Supply chain management is considered one of the most important pillars of today's businesses, and a large portion of the cost of any manufacturing and service organization is spent in this cycle. One of the most important components of the efficiency of each supply chain is the availability of an optimal transportation system. The mathematical approach governing the modeling and optimization of this transportation system is the Vehicle Routing Problem Approach. In this paper, with the aim of minimizing supply chain costs and maximizing customer satisfaction, modeling, solving and verifying the distribution system in a bi-level closed loop supply chain with uncertain variables has been undertaken. Here, due to the uncertainty of the modeling variables, and that the optimal answer can be any vector combination of the studied graph nodes, the problem is classified in terms of the degree of complexity of the NP-hard issues and its optimal solution through methods Classical mathematical programming is not possible. In this study, a metaheuristic fire-fly algorithm used to solve the problem. In this regard, the main variables and parameters included in the model are the number, speed, capacity, average loaded and distance traveled, and the number, Geographical distribution, the amount of goods requested and returned of retailers. In order to investigate the validity of the obtained response, we also modeling and solving of 3 scenarios and comparing the results with a random method(current method in distribution company), which shows the effectiveness of the proposed method. One of the most complicated decision making problems for managers in supply chain is the evaluation of supply chain performance which can be done in different ways. Though several studies have been developed on supply chain performance evaluation based on balanced scorecard (BSC), a few studies focused on relationships among four perspectives of BSC. This paper focuses on these relationships, especially on relationships with feedback structures. For this purpose, after identification of the BSC’s more important factors in evaluation of the suppliers, DEMATEL technique is employed to determine feedback relationships among these factors and to attain to the critical factors from the influential and to be influenced point of view. Next, these factors are used as the inputs and outputs of data envelopment analysis (DEA) weak disposability model in presence of undesirable factors to evaluate the suppliers and determine their efficiency scores. Finally, the efficient units were ranked based on the Anderson-Peterson (AP) super efficiency model. The proposed procedure is applied as a framework to evaluate the suppliers of Pars Khazar Company. Rapid development toward globalization, a competitive market, significant technological advances, and high customer expectations have encouraged companies to reduce costs and increase their competitive advantage. One of the things that can help companies achieve a competitive advantage is supply chain management. Information acts as an intermediary between all activities and operations within the supply chain. The innovation of this research can be shown in two aspects of application and modeling. In terms of application, with a review of the literature and investigating the application of multi-stage and network data development analysis in the supply chain, it was revealed that so far, the efficiency of financial and physical flows in the literature has been evaluated more and the indicators are mostly related to two financial and physical flows in the supply chain, therefore there is more research opportunity to evaluate the efficiency of information flow within the supply chain. Measuring the efficiency of information flow should be an integral part of supply chain management. Therefore, this research aimed to present a model to evaluate the efficiency of information flow in the supply chain. In terms of mathematical modeling, research innovation is considering the model of the network and reversible relationship in the supply chain. With a review of the literature, the indicators are investigated to evaluate the efficiency of information flow in the supply chain, and the validity of indicators is examined by the fuzzy Delphi method. Then the decision making unit and inputs and outputs of the model are introduced. In this research, the fuzzy network data envelopment analysis is used. In order to implement the models, we used the GAMS software. Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Cellulose industries are closely related to forests and natural resources, and on the other hand, the chemicals used in them are sometimes transferred to nature. Therefore, they can affect the environment in two ways and therefore have an urgent need for management with a green approach, especially in the field of supply chain. Achieving this is possible by finding the most effective factors in implementing green supply chain management in this industry, which has been done in this research. In previous similar studies, the weight of the same factors has often been considered, and in addition, the weight of the interviewees has been considered the same when collecting data. In this paper, both problems have been solved by using EDAS-SEM methods and a more valid ranking of the components of green supply chain management in the cellulose industry has been presented. To provide a green supply chain management model in the cellulose industry, including transparent factors and accurate weights so that it can be used to measure the performance of managers in this area and to suggest the most effective factors for future promotion to managers.Material and Methodology: This research is qualitative and survey in how to collect data and quantitative in processing them. In terms of practical purpose and in terms of method, it is mixed. Modeling and analysis methods include entropy, EDAS, SEM. The statistical population is 63 managers of Qom cellulose production industries, for whom a questionnaire was sent in 2019, and 55 were completed. Therefore, sampling method, sample is available. Data collection tool is a questionnaire and data analysis tool is confirmatory factor analysis with partial least squares approach and SmartPLS3 software. Excel was used for entropy and EDAS calculations.Findings: The most important indicators of green supply chain performance in Qom cellulose products industries are selecting suppliers with environmental criteria, determining environmental requirements for purchasing items and auditing compliance with environmental regulations. Also, the weight of managers varies according to the characteristics of the elites. These findings can be generalized to other cellulose industries.Discussion and Conclusion:  The proposed model can be used for a better future in the management of the green supply chain of cellulose industries by evaluating the performance of managers in senior and middle levels at the organizational and unit levels. The achievements of this research can also be used to identify the most important factors at each level and allocate future resources to them.  Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Supply chain sustainability is one of the newfound concepts in operation and production management that emphasizes on social and enviromental issues beside financial performance in network organizations. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors contributing to supply chain sustainability in food industries. To achieve these goals, in the first step, it is attempted to identify the factors affecting a sustainable agriculture supply chain (citrus fruits). Method: In this step, extensive literature review in relation to sustainable agriculture/food supply chain was identified, and the overall indicators affecting the agricultural supply chain were extracted. In the second step, the extracted factor indicators were categorized in sustainable supply chain dimensions (economic, social, and environmental) in agriculture sector (citrus fruits). In the next step, by using analytic network process technique, the weight of criteria was identified. Findings: In this section, the pairwise comparisons and relative weights were calculated by Super Decision software and after the formation of super matrixes, the final weights of 9 main indicators of supply chain sustainability in agricultural sector were determined. Conclusion: The obtained results reveal that efficiency and market focus, water consumption, energy consumption, waste recycling, transport, volume of hiring, the quality of hire, and balance in hiring are the most important criteia. According to the experts’ judgement, economic dimension (0.488) had a heavier weight compared to two ather dimensions of sustainability. This implies that it is a necessity to pay attention to the efficiency of the energy sector and sustainable agriculture supply chain in our country. Manuscript profile

The cooling supply chain, due to its high energy consumption and refrigerant emissions, has high levels of greenhouse gas emissions and is one of the largest carbon emitters. In the cold supply chain, products should be stored at low and near or below freezing points. For this purpose, refrigerated warehouses and refrigerated trucks are essential. Therefore, this research aims to design a linear multi-objective decision-making model for supply chain management Which aims to reduce the overall supply chain cost, including the cost of capacity, transportation, inventory as well as costs associated with the effects of global warming due to greenhouse gas emissions. To analyze the research problem, a mathematical model for optimizing the supply chain has been designed and genetic algorithm has been used to solve this problem. The results of the first function test indicate that the model is high in the number of customers, and when the distributor's number is equal to the number of producers, the best one is possible. The second function analysis concludes that reducing the restoration time of the facility is effective in minimizing the first function, reducing costs and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, according to the stated contents and the results obtained in this research, it can be pointed out that by optimizing the vehicles and also the proper use of the optimal number of means of transport, it can be expected that the pollution and proliferation of gases The greenhouse is at least possible. Today, ensuring the sustainable development of any organization depends on the Optimal conservation and utilization of limited resources and irreplaceable for sustainable Social and Economic Development in that country. For this reason, sustainable supply chain management has become an interesting topic for researchers and industry managers. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationships and levels of sustainable supply chain management incentives. The statistical population of the study is Persian Gulf petrochemical industry. The research method was descriptive-analytical. From the research literature, 12 instances of sustainable supply chain management incentives were identified. Then, by collecting data and determining the relationship between drivers, using interpretive structural modeling and MicMac are analyzed. The results of this study showed that third level metrics including information technology empowerment, institutional pressures, social values and ethics, and commitment and strategy of the company were the influencing factors on other criteria. Also green inventory variables, strategic supplier partnerships, environmental conservation, continuous improvement, internal pressures, economic stability and green product design are affected by other variables and in themselves have no effect on other factors. Logistic optimization criterion is also influenced by level 3 variables and affects level 1 variables. in the MicMac analysis, the results also indicate that the variables of all three levels are considered to be link interface variables. And that means they are highly influential, and every small change to these variables causes a major change in the system. Manuscript profile

In a supply chain network, implementing a sound management system in the process of shipment can lead to lower costs and increase customer satisfaction by improving the flow of products. Therefore, in this study, a multi-objective mathematical model was presented and solved to optimize the vehicle routing problem by locating the warehouse in the green supply chain while simultaneously receiving and delivering goods. The main limitations considered in this model include manufacturers' capacity, vehicle capacity, vehicle selection based on green supply chain criteria, vehicle routing and cross-stock warehouse location to minimize costs and fuel consumption and reduce pollution. In this case, the goods received from suppliers will be delivered to customers on the route after being categorized in a cross-stock warehouse or delivered directly to customers if necessary. It is assumed that product pickup and delivery are allowed on a single route and there is also a planning horizon for receiving products on the go. In general, the model aims to determine the best route in the green supply chain mode and the optimal number of vehicles used in the distribution network so that the total operating and relocation costs are minimized. The proposed model was validated using Gams software and Comprehensive Criterion Method and the results were evaluated in accordance with the articles presented in this efficient field and compared to similar articles. The present study aimed to develop and compare a simulated model of multi-product and multi-level inventory systems. The model is developed for the final product, different medium products, and the main product. The main purpose of optimization is to minimize costs function. The servicing level of units is measured through backfilling rate that should be more than a minimum level. In the proposed algorithm, the local optimization was found through the genetic algorithm. Since point estimation of goal function and backfilling rates are done on the simulation in the present study based, the statistical methods were used for investing possibility of solutions. Finally, one example was presented in the three-level network. Because linear localization is an especial form of second-order localization, the difference between goal function and estimated volume was at the minimum level. Undoubtedly, it is expected that the estimated point of this algorithm is better than the estimated point of linear localization.   Manuscript profile

In this research, firstly, by reviewing the theoretical issues, the main factors of the green supply chain drivers have been identified in one of the manufacturing industries and then, using the method of interpretive structural modeling, the relationships between the factors have been analyzed. The results of this study indicate that the identified factors can be classified into five levels based on the interpretive structural model, and the factor of international and state laws and regulations for the organization's commitment to the implementation of green supply chain management has been identified as the most influential factor. Having it can cause many other factors. Also, in terms of the degree of penetration and dependence, factors that are more important and at lower levels, most of them are located in an independent region with high penetration and low degree of dependency. Establishment of strategic alliances and formation of integrated supply chains is an obligation nowadays. This is mainly forced by the necessity of specialization of businesses as the result of market requirements and tendency of customers to customized products and services. Under present circumstances, a supplier selection approach which is compatible with the long-term objectives and strategies of the enterprise increases corporate efficiency and effectiveness; this leads to a more productive enterprise. This research focuses on the strategic selection of suppliers considering the interrelation of decision data. Here, an integrated structure is built in order to appropriate determination of enterprise strategies as well as their transformation into applicable criteria for supplier selection. This structure employs a combination of an adjusted factor analysis approach with multi-attribute decision making techniques within data envelopment analysis framework to evaluate decision alternatives; the alternatives which are not appropriate to be evaluated with traditional approaches of data envelopment analysis due to small number of them. Finally, the presented methodology is implemented in a corporation within Iranian foodstuff industry and its results are validated using a nonparametric statistical test in comparison with an extended model of data envelopment analysis. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of total quality management in the impact of supply chain management on organizational effectiveness in employees of Setareh Yazd Wire and Cable Company. This research was one of a series of correlation studies that were conducted with the modeling approach of structural equations of partial least squares. Due to the small statistical population, the counting method was used for research samples and all 90 employees of the company were selected as a statistical sample. The research measurement tools were the Sustainable Supply Chain Management Questionnaire by Lane et al. (2014), Spinval Integrated Quality Management Questionnaire (2015), and Organizational Effectiveness Questionnaire based on Parsons quadruple function model. Structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach was used to analyze the data. The results showed that supply chain management can directly affect the effectiveness and overall quality management of employees. The results of Sobel test (9/18) also confirmed the mediating role of total quality management. The result of the VAF test meant that the TQM variable could explain 0.42 of the effects of supply chain management on organizational effectiveness. According to this result, the managers of Setareh Yazd Wire and Cable Company are suggested to influence the overall quality management by creating strategies in supply chain management so that they can finally increase the organizational effectiveness of their employees.       Manuscript profile
