Identification and ranking of effective human factors in resilience of lean supply chain using fuzzy Topsis technique

Abstract :
Human resources are the most important capital of the organization. Identifying factors related to human resources is important in achieving the goals of the organization. the purpose of this research is Identification and ranking of effective human factors in resilience of lean supply chain. The current research is a type of applied-developmental research and based on the method is descriptive-survey research, which was conducted with a qualitative-quantitative approach. In the qualitative stage, each of the human factors affecting the resilient supply chain and the lean supply chain were identified by examining previous research through the approach of categorical content analysis. At this stage, the statistical population of the research is the scientific-research articles available in the reliable foreign and domestic scientific databases from 2012 AD in the field of study. Data analysis was done with MAXQDA software. In the quantitative part, the FTOPSIS technique was used to rank the identified human factors. The findings show that among the final sixteen factors, the factor of skilled and multi-skilled workforce with the highest weight is in the highest rank, and the teamwork factor is in the second rank. After that, the factors of training and empowerment, communication between employees, employee participation, etc were placed in order. Prioritization done helps managers to give importance to the role of human resources in advancing the organization's goals. In order to increase resilience and lean the organization's supply chain, pay more attention to the priorities of human factors in the future planning of the organization.
