Abstract :
Entrepreneur is multi dimensional and vague concept and understanding its role in growth process needs a specified framework.Because, there is many mediating variables to describe the style of effect on economic growth.Entrepreneur's strategy including 5 administrative strategy, realistic opportunity, imitative, adventitious and breeding.Economic development in developed countries shows this fact, the economy is affected by Entrepreneurship. So that Entrepreneur in the economic development of developing countries, have a central role. Abuot Entrepreneur and factors causing it asserts this point, that skills, education, innovation, competitiveness and etc, can be an important factor in the creation account. According the aim of research is determine the relationship between Entrepreneur strategies and success of small and medium businesses in Tabriz. The study population included all managers of small and medium businesses in the city of Tabriz, which according to their number of industry-mine and trade in an average equal to 5850. Sampling method in this research is simple random sampling and in order to determine the sample size of the table Krejcie and Morgan (1970) is used that is equal to 360. In this study to collect data to test the hypotheses of the questionnaire for searching the data normalization Kolmogrov-Smivnev test and for hypotheses, pearson correlation coefficient and T-test is used. Result of the analysis show that the most appropriate strategy to develop Entrepreneurial. Strategies Entrepreneurship in small and medium businesses to promote business cooperation with other successful companies that are acquired in the form of strategies.
