Presenting a new model for measuring success based on the principles of national cultural management in Iran

Abstract :
Background:Success is a concept that has been evaluated by various institutions with indicators such as social capital, health, security, human rights, freedom and overall quality of life with the aim of creating an overview of the nature and method of creating real happiness. Objective:The purpose of this study is to present a new model for measuring national success based on the principles of cultural management in Iran. Methods: In the qualitative section, using the opinion of experts, the factors were identified and then the questionnaire was developed, after determining the face and conceptual validity, distributed among 384 citizens of Tehran and the use of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis methods with Emos software in An overview is provided. Results: The proposed model, which was initially introduced with 97 items, was presented after performing various statistical tests with six main components including social freedom, governance stability, higher education, health, personal freedom, and social capital. The standard questionnaire designed to assess the national success index consists of 28 items. Among these components, the stability of the government is in the best rank and higher education and health are in the next ranks, and the index of personal freedom is not in a good position for them. Conclusion:Based on the proposed model, people in Iranian society in some subjects have different perceptions and experiences of the status of success indicators, and also the questionnaire presented in this study can be a good tool to measure the perceived success of people, according to culture.
