Abstract :
Green human resource management strives to create an organization that encourages employees to adopt environmentally friendly work behaviors and minimize costs. The aim of the current research is to provide a conceptual model of green human resource management based on grounded theory. The current research was conducted with a mixed approach and data-based method. In the qualitative part of this research, using the snowball sampling method, 20 experts were interviewed until reaching the theoretical data saturation stage, and then the data were analyzed. Using the grounded method and open, axial and theoretical coding of data, 112 primary conceptual propositions, 18 categorical propositions, and 6 main factors were identified. In the quantitative part, the fuzzy Delphi method was used to screen and ensure the importance of the identified indicators and to select the final indicators. Based on the results of the research, the main phenomenon of green human resource management includes: recruitment, training, performance evaluation and compensation for green services, which are considered according to the causal conditions (technological growth, providing sufficient budget, green building design), background factors. (promotion of green culture, environmental participation), intervening factors (reluctance to green actions, technical factors) have been formed; And through strategies (developing remote work, creating green innovation, interacting with the environment), it leads to four categories of consequences (economic, social, organizational and environmental).
