One of the styles about which the studies done are not rich enough is dwarf breeding. This style is the dark edge of succession; Because in our country, the discussion of surrogacy has always been used, but it has not been continuously developed in our system. One of their destructive and dysfunctional aspects is dwarfism. In fact, dwarfism is one of the factors indicating the basic problem in the administrative health of government organizations. On the other hand, despite the existence of various metaphors in the field of organizational pathology, if we consider the emergence of destructive phenomena in organizations, dwarfism can play a destructive role in the organization, which should be fully investigated. Based on this, the present research is important and necessary because of the conceptualization of dwarfism, our ways of thinking, seeing and understanding about the complex phenomenon of dwarfism will change. Also, the conceptualization of dwarfism provides an important capacity to the stakeholders of the organization; A capacity that indicates the ability to use the perception of disease in humans to help understand the organization and develop organizational knowledge in the face of problems, so that based on this, the audience can deepen their knowledge about dwarfism both objectively and subjectively. and give more wealth and also public sector managers get a better understanding of the process of dwarfism that if they see signs of the phenomenon of dwarfism in their organizations, while diagnosing dwarfism, they can prevent, correct and treat it . The rules and consequences of temporary marriage are different fromthose of permanent marriage. Marriage portion and duration must bestated in temporary marriage. Failure to state the marriage portion intemporary marriage leads to the nullification of the contract. However, failure to state the duration gives rise to a permanent marriage accordingto some jurisprudents. Others see it as a nullifying factor of the contract. In this type of marriage, the wife is not entitled to maintenance, norinheritance. Majority of jurisprudents hold that it is possible to considermaintenance for the wife according to a proviso within the contract. However, there are different views concerning succession. The dissolutionof temporary marriage is due to various factors including expiration of theterm, dispensing with remaining term, revocation, automatic cancellation, and the death of one of the spouses. Following the dissolution of marriagecontract in case of having had sexual intercourse, the wife is bound toobserve a waiting term. Temporary marriage makes the wife the owner ofthe whole marriage portion enjoying the right to withhold it.If considered parallel with permanent marriage, temporary marriagemay lead to the collapse of the foundations of family or failure to form it.Traditions of the Household of the prophet have recommended thetemporary marriage for specific cases and in certain cases have consideredit an indecent and shameful act. Wasāil al-ShīÝa devotes a chapter entitled"the undesirability of temporary marriage" to this issue considering itundesirable for married men and virgins. The chapter embraces 14traditions considering temporary marriage in case of virgins and marriedmen an indecent and shameful act which causes humiliation of womenand daughters on the one hand, and a matter of promiscuity and laxity formarried men on the other hand. There are claims about the arrangement of Mus'hef of the Amir (AS) without convincing evidence, which need to be re-examined in order to answer the doubts and ambiguities about the arrangement of form in the Qur'an and success of this issue. In this case, the deception of the enemies against the Mawla Motaghiyan to disrupt the confiscation order of the Holy Qur'an and also to falsely validate the three caliphs, which is the same effort to organize the order of the scattered Surahs of the Holy Qur'an, to be answered. The realization of this matter will be done by citing sound rational and narrative reasons, the necessity of the Mus'hef being identical with the Qur'an, and the existing Qur'an, as well as the infallibility of the Amir (AS), as well as the text and document of these claims. The research method is descriptive so that we can finally reach the desirable result by the library studying and using various printed and internet sources. In this paper, a fully differential successive approximation A/D converter is presented using the extended non-binary search algorithm with an accuracy of 10-bits, 11 comparison steps, and the sampling rate of 4.17MS/s which is suitable for low-power applications because it does not require to be calibration. In the non-binary search algorithm, there are overlaps between the search rang, that allow comparison decision errors to be digitally corrected. To improve the linear behavior of the proposed structure, a capacitive array D/A converter with non-binary weight is implemented, and the sampling frequency is increased compared to the conventional successive approximation converter through proper selection of non-binary capacitances of the capacitive array. The proposed structure operates based on monotonic switching logic. This switching method reduces the power consumption of DAC compared to conventional switching. The proposed structure is designed using 180nm CMOS technology and the simulation results show that for a supply voltage of 1.8V, signal to noise and distortion ratio (SNDR) is 61.35dB, power consumption is 78.14µW, and figure of merit is 19.57(fj/Conv.step). The present study aimed to compare the effect of training successful marriage and that of training choice theory on the marital choice the young couples make. The method applied was quasi-experimental with a design in the form of pre-test, post-test and follow-up. The statistical population included newly married couples in Isfahan who had visited psychological consultants in the summer of 2019. Through subjective sampling, 45 couples were selected and then randomly divided into three groups: two experimental groups and one control group each of which included 15 couples. In order to measure the dependent variable, a researcher-made marital-choice questionnaire(Khanbani et al, 2014) was conducted. The group of successful marriage and the group of choice theory were both trained for 5 ninety-minute sessions but the control group did not receive any training. The results indicated that in terms of the variable of emotional choice, there was only a significant  difference between  the group of  successful marriage  and   the  group of choice theory in the post-test stage (p<0.05).Also, in the follow-up stage, there was only a significant difference between the group of successful marriage and the group of choice theory versus the control group(p<0.01).Likewise, in terms of the forced-choice variable, a significant difference was found only in the follow-up stage between the group of successful marriage and the group of choice theory versus the control group(p<0.05). Given the positive effect of training successful marriage and of training choice theory on encouraging the young couples to make logical choice in marriage, it is suggested that clinics and/or centers providing marital advisory service apply the mentioned training courses to prevent the undesired consequences of compulsory and/or emotional marriage. The purpose of this study was investigating the effect of proactive personality, cognitive abilities and emotional stability on subjective career success through mediating role of self-efficacy. The research method is correlation of structural equation modeling and statistical population was the female managers of governmental organizations in ahvaz that 120 managers were studied by available sampling method. Research tools include careers success questionnaire   (Gattiker & Larwood, 1986), proactive personality scale (Seibert et al., 1999), cognitive abilities questionnaire (nejati, 1392), emotional stability taken from Big Five Questionnaire (Caprara et al., 1993) and self-efficacy scale (Sherer et al., 1982). Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling method. The findings showed that direct effect of proactive personality and self-efficacy on subjective career success and direct effect of proactive personality, cognitive abilities and emotional stability on self-efficacy were significant (p< 0/001). Also the indirect effect of proactive personality, cognitive abilities and emotional stability on subjective career success was significant with the mediating role of self-efficacy (p< 0/001). Based on this, it can be concluded that proactive personality, both directly and through self-efficacy, affects the subjective career success. In addition, cognitive abilities and emotional stability through mediating self-efficacy improve subjective career success. Manuscript profile

This study aims to present a holistic approach regarding an evaluation of knowledge management (KM) practices on organizational performance of the subsidiary firms of Iran National Petrochemical Company (INPC). In this study balanced scorecard approach (BSC) has been employed and the research hypotheses were raised based on the four perspectives of this approach, namely customer, growth and learning, internal processes, and financial. By literature, critical success factors (CSFs) of KM and organizational performance along with their items were identified in the framework of BSC’s perspectives. Based on these constructs and their items an instrument was designed and distributed among managers and employees of the surveyed organizations. Reliability of the instrument was calculated by Chronbach’s alpha for the two sections of the instrument i.e. KM practices and organizational performance. Also, using factor analysis the construct validity of the questionnaire was approved. Finally, based on the hypotheses of the study and using structural equation modeling the impacts of KM practices on organizational performance were investigated. The results revealed that KM practices positively and significantly (though weak) impact overall organizational performance. This impact is significant only regarding growth and learning dimension and on the other dimensions is insignificant. Also, as the customer and financial constructs were loaded on one factor based on the entity of their indicators we considered these two constructs as stakeholders construct.   Manuscript profile

In the knowledge-based age, knowledge is regarded as a competitive advantage which should be managed in a proper manner for an accurate use. The first step to implement a system is to identify the key factors. During designation and implementation of knowledge management, a series of factors exist which play a more vital role and they lead to facilitation and acceleration of the implementation process of the system by focusing on the main axes. This research is conducted in order to identify and prioritize the critical success factors (CSFs) of knowledge management. The statistical population consisted of managers and experts of Tabriz Oil Refinery which is equal to 30 persons. As the statistical population number is limited, there is no need for sampling and the whole population was surveyed. For data collection, two questionnaires were employed, the reliability and validity of questionnaires were assessed by experts’ reviews, opinions, and Cronbach test. For identifying the factors effective on the success of knowledge management T-test was performed. According to the findings and results, four critical success factors were identified, including management practices, organization efforts and development, information technology and supply and adoption rate. With regard to the simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW), the ranking of afore-mentioned factors are as follows:  management practices, organizational efforts, supply, and adoption rate and IT. And with regard to the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP), the ranking of these factors are as follows: management practices, organizational efforts, IT and supply, and adoption rate. In addition to the importance of knowledge management, we can refer to the identification of gaps in organization's knowledge, higher productivity of human capital; provide more value-added goods, the satisfaction of customers and employees, strengthening competitive position. New product development (NPD) as modern approach applied for facing to environmental changes and is necessary to enter and remain (or survive) in the competitive environment and achieve competitive advantages. Firms according to identify the critical success factors (CSF) of NPD and obtain the profitable results from this factor, can achieve competitive advantages. Researchers analysis CSFs of NPD in 35 years and concluded that managing of the new product is the more important factor. The important of NPD in complex and product system (CoPS) is highlighted. The firm can assess the process whit CSF’s and improve the process and achieve the effectiveness of activities. Studying the relevant article and literature reviews, 40 factors influencing the success of NPD has identified in this paper. Applying fuzzy inference system (FIS) and studying some aerospace project as NPD projects that is relevant with CoPS, in the next step,  input variety (the level of activity of factor in NPD projects and the level of project success from the viewpoint) and indicator (cost, time and quality of NPD’s product) are analyzed. The MATLAB software and SAJENO model of FIS were applied for analyzing data.  As result, the selected CSF’s with brainstorming is categorized into in 3 groups: development team abilities, organizational resources and organizational process and 20 factors as CSF of NPD identified and prioritized. This research aims to identify and rank the effective factors on entrepreneurs’ success and their effects on the development of industrial sector. Although many types of research have so far been performed on entrepreneurship success, none is based on an identification of vital factors and the rate of their effect on a network of factors. Considering the high significance of industry of a country in its development, this research proceeds to investigate and rank the indicators of entrepreneurship success in the development of industries in Semnan Province. Thus, after studying the research history and applying Delphi method, 13 main indicators of entrepreneurship success in industrial sector were identified. Then, a sample consisted of 100 company in 6 active industrial towns of Semnan Province was determined and in order to investigate the mutual effects of indicators on each other and the effects of each indicator on the networks of indicators, some questionnaires were distributed among the senior managers and recollected afterward. Then, the data was analyzed applying DEMATEL technique which is based on Graph theory. Through this technique, the effective indicators of entrepreneurship were divided into two effective and effective groups. Afterward, applying Analytic Network Process (ANP), the weights related to each indicator were determined and finally, the final ranking of indicators was performed through VIKOR method. The results of final ranking indicate that “Innovation, creation and branding ideas” is the most important factor among the set of factors. Besides, “being practical” was introduced as the least important factor among the set of entrepreneurship success factors in the development of industrial sector.   Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of body mass index, smoking and alcohol consumption on successful aging mediated by quality of life in the elderly with type 2 diabetes. The research method is cross-sectional correlation. The statistical population of this study consisted of all elderly people aged 60 years and older with type 2 diabetes covered by health centers in Shiraz in 1398, from which 593 people were selected by available sampling method in two stages. In this study, the tools of brief cognitive status test (Fulstein et al., 1975), physical function questionnaire (Bartel, 1965), and for successful aging, social welfare questionnaire (Keys, 2004), spiritual health questionnaire (Polutzon and Allison, 1982). Life satisfaction (Diner, 1985) and quality of life questionnaire (Thomas, 1986) were used, all of which had acceptable validity and reliability. SPSS-V23 and PLS software were used to analyze the data. Structural equation modeling was also used to answer the research hypotheses. Findings showed that the model was confirmed by model fit at the intermediate level. The results also showed that no significant relationship was observed between the variables of body mass index, smoking and alcohol consumption and successful aging mediated by quality of life. Therefore, paying attention to the mentioned variables in prevention and designing more appropriate treatments will help researchers and therapists in the elderly with diabetes. Subsequent results of the study showed that there is an inverse and insignificant relationship between alcohol consumption in the elderly with type 2 diabetes and successful aging with mediated quality of life. In this research, the political and religious confrontation of the Seljuk with the Nizārī Ismā'īlī has been studied between 498 and 511 AH. During the above period Sultan Muhammad managed to sort out the turmoil that occurred after the death of Malekshah Re-establish political and religious concentration in the Seljuk-dominated geography. On the one hand, the Nizārī Ismā'īlī from the vacuum and turmoil that had already taken place In the direction of developing their own power, they had taken extensive measures in different regions. Therefore, the repression of Nizari was considered the most important political and religious priority of Sultan Muhammad and In this regard, all the central and local capacities were used to conquer the Ismaili Castles. However, Nizarians suffered plenty of damage during frequent attacks al-Seljuk, and lost their castles in Fars, Khuzestan and especially Esfahan, which was in this period capital of the Seljuk period. But with the influence of the Seljuk government, adopting a decentralized approach, eliminating effective political and religious people, patience and Authority against siege of Castles, and launching religious debates during the struggle they were able to survive. If there were no significant achievements of the Ismailis that included the preservation of the political, geographic, and the protection of their intellectual and vital ideas, It was likely that the very strict atrocities in this period would have led to the dismantling of Nizari's organization and structure.              Academic achievement is the most important parameter in the efficacy of each educational system. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the relationship between attachment styles, risk perception and fear of success and students’ academic achievement. The study population consisted of all the male and female high school students in Urmia in the 2014-2015 educational years. A total of 380 students were selected using the multi-stage cluster sampling technique in terms of district, gender and educational level. Data were collected using attachment styles questionnaire (Van Oudenhoven, Hofstra and Becker, 2003), risk perception scale (Benthin, Slovic and Severson, 1993), fear of success questionnaire (Zuckerman and Ellison, 1976) and the average of students’ grades. The questionnaires have a desirable validity and appropriate reliability. Data were analyzed with Pearson’s correlation coefficient and path analysis techniques. The results showed that in the first model, the secure attachment style had significant, positive, direct and indirect effects on academic achievement. The variables of risk perception and fear of success proved good mediators between secure attachment style and academic achievement. In addition, in the second model, insecure attachment style had a direct and significant effect on academic achievement; however, it had no significant indirect effect on academic achievement. The variables of risk perception and fear of success were not good mediators between insecure attachment style and academic achievement. Based on the results, emphasis should be placed on the roles of attachment styles, risk perception and fear of success in academic achievement. Manuscript profile

Globalization, increasingly stringent regulations for state and nongovernmental organizations along with consumer pressure and demand for addressing environmental issues have led organizations to consider essential measures they might take to establish Green Supply Chain management to enhance their environmental and economic performance. The purpose of this applied developmental survey was to design a model to identify the key factors behind successful implementation of green supply chain management. The study commenced with scrutiny and Meta-analysis of research findings related to the factors affecting the success of green supply chain management published in accredited domestic and international scientific databases which resulted in the systematic design of a model comprising 29 items in 6 factors of green supply. Further, the key factors and roadmap for success in green supply chain management were identified via strategic analysis and development approach (SODA). The results indicated the key factors in the successful implementation of the green supply chain to be the use of machinery, physical equipment and green technologies in the organization, green packaging, green purchases, green design, the use of lean production, support and protection of middle and senior operational managers in charge of implementing green chain supply and finally the allocation of the financial resources required for the implementation of environmental plans. Overall, this research is distinct from other domestic studies in that it has proposed a modern and scientific framework for the identification of key factors that could guide senior executives and decision-makers. Technology transfer and adoption is a complex issue in the third world which, from scientific as well as cultural, political and economical aspects, has involved not only the developing countries but also many of the Western research communities and international organizations for years. The present research investigates the success rate of technology transfer of Screw Compressor industry in Iranian companies. The research is applied from the viewpoint of research objective, but it is descriptive from the viewpoint of methodology. In order to collect data, a researcher-devised questionnaire has been used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts, and Cronbach's Alpha was used to confirm the reliability of the questions (α = 0.81). The research population consists of the managers of the companies that have transferred Screw Compressor technology in Iran, totaling 20 companies. Techniques of descriptive statistics including frequency table as well as inferential statistics including mean, standard deviation, variance analysis test (ANOVA) and the Duncan's grouping were used to analyze the data. The results show that 78.9 percent of the subjects have cited the role of management and the country's economic conditions, 57.89 percent have cited the effect of the country's environmental situation, 73 percent have cited the role of human resources (experts and technical staff), and 84.21 percent have cited the role of research and development as the main factor in the success or failure of the technology transfer. The average of management factor is 4.1, the research and development factor is 4, the environmental situation factor is 3.7, the economic condition factor is 3.8, and the average of human resources factor is 4.2. The Anova test indicated that there is a significant difference among the factors affecting the success of the technology transfer of Screw compressor industry in Iran. In other words, Duncan's grouping indicated that the management, research and development, and human resources factors have a greater and more significant effect than the environmental situation and economic condition factors. Some of the well-known or developing countries have distinguished status in the field of higher education in international competition. Most of the service-education institutes were pioneers in the past, but they are no longer very famous. Many of the experts in the science of management and planning, such as Fred R. David and Hangar believe that the solution to organizational challenges should be found in concepts such as goals, policy, mission and strategic policies of an institute. Planning is a process that has specified inter-connected stages for producing a coherent output in the format of a system of decisions. According to this definition, temporary and non-continuous decisions and policy-makings to lead the organization through the present and future time are not considered planning. Most plannings, based on the rational approach, have the following format: ideals and goals-projects and procedures-required resources. In models such as Brisson's Model, Hill's, BCG Model, and GE Model…, first of all, the ideals and goals of the organization are explained; then, the necessary projects and procedures are specified; and finally, the required resources are provided. Changes in the environmental conditions, policies, approaches, perspectives, structures, systems, etc. are the factors that can affect the ideals and goals of planning and ultimately changes the program. These conditions led to the thought that in planning, it should be possible to change the course of movement according to the changes, and to adopt a new route of action. With regard to the this approach, it will be possible to make organized decisions in order to attain strategic goals and to perform actions that will shape the nature of the organization, the type of the activities, and the reason for performing those activities by the organization. The literature on urban entrepreneurship tends to emphasize sociological attributes. This approach reveals considerable insight into how and why entrepreneurial activities emerge, yet much unanswered questions remain about psychological characteristics that are found at the individual-level. Given this theoretical gap in urban entrepreneurship literature, the present study has investigated the effects of two intangible assets- psychological and social aspects- on the success of entrepreneurs. Social capital consists of three dimensions including structural, cognitive and relational that are derived from Nahapiet & Ghoshal (1998) and psychological capital is measured by Luthans et al (2007)’s theory. Entrepreneurial success is tested using a measurement presented by Gorgievski et al (2011) and encompassed both the financial and non-financial parameters. This study has been done on the businesses that are supported by Tehran Municipality. Based on cluster sampling, three clusters randomly were selected from 22 districts of Tehran. A structural equation modeling procedure is applied to the examination of the influences of variables and the research model was tested empirically using a sample of 110 respondents. The results showed that both social capital and psychological capital affected entrepreneurial success and also the mediating role of social capital was confirmed. These results suggest that urban policy makers and municipalities should focus on improving entrepreneurs’ psychological capital, particularly the aspects of hope, self-efficacy and optimism. However, the aspect of psychological capital (resiliency) should not be ignored. Manuscript profile

In the history of Iran, king succession is marked as an important issue with strong impacts upon all sociopolitical and economic affairs. Possibly, it could be enumerated as an element of identification of a government’s political stability. In the Safavid era, the issue of king succession came with economic and political consequences that left significant implications in the Safavid governance and dignity of king, leading to debilitation of Safavid government. Ineffectual succession mechanisms and dearth of a codified law caused different forces, including women and military forces, to engage in succession processes. These forces made their utmost attempts to influence the king and derail him toward their own interests. Elapsing most of their lifetime in king courts, Safavid princes were ignorant of governance policies. They, accordingly, were much easy to get magnetized by these currents. Making use of a descriptive-analytical methodology, this study makes attempts to provide replies to the question how power leverages embedded in the pyramid of governance caused disputes in the issue of king succession. According to the findings of this research, disturbed internal situations, invasion of neighbors to borders, and faltered king's position as an absolute guide were the most significant consequences of the crisis in the issue of king's succession. Low seed yield is a limiting factor for cross breeding and hybrid seed production in cyclamen. This study was performed to investigate pollen germination and its relation to cross-pollination success and fruit set in this plant. In order to achieve a high level of pollen germination, the effect of different concentrations of chemical compounds were examined on in vitro pollen germination of cyclamen in modified Brewbaker and Kwack medium, containing sucrose (10 and 20%), calcium nitrate (0, 200 and 300 mg l-1), and boric acid (0, 100 and 200mg l-1 ) at two pH levels (5.5 and 6.5). Maximum pollen germination was obtained in media containing higher concentration of calcium and boron regardless of sucrose concentration and pH level. Pollen germination percentage was genotype-dependent. Cross-pollination was performed among four different genotypes characterized by various pollen germination percentages.
