Presenting the development model of biotechnology policies in the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture

Abstract :
Background: Biotechnology is the concept of using biological systems and organisms to develop or produce products or any technological application to produce specific products or processes.
Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to present a model for the development of biotechnology policies in the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad.
Method: This research is applied research and the research method is exploratory. The qualitative part has been done using the theme analysis method and MaxQDA software. The statistical population of this part is equal to 18 experts and senior managers of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad, who have a specialized doctorate and at least 5 years of experience, were selected for the interview.
Findings: The findings show that the development model of biotechnology policies in the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad can be presented with 3 organizational factors, supporting, inhibiting and 8 components of a developed society, cultural, knowledge and technology, intra-organizational, extra-organizational, individual, group, organizational and 75 indicators.
Conclusion: The results of the present study can help the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad to develop and implement biotechnology policies more effectively. Focusing on improving infrastructure, training manpower, developing supporting laws, increasing international cooperation and creating appropriate financial and social platforms are among the solutions that can lead to greater success of biotechnology policies in the country's agriculture sector.
