Abstract :
This paper examines and simulates the job empowerment of the employees of the Saipa Automobile Company, and has achieved seven key factors as a major source of empowerment through library studies and field studies and the integration of theories of previous researchers; then, in order to prioritize And determination of dependencies between the indices obtained from the instrument of ANP questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale were used for data collection and distributed among qualified experts. The data were analyzed using SPSS software.
