Abstract :
Reducing the vulnerability and risk of key assets and valuable components of critical facilities and equipment of society against threats and continuity of activities and services of medical centers in critical conditions is one of the necessary things. Treatment spaces are one of the main service centers in cities, which must have optimal performance levels in different conditions and situations so that they can be a suitable guarantee for reducing the amount of casualties and damages. Before doing anything, it is necessary to identify related threats so that the solution to deal with them can be determined. The current research is applied in terms of nature and descriptive and analytical in terms of method. In order to collect information, the method of library documentation, observation and questionnaire has been used. Validity and reliability have been evaluated with Cronbach's alpha method. This research has investigated the effective threats in the treatment spaces located on the coast of Makran, and identified the components and indicators of each one, and by using the experts' questionnaire, analyzing the received data with the hierarchical weighting analysis method, the effectiveness of each threat has been analyzed. The results of the research indicate that natural threats are more important than man-made threats with a slightly higher percentage, but one cannot ignore the effects of man-made threats, especially unconventional and terrorist threats, which is necessary due to the importance of performing the mission of therapeutic spaces in crisis situations. Non-functional defense measures were taken in accordance with the functioning of the threats to the security and resilience of the treatment complexes.
