Abstract :
The present article is about the study of the sacred defense from the perspective of the principles of jurisprudential jihad. Before examining this issue, it should be noted that the defense of life, property, wife and children, homeland and land, honor, nationality and independence of the country from sacred and common categories All human beings. No individual, no nation likes to surrender to the aggressor. People of all faiths and religions consider defending their homeland a sacred and admirable thing. The order to resist the aggressors is not reserved for the school of Islam, but every nation considers it its legitimate and inalienable right. They stood up for their honor and for the first time after several decades of historical humiliation against foreigners, they were able to defeat the enemy without achieving help and assistance from other countries. During these eight years, the warriors of Islam, with all tendencies and tastes, have considered the preservation of their land, religion and values above anything else, so that they have put their highest capital, ie their lives, in accordance with sincerity and are an epic figure. For example, they were created in history, so jihad and its comparison with the principles of holy defense is one of the goals of this article.
