Due to the high speed of relocation, air transportation has particular importance for the development of socio-economic systems of each region or country. The wide area of Iran in order to the geographical characteristics and economic growth speed has the high potential for the expansion of air transport. The main purpose of this paper is to the future study of Iran’s air travel demand and passenger terminals capacity. The paper has presented a method for developing the air passenger demand forecast model and the scenarios related to runway and passenger terminals capacity expansion. The approach meets the future demand from the point of view of system dynamics in the horizon of 2020. Although there are a number of studies in the air transport field based on the system dynamics, the researchers have not been conducted to investigate the demand for air travel and the development of passenger terminals capacity in Iran. Due to the developed model and study, the pessimistic and optimistic scenarios different sensitivity values have been compared within these three scenarios . Scenarios are designed based on capacity factors, the number of flights per day, the use of airport runways, and airline congestion. Using the different conditions of scenarios and predicting the conditions that may occur in the future for the country's airline industry, it is possible to test the overall behavior of the model. In order to verification and validation of the proposed method, Vensim system dynamics simulation have been used for model development and sensitivity analysis. Manuscript profile

Introduction: The positive and negative effects of value co-creation and patient participation in the field of digital healthcare and its feedback together and in the form of a model is a topic that has been less addressed. The main goal of this research is to investigate the effects of value co-creation on the effectiveness of digital healthcare platforms in the form of a dynamic process model. Methods: In order to achieve the goals of the research, the indicators of the effectiveness of digital health platforms were extracted from the selected information society. In the next step, using the system dynamics approach and Vensim PLE software, the cause and effect diagrams of the three subsystems of the problem were drawn, and the research model was extracted in the form of an accumulation and flow diagram. Results: In this research, patient empowerment was considered as a bridge between value co-creation and effectiveness of digital health platforms. After carrying out the research steps, cause and effect diagrams of three process readiness subsystems, value network and process achievements were extracted. Then the research model was completed by adding its complexities and dynamics in the form of accumulation and flow diagram. Conclusion: The obtained model, while depicting the dynamics of the problem, can be used as a reference for simulating and testing value co-creation development strategies in the effectiveness of digital health platforms. Although it is necessary to formulate and simulate the model to predict the effect of co-creation of value on the effectiveness of digital health platforms, but considering the prevalence of positive feedback over negative in the obtained model, it seems that paying attention to the approach of co-creation of value in the development of digital health functions has positive effects. In this study using system dynamics approach we tried to forecast the behavioral pattern of each of the four dimensions of Aida model with an emphasis on the role of integrated marketing communication (IMC) elements. Required data to forecast the behaviors of variables are extracted from a database of jahan Kesht Company and using Vensim software we performed scenario based analysis. Findings showed that at the end of 10 years of predictions if company increase its budget on integrated marketing communication elements including public relation, advertising, personal selling and promotion (0.3, 0.3, 0.2, 0.2), the number of customers in terms of the number of people who are attracted, motivated, intended to buy and loyal, goes up to (2572,1276, 621, 402) respectively. In addition, scenario analysis showed that if marketing budget share of company's total budget and especially budget share of IMC of company's marketing budget will increase, the number of customers in each of the 4 levels would be increased and in consequence the second policy will be the most attractive one. Another finding of the scenario analysis revealed that the scenario of retaining old customers against attracting new customers, although during the next 5 years can lead to more loyal customers and less new customers, but after 6th year, it will result in less new customers and even less loyal customers. The banking industry, as one of the most important sectors of the economy, plays a very important role in attracting and directing depositors, providing services to people and participating in economic and social development, and in this way, it faces many risks that are particularly important to manage and control. One of the important steps for management of the risk is determination of the factors affecting on it. The purpose of the study is to present a dynamic model for bank liquidity risk management. For this purpose, system dynamics methodology has been used to find the risk-generating structure and provide an effective solution to manage it. In this method, the stimulation of different scenarios is possible by providing a mathematical model. In this regard, the results of the implementation of the four decision-making scenarios on the model were simulated and analyzed. The results show that decreasing the legal deposit and deferred loans and increasing the deposit attraction will affect on reducing banks' liquidity risk. Manuscript profile

The most important policymaker entity in the bank-centered economy of Iran is central bank of Islamic Republic of Iran which has always been trying to manage and improve macroeconomic indicators by applying monetary policies. However, investigation of Iran's economy after four decades shows that this country has always suffered from double-digit inflation rates and 15000-fold liquidity throughout this period, while GDP of Iran has grown only by two times during this period. This paper tries to evaluate the effect of monetary policies of central bank on macroeconomic indicators by analytical-descriptive and library method via combining system dynamics and fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making using Vensim and Super Decision software. Monetary policy instruments in this re-search include foreign exchange rate, deposits interest rate, facilities interest rate, required reserve ratio, and open market operations. Further, the macroeconomic indicators include inflation, liquidity, national foreign exchange value, and eco-nomic growth. The results indicated that the most important macroeconomic indi-cators in the country according to economic experts are "national foreign ex-change value" and "inflation". The most important tool for monetary policies of central bank is "foreign exchange rate". Indeed, in order to improve the economic misery index, this bank should take measures to improve the national foreign exchange value, then manage inflation and liquidity, and eventually adjust the banking interest rate Manuscript profile

According to the increasing role of competition among insurance companies in achieving greater market share, insurance companies are forced to seek methods for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The insurance companies pay special attention to the provided service quality and thus the duration of service delivery plays an important role in customer perception of service quality. This study attempts to design a model for increasing customer satisfaction and its effect on the market of insurance sales by using simulation paradigms. The present study is descriptive in terms of purpose because it tests the relationship between the declared variables during the research in a particular community and in terms of method, a quantitative study based on the mathematical modeling approach with combined simulation paradigms using Anylogic software. The research findings show the designed model is matched with the real world, which means the output data is accurate and valid. After relating the Discrete Event Simulation Model by identifying the interaction points with the System Dynamics Simulation Model, the mixed scenario in increasing sales has been implemented. Considering the Discrete Event Simulation Model and System Dynamics Model are implemented interactively with each other at the beginning of the simulation model, so due to high rate of customer satisfaction, the input rate is raised by the System Dynamics Model and percentage of employee performance is increased. As the number of dissatisfied customers increases over a period of time, the input rate is reduced by the System Dynamics Model until the system is finally balanced. Manuscript profile

In recent years, in system dynamics society has increased attention to qualitative approaches. One method of extracting models of qualitative system dynamics has been many used is a Group Model Building. In this method, clients are involved in the modeling process. Based on Participants mental models are extracted key structures and latent variables in the system. In this regard, compare the group models with reference models from the literature can be a way to test and evaluate a model. And provide new insights. In this paper we evaluate and compare models of group modeling sessions extracted from the project "Designing Aviation Technology Park" with the reference model derived from the literature review, by using the distance ratio approach of three levels, including the elements, the causal loops and the full model level. As became clear from the results of this approach the MDR = 6.84 which indicates that the model as the reference model and the group models were similar. EDR and LDR values indicate between model elements and the loops level were similar. In conclusion we can say that the model is a valid model and the resulting models are consistent with other studies in the literature. Manuscript profile

Given the growing importance of small and medium-sized enterprises and the role that e-readiness and e-commerce development have in reducing their costs and expanding their operations, evaluating e-readiness status for entering e-commerce field is important in SMEs. Therefore, the design of e-readiness assessment models is appropriate to the internal and environmental conditions of organizations and communities with the aim of measuring their e-readiness level and without assessing the electronic readiness of the organization, the activity in the world of the impossible network or its barriers will be very high. In this paper, while introducing a brief overview of the proposed models for assessing e-readiness and their classification, the factors influencing the e-readiness of SMEs in order to enter the e-commerce field have been investigated and identified with a meta-integration approach. Then, in order to better understand the variables that affect this relationship and understand the existing dynamics, using a modeling of system dynamics approach and drawing causal loop diagrams (CLD), was introduced an e-readiness assessment model for SMEs to enter the e-commerce field and finally, simulation was carried out by Vensim software. The two major scenarios of increasing advertising and system quality were evaluated and analyzed as model levers. The simulation results indicate a positive impact of system quality and advertising on the e-readiness of firms, with the difference, the impact of system quality on e-readiness of firms is more than the impact of advertising on increasing e-readiness. Energy consumption management is essential because the natural resources should be preserved for the future people, and environment, the economy and the energy security of the country are also considered. Air pollution in Tehran has increased very much and thousands of people die every year because of it. In addition, the supply of diesel fuel under the current political circumstances of the country and the allocation of high value of subsidies to it have become a big problem for the government; the use of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses for public transportation can be a solution to this problem. However, the CNG buses are not widely used in recent years. Based on historical approaches and using system dynamics (SD), the factors and feedback affecting the sustainable increase in the number CNG buses are identified in this paper and a dynamic model is introduced for the optimal and sustainable development of CNG buses. The model was validated and a 10-year period was simulated; according to the results, if the government does not increase the rate of its purchased CNG buses, the rate of the CBG buses being used now will be reduced from 38 percent to 14 percent in 2032. If 282 new CNG buses are purchased annually, the number of CNG buses and the number of diesel buses will be almost the same in 2032. Accordingly, fuel pollution produced by the buses and the fuel subsidies will be reduced. Manuscript profile

Evaluation and reform of pension systems are among the complex issues that due to the multiplicity of variables affecting each other and significant changes in the variables in the long term horizons, they can not be easily studied and analyzed. The purpose of this article is to study and analyze demographic variables on the support ratio(Ratio of insured to pensioners ) in Iran’s Social Security Pension Fund. This shows to some extent the ratio of input to output of the fund, and based on it, the pressure on the fund can be estimated according to the amount of current insurance premiums and pension amounts. In this article, using information and statistics of mentioned fund and Iran Statistics Center in the years from 2016 to 2018, a model based on system dynamics was designed and By testing the model under certain conditions, reproducing past behavior and examining different policies, the model was validated. By 2033, the country's elderly population will double, while the working age population will grow by nearly 12 percent. These changes will affect the demographic structure, Also, according to the forecast, if the current conditions are maintained, the support ratio of the Social Security Fund will reach 2.19 by 2033. Informal (non-salaried) job participation, unemployed youth employment, women's economic participation and fertility rate are the most important influential population variables that can increase the support ratio to 3, 1/2, 1/4 0/5 units respectively ،if appropriate policies and planning are implemented. This study examines the cost, customer satisfaction and environmental protection to design a multi-objective optimization model using system dynamics and to provide a system dynamics model for multi-objective production-inventory-routing in the green supply chain under uncertainty. Considers.By customer demand for several periods, the model can make decisions by focusing on decisions such as the choice of supplier and retailer according to the distance between them, production models and the nascent level of transportation technology. For this purpose, to collect information, first using previous studies, the variables affecting the model (20 variables) were determined, then according to the experts, these variables were analyzed, then the relationships between the selected variables using the model. Cause and effect were identified and then the research modeling was completed by designing a system dynamics model and evaluating it through tests defined by execution in vensim software. Finally, three scenarios were developed to determine the strategies affecting the model. The results indicate the most effective strategies in achieving the desired situation, maximum customer satisfaction, minimum cost and inventory and maximum production with proper implementation of ongoing projects in the direction of green production using appropriate technical knowledge. The inquiry about labor market evaluation in provinces of the country shows that Yazd is one of the provinces that have been faced with the more increasing unemployment rate in the recent years; as the unemployment rate in this province has increased from 5.2% in 1375 to 9.4% in 1389. In this research, we intend to identify the major effective factors on employment development by designing the Yazd province employment model. We also intend to anticipate the future of the province employment with regard to the reciprocal relations of the factors and with attention to various environmental and demographic circumstances. The implementation of this model offers several scenarios in employment development on the basis of system dynamics principles; that can help the major decision makers choose the appropriate policies. The mentioned model is designed on the basis of system dynamics methods. For this reason, the Yazd province employment development was simulated by “Vensim PLE” software concerning the public and private sectors. A period of 30 years from 1385 to 1415 was selected for implementation and test validity of the model. In the end, after explaining the conceived situation for the future of the province employment, with presenting results of the model, a number of suggestions will be given to help choose the appropriate policies in taking future opportunities and increasing the management power against future threats.   Manuscript profile

Management can achieve the long term goals in a system by means of a dynamic framework. This article considers the problem of social development in macro level. Since social development has a dynamic and multidimensional nature, the system dynamics method has been used in this article. In system dynamics approach, sustainability of social system is not increasing or decreasing in a system, moreover, it is not a static goal, making it impossible to achieve it. In this regard, four indicators of social development that is, population means, employment, water, and food are utilized for dynamic evaluation modeling. This model evaluates social development in Iran over the period 1989-2009 and predicts it until 2019. The results indicate there is a relationship between social development components. Earned Value Management (EVM) is known as an efficient and well-known tool for project management. Examining various sources, it was observed that although the EVM analytical model has introduced good indicators for measuring project progress, it is weak in estimating the final cost of the project and does not predict the process of cost change and project efficiency. On the other hand, nothing has been done so far to use system dynamics in EVM.Therefore, considering the capacity of system dynamics in modeling complex systems and setting parameters dynamically based on model variables, the main problem of modeling research is the value model obtained by simulating system dynamics. The dynamic hypothesis of the research was that there are dynamics between the main indicators of EVM. Identifying these dynamics and the way they affect each other can lead to estimating the process of changing costs and project efficiency by the end of the project.Through presenting the causal loop diagram and the stack flow diagram of the proposed model, the variables were determined and after simulation, the model was validated by performing various tests and different policy scenarios were presented. The comparison of the results of the research simulation model with the results of the EVM analytical model revealed that there is a slight difference between the results and the efficiency. The main contribution of the research is the creation of a simulation model based on system dynamics as the core of the simulation to estimate the trend and the final amount of efficiency and cost of the project, which can be part of a more comprehensive simulation model. This can be used to determine the impact of various project management functions on improving project efficiency, which is the main suggestion for further research. By using SD approach in this study, we have developed a dynamic model for the future of Iranian tourism industry and simulated it during 2007-2025. Besides, to understand the dynamics involved, the purpose of this study is to forecast the industry’s future and to observe the requirements to get the objectives in the horizon of 2025. The model designed includes three main sub-systems, namely; the demand for tourism, tourism activities, and tourism capacity building. By Vensim software, the simulation results of the model explain that, if the current rates of capacity development, advertisements, and human resource development activities continue in this industry, then, we will absorb only a demand about 5.5 million tourists in 2025, that is, well below the standard of 20 million tourists per year in the horizon of  2025. The results of the simulation reveal that, to reach the tourism objectives planned, firstly, 3 sub-systems mentioned above must be coordinated and worked well together, and secondly, some prompt actions should be planned to boost the effectiveness of advertisement, the training of workforce in this regard. In general, the basis of operation of most fault current limiters is to reduce the short-circuit current by adding a large impedance to the system at the time of the fault. However, fault current limiters differ in the type of impedance and how the impedance adds and removes the system. In this paper, taking into account three different locations for installing fault current limiter in a sample power network, as well as changing the type (inductance or resistance) and its impedance value in an extensive range, the effects of these parameters on the stability of the power system have been investigated and analyzed. The criterion used for the first time in this article by the authors to examine and evaluate the transient stability of the power system is the method of the difference between the accelerating and decelerating area. The basis of this method is based on the equal area criterion. Other issues addressed in this paper are presenting a method for locating and determining the optimal value of fault current limiter impedance to improve the stability of the power system. Also, the effect of fault clearing time on transient stability has been studied when the fault current limiter is present in the power grid. Manuscript profile

Objective: In this study, the changes of the stock price of Iran Khodro Company listed in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) has been studied on the issue of prediction modeling during of 9/13/1387 to 13/12/1396 based on Geometric Brownian Motion (GBM) model generalized by the Markov switching regime (MSR).Methods: The research model was designed by system dynamics (SD) approach and Vensim DSS software in the causal- loop diagrams (CLD) firstly and then after specifying the flow-state variables, mono-loop and two-loop stock–flow diagrams (SFDs) was designed and daily final stock price was simulated. Two-parameter of noise seed and time step were identified and applied as sensitivity analysis parameters. Results: The simulation error was estimated for the random variations of the noise seed and the time step configured by default user parameters up to 22/74 and 30/35 percent, respectively. Both parameters were calibirated due to higher simulation error than acceptable error of 15 percent. Trial - error and field observation methods was performed in order to appropriate estimation of the calibration parameters range. The post-calibration accuracy of simulation per noise seed parameter increased from 77/26 to 91/5 percent and per time step from 69/65 to 96/37 percent. Conclusion: Findings indicate that the error roots have reached to the ideal mode by optimizing of the calibration parameters as covariance inequality error approached to one unit and base inequality error and variance inequality error approached to zero and indicate functionality accuracy of the GBM generalized by the MSR in stock price simulation. The Social Security Organization is the main focus of insurance in the private sector and is the largest insurer and is one of the major economic institutions responsible for providing support to other economic, social and household institutions. Therefore, in order to provide optimal service in the social security organization, it is necessary to design and implement a system of performance evaluation of the appropriate supply chain. For this purpose, in this study, NDEA was used to evaluate the efficiency and performance of the service supply chain in the social security organization. Because conventional DEA models operate on historical information, their greatest weakness is to determine the efficiency of decision-making units in the past and do not provide a framework for the future, so to solve this problem in this study and to predict future inputs and outputs from the method Simulation of system dynamics is used. In order to show the theoretical findings of the new model presented in a practical way, the performance prediction and performance evaluation of 15 Hormozgan provincial social supply chain branches in three years from 95 to 97 have been discussed. Finally, the efficient and inefficient branches were identified. Abstract The purpose of this research is Modeling of exchange rate fluctuations with systems dynamics approach. In this research, all the factors affecting the exchange rate have been identified and evaluated their systemic relationships. First, the trend and the exchange rate price were predicted using the system dynamics from 2004 to 2022 , and the results were compared with the trend and real exchange rate of the exchange rate. The results show that the exchange rate trend over the 19-year period has always been with a slight upward slope, but during the years 2012 -2013 and 2018-2017 there was a sharp rise in price and slope that is exactly the same as the real exchange rate trend. Also, comparing the exchange rate data to the market price and the expected exchange rate until 2018 shows that this model has been able to accurately assess the trend and predict possible failures. Key word: Exchange rate, system dynamics, forecast, trend. Manuscript profile

Cost and asset retrenchment strategy is one of the most common financial turnaround strategies followed by the firms facing performance decline and financial difficulties. In cost retrenchment, the main goal is to improve liquidity by reducing the cash outflow rate. In asset retrenchment, the first goal is to increase productivity through redeployment of assets and the second goal is to finance through the divestment of low-yield assets. Although this strategy has been considered by many researchers as a necessary and effective strategy in financial turnaround of the firms, the results of several empirical studies have shown in some cases this strategy is the cause of further decline and a barrier to financial turnaround. In this paper, we intend to show how the cost and asset retrenchment strategy affects Schumpeterian and Ricardian rent creation mechanisms in the firm, and to find the conditions under which it improves or deteriorates the effectiveness of financial turnaround, using the system dynamics modeling method. According to the importance of effectiveness and influence of alternative assets in the portfolio theory framework and proportional to the fluctuation of these assets in our country, predicting the probable changes in the price of these assets and their influence on the Tehran Stock Exchange's index and the price of real estate proportional to the changes on the international price of oil, is vital to get analyzed from different angles. The purpose of this research is to present a model to predict the influence of the alternative assets on the Tehran Stock Exchange's index. This model is built with the factors including system dynamics, currency rate, gold price, international price of oil and real estate's price. The virtual model is built with Vensim DSS software. The conclusion is that on the long run, the changes of gold price and currency rate have a reverse effect on the Tehran Stock Exchange's index and real estate's price. Considering that the Iran's economy is factor based and is mostly dependent on the oil's price, increasing the price of oil will cause the Tehran Stock Exchange's index and real estate's price to increase on the long run Manuscript profile

Resilience of economy against internal and external shocks is an important concept that has been of interest to economists in the last decade. In this paper, we propose a model based on Schumpeter economic theory using system dynamics analysis approach and also discuss on resilience and vulnerability of economy. Based on the proposed model, vulnerability of Iran’s economy and 5 other countries (i.e. Sweden, USA, Japan, South Korea and Indonesia) is forecasted for next 50 years. Major contributions of this paper can be explained in two aspects: first, the concept of economic resilience, that mostly expressed qualitatively, is explained quantitatively. Second, the concept of economic resilience and system dynamics are combined and the capability of studying different scenarios is provided. Five different scenarios are proposed in this paper and it is found that if the current level of innovation is double increased and decrease 50 percent Oil dependence, the vulnerability risk in Iran’s economy will decrease by 70 percent. Production of high quality product to meet market demand and delivery in quantity and on time to customers is one of the most important goals of production units. Therefore, the issue of service and delivery of goods to customers is of special importance, according to which the company's strategy in interaction with customers is determined. Therefore, the management of this strategy requires forward-looking decisions and the design of new capacities with a comprehensive and interconnected approach and cannot be achieved through a static approach. Also, knowledge management in different organizations has been adapted by effective use of resources and improving customer service and achieving competitive advantage. In this study, we seek to provide a dynamic model to evaluate the impact of knowledge management on improving customer service in the framework of system thinking. This study has been studied in a petrochemical company over a period of 20 years. In this field, first the main variables are identified and their relationships are formulated in the form of causal loops, then completed by designing the main model in the form of flow accumulation diagram and simulated in Vensim software, which finally presents the proposed strategy at the end of the period. Finally, the amount of customer service increases by 15%, which leads to more demand coverage by 12% in the whole system. Manuscript profile

The issue of elite emigration from our country to the developed countries as a social phenomenon is the result of economic, cultural, social and political factors in Iranian society. This phenomenon had harmful impacts on the economic, political and social growth and development processes. Elite emigration has been neglected over the years. Statistics reports show that by each emigration of an elite person from Iran, $ 5 million of the Iran's capital will be lost. Therefore, it is essential to find the motivations of elite emigration and explore the strategies and practical solutions for the elite emigration. Thus, the aim of this study is to analyze a variety of scenarios and their impacts on the rate of emigration. Due to the complexity of the problem and causal relations, feedbacks and causal loops, system dynamics approach was used in this study. The model performed in Vensim software. Results show that the policy of reducing tension in foreign relations has not a significant impact on the rate of elite emigration. In addition, according to the results of proposed policies, it is recommended to the government and policy makers to respect the meritocracy in the scientific, management job appointments as well as improve the job security and employment status of elites. : The process of interal Research and Development is in order to develope, implement, maintain, promote, and upgrade of the new technology. considering that development of new technology in the process of interal Research and Development leads to increase costs. The costs of Research and Development in the oil industries are enormous and must be mapped to the development for each of the key equipments of a detailed technological path map. However, the formulation and implementation of the road map is associated with variety of risks. Therefore, the limits of the financial resources to invest in research and development in the process of compiling the road map for increasing oil harvest technology in the process of development of oil harvesting technologies are presented as the current research problem, which have been studied by System Dynamics in the Oil Industries Engineering and Construction Group. The key variables and Causal Loop Diagram were identified via expert opinion and data. After that the mathematical relationships of variables were determined according to research background and in approximately two years, a mathematical model of the system was developed using computer simulations in Vensim. The results indicated two types of Damped oscillation and Goal-seeking dynamic behaviors for model variables. Further, the dynamic hypotheses testing indicated that increased technological maturity and education reduces costs while increased technologic complexity increases costs. The best scenario was identified as a combination of highly-mature technology, high complexity, and high education level as it incurred minimum costs. Manuscript profile

Despite the launch of mobile app markets in Iran, these markets have not been able to capture a significant market share under a highly competitive environment. Therefore, it is very important for industry managers to review and improve the acceptance process of these markets. After identifying the factors influencing the acceptance and attractiveness of marketplaces, this study examined the network effect by providing a dynamic model based on bass diffusion theory and modeled and simulated the studied market. This was done by presenting dynamic hypotheses, plotting causal loop diagram (CLD), stock-flow diagram (SFD), and entering mathematical equations in Vensim software. Then, after validating and ensuring the correctness of the model's performance, two different policies were implemented in the model. The research findings show that under the pressure of the Play Store, Iranian markets are still forced to improve their services and at the same time try to reduce the competitive distance with it. These marketplaces need to reconfigure their existing resources and core competencies, given the market dynamics and to gain emerging opportunities. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this paper is to provide data quality model of a university portal with an integrated approach of system dynamics and quality function deployment. The present study is applied in terms of descriptive – survey method research. Following paper aims to provide a model and identify the concept and its dimensions for an academic portal and through using library study methods as well as field methods such as questionnaires, content analysis methods and Fuzzy Delphi method simultaneously, collect the voices of different users regarding data quality and finally, with the formation of four quality house matrices, it led to design requirements. Based on Quality Deployment Function analysis, found out that Extensible Markup Language (XML) could be more proper programming language to achieve flexibility as one of the most important engineering characteristics to fulfill user’s requirements. The important ambiguous issue in this context was how the internal communication between the requirements was; As a result of simulating these relationships, it was found that the way of communication overshadows the whole results. At the time of planning in the field of data quality and presenting a model in this regard, it should be considered that the factors may have conflicting relationships and unilaterally addressing a requirement or characteristic without considering its relationship with other cases could have the opposite result and efforts related to it will be fruitless.
