Explaining the Relationship between Jihadi Management and Organizational Spirituality (Case Study: Sepah Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Southeast Region)

Abstract :
The purpose of this article is to explain the relationship between jihadi management based on organizational spirituality based on the views of the Supreme Leader and to present the desired model (case study of Sepah Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the southeast region). The present study is descriptive and correlational that has been done by survey method. The statistical population of the study includes all employees of Sepah Bank in the southeast region and sampling is done by two-stage cluster sampling method to analyze the data by descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation test and structural equation modeling) and SPSS software. And AMOS has been used. In this study, in order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire of jihadi management and a questionnaire of organizational spirituality based on Likert 5-point spectrum have been used. In order to determine the validity, the content validity method has been used (expert opinion). The validity of these questionnaires has been confirmed with a high percentage and to measure the reliability using Cronbach's alpha, the reliability value for the Jihadi Management Questionnaire is 0.931 and organizational spirituality is 0.981. The findings showed that the Jihadi Management explanation model is based on Organizational spirituality, according to the views of the Supreme Leader of the Sepah Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has a good fit in the region.
