Introduction: The importance of the global movement towards sustainable development has increased in the recent years, and it is necessary to redefine the concept of development in every country under a framework which responds to the current and future needs of that nation. Therefore, the aim of this research is to prioritize three strategic infrastructures of the national electricity distribution network, water supply network and fossil fuel distribution network within a specific practical framework. Materials and Methods: This research used the comprehensive multi-criteria decision-making method of the analytical hierarchy process which is based on the experiences gained in the design, implementation and operation of strategic infrastructures with a survey from 12 experts. Mentioned infrastructures have prioritized according to four economic, social, environmental and technical criteria along with 10 sub-criteria layers of investment and construction cost, maintenance cost, job creation, acceptance and public participation rate, water, soil and air pollution, final quality, technical efficiency and training of expert staff. Results and Discussion: The results showed that in examining the dimensions of sustainable development, the environmental criterion with a weight of 0.30 has the highest priority, followed by the technical criterion with a weight of 0.24. Social and economic criteria were ranked next with weights of 0.224 and 0.223 respectively. Also, the fuel distribution network with a weight of 0.026 had the highest importance in the sustainable development of infrastructure. The second priority was the nationwide electricity distribution network with a weight of 0.0252, and the third priority was the water supply network with a weight of 0.0251. Further, the weight of the alternatives for prioritizing the strategic target infrastructures based on the main criteria showed that the water supply network had the highest priority in economic and environmental criteria with weights of 0.27 and 0.34 respectively. In the social criterion, the nationwide electricity distribution network has the highest priority with a weight of 0.26, and in the technical criterion, the fuel network has the highest priority with a weight of 0.33. Conclusion: Iran with high dependency on fossil energy in its infrastructure demands planning for sustainable development in the processes of exploration, extraction, refining and transportation network of fossil fuels. Then the electricity network of the country requires fundamental changes in the electricity supply system and convergence with innovative technologies. In the third step, because of the water crisis, Iran needs to introduce novel technologies into its infrastructure to achieve higher efficiency. Manuscript profile

The lack of breathing space in neighborhoods, due to the congestion caused by the increasing urbanization of cities, has necessitated the use of new approaches to address this shortage. Therefore, this study aims to utilize the concept of breathing spaces that are small and open-green spaces in compact cities texture with an emphasis on the environmental dimension. In this study, the criteria for the creation of breathing spaces in different fabrics and their effects on the quality of life of the neighborhoods are determined by using the consensus of experts and the Delphi method and then ranked by the AHP method. Finally, the criteria studied in two neighborhoods with different characteristics. It concluded, the criteria obtained from the research have a direct effect on the quality of life criteria in the neighborhoods. This is because of the nature of these spaces, their implementation in compact fabrics and rehabilitation's need and renovation is more applicable by adopting appropriate policies. In this paper, based on the mentioned methods, four criteria and eight sub-criteria were selected to achieve the research goal and to answer this challenge and then ranked by using the AHP method. According to the results, the criteria were prioritized into four sections. 1. Land use with vegetation criterion has two sub-criteria: greenspaces and green levels. 2. Wastelands and open spaces criterion have two sub-criteria: natural and human production. 3. Environmental criterion has two sub-criteria: Biological and physical. 4. Localscale criterion has two sub-criteria: socio-cultural and functional-operational. Sub-criteria were prioritized: greenspace, natural of open space, green levels, and biological characteristics of the environment, human production of open space, socio-cultural characteristics of the local scale, physical characteristics of the environment and functional-operational characteristics of the local scale. Then, to better understand the subject under study and to evaluate the criteria obtained from different research methods, selected two neighborhoods of Qazvin city as samples of this research. One of them is Bolaghi, which is the old neighborhood. Another is the new one that called Janbazan. They were compared by matching. Finally, the criteria were studied in two neighborhoods with different characteristics historical and modern neighborhoods. The results of the survey of the neighborhoods based on the criteria and sub-criteria indicate that none of them has enough open spaces and wastelands and land use with vegetation. Regarding environmental criteria, it can be said that the physical sub-criterion of Janbazan neighborhood is better than the Bolaghi neighborhood because the fabric of the Janbazan neighborhood is planned. In general, little attention has been paid to this criterion and its sub-criteria in both neighborhoods. The only difference between the two neighborhoods is the social-cultural aspect at the local scale criterion. This is because the original inhabitants of the Bolaghi neighborhood have a greater sense of belonging and social interaction than the Janbazan neighborhood. Therefore, it is necessary to create breathing spaces in these neighborhoods to improve their qualification. Furthermore, these spaces are effective in reducing a variety of contaminants and natural hazards. Manuscript profile

Background and Objectives: Population growth, urban development, and increased human activities will bring various outcomes, including the production and accumulation of waste, followed by environmental pollution. In developing countries, construction waste accounts for a large proportion of municipal waste, which in addition to the high cost of disposal, also has adverse effects on the environment. Because construction debris takes up a lot of space due to its bulk, disposing of it in landfills reduces the useful life of these areas and it is necessary to find a new place to bury construction debris. Method: Searching for a new landfill is a complex and time consuming process and requires a capable and efficient system, as using GIS and combining different layers of information and considering environmental, social and economic criteria, the most suitable landfill can be found. Located a building. In the present study, 16 criteria (slope, land use, residential, commercial and industrial centers, villages, roads (including 3 layers of highways, main roads and side roads), water (including 6 layers of wells, springs, aqueducts, Rivers, dams and waterways), antiquities, airport runways and mines) are involved in the location process, so that privacy and distance maps are prepared first ,then, in order to achieve more reliability, scoring the classes or parameter intervals was done in three ways. Criteria were weighted using Expert Choice software and hierarchical analysis (AHP). Findings: The results of the three types of scoring to multi-criteria analysis showed that there were significant differences in the results of different methods of scoring. Discussion and Conclusions: The results of combining 16 parameters involved in site selection in software Arc GIS9.3 showed that the appropriate zones for construction and demolition wastes buried in Hamadan, often are located in a 90-degree slice. Background and Objectives: Tourism development in protected areas creates many benefits for area management as well as the visitors. However, it should be considered that tourism without appropriate planning and management and assessment of the area’s potential can result in negative impacts on the protected area and tourists’ experiences. The aim of this study was to identify suitable areas with potential for the development of ecotourism in protected areas. Sarigol National Park and protected area as one of the protected area in IRAN, involve considerable tourism attractions, so it should be carefully planned for ecotourism development.Method: Since the objective of this research is to identify and zoning suitable areas for ecotourism, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and GIS technology have been used to determine suitable areas for tourism. The factors used include topography, climate, wildlife habitat, and soil and vegetation type and vegetation density. The ecological map of the region was produced by AHP and the Fuzzy-AHP method by considering these factors. Also, the attraction map area was obtained by GPS points gathering and weighting through a questionnaire and GIS software. Then, by comparing this map and ecological potential map, the appropriate areas have been zoned for ecotourism.  Results: The results show that the areas with very high potential are located in the parts including Northwest, Northeast and Southwest. Areas with high power also include areas such as Easy Waterfall, Esfarayen Dam, Ganjdan Valley and Bidvaz Valley. In the attraction map, the most attractiveness is related to the Northern parts and some Southern parts of the region, such as Easy Waterfall. Comparing the ecological potential map and the attractiveness map, it was found that most of the areas that have high attractiveness also have high potential for ecotourism development. Therefore, it illustrated that there is ability to develop ecotourism in the Northern region of the National Park, Easy waterfall and some areas of national park. These areas also have high ecological power and are attractive for ecotourism development.Discussion and Conclusion: The development of tourism in Sarigol Protected Area is in the interest of the region and the environment and promotes the level of protection and sustainable use of talents. But in protected areas, protection should be the first priority of management, and other permitted uses, including tourism, can only be done if they do not conflict with conservation objectives.  Manuscript profile

Abstract Background and Objective: Considering the effects of power plants locations on society, economy and environment, it is important to choose a suitable site for this facility. In order to find a suitable location for the construction of combined-cycle power plant, GIS can effectively provide a combination of the required information for site selection. This study aims to identify the most important factors in determining the appropriate place for the construction of combined-cycle power plants. The role and influence of each factor (distance from access roads, altitude, slope of the land, distance from the earthquake-prone areas, distance from surface water resources and distance of the fault lines) are also determined. Method: Using fuzzy membership functions, the standardized criteria maps were created in GIS based on the nature and role of these factors in the site selection. First, it was necessary to multiply these layers to their weights based on their priorities for combination of the criteria. Fuzzy AHP was used for this purpose. Finally, Ordered Weighted Averaging was used to overlay and combine the layers. Findings: The results indicate that the northwestern part of Qazvin province is inappropriate for the intended purpose and eastern and southeast parts of the study area are forecasted. Discussion and Conclusion: Since the risk level of making decision is controlled at high, low or intermediate in combination of the layers by this method, the application of the results of this method will be acceptable, making decisions based on this method will have less uncertainty and the results of this method can be used with more confidence. Background and Objective: Flood risk assessment and zoning in human settlements is an important activity in line with sustainable development of human settlements. The reason is that these settlements are developed alongside the rivers, and bed and margins of torrential plains ignoring the hydrological and dynamical conditions of rivers and upstraem river basins that can increase flood risk and life, financial, and sub-structural damages. This study aims to identify the flood reasons and predict the range of subsequent damages within Abali area. Method: The conceptual model of DPSIR has been used to analyze the elements effective on the flood in the area. In DPSIR analysis of the area for its vulnerability against flood risk, societal, economic, spatial and environmental factors are considered asdriving forces. Then, the flood risk levele in the study area is determined by making plots for the driving forces and zoning the area. For this reason, Fuzzy AHP was used for calculation of layers weight and programming in MATLAB software was done to run it. Finally, risk zoning was carried out based on the weights extracted by Fuzzy AHP method in GIS environment. Results: The results show that from the total area of the case study, about 1788 hectare has a very high risk, 5098 hectare has a high risk, 6190.75 hectare has an average risk, and 3038.75 hectare has a low risk of flood. Conclusion: The results from integration of Decision Support Systems (DSS) models and GIS, as approved in previuos studies, indicate their high efficiency in identifying the areas with high flood risk. Therefore, it is essential to consider the zoning layers in planinig proceses, particularly rsik assessment. Manuscript profile

AbstractInvestment in projects is one of the factors of economic growth and sustainable development in countries. Since investors are usually exposed to different risks and due to the importance of risk in selecting projects, it has always been focused on the optimization of project selection and optimization techniques to reduce risks. The main risks associated with investment projects are divided into market and political risk groups, which can lead to decrease in productivity and increased cost in a capital project .Market risk consists of four risk factors: commercial risk, project progress risk, vector gain risk and construction risk. The aim of this paper is evaluation and ranking of market risks in selecting different types of capital projects based on mathematical programming model with DEA / AHP combined technique so that according to the relative weights, the overall impact of market risk on project prioritization is determined. After the implementation of the proposed algorithm, the risk of advancing the first priority, risk of construction / completion of second priority, risk taking and commercial risk were placed third and fourth priority so that investors can identify and reduce their effects in projects. According to the increasing importance of competitive advantages in recent years, the importance of reverse logistics has doubled. Because of the complexity of reverse logistics system (RL) and also focus on the core business, then the organizations are acted to RL outsource. Therefore, the mistake in the assessment of the most important factors in RL decision leads to failure of RL outsources. The present study was paid to identify and evaluate the most important factors of reverse logistics outsourcing strategic in Dena industry manufacturing company in 2013. In this research, the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) was used to identify strategic factors of RL outsourcing. On the other hand, in order to measure the important qualitative factors SWOT analysis was applied of the developed grey analytical hierarchy process (GAHP). However, application of grey data in the assessment of linguistic variables, in fact, was a way to deal with uncertainty. The model validate was examined in a case study which was indicated the high reliability of the hybrid model. The results showed that in terms of decision-makers’ point of view, risk sharing in RL outsourcing decision was much more important than cost reduction factor. Manuscript profile

Urban growth and urban development have created many problems for cities, and Site selection of urban services can be effective in regulating the functioning of cities in large measure. The network of fuel stations is a municipal service, which acts as a fuel supplier to the urban transport sector and in turn is important for traffic considerations, urbanization, safety and environmental issues. In this study, at first, 18 criteria in three socio-economic, physical, technical and operational environments were selected as effective criteria. Then the spatial data became standard in the GIS environment and turned into new information layers. Each of the criteria and sub-criteria were weighed in terms of their importance in site selection of optimum positions of CNG fuel supply through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) process, and after integrating the weighted layers, the map of the optimum location areas for CNG fuel was produced. According to the results 48.58% of the area, it has the potential to build the CNG fuel supply location. Also, of the 8 CNG and dual fuel stations in Ahvaz, only 2 stations with suitable conditions are located in the north of zone 2. 3 stations in completely inappropriate areas, 2 stations in inappropriate areas and 2 positions in the middle areas. As a result, it can be argued that Ahvaz has a high potential for building Fuel station, but with a lack of site selection of CNG fuel, which can be solved with proper management and appropriate allocation of funds for the implementation of site selection design projects for CNG fuel and it is possible to take steps in the direction of rural sustainable development policy Manuscript profile

Dasht-e-Bayaz region is one of the most seismically active areas in eastern Iran, which has relatively long and active faults. 1968 and 1979 catastrophic earthquakes (MW>7.0) in this area show that the area has experienced significant damages. Using existing maps including active faults map and satellite images and Seismological catalog of International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology, seismotectonic map was prepared and seismic hazard was investigated using deterministic and probabilistic methods. Also, for AHP method, special questionnaire was designed, which answered with seismologists and the seismic hazard was evaluated using AHP method. The deterministic and probabilistic results show that there is probability of occurrence of an earthquake with magnitude of 7.6 during a 20-year period in Dasht-e-Bayaz and Qaen regions. Also, using the two above methods the highest risk is related to Ferdows thrust fault within the investigated active faults in the Dasht-e Bayaz-Qaen area. The present research aims to identify and prioritize the motivational factors influencing knowledge sharing among an organization’s knowledge workers, to provide managers with a framework for personnel’s knowledge sharing, and to increase personnel’s willingness to share knowledge in order to overcome organization’s current problems. In knowledge economy, knowledge-based organizations specifically count on their personnel. Knowledge sharing is important for organizations because it enables them to improve their skills and provides them with value, credibility, and competitive advantage. When an organization’s personnel share their knowledge and personal experience, innovation occurs. In order to answer the research questions, credible techniques of Fuzzy-multiple Criteria Decision Making (F-MCDM) were used. Fuzzy-Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) technique was used to rank the criteria and to determine their relative importance. Finally, Fuzzy-Technique for Order-Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS) was used to prioritize the options of hierarchical model (four stages of knowledge sharing process). According to the ranking results, “trust in management” is ranked first. Moreover, after reviewing the effect of every 21 indicator on four stages of knowledge sharing process in the studied context, “internalization” was found to be of more importance compared to other stages of knowledge sharing process. Housing is the most comprehensive applied, and social type of architecture. The quality of housing construction has changed significantly in recent decades due to social changes and technological advances. Technology has been one of the factors of transformation in all aspects of post-modern architecture. Today's technology plays a role beyond the structure in architecture. Nowadays, the industrial supply of materials to increase the speed of implementation and reduce costs seems to be inevitable due to the advancement of technology and building construction as an industrial product. In other words, to produce high-quality and cheap housing, many other traditional methods of construction do not meet the existing needs of society. Thus, improving the quality in the production of materials, design, and implementation methods, speeding up the construction process, competition in the advancement of technology, optimal use of the workforce, and the use of new construction technologies are among the most effective components in this industry. Thus, gaining knowledge and information about new construction technology is an urgent need for engineers in the contemporary decade. The need to use construction technologies varies depending on the growth of each society and the use of technology in other industries, and the implementation capabilities of that society. Nowadays, technology has affected the dimensions of human life, so some experts believe that the world will be conquered by technology soon. Human efforts have always been in line with improving life facilities and utilizing normal, cultural, and social conditions. Thus, this study seeks to examine the role of technology in improving the quality of construction in the Berelian residential complex, Jannat Abad, Tehran. The status of technology in architecture causes various viewpoints. However, meeting the needs of users in architecture undoubtedly requires the mastery and use of technology in its various dimensions. Critics believe that the use of technology alone cannot respond to and fulfill all needs. The impact of technology on time, quality, cost, resource consumption, efficiency, and the ultimate achievement, which is associated with the concepts and goals of sustainable architecture, cannot be ignored in this regard. Modern and advanced technologies play a fundamental role in the development of contemporary urban architecture. In this regard, it is possible to improve the quality of construction based on the three Vitruvian principles of "static" "beauty"and "utility" architecture by using new technologies in the housing construction industry. The present study identified the components of technology affecting the improvement of construction quality in the Berelian residential complex, Jannat Abad, Tehran. It uses a fuzzy approach. It is applied in terms of aim and descriptive and analytical in terms of method. It is also considered a survey (questionnaire). In this study, data were collected using the library method, and some components were extracted through reasoning in the form of a peer-to-peer matching table between the two areas considered in the article by using the views of professors who are familiar with these areas. The analysis was done through the parametric test that compares the means in paired samples with the AHP model. The results revealed that the components of durability and useful life, the ability to control quality, reduce material waste and waste production during construction, ease of maintenance and repair, safety against fire, reduction of on-site construction operationssafety and high speed of construction, mechanization, and flexibility are among the most important components Also visual and functional harmony in the beauty part is a key component in evaluating the quality of housing construction. Given what was stated, materials are one of the significant components affecting the construction of housing Finally among the identified components, ease of maintenance and repairs, durability and useful life visual and functional harmony, and diversity (no restrictions in design) were among the influential components It can be stated that observing the effective components of technology can be useful and effective for improving the defects and reducing possible errors in the quality of construction in the residential complex, and the construction of industrial housing can be institutionalized as a culture in the country. Thus, the policy of development of building industrialization will be one of the effective and facilitating methods to solve the housing problem in Iran. Also, the industrialization of the building will reduce the cost of construction and the cost of buying housing. Manuscript profile

Based on a resource-based perspective, the service capabilities comprisemanagerial, organizational, marketing, and service quality components that can enhance the competitive position. Owing to the key roles these capabilities may play in isolation and independent of the performance, the current study aimed to investigate the dimensions and criteria of service capabilities in Iranian Small Enterprises (ESs) employing a combination of fuzzy AHP and fuzzy DEMATELand to analyze and delineate the intensity of relationships among them.Alarge gap in existing research on fuzzy DEMATEL weights concerns determination of weights. Hence, the present five-phase study set out to bridge this gap by proposing an innovative approach to determine weights. The research data were collected through a questionnaire and a survey of the views of 10 experts in the field and the analyses of the data underscored the paramount importance of the managerial and organizational capabilities. In addition, the "analysis and formulation of the strategy" criterion was found to be more important than the others. Overall, the criterion of "Corporate Quality" can be considered as the most important criterion in Iranian ESs which should be prioritized. Manuscript profile

Earthquake is considered to be the most destructive natural disaster causing/which causes human casualties and considerable economic losses in our country,Iran. The injuries and damages are far more severe in older city tissues because of their older tissues anddistinctive and unique structures. However, these tissues as a part of the city are a symbol of early human civilization.Since these tissues are vulnerable to natural incidents, especially earthquakes, their repairment and sustenance seem to be of special importance. The old texture area of Ilam is 374 hectares, 19% ofwhich covers old sectors and central tissues. Descriptive-analytic and field method was used to analyze the data. The aim of this study was to review and evaluate the vulnerability rate of the old texture of Ilam city in terms of suchindexes as types of materials, buildings age, number of floors, type of use, occupancy level, quality of buildings, buildings area, population density, and streets width. The results showed that construction materials accounted for the largest weight while other factors were just a function of the materials used for construction. As we use more durable construction materials, while observing engineering principals, for urban construction, the buildings will be less vulnerable to earthquakes. Vulnerability output map indicated that in the total area, with the exception of passages, the vulnerability levels were as follows: 8.9 percent too much vulnerability, 59% high vulnerability, 23% moderate vulnerability, 3.6% low vulnerability and 5.5% very low vulnerability. Soil erosion is always occurred as a natural event but human false interference led to accelerated soil erosion and irreversible effects. Mahabad dam watershed, due to topographic mountainous and steep slopes is very susceptibility against soil erosion. The aim of this study is to prioritize the factors affecting sediment production using fuzzy logic and AHP models and finally, generating the susceptibility mapping apron to soil erosion in Mahahbad dam watershed.  At first, based on expert experiences seven factors were recognized on soil erosion including the following; slope degree, land use, time of concentration, elevation of sea, precipitation, lithology and distance to river. The susceptibility soil erosion map based on fuzzy logic and AHP models were classified in five classes. The accuracy of the erosion susceptibility map provided by the model is further checked by calculating Seed Cell Area Index (SCAI). Results show that about 102.12 km2, equivalent to 13.15% of the area has the potential to "very high" risk of erosion and sediment production, which in the sub-basins Dehbokr, Bangvyn, Qzljeh, Maraneh and Syahghol has more potential. Forecasts for the next 40 years predict an increase in the elderly population more than other age groups. Thus, the number of people aged 60 and over as a proportion of the world's population is projected to more than double, from 880 million in 2012 to 2 billion by 2050. The largest increase is projected in the 80-year-old class and above. The number of centenarians is growing even faster and is projected to increase tenfold, from approximately 343,000 in 2012 to 3.2 million by 2050. One of the groups that need further study in urban areas is the elderly group. In fact, moving towards urban adaptation for the elderly is a kind of movement towards urban sustainability. Accordingly, in this study, suitable spaces for the presence of the elderly with the approach of geriatric psychology using the AHP-Fuzzy model in the 8th district of Shiraz have been identified. Research method in this research in terms of results and consequences of research of a fundamental-strategic type and in terms of implementation process; Quantitatively and logically, reasoning is of the type of deductive research, and also in terms of time is part of cross-sectional research and in terms of purpose is analytical research. The statistical population includes the elderly of District 8, which is equal to 2477 people, and the sample size according to Cochran's formula is 285 people. The data used were collected using a questionnaire and connected to the fishnet network, and the AHP model was used for weighting, which had the highest weight in terms of physical environment and personal and social characteristics. After applying the obtained weight on the fuzzy maps, the layers were superimposed using the five fuzzy functions, which was selected as the final map according to the evaluation of the gamma function model to identify suitable places for the presence of the elderly. The rural- urban links are considered as a part of realities of everyday life in an inhabitant family in rural regions. Thus, rural- urban links are emphasized in regulation and expression of development policies by aiming at reduction of poverty and supporting from positive role of urban centers to expand surrounding rural areas. Therefore, the current research has analyzed the village- city relations to determine field of influence of Ilam city. The methodology is combinatory type and both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The data have been collected by special questionnaire for the public people in this survey so that thereby one could test hypotheses by T- statistical exams, AHP and VIKOR models. The given results indicate that among 5 research variables, variables of economic trends (Mean-value=2.1959) and migratory trends (Mean – value= 2.5518) are lower than the base and standard limits. The results of this survey show that given average limit of 3, this model enjoys strong relationship in terms of three variables in which political-administrative variable (0.398) is placed at first rank in terms of importance and parameter of migratory trends (0.095) was ranked in four rural groups and VIKOR results were placed at the last rank. Similarly, using of this model; finally indicates the rate of influence is reduced by rising distance. Finally, with respect to result of study, it can be implied Ilam city plays a polar goal through this city but the level of influence of this city is also reduced by rising distance between them. The moral investment movement that began in the 1960s in the United States has recently led to a massive move around the world. Growing cases of corporate scams and scandals have pushed investors to consider the quality of corporate governance and the ethics of their behavior. Also, investors are becoming aware of the desirability of moral aberration of assets. The growing influence of institutional investors has strengthened this awareness. Hence, in order to research in this field, there should be an understanding of the progress made in constructing models that are consistent with financially ethical considerations. We use multiple methodologies to achieve this goal. To obtain the ethical performance scores of each asset, based on the investor's preferences, a hierarchical process approach has been used. A multi-faceted decision-making method is used to obtain the rating of each asset based on the investor's rate on the financial benchmark. Model of portfolio optimization is available to obtain diverse, reliable, and well-matched portfolio portfolios. The purpose of this model is to maximize the financial purpose as the primary purpose and maximize the ethical goal adopted by the investor. Manuscript profile

Hence, decision making in this field is complicated and various tangible, intangible, qualitative and quantitative factors are involved in it and for this reason identification, study and analysis of them is necessary. In order to evaluate the projects in this article, initially technical and financial studies are considered and analyzed and its results are posed. Technical studies include estimation of investment constant costs, estimation of the plan income, costs before usage, capital turnover and production charges and financial studies include estimation of net current value indices, internal output rate, profitability index, capital return period, break – even analysis and other factors which contribute to economic evaluation of the project. The case study in this research is construction of a tile factory which five plans which in fact involve the research options are considered with indices and various technical and economic factors which through Fuzzy Hierarchical Analysis Technique which is Fuzzy Multivariate Decision Making Methods, have been compared so that the best option is selected and the projects are ranked. The ‌considered indices involve four financial indices including net current value, capital return period, investment output, sales output and the ratio of numerical break – even. The research result indicates that the projects ranking results is very close to the ranking on the basis of internal output rate. Manuscript profile
