Abstract :
In organizational health, the examination of occupational stressors has been associated with different results in different occupations. The aim of the current research is to evaluate job stressors on the organization's employees using multi-criteria decision-making. This qualitative-quantitative study was conducted in two stages. First, the most important occupational stressors of firefighters were identified and screened using a systematic review of scientific references and experts' opinions based on a questionnaire design. Then, all the screened stressors were weighted and prioritized by Analytical Hierarchy (AHP) method. According to the results of the research, inappropriate factors during the operation were ranked first and social factors ranked tenth. In the next step of AHP, the sub-criteria related to each criterion were compared in pairs, based on the results of the index of complications caused by the effects of smoke and toxic gases in the first priority and the index of the level of organizational culture in relation to stress management is in the 20th priority.
