Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the pure human resources management in the Islamic Council of Tehran using the combined approach of DEMATEL and the Analytic Network Process. This research was done in the library and in the field. In terms of purpose, it is considered to be of applied type and part of quantitative research. Also, in terms of the method of information gathering, the present research is "descriptive" and due to the use of the DEMATEL method and the Analytic Network Process, it is of a cross-sectional survey type. The research model was extracted by analyzing, analyzing and interpreting the interviews conducted with the experts of the Tehran Islamic Council using the Delphi method. In the next step, the relationship between the components of the research model was evaluated. Finally, using the Analytic Network Process, the priority of the components of the research model was discussed. The results showed that, "meritocracy" with a final weight of 0.1866; "competent breeding" with a final weight of 0.0990; and "Employee participation in continuous improvement" with a final weight of 0.0883.
