        The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between Jihadi culture and Islamic work ethics with job performance in physical education teachers in Mamsani and Rostam cities. This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the physical education teachers of Mamsani and Rostam cities in number of 89 people, out of which 85 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and using the total number sampling method. The tools of data collection were the standard questionnaires of jihadi culture by Mandari et al. (2015), Islamic work ethic by Ali (1988) and job performance by Patterson et al. (2004). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between jihadi culture and Islamic work ethics with job performance, and also jihadi culture and Islamic work ethics have the ability to significantly predict the subjects' job performance.         If the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran does not enjoy sufficient favor in the field of serving clients, considering God in all matters of judgment, having a public spirit by judges and its officials, self-cultivation, correct and accurate use of the treasury, etc. Gradually, it loses its popularity among the people. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is the consequences of the ineffectiveness of the organizational culture based on Jihadi management indicators in the judiciary of the Islamic Republic. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of execution method. The target population of the present research in the qualitative and quantitative part will be professors and experts of organizational management and jihadi management with at least 10 years of experience. The sample size is determined based on the theoretical saturation approach and the sampling method is the snowball method. In order to analyze the interview data, in the qualitative stage, thematic analysis method is used. The process in the foundation data method includes coding. Also, in the quantitative stage, the validity of the interview items has been confirmed. Finally, the findings indicate that the consequences of the lack of a favorable organizational culture based on jihadi management indicators are: waste of resources, lack of responsibility, lack of godly orientation, lack of self-confidence, lack of attention to participation, lack of respect for each other, bad mood, Ignoring religious actions.         This study aims to provide a strategic model for the development of network communications to attract customers in the banking industry with a jihadist approach. This research is a fundamental research in terms of purpose. The statistical population includes all factors among those involved in the banking system, including managers and experts in the field of banking system, which was selected through cluster random sampling method and 384 people according to Morgan table. Data were analyzed using Smartpls2 software by applying appropriate statistical tests according to the research hypotheses. And the findings showed that jihadi management is effective in network communication to attract customers in the banking industry. It is suggested that managers be hired based on expertise, merit, commitment, background and interest. Also, bank managers should use the leadership of employees to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the management of banks. Also, by holding training classes, educational booklets and related investments in this field, it raised the level of their jihadist approach and as a result, increased the attraction of customers at the branch level. Initially, through library studies and then through saturated interviews The data were analyzed using SPSS software. Accordingly, 76 indicators were identified for Jihadist management.         The aim of this study was to identifying ways of reducing the environmental hazards of chemical inputs from the experts' point of view in Agricultural Jihad and Environment Organization of Sari, Mazandaran province. The statistical population of the study consisted of 106 experts working in the Jihad-e-Agriculture and Environment Organization of Sari. Data were collected using a census method, using a questionnaire its validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was reported by Cronbach's alpha of 0.938 Factor analysis showed that the solutions were classified into five factors that explain the educational strategies as the first factor of 9.467% of total dispersion. The second factor, called the ‘’Social-Political’’ strategies, was 8.616%, the third factor called the ‘’Economic’’ strategies 7.066%, the fourth factor called the‘’Motivational’’strategies of 6.915%, and finally the fifth factor, called the ‘’Technical’’ solutions, was 6.81% of the variation of total of the above mentioned factors could explain 38.873% of the total variation.         Today, a significant and continuous success of an organization relies heavily on human capital in the form of employees, which is possible through the empowerment of employees' jobs. Accordingly, the purpose of this survey study was to investigate the role of in-service virtual training courses in job empowerment of employees of the Fars province Agri-Jihad Organization. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the 495staff of Building No. 1 of the Agri-Jihad Organization of Fars province, of which 96 were selected by simple random sampling method. The data gathering tool included a questionnaire on psychological empowerment of  Spreitzer and Mishra, and a researcher-made questionnaire for assessing the quality of in-service virtual education. Its face validity confirmed by a number of experts and its reliability calculated by calculating the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for different measures (ranged between 0.74 and 0.96). The results of the evaluation of the quality of in-service virtual training showed that the quality of these trainings is relatively favorable from the staffs’ viewpoint. The results of the comparison of the job empowerment dimensions before and after participation in these courses showed that the sense of competence, autonomy and influence were significantly increased after the participation in the courses. The correlation matrix results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of in-service training and job empowerment of employees. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that quality of in-service training was the most important predictor of employee empowerment. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction of soldiers in the organizations of Jihad-e-Agriculture in the northwest provinces of Iran. The statistical population of the study consisted of soldiers serving in Jihad-e-Agriculture organizations in the provinces of East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan and Ardebil. 244 of them were selected by random sampling for the study. In order to collect data, a survey tool was used in the form of a questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire included closed questions and a number of open questions whose formal validity was confirmed by experts. In order to test the reliability of the questionnaire, a pilot study was conducted outside the sample and the Cronbach's alpha coefficients was calculated for different indices. The results showed that the variables of the welfare conditions of the work environment, the relationship between the soldiers, the relationship of officials with the soldiers, the motivation of progress and service motivation have a significant correlation with job satisfaction. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that the variables of achievement motivation, relationship between soldiers and the relationship between officials with soldiers predict about 40% of changes in the job satisfaction of soldiers. A Kirkpatrick's model was used based on the first and second levels.         The purpose of this study was to investigating the effect of professional ethics of Tehran Agricultural Jihad Organization managers on Productivity of propagators employed in agricultural projects in the province. The research method was descriptive - correlations. Data was collected using a scrolling technique and a questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the study consisted of promoters working in agricultural projects, which numbered 125, The validity of the measurement tool was confirmed by interviewing the subject's experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was also evaluated through a pilot test and evaluation of the Cronbach's alpha value. The questionnaire was examined and Its value for different parts of the questionnaire was higher than α = 0.71 which indicates the reliability of the questionnaire. The results of the descriptive statistics show that the mean age of the experts was 37.43 years, the youngest of them were 24, and the oldest of them were 55 years old, 83.8% of them were male and 16.2% of them were women and The most frequent persons were graduates. Professional ethics 25.6% of managers were weak and relatively weak and in contrast to professional ethics, 24.2% of managers were relatively strong and strong. The productivity level of 24.8% of Tehran's Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization experts was weak and relatively weak and in contrast to 32% relatively strong and strong. The results of the study on the effect of the components of professional ethics on human resource productivity show that the components of managers 'responsibility, honesty of managers, managers' respect for others, and respect of managers towards social values and norms on the efficiency of promoters working in Tehran Agricultural Jihad Organization has a positive effect and Competitiveness and superiority of managers have a negative effect on the Productivity of these promoters.         The main purpose of this descriptive-correlative study was to investigate the relationships among social capital, entrepreneurial orientation and job performance. The mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation was also analyzed. The statistical population of this research consisted of 635 agricultural experts of the Jihade Agriculture organization in Hamedan Province (N=365). According to Krejcie and Morgan’s table, a sample of 242 experts was chosen through random stratified sampling method. Data was collected using standardized questionnaires. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was investigated using Cronbach’s alfa coefficient, with values of 0.83 for entrepreneurial orientation, 0.85 for social capital, and 0.79 for job performance. The results structural equation modeling indicated that social capital and entrepreneurial orientation were significantly related to job performance. In addition, the results of bootstrap procedure showed that entrepreneurial orientation mediated the social capital-job performance relationship. Based on the findings, it could be concluded that investing in social capital is worthwhile, since creating and preserving social capital will increase the employees' entrepreneurial orientation level and their performance.         The main purpose of this descriptive-correlation research was to evaluate the effect of components of intellectual capital on entrepreneurship, Organization of Jahad-e- Agriculture of Kermanshah Township. The study population included all employees of Organization of Jahad-e- Agriculture of Kermanshah Township (N = 104) by using Morgan table, that 86 of them were selected as research sample by using random simple sampling method. Data were collected by standard questionnaire which its validity by experts’ poll and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data from the Spsswin20 Software was used. The results of correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation between the components of intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship. Based on the results of Enter multiple regression analysis method, 32 percent of the entrepreneurial variance by two components of intellectual capital including human capital and structural capital, is predictable.         The purpose of this quantitative research was to investigate the effective dimensions of social capital and organizational commitment on organizational learning in Fars Jihad-e-Agriculture organization. The statistical population of research consisted of 300 members of the Fars Agriculture Jihad organization which according to Bartlett et.al. ’s table, a sample size of 124 was selected using stratified random sampling based on organizational sections. Questionnaire was used to collect the data. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts and the reliability of the scale used in the study was assessed by calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficient test and the result was 0.94. For primary analysis of data SPSS software was used. Structural equation modeling was used to investigate the effects of research variables on the basis of multivariate techniques using the LISREL 8.8 software. The results of correlation test showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational commitment and social capital with organizational learning. Structural equation modeling analysis, showed that hypotheses were approved, with a very good level of model indices (RMSEA = 0.066). The findings show that the three dimensions of social capital, including structural, cognitive, and cognitive dimensions, and two dimensions of organizational commitment, including dimensions of normative commitment and continuous commitment, affect the organizational learning of employees. More precisely, in order to achieve and enhance organizational learning, it is recommended to strengthen the dimensions of social capital of the employees and improve organizational commitment.         The final goal in this article is to explain and reveal the ethics of jihad and campaign in the way of God, from Holy Quran viewpoint. Therefore, everything that has been claimed during the research has been analyzed in the light of the divine word and with the benefit of the relevant narrations using descriptive-analytical method and library technique. Following the luminous verses of the Holy Quran and examining the sacred duty of jihad and related words, it became clear that this duty, like all divine commands, requires the implementation of moral rules in order to fulfill the divine sanctity and real jihad in Confronted with all kinds of conflicts that do not make the observance of any rules and regulations their top priority. The sanctity of the rules that God has placed in jihad against dissidents includes the neutrals, the refugees, and the believers after polytheism, which also includes the sanctity of God and the temples. Therefore, the current research has been conducted with the aim of evaluating the performance of state and non-state Jihadi management in the implementation of the fundamental transformation document of the education system of West Azarbaijan province. Research methodology: This research is a cross-sectional survey in terms of method and time frame of data collection. The statistical population of state and non-state education managers of West Azarbaijan province includes 4690 and 1217 people, respectively, and a random sample of 360 people was selected using the Cochran formula. A researcher-made questionnaire was used. Validity was assessed through confirmatory factor analysis and reliability was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha and using SPSS software. Findings: The average optimal performance of state and non-state Jihadi management, respectively, is related to the variables of Islamic-Iranian growth and excellence; training amiable followers of a school of thought; promotion of social-family participation in the evolution of public formal education and training system; institutionalization of Islamic-Iranian management, promotion of educational-training justice; improvement of the efficiency of the public formal education and training system; achieving the first rank of education and training in the region, the Islamic world and the global level; the transformation of the educational, administrative and financial planning system. Conclusion: All hypotheses were confirmed. The results indicate that the performance of state and non-state Jihadi management in the implementation of the fundamental transformation document of the education system is favorable.         The purpose of this article is to explain the relationship between jihadi management based on organizational spirituality based on the views of the Supreme Leader and to present the desired model (case study of Sepah Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the southeast region). The present study is descriptive and correlational that has been done by survey method. The statistical population of the study includes all employees of Sepah Bank in the southeast region and sampling is done by two-stage cluster sampling method to analyze the data by descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation test and structural equation modeling) and SPSS software. And AMOS has been used. In this study, in order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire of jihadi management and a questionnaire of organizational spirituality based on Likert 5-point spectrum have been used. In order to determine the validity, the content validity method has been used (expert opinion). The validity of these questionnaires has been confirmed with a high percentage and to measure the reliability using Cronbach's alpha, the reliability value for the Jihadi Management Questionnaire is 0.931 and organizational spirituality is 0.981.         The present study aims to examine the model of spiritual leadership based on the strategies of the Supreme Leader based on the characteristics of Islamic management philosophy Jihadi has been carried out in the directors of medical universities of Kerman province. This cross-sectional study was performed on 156 senior, middle and operational managers of medical universities in Kerman province. To collect information about this research, four questionnaires of the Supreme Leader’s spiritual leadership, strategies, and jihadi management were used. Data using SPSS software version 23 and version 2.2 Smart PLS at a significance level of 05/0 ≥ P, were analyzed. Based on the research findings, there is a significant relationship between the Supreme Leader’s strategies (P <0.05, β = 0.707) and spiritual leadership. Due to the positive path coefficient, this relationship is incremental (direct) and also a significant relationship is established between the jihadi management (P <0.05, β = 0.204) with spiritual leadership. Achieving a value of 0.740 for GOF indicates a very strong fit of this model. The results of this study showed that the managers of the University of Medical Sciences are considered as one of the main factors and institutions in the conditions of coronation control.         Taking advantage of the Āshūrá uprising and the enlightenments of Imam Sajjad (as) and Lady Zainab (as), in order to achieve an effective model for the jihad of explanation in religious fields, is one of the important concerns and issues in the cognitive war against the process of distortion for the guardians of the stronghold of divine knowledge. The present article, with the aim of identifying and introducing the central indicators, has analyzed the role and relationship of each in the Jihad of explanation of Lady Zainab (as) with an analytical and descriptive method. For this purpose, at first, the meaning of Jihad is explained from Islamic sources and the definitions of the two Imams of the Revolution, and then the description of the indicators and the logical analysis of the relationship of each of the indicators with jihad of explanation have been discussed. With the expansion of arrogant hostility and the growing orientation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the need to use the patterns formed in this direction has increased, so the purpose of this study is to identify the components of jihadist management with qualitative and quantitative analysis in the organization. The components of jihadist management were identified through exploratory studies and opinion polls using Delphi technique and tested in the designed model in the target population. The statistical population of the study consisted of two groups of experts consisting of 25 managers, deputies and managers and the head of the Office of Registry of Iran which were 148. This research is a descriptive research that has been done by survey method. Confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and one-sample t-test were used to analyze the data. The research findings, while confirming the proposed model, showed that: management consists of two dimensions: Belief and its components (Belief Attitude, Belief Behavior, Belief Roles and Belief Tasks) and Functional Dimension and its Components (Functional Attitude, Functional Behavior, Functional Roles and Functional tasks).         عملکرد شغلی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین معیارهای توسعه و سنجش عملکرد سازمان‎هایی مانند سازمان جهاد کشاورزی محسوب می‎‏شود. بنابراین، مطالعه‎ی اثرات سبک‎های رهبری بر عملکرد شغلی با استفاده از نقش میانجی توانمندی روانی به عنوان هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تعیین گردید. جامعه‎ی آماری مورد مطالعه کارشناسان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی در استان کرمان بودند (1418=N). حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کریجسی و مورگان، 306 نفر برآورد گردید. برای انتخاب نمونه‎ها از روش نمونه‎گیری تصادفی طبقه‎ای با انتساب متناسب استفاده شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‎ای بود که روایی آن با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان ترویج، آموزش و مدیریت کشاورزی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. از ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ نیز برای تعیین پایایی ابزار استفاده شد (93/0≥α≥76/0). نتایج نشان داد که توانمندی روانی و سبک‎های رهبری تحول آفرین، تبادلی و مبتنی بر عدم مداخله اثرات معنی‎داری بر روی عملکرد شغلی داشتند. همچنین، سبک‎های رهبری تحول‏آفرین و تبادلی اثرات مثبت و معنی‎داری بر روی توانمندی روانی داشتند. این در حالی بود که سبک رهبری مبتنی بر عدم مداخله اثر منفی و معنی‎داری بر روی توانمندی روانی داشت. در پایان باید عنوان شود که متغیرهای مستقل توانستند 63 درصد از تغییرات واریانس متغیر وابسته‎ی عملکرد شغلی را پیش‎بینی کنند. Research method in terms of purpose, applied and according to the data collection method, it is a descriptive correlation.The statistical population of the study is all managers and employees of the Islamic Azad University of the western units of Tehran province (Shahr-e-Qods, Shahriyar, Mallard, Safadasht and Sama Andisheh).In fact, 125 questionnaires were distributed by simple random sampling and 120 questionnaires were collected.The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by evaluating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was 0.761. The data were also measured by structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software. The results of the research hypotheses indicate that managers' responsibility and accountability, meritocracy, commitment to obligations, good and strong relationships between managers and employees, and need-based monitoring affect the jihadist performance of managers.         The aim of the research is to investigate the impact of Jihadi management style on the implementation of the policies of the Martyr Foundation and Veteran Affairs in the southern provinces of the country. The research method is descriptive-correlation and qualitative-quantitative. The statistical population of the research included 1400 and the sample size was 308 according to Morgan's table and was selected by stratified random method. The findings show that in the dimensions of the jihadi management model, the components of insight-oriented, legalism, planning and staff work, applying mutual commitment, interpersonal role and standardization of rules and regulations are among the highest average and components. Idealism, participatory management, control and leadership of line units, human component, empowerment and rehabilitation, self-confidence, self-reliance and the component of using all capacities have the lowest average.According to the final model, the leadership style of Jihadi management has a positive and direct effect on the implementation of the foundation's policies with a path coefficient of 72%. The research method is a correlational descriptive research in terms of nature and content. The statistical population of this research was all the first secondary teachers of Mamsani city (male and female) in the academic year of 2001-2014, numbering 303 teachers. Using Morgan's table, the number of 175 people was considered as the sample size. The sampling method in this research was cluster random.         This research has been conducted on the role of the education patterns of jihadi management on development of cultural religious at public adminestrations in the eastern of golestan state. The research method used in this research is descriptive in terms of the applied purpose, in terms of the type of data, and in terms of the method of collection. The statistical population in this research is the public adminestrations in the eastern of golestan state. The population of these adminestrations is 3500 people. From the statistical population according to sampling, 384 people were selected as the research sample. In the next step, based on the conceptual model of the research, using the researcher's questionnaire, the extracted items were included in the statistical research sample of the questionnaire. In descriptive statistics, the descriptions are presented in two different sections, one and the main variety, and in the inferential statistics section, non-parametric Pearson correlation, T test and regression were used to check the hypotheses. In the present study, an attempt was made to draw a model for the recognition of explanation Jihad based on his intellectual system and with two qualitative and quantitative approaches. The statistical population in the qualitative stage where the database method was used, 30cultural experts and professors of universities in Ardabil province, who were selected by the chain reference method (snowball), and after theoretical saturation in the interview, the coding process was done. In the quantitative part, based on Morgan's table, 169cultural managers of the province were studied. After the coding process and using MaxQDA, the data sets were categorized into 86open codes, 77concepts, 15categories and 6classes (causal conditions, intervening conditions, contextual conditions, central categories, strategies and consequences). Based on the research results and the output of Smatr PLS, the indicators of the formation of the Iranian-Islamic identity of the people, industrial constructions, synchronization and alignment and the fit of form and content, free space and criticism and correction, explanation for the general public and all strata and industrial development index as The most important indicators of the model for the recognition of jihad explanation were identified.         Usually, every organization tries to have people with the necessary capabilities and commitments for current and future organizational success, so they look for talent management. Talent management refers to an organization's efforts to attract, develop and retain skilled and valuable employees. The purpose of the current research was to explain and identify the dimensions of the talent management model. This research is practical in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of research method. The community of the qualitative research department were some experts related to the topic of talent management, who were selected based on the rule of theoretical saturation and purposefully.The statistical population of the quantitative part included 650 managers of the country's academic Jihad educational field, of which 305 people were randomly selected as the sample size based on Morgan's table. In this research, a researcher-made talent management questionnaire was used to collect data, and then they were analyzed using Lisrel software. The findings of the quantitative part have confirmed the fit, validity and reliability of the explanation and identification of the dimensions of the talent management model in academic jihad. Finally, according to the data obtained from the quantitative research, the dimensions of the talent management model for the talent management process of Jihad university employees have been explained and identified. The main dimensions and categories counted are: planning and organization, talent search, professionalism and development-oriented, justice-oriented, specialization and meritocracy, livelihood, knowledge creation, providing feedback, culture building, staffing and human resources management. Based on the results, it can be concluded that nowadays talent management is a new and reliable approach for the success of organizations, and therefore the organizational and educational planners of the higher education system should pay serious attention to the key categories that were identified about talent management in this thesis.           The purpose of this research was to design and validate a Jihadi management culture questionnaire at the Maskan Bank. The research method was exploratory. In the first stage of the research (identification of indicators), the society and the statistical sample consisted of 200 senior executives of the bank, through the Delphi technique, Items have been identified, reduced and coded. Finally, a questionnaire with 217 indicators was prepared. In the second stage, a sample of 361 (statistical population of 6059) executives was determined at the level of Tehran's branches which was distributed among them to assess the reliability of the questionnaire. Samples were determined based on Cochran method. The value of KMO=0.96 and the significance of the Bartlett test P=0.05 demonstrated the feasibility of implementing factor analysis in this study. The reliability of the questionnaire was performed by calculating Cronbach's alpha using SPSS software. The results showed that the questionnaire with 14 components and 98 items with Cronbach's alpha of 0.97 had a good reliability. The confirmatory factor analysis also showed good fit of the structure of the questionnaire (AGFI= 0.86, GFI=0.89   NNFI=0.98, CFI=0.98, RMSEA=0.02).   Manuscript profile
