the Clean Hands has a long history in the legal literature and has been accepted by international arbitration bodies as a condition for hearing a petition, but has never been accepted by the International Court of Justice as a preliminary objection, and the Court often Examination has referred it to the mertis level. In the case of the dispute between Iran and the United States, the Court did not violate its jurisprudence . Manuscript profile

Abstract One of the important and serious subjects in recent decades is concentration on methodological issues and its application in various areas. Of course using of different procedures and methods has been taken into consideration by scientist from long time ago. But in recent years focus on this matter which is phenomenology has been clear through various researches. This is one of the most complicated researches in political and social sciences area: which shares specific characteristics with interpretive researches. That developed against positivism and empiricism in 19th century. Application of phenomenological research in politics opens new realms for scientists and scientific elites and creates important theoretical and methodological results. Application and clarifying of some of the methodological and epistemological of this phenomenological research in politics is the main goal of this paper. It seems that the goal of phenomenology encompasses special outcomes and can be appropriate epistemological base for political system. Paleontology genealogy methodological approach of phenomenology and its various types review of the attitudes of its researchers and tinkers and finally the consequences of phenomenological approach in political science make the main format of this article.     Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was providing a model for improving the quality of training based on lean thinking in social security organization .This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers, deputies, heads and educational experts in the headquarters and executive staff, and educational supervisors of the hospitals affiliated to the Social Security Organization (420 people). The sample size was 200 people according to Cochran formula and were selected by simple random sampling method. In order to collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used including 17 components and 126 items. The face validity of the questionnaire was verified through pilot implementation, content validity through comprehensive review of literature and expert judgment, and construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis and its reliability was estimated by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.97. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency tables, mean, variance, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis) were used. The results of data analysis at the level of 0.01, 17 dimensions, and 117 components as dimensions and components of pure education in the social security organization showed that the overall effect of these dimensions was 63.73% and dimension of value stream (identification of waste and value-creating activities) had the highest share (84.52) and dimension of human resources management had the lowest share (0.48). The study of the status of education in the social security organization also showed that the average of each of the components is slightly higher than the average of the community but is still far from ideal. In this way, while developing the mechanisms of movement from the current status of education to the optimal and ideal situation, the final model of improving the quality of training based on lean thinking in the social security organization design and its degree of fitness, and the fitting of the proposed model with a strong amount was confirmed.   Manuscript profile

Production of construction waste In this research, the factors affecting waste production have been identified from previous articles, preliminary questionnaires and interviews.aste is one of the most important factors affecting performance and cost increase in construction projects. In the next step, the final questionnaire was prepared. Then, the relationship between the variables and the cause-and-effect relationships was carried out through the system thinking approach and Dimtel technique to confirm the cause-and-effect relationships according to the pairwise comparison questionnaire among ten identified experts. Also, lean construction was used as a solution to reduce waste production. Lean construction follows new rules and without using new technologies or updating equipment with minimum use of resources, minimum waste and maximum productivity in construction projects. The main purpose of this article is to use the concept of lean construction and the system dynamics method to identify the main causes of waste production in construction projects. The main focus of lean construction is to analyze waste production processes, improve activities to reduce waste production and increase performance in construction projects. First, the effective factors on reducing the production of construction waste were identified through previous researches, and then a survey (interview and questionnaire) was conducted with experts in the case study of the waste management organization in the metropolis of Isfahan. In the next step, 52 questionnaires were prepared and distributed in the case study of the research. After collecting the information, the data obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed using statistics after checking its validity and reliability. In the last stage, after confirming the effective factors in the production of construction waste and how they are related, in order to develop a conceptual framework, cause-and-effect diagrams were drawn. The statistical results showed that the first to third most important factors affecting the reduction of construction waste with lean construction approach, flow perspective, identification of waste from the point of view of transformation and identification of waste from the point of view of value were the most important according to the experts in the waste management organization. Also, cause-and-effect relationships were confirmed through Dimtel's method. As a result, considering the relationship of correlation as well as cause and effect relationship, the way of communication between variables has been rooted through cause and effect circles and systemic thinking Manuscript profile
