Presenting the Jihadi Management Model and Its Role in the Development of Government Organizations

Abstract :
The examination of management styles' effectiveness in organizational development has prompted researchers to propose various models that delineate the dimensions and elements of these styles. This research seeks to introduce a model pertaining to jihadi organizations and the influence of their organizational culture on the growth and empowerment of such entities. The methodology employed is a mixed-method approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative techniques, specifically thematic analysis and survey methods. The study's statistical population comprises all employees of the Social Security Organization located in the northwestern provinces of Iran. For the qualitative segment, a purposeful and snowball sampling method was utilized, involving semi-structured interviews with 12 social security experts until thematic saturation was achieved. In the quantitative segment, cluster sampling was employed, with a sample size of 382 individuals determined through the Cochran formula.Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire designed by the researcher. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were calculated and confirmed with the reflective measurement model using Smart Pls software. Also, the reliability coefficient for the accuracy of coding and the method of forming the theme network was obtained by referring to three academic experts and measuring their agreement with the Cohen's kappa test, which confirmed the reliability of the instrument with the obtained coefficient (K=82%).The findings indicated that the concept of jihadi management is characterized by three primary themes:1- religious theme, 2- revolutionary theme, 3- general institutional theme. The evaluation of the research's structural model confirmed the overall goodness of fit, revealing that jihadi management is significantly and positively correlated with technological advancement, human resource development, and structural development.
