Abstract :
In a competitive environment, isolated and small companies are no longer independent entities, but rather proponents of different supply chain (SC) systems. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational compatibility and innovation management on green supply chain management to improve organizational performance in Iran Khodro Industrial Group. Statistical data processing was performed at the descriptive level with SPSS and at the inferential level using structural equations and Smart PLS 3 software. The research method is descriptive-survey and applied and the sampling method in this research is random type which was collected from the employees and managers of Iran Khodro Company and was done in the first half of 1400. The research tool was a standard questionnaire that was finalized after correction and the opinion of experts and professors. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were also assessed and confirmed. Findings from the study showed that technological and operational compatibility does not affect green supply chain management efforts but cultural adaptation affects green supply chain management efforts. The results indicate the impact of green supply chain management efforts on effective and environmental performance. Green supply chain management efforts affect IT capabilities. IT capabilities affect both effective and environmental performance. The results also showed that innovation management strategies have an impact on green supply chain management efforts.
