Presenting the Optimal Policy Model of Cultural Organizations using Foundation Data Theory and Structural Analysis (case study: Ministries of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism)

Abstract :

The purpose of this research is to present the optimal policy model of cultural organizations using foundation data theory and structural analysis in the ministries of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism. The statistical population in the qualitative part, based on the data theory method of the foundation, included all academic experts and academic staff members and middle managers of the Ministry of Tourism in the country, and in the quantitative part, all the middle managers of the Ministry of Tourism and employees working in the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts were used .The results of the qualitative part of the research of the categories were determined in the form of 6 categories and 25 items (measures) and in the 6 dimensions model of the paradigm model in the form of causal factors (6 items), the main and central phenomenon (5 items), strategies (4 items), contextual conditions (4 items), intervening or mediating conditions (4 items), and outcomes (2 items) were obtained and the results of the quantitative part of the research showed that the path coefficient for all research components, and the defined paths between the variables and constructs of the model, is positive and the T-Value is greater than 1.96, which shows the significance of all relationships between constructs at the 99% confidence level.
