Identifying the Components of Jihad Management in Islamic Azad University

Abstract :

Islamic Azad University, as one of the institutions that plays an important role in providing powerful human resources, can play an important role in the development of jihad management in future organizations. Because it has the responsibility of educating and training the human resources needed by the community.If Islamic Azad University have special attention to jihad management and jihadist discussions in universities, therefore we can expect that in addition to the development of jihadi management and jihadist approaches in society, the level of economic, social and culture. Therefore, in the present study, we seek to identify the components of jihad management in Islamic Azad University. For this purpose, in a qualitative study using the Fuzzy Delphi method and interviewing 30 executive and educational experts in the field of management in the Islamic Azad University, the components of Jihad management model were identified at this university which include management for God, proper structure and organization, vellaie management, hard work, institutionalized religious beliefs, religious values, participatory and self-esteem.
