The image of Jihadi managers' competencies in the realization of the new world order

Abstract :
The success of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in issuing the revolution and making an impact in the new world order is to ensure the presence of effective jihadi managers in the country's management system. Futuristic science is the systematic study of possible, probable, and desirable futures. Imaging is one of the methods of future research, which is a creative effort to visualize, recognize, and purposefully build possible, probable, and desirable futures based on external realities. The purpose of this research is to discover the image of the most key competencies needed by Jihadi managers. The grounded theory method was used to conduct the research. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data, and after reaching theoretical saturation, necessary data were collected and analyzed by conducting interviews with thirty qualified people. The collected data sets were organized in the form of 345 primary codes, 21 concepts, 9 categories and 4 classes, after the process of continuous comparison of data and open, central and selective coding, "image of Jihadi managers' competencies". This image explains the set of personality, attitude, behavior, skills and competences who tries to operate with a global attitude in the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
