The aesthetics is the quality of being pleasing, especially to look at, or someone or something that gives great pleasure, especially when looking at it. The conception for aesthetic is used in art, sociology, social psychology, and culture. Thus, aesthetic is one of the issues that are of concern to all human beings, and especially Architecture and urban planning designer. The factors that achieving it help to success and the functioning of a residential area. Therefore, considering the importance of addressing this issue and extract metrics, this study aims to provide aesthetic standards in the design of housing and residential areas consider to identify of an aesthetics elements of traditional houses in Yazd. Yazd has a rich architectural and historical importance. Therefore it could be fertile ground for recognizing the criteria of aesthetic in architecture. In order to achieve this goal, it tried based on Grounded theory method and identification that derived from the design of housing and residential areas on the aesthetics elements of the home that shaped based on the perception of the aesthetic of interviewees from the spaces. In this way in order to study first, seven examples of traditional houses in Yazd, used as Architectural College, which considered as case study, The continuous presence and personal observations and interviews realized in the deep and open with present residents of these houses that include 25 students and staff. Aesthetic elements of these houses identified by using a systematic method, Strauss and Corbin analyzed and explained in three opening, axial and selective coding. A study using grounded theory is likely to begin with a question, or even just with the collection of qualitative data. As researchers review the data collected, repeated ideas, concepts or elements become apparent, and tagged with codes, which have been extracted from the data. As more data is collected and as data is re-reviewed, codes can be grouped into concepts and then into categories. Finally, in order to further the validity of research results, research findings obtained from field studies in comparative comparison put by the concepts and principles. The results show that four general agents such as: A) Effects on aesthetic of nature, such as the manifestation of the trees, sky, water, clay and effects of light. B) The manifestation of unification by using simplicity, arrangement, symmetry, rhythm, concentration geometry, duplication, using proportion; C) Emphasis on the effects of space on the observer(attention to depth watch in different views) by creating virtual images in water, creating consecutive views and using customary decorations D) The emphasis on meaning through symbolic elements and the concept of the amazing memories (The possibility of The manifestation of mind familiar phenomena from the perspective of these houses present residents were reconditioned by creating niches). It is noted that each of these elements have been achieved through the factors that have been detailed expressed during the investigation. The results obtained in this study can be followed as a new research for affirming theories obtained in this paper. Manuscript profile

Background: Regarding the increasing growth of online purchases of products in chain stores and given that the determinants of online repurchase intentions (ORI) are complicated and different, the role of online sales and increasing repurchase of the concerned products is more highlighted. Objective: The present study aimed to present an ORI model in chain stores. methodology: The qualitative multi-grounded theory (MGT), a combination of meta-synthesis and grounded theory (GT), was used in the present study. The literature on ORI in chain stores was first reviewed during 2010-2022 to reach the research objectives. Then, after detecting the initial framework, GT was used to interview ten experts in chain stores. Moreover, open, axial, and selective coding methods were used for the data analysis to extract the research model. Findings and results: According to the results, the concepts coded using Strauss and Corbin’s three-stage coding approach in GT were classified into four categories as causal conditions (namely information technology (IT), product features, brand class, and service class) and two categories as intervening factors (namely sociology and competitive environment), and one underlying factor (customer features). These factors affect the customer's ORI in chain stores and provide chain stores with some marketing strategies, the consequences of which would determine the capability of chain stores and social responsibility. Originality: The present study expanded knowledge on the ORI determinants in chain stores and would help the managers of chain stores to promote ORI and create a competitive advantage. Background & Objective: In today's era, the natural environment will be an important arena for competitive differentiation and branding, and environmental issues are changing the competitive landscape in many industries, including agriculture. This research focuses on the design of the digital branding model of healthy agricultural products in Iran using the grounded theory method in the Iranian market. Material and Methodology: To discover the indicators, components and dimensions of the digital brand, both qualitative and quantitative methods of MaxQDA and Smart-PLS software have been used. The data of the research was conducted through in-depth semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire made by the researcher using the purposeful sampling method in the community of digital brand builders in the country. In order to quantitatively measure the validity of qualitative analysis, the Holstie coefficient is used. According to Morgan's Karjisi table, the sample size of the confirmatory factor analysis was determined and distributed by simple random method through Porsa system. Also, to check the construct validity, divergent and convergent validity were calculated. Findings: The causal conditions of the digital brand of healthy agricultural products in Iran include 3 categories: economic security of the farmer, food security, differentiation of agricultural products. The main category resulting from causal conditions includes 3 subcategories: digital branding of healthy agricultural products, benefiting from the power of the green brand community, and increasing contact points with customers and stakeholders. Background conditions in the model of digital branding of healthy agricultural products include 3 categories: environmental ethics, digital marketing and production of healthy agricultural products. The intervening conditions facilitate the causal conditions and do not lead to behavior by themselves, but by affecting the causal conditions, they influence the digital branding of healthy agricultural products. Intervening conditions include 2 categories: society culture and consumer expectations of green products brand. The consequences and results of applying the strategies and actions resulting from the digital branding of healthy agricultural products include 4 categories: water, soil and air protection, agricultural economic growth, green food products and food security. Discussion and conclusion: The results of confirmatory factor analysis show that the dimensions, components and indicators of digital branding of healthy agricultural products are compatible with experimental findings. Digital branding is a long and continuous and costly process, so it requires the financial support of the authorities. Also, in order to create employment and food safety and health, digital branding of healthy agricultural products should be promoted. Manuscript profile

Factors contributing to increased life expectancy and a low fertility rate, leading to an aging population, were initially observed in the developed countries during the mid-20th century and are now extending to developing nations. Given the impending consequences of the aging crisis in our country, research on aging is of paramount importance. Notably, the relationship between the presence of the elderly in the community and the concept of age-friendly communities is crucial. This study aims to identify factors influencing age-friendly communities and elucidate theories regarding the presence of the elderly in the community, with a specific focus on aging in place. Employing a qualitative approach, this research utilizes grounded theory within the framework of the Strauss and Corbin methodology. The research data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with 31 individuals aged 60 and over, selected from two-day care centers: Rangin Kaman Sepid, Bozorgan Sahebdel, and Kolbeye Noor in Isfahan, continuing until theoretical saturation was achieved. The study highlights that the contextual condition for an age-friendly community is the residence of the elderly in their respective neighborhoods. According to the findings, the creation of an age-friendly community is fostered by the connection between the community and the elderly in everyday situations, adapting to their needs and enabling aging in place. This involves interactive contexts related to event orientation, leisure, socialization, and neighborhood accessibility for the elderly, providing opportunities for self-expression and social support. Nowadays, the vulnerability of cities, especially old structures, to natural disasters such as earthquakes has become a global issue for experts in various fields. This issue has become more acute in recent decades for countries like Iran, which have natural and risky structures. The main question arises: which approaches and policies have been evaluated as successful in revitalizing worn-out and inefficient urban areas? Furthermore, what is the optimal policy for intervening in the renovation of Tehran's worn-out urban fabric? This research aims to determine the optimal policy and approach for intervening in Tehran's dilapidated urban areas based on experiences, with three sub-goals. The first sub-goal is to describe the indicators and criteria of the approaches and policies used in two decades of intervention in Tehran's dilapidated urban areas, including economic, physical, social, environmental dimensions, and significant thoughts and events. The second sub-goal involves explaining the indicators and criteria of the approaches and policies used in two decades of intervention, expanding upon the dimensions covered in the first sub-goal. Finally, the third sub-goal aims to elucidate the differences between the approaches and policies implemented in two decades of intervention in Tehran's dilapidated urban areas. The research method employed is descriptive-analytical, with grounded theory utilized throughout. This approach led to the formulation of a contextual theory for two decades of intervention in Tehran's dilapidated urban areas, comprising four causal conditions: background, continuity, and consequences. Each of these conditions includes subgroups that have direct or indirect effects. Manuscript profile

AbstractToday, the concept of "brand dependence" in the marketing literature has been introduced to predict the desired changes in after-consumption behaviors of customers that strongly affect the behavior and intention to repurchase the brand. Brand experience, on the other hand, is a type of empirical marketing that involves a set of conditions that a company creates in order to influence customer sentiment toward a particular product or company name. Brand experience is the basis for predicting consumer behavior that has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Given that shopping malls and malls today have grown almost in large cities, this issue has become very important to create a pleasant brand experience and brand dependence in these malls. The present study seeks a conceptual model to explain the concept of customer experience management of brand dependence with a fundamental approach and the researcher has used a mixed approach. In this way, in the qualitative part of the data theory strategy and including open, axial, selective coding in order to achieve the research model model and in a quantitative part of the descriptive survey method and to test their proposed model of PLS software Has used that the research results are presented in the form of an approved and fitted model, including 6 main dimensions and 32 sub dimensations. Achieving success by an organization and creating value for a long time depends on having an efficient business model in different periods of business cycles. This adaptation to the business model requires the capabilities that need to be created in the organization. The development of these capabilities helps organizations to overcome the inflexibility of their active business model and implement the change process in a systematic and structured way. For this purpose, businesses must constantly monitor their environmental forces and adapt themselves to these changes to stay competitive. The purpose of this study identifies the dynamic capabilities to adapt and change the organization's business model. For this purpose, the ICT industry has been studied and using Multi grounded theory, data analyzed from systematic literature review over the past 15 years, and interviews with 18 industry experts, which are improbably and purposefully selected using the snowball method. Finally, a model was developed in which the dynamic capabilities needed to adapt the business model of the ICT industry into the four groups of "external observation and evaluation", "internal resource renewal", "external resource acquisition" and "internal resource reconfiguration" have been conceptualized. Also, business model adaptation has been conceptualized into three groups: "value proposition adaptation", "value creation adaptation" and "value capture adaptation". Manuscript profile

Innovation is a process dependent on geography and region in which local capacities such as resources, institutions, public and cultural values are the main drivers. Interactions between different sectors of the region, including technical, commercial, legal, social and financial sectors, contribute to the development, protection, financing or regulation of innovation and technology. The dependence of innovation on the characteristics of regions has made it impossible to provide a single model for the development of innovation in the regions, and in fact, a diverse set of institutional capacities, tools and characteristics is needed for the development and management of present and future knowledge. Also important are factors such as regional production, regional environment, system of academia and research in the region, public management and the capabilities of private and business firms. Given the differences in the state of innovation in the provinces of Iran, this study seeks to present a smart specialization for the development of regional innovation ecosystem in Iran. To this end, by studying and reviewing previous studies and research, the requirements and components of smart a smart specialization have been identified and based on them an initial framework has been designed for smart regional eco-innovation development policies. Then, in order to present a native model for intelligent policy package design, East Azerbaijan Province, which has been institutionalized in science and technology policy discussions among the province's actors and activists, was selected and with using Multi Grounded Theory (MGT) method and using interviews with provincial managers, trade unions, industrial cluster and technology managers. The identified requirements and components were initialized in a local and regional context. The proposed model of smart specialization for formulating regional innovation development policies includes three stages: preparing the vision and priority areas of the region, analyzing the innovation ecosystem of selected areas, formulating a policy mix and implementing planning along with considering process considerations Manuscript profile
