Abstract :
By studying the researches, it shows that the organizational performance evaluation cycle has not been modeled in the form of a dynamic system. The need to investigate organizational performance evaluation activities in the form of a dynamic system in the studied industry based on performance and the use of new scientific data analysis methods is one of the most important research gaps. The research method is exploratory and analytical based on the opinion of experts. In order to monitor the effective variables in evaluating the performance of the system, the Delphi method based on the opinion of experts was used. Dimatel method was used to identify causal and effectual variables. 3 variables include investment, market development, organizational learning as causal factors in the performance evaluation system, and 5 variables include research and development variables, productivity, production performance, improvement projects, new product development as disabling factors in the evaluation system. are the performance of the organization. Then, based on the system dynamics approach, a conceptual model based on eight rings was designed.
